When I brought this I was thinking not another waste of money! But my knees kept giving way, and feeling bruised, limiting me of my daily activities, I put this on after 15 I could feel warmth in my knees. And I was good to go. Still being careful what a relief.
This product was good, produced nice heat and the air things seemed kind of good. The only issue is the vibrated is quite weak and the air pumps only massage the sides of the knee, so the top area where it is painful for my mum wasn’t being massaged hence why she would refuse to use it and forced me to return this
