During 40 temperatures I used this for my dog, sounds daft, he needed it on 24/7. It’s extremely powerful but so quiet. Ideal as I left it on through the night for my dog to circulate. Takes up hardly and space but looks good too. Perfect for any room of the house. Well worth the price
I have had and tried many ‘noiseless’ fans lately. Some have high pitched whines, others develop annoying clicks or whirring. This has been a Godsend, and definitely the best of the bunch. I can sleep happily with it on, totally uninterrupted. It rotates smoothly and quietly. A must for anyone who gets too hot at night during heatwaves.
Could it be improved? I believe so.
1. For me, number 1 speed is maybe a little too blowy, and it could have done with one speed below. I remedy that by not pointing it at myself while sleeping.
2. I’d have liked to have options for speed when it is in air clearing mode (full up and down rotation together only allows speed 12 which blows all my office papers about). No biggy though as you can indeed have any speed you want if it goes side to side, OR up and down. When both together, you are stuck with 12 (top speed gale).
3. The remote (could be improved by having a display on it. It really is just nit picking now though).
Summing up. After two weeks of use I can honestly say that this fan has enhanced my life and I would recommend to anyone. Cheaper ones just don’t come near for movement of air, quietness, or aesthetics.
Absolutely worth every penny, this fan is probably one of the best considering the price. For me, it is money well spent!
It’s a little larger than I had expected, but a really good fan, the motor is whisper quiet, easy to forget you have it on. It appears to be well made, guess time will tell. All in all, it is a great, quiet, fan, and yes it is worth the cost!
This fan is not silent, I have to stress that at the offset. However, I’m a VERY light sleeper and this fan absolutely doesn’t bother me in the slightest. I have it positioned at the foot of my bed, I’d say around 4 feet away from the foot of the bed, and at night I usually have it set at either level 1 or 2 and that works absolutely fine for me. It’s nice and quiet and not so powerful that it would disturb your sleep. The highest setting is level 12.
The price seems quite high, for a fan, but this isn’t your generic piece of rubbish supermarket fan. I would never usually spend so much on something as boring as a fan, but I really am glad I took the risk with this one. It didn’t even have very many reviews, which was again really quite shocking.
There are ample controls; more than you’d think you’d need, but they really are a godsend! The aesthetic of the fan is nothing short of lovely; I believe it’s wood “effect”, but I’m not too sure. Whatever it is, it looks great!
The remote control – I love it! Nothing else to say about it. Being able to control the fan while in bed; who can complain about that?!
One little niggle: while the fan does oscillate up, down, left and right, I would like it if it would oscillate a little bit further down than it does. I only say this because it is currently placed higher up in my bedroom and the down oscillation doesn’t quite hit my bed. Easy fix – a pair of socks placed underneath the rear of the fan, giving it that extra little tilt it needs (for my needs).
Overall, if you want a quiet fan to keep you cool during these hotter nights, that’s not likely to disturb you, buy this! You’ll be very pleasantly surprised!
Oozes quality. Quite large for bedside table, but very quiet depending on speed selected. Could serve a large space as well as close personal use. Lots of features e.g. oscillation in alternative directions. Remote small and helpful. Just fab.
This is a good fan overall. Like all normal fans it won’t necessarily cool the air, but a good small AC combed with this fan cooled my bedroom to a comfortable level. The remote has its own batteries on arrival, and has a decent enough range and response. I haven’t used to timer mode, personally.
It however has an incline even when at its lowest angle so it’s never blowing level with the surface you have it on, it’s best put on a lower surface (than say a bed is if cooling a bedroom) or the floor. To be fair it’s marketed as a desk fan but it just blows in your face rather than your body at desk level.
It also has a considerable high pitch whine at moderate to higher speeds. Speeds 1-5 weren’t so bad but 6-12 were a bit annoying to sleep with as I’m sensitive to noise at night, though the earplugs I use did block it well for me.
It is so quiet. This is a must as I use it in the bedroom and it doesn’t disturb me at all. Not cheap to buy but worth every penny in my opinion.

Was really important for me to find a fan that would not disturb my online work in a small office space. Tested the sound produced and it was true to their sales information. Sounds like a gentle breeze in the background up to level 3. Never had any colleagues or clients complain about disturbance to sound all the way up to level 5. Bought a second one for my wife to use in her WFH office too.
My son bought one of these a few months ago. I was very envious, so I bought one. With the vertical and horizontal rotations working this fan is very effective in moving the air around a room. Looking forward to using it in the next few days when temperatures exceed 30c. An attractive item to boot.
I was on the fence about buying this fan as wasn’t 100% sure it would be quiet and I’m so glad I did buy it,slightly expensive but it does what it says on the box,my ceiling fan sounds like a helicopter compared to the almost silent hum this fan makes I’ve had such good sleeps in this current warm weather we’re having in the uk I can even have my duvet on, I have the hottest room in my household and it keeps it cool
Looks brilliant on the wood base, the oscillating functions are a good addition with sideward also upward motion, speed is changeable with digital display. Even purchased another as it is the best fan I have owned.
Bought this for the home office. Really powerful but still quiet, unless you go full power. With the various oscillating modes it covers the room well and keeps the air flowing. Remote is really handy too

I’m not sure you could sleep with this, but I am very sensitive to noise.
The base of the unit looks very nice, much nicer than the photos suggest.
This is the only fan I’ve found that says it’s quiet and actually is! I’m such a light sleeper but this fan didn’t bother me in the slightest. Obviously the higher the speed setting the louder it gets, but it never sounds like it’s about to take off! For night time I found a low setting ample, and with the remote control there’s no need to reach over and turn the fan on/off. The air circulated is cool, unlike other fans that just push warm around in very hot weather. It looks great and is weighty, not cheap and plasticky. I wish I’d spent this sort of money years ago and saved myself many a sleepless night.
A bit on the large size but very light. Easy to install and set up. Instructions are easy to follow.

The oscillator is its best feature. Side to side, up and down. I have a medium-sized bedroom, sleeping one. I put the oscillator on about half an hour before getting into bed and it’ll work for most of the night. During the limited few hot nights we had, I turned it to 2. But every night it works brilliantly on just 1.
This is a powerful fan and ideal if you like the air moved around in your room (without moving anything else, not even a piece of paper!!).

This is a most efficient fan. It’s the best one we have ever had to date, the speed,oscillation and quietness are very impressive and the air displacement for the size is excellent. It certainly cools the air in a very short time with its quiet 12 speed motor. The power usage of only 21watts also has the advantage of a very low running cost. Certainly a definite good buy for us
This is almost silent. I had it running whilst watching the TV – perfect. Also in the bedroom the sleep mode works well. It’s not cheap but it’s worth every penny.
Perfect for beside the bed. Silent and with a wide range of settings. I tend to use setting number 2 – perfectly quiet and feels like a cool breeze from an open window. Just what I was looking for.
All together 12 speeds (from 1-ultra silent to 12-super windy), very quiet speeds 1-4 useful for nights, big bonus is a remote control for all functions including horizontal and vertical oscillation. Finally I had a good sleeping in my bedroom even there was 28C. Very recommended.
This was bought due to the recent hot weather for use in the bedroom. Overall we found this a great fan for the money. It’s quiet in comparison to some fans like this. Lots of different settings to suit. It goes up and down as well as side to side so found it was good for getting the air around the room however only downside to this is that it follows a pattern and sometimes doesn’t blow air in certain places. Sleep mode was great as we could time it to go off after an hour or so to ensure it wasn’t on all night but for us off to sleep a bit cooler. The remote control was also useful as could change settings without having to get out of bed in the night.
I love this fan! It is so quiet. Tried several fans before and all too loud for me to fall asleep. I love the sleep function that reduces the speed through the night down to 1. I love the circulating function. The fan is a little heavy to carry but quite neat as compared to other conventional fans. A great buy
It also has a simple timer on it and a sleep mode that turns the power down during the night.
It looks good and even though it feels a little plasticy it still feels like you are getting a good quality fan.

Excellent medium size fan, very quiet in a low setting for the eve in your bedroom. Very powerful on a high setting.
Would def recomend. What I like the most is after a few seconds the light up touch buttons dim & then fad so no bright lights un your room at nigh plus it has a timer to so it will stop after 1/2/8 hrs etc.
The fan is very quiet on the number one setting, which has proved enough to circulate air in the room without causing the usual mouth dryness etc. I’ve not tried it in 30 degree heat yet, but for mid 20’s it works well. Above setting 3 or 4 the fan is audible but at a low level. This may disturb some people, but not me.
Above that the fan starts to sound like a fan – albeit a quiet one.
The remote is a bonus, but I’ve not mastered many of the settings yet. The night mode seems to elude me, and the LED display doesn’t give many clues away. Like most things I just play with them to find the settings I like.
I would recommend for a relatively small space – lounge, office, bedroom especially if used on the lower speed settings.
It works brilliantly and is very powerful for its size. A must buy for someone who needs a fan for their desk space especially.
However, although not product related the delivery was terrible. The courier claimed they’d handed it to resident, I was in all day no one knocked. It was lucky I happened to check the tracking for the item, when I saw it was “Delivered” I went to look outside and there it was, not even just outside my door, pretty much on the pavement outside where anyone could have taken it.
This is a wonderful fan it is powerful quite it certainly is worth the money I just ordered another if the company would like to send me any otherwise of there fans I would be glad to do review by the way 20 out of 10 brillia
If I need another fan I would consider getting this one again.
I haven’t used the remote – just the controls on the front of the fan and I like having them there. I have some electrical items that can only be operated by the remote and sometimes we lose it and can’t use the devise.
The handle on the top is great for carrying it around
It looks great and isnt too big, does decent amount of air flow and is not loud like normal floor standing fans which we currently have. It has cooled down our diningroom and living within minutes, Our 5 year olds room is like a sauna, even with the windows open and this thing cooled the room down really well, the fan moves vertically or horizontally and both which helps move air around really well. Worth the money in my opinion. Ive actually just bought a black one for my Man cave now and will be keeping the other two for the kids bedrooms.
Cant rate sleep mode yet as havent tried it. but remote is great and the whole unit feels well built.

Thought this was a bit pricey for a small fan but was swayed by the reviews. Well, you get what you pay for it is powerful and most importantly quiet. I had it on the lowest setting through the night and it was perfect. I then ordered a second one for my husband’s side of the bed. Well worth the money.
I paid an extra 10 to have this fan in black. It’s very stylish, although I’m finding I only use one particularly setting and don’t need the up/down, backwards/forwards option. Nonetheless, it’s cooling and does what it should. Bit expensive hence star down from perfect.

Super easy to use, compact but very powerful. I got this for my mother – elderly- to allow her to switch on and off and she loves it. The timer is great, sleep mode goes down 1 speed every hour until staying at 1. It is super quiet, oscillating range is excellent and easy to pause to get it just where you want it. Light is minimal (on base) and touch controls also make it easy to use.
I got it when on offer and am very pleased with it and would recommend.
I have being buying fans for years and have always been disappointed. This is on a whole new level. Genuinely quiet – as close to silent as you can get on lower speeds. Fabulous quality and nice looking too. It is much bigger than it looks in the image and bigger than other products that Amazon compare it to. Remote control is great and the various modes are cool – including a sleep mode that drops speed over a few hours. Was fortunate to see it with a 50% discount applied, but I would still buy it at full price. This is far better than any of the bladeless fans as well, in my opinion. Likely will buy another for holiday home.

Looks good and stylish which to be honest is not easy for a fan, little disappointed in the wood effect as I don’t know why, but I thought it was going to be real wood from the pictures, but saying that it still looks great.
Effectively moving the air around and cooling the room while being as loud as my breathing. Exactly what I needed for the bedroom speed 1-5 very quiet. Obviously the higher the speed the more you can hear it. But even then it is not overly excessive.

This fan is amazing. Very nice looking and can be used as a desk fan or a floor one. It has a few / different modes on it and a timer to, which is ideal so it isn’t on all night. The quiet mode definitely lives up to it’s name. It is super quiet. And to put the cherry on top it even has a remote control. I’m so in love with this. Don’t know why it hasn’t sold more?

I bought this fan for some additional ventilation in my apartment, and also to replace a noisy, older fan.
The 4UMOR fan has 12 speed settings and moves both left to right and up and down, and these movements can be operated independently (or not at all, to keep the fan static).
I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet the fan is, even on maximum power. It has a remote control and also a sleep function, which reduces the speed of the fan by one level after each hour while you sleep, until the end of the sleep period you have selected. The digital display on the fan also shows the ambient room temperature when the fan is in standby mode.
Overall the fan is quiet and powerful, and has some useful additional features.
