I have used this paddleboard 5 times over last couple of weeks. Its been great so far but I have to say I have invested in the Aquaplanet electric pump as it was very difficult to pump up to the recommended 15psi.(the electric pump is great all done in 5/6 min)
I’m not sure if it’s the quality of the manual pump but it’s near impossible to press down on my own when I hit 13/14 psi. Yes you dont have to pump to 15psi but over the few times I’ve used the nearer you get to 15psi the better it is.
The bag is strong and big enough that it’s not impossible to get back in after you use.
Deflates very quickly. The paddle looks and feels good quality and easily adaptable to length you need.
The strap helpful to carry the board and the extra waterproof bag is exactly that and a helpful addition that not all paddleboard kits come with.
I wanted a large paddleboard to use by myself and with a child too. So far so good. If your looking for speed only maybe not the model for you.
The board was very reasonably priced and was delivered promptly in a roomy , easy to carry bag. Everything you need to start you off. Both myself and 11 year old daughter can paddle on it relatively easily. Easy to pack and carry and feels stable when inflated. Inflation does take a while (especially the last bit) you do need to use your muscles! I think it said 15 mins inflation but probably nearer 30 mins. The tube to the pump did pop off on mine (and my friends, we bought them together) but it was easily fixed with some super glue. We love it, great purchase! Even the dog loves it!!
My first time buying and being on a SUP and this is fantastic! I weigh 106kg and it takes my weight easy! I absolutely love it! The only ONLY issue I have, and that’s more to do with me, is its a proper workout and battle getting the thing blown up to 15psi! But it’s well worth it 🙂
Great for stability and for anyone new as it is so easy to set up. I love how compact it is. I have taken many friends on it to try for the first time and they have loved it as it’s a good all rounder.
It’s not the speediest on the market and the bag which came with mine is now stronger so they have improved.
The pump could be better but for what your getting it is perfect. I have now had mine a year and used it countless times. I have and will continue to recommend this
We brought the max & the pace, great value for money, well packaged and fast delivery! We took them out for the first time the other day and thoroughly enjoyed it. Both boards fold away into a rucksack making them easy to carry and they are easily blown up within 10 minutes. Each board comes with everything that you need to get started, Would highly recommended!

Me and my partner really love our new SUPs – they are great fun.
The only problem is that after our first outing, the carry strap on both mine and my partners Aquaplanet SUP broke as they are quite low quality, and my partners Aquaplanet MAX already has a slow puncture.
I am also finding it quite hard to contact the manufacturer to have this rectified.

Brilliant purchase. Great value for money. A little tricky to get the last bit of air in. Arms have a good work out before even getting on the board, but worth the effort. Great fun and exercise
The board is great. Stable and feels good quality. The bag that it comes with is terrible. The zip snapped the first time I used it. 5 star’s for the board. 1 star for the cheap and nasty carry bag.

This SUP is great, we’ve had it out on a lake and in the sea, it supported myself and both of my young boys.
My only gripe is that after the first use the zipper pull snapped meaning we could only use one side of the zip, then on the next outing the other one snapped and then the zip split. I reported this directly to Aquaplanet and within a few days we had a replacement delivered. Fantastic customer service. Thank you.
Its very sturdy, relatively easy to inflate once you know you have to set the valve into he correct place! It’s very stable in rivers, lakes and the sea. The carry case makes things more convenient and it looks pretty good too.
If you’re a beginner and want a pretty decent SUP, but would rather spend a little extra one something that’s not cheap and nasty, I’d recommend this one.
Recently used for the first time, and was more than impressed with this product. Fun was had by all the family ages from 11 to 80. Easy to set up and use, but still challenging enough. Had a little issue but contacted customer services and was immediately assisted an issue resolved. Note was used in Cyprus in the sea on maybe 1 foot waves and handle beautifully.
Arrived and couldn’t wait to get out on water . The set up is quite a simple process and all components feel and look great. Then the fun starts. The issue you will find with this as i believe is pretty much across the inflatable
SUP range, the final part of inflation is seriously hard work. So my advice is if you can afford it by a electric pump or never deflate it. Once up great fun for all the family.
Bought this for a gift and it’s been excellent. The carry bag zip broke on first use however they replaced the the bag without question and immediately – excellent service. The whole board feels very well made and is very firm and stable.
Great product.. bag could be bigger, let’s face it who is ever going to be able to repack it as it first arrived
Love it. Can’t recommend highly enough. I’ve had days of fun on this over the summer. It’s a work out to inflate the last few psi but I can’t imagine it’s any different for any other inflatable SUP. It’s stable, lightweight and the customer service is great if you have any questions.
This is the best paddleboard in the world! Honestly, I cannot rate it high enough, it’s bit tricky to inflate but to be honest that more me getting used to it than the board. We have kayac and other inflatables and there all take bit of energy to get them pumped up, remeber to pull out the grey thingy on the pump when pumping up else you will find it really really hard!!! I love love love this so much we are going to invest in another! Weve taken it on the sea and marshes and weve all had such fun, dont bother buying anything less than a 6 inch unless your super slim or fit, if your new talk to the owners and get advise there awesome! Im a large lady and this was my first paddleboard experience, its not to hard to master my son who is quite large is nearly 11 and stood on it and was off and so too my husband! Dont bother with any others the companies boards or cheaper ones this is every bit worth the money!
This is an excellent paddle board and great value for money. Initially we had an issue with the pump but we contacted the sellers and a new part was dispatched and arrived very quickly. With the pump working the paddle board pumps up easily although it does take some effort! The paddle board is great to handle and it’s fabulous the way all the bits fit into or on the bag for easy transport to and from the water. Excellent product very pleased.
Great fun, made my summer. The pump has to be held in the board when inflating making it difficult to get the high pressure needed and one of the backpack straps has torn off but still a hoot! I,m 17 stone and it’s still pretty stable!

As a first time purchase for a novice stand up paddle board user you can’t go wrong with this package. The board itself is very stable and has been used by myself and my family through the summer with a big thumbs up.
Great board, really easy to use. Board fits me and 2 children, my 11 year is able to control the board by herself.
What a bundle ! Bought blindly with minimal research , and have since found out as a beginner attempting to get over waves , a more curved nose/front is ideal. This is perfect on the flat though. My significant other (10st) fines balance on this an ease, I’m pushing 15st and would really benefit from a wider SUP. On about the 20th outing we noticed the paddle pressure clip (that holds the length of the two parts in place) worked itself loose. As a result, somewhere on the west coast of France is the bottom half of the paddle. It was good until it separated, but keep an eye out. Other than these points , a high quality item with everything you need to get out on the water.
I trawled through numerous reviews and decided on an Aquaplanet SUP which was partly due to the great reviews and acknowledgement of the customer care following purchase. Glad to say it was a great decision the board, paddle & pump are really good quality and it is amazing fun, and easily has both me and 14 yrs daughter sat on it together paddle the ocean, I did have a small problem connectiing the pump and emailed James who got right back on a bank holiday and sorted it me out, that is real customer care and the reason I have taken some time to write a review !
Great price for the amount of kit you get . Board, pump, paddle and rucksack . All you need to get on the water. My two girls love this . It’s was stable enough for me and my two kids 7 & 9 on flat lake water mind you. It seemed to handle small waves ok but be prepared to get wet . It seems very well made , I have been out on it in the Lake District 5 times this summer and it’s still like new .

This SUP has been wonderful. All summer holidays and indeed solidly for two whole weeks my daughter and I plus grandparents paddled and splashed! It has really been a great buy and would recommend giving it a go. We are complete beginners but sail. The size was excellent for both me and my 12 year old to potter about on. It is also very stable on choppy seas…. living on the South Coast means wind and tides. We are also sensible and have buoyancy aids and wet suits. Thanks Aquaplanet! The bag did indeed break as reviewed but Aquaplanet were excellent and once I had contacted them a new one arrived. It is better quality.
Fantastic paddle board, great fun for all the family. On the first beach holiday the original pump broke after 2 days, after emailing and reporting the issue a replacement pump arrived by the end of the week no questions asked. Is a great board. Easy to use and all the family were standing and using the board within an hour. The D ring on the board has pulled away from its position and come free as when carried the board the carry strap obviously is pull too much pressure on them. A little extra glue in the manufacture would be a perfect solution. I will be using my repair glue to do this job. A double sided oar is more useful for kneeling on sitting.
Our children also love to come on it with us too. It has been a great investment for our family.
We only have one between us at the moment, but we’ll be sure to get another from aquaplanet!

The board is great quality, easy to inflate and very stable. When I first tried to inflate it, I couldn’t attach the hose as the washer seemed too thick so had to use my friends pump. I also noticed that one end of the zip on the rucksack was not attached. I contacted Aquaplanet (on a Sunday) and they replied within 2 hours advising they would send out replacements the next day. Sure enough, the package arrived on Tuesday and everything now works perfectly. Thanks to James for the outstanding, no quibble, satisfaction guarantee
The sup build is good some minor marks but nothing to worry about. I had issues with the bag which broke on the first day & the pumps had problems – the seller replaced both without issue & quickly. The SUP its self is good & easy to stand up on although I agree this is a beginner/intermediate SUP as its not the widest i’ve seen. Bags could be better they have deteriorated quickly & will need to replaced, SUP is going strong with no issues to date. Over all a good product im pleased with, need to upgrade the bags – its a long walk from the car park to the beach 🙂
Great and lightweight vs my wife’s double layered stx board which yes will be more durable, but I don’t intend to run the board up the beach.
Great paddle board for beginners and a fun addition to a trip down the beach. Really buoyant, we managed to sit two adults and and child on it without a problem. However it did bend a bit when I took it out in some surf. Comes with all the accessories you need.
Pros: good quality SUP for the money, Rucksack allows you to easy transport all the equipment.
Cons: some people may find pumping up the last 5PSI hard work, however this would be the same for any inflatable SUP.

Hi, My girlfriend and I have now owned these paddle boards for just over 3 months now and we’ve been out loads on them. I had the pleasure of speaking to the company owner directly today when asking for a couple of new bags due to damage on them. I had also lost one of the rubber washers for the pumps. To my surprise he offered to send all the bits I needed free of charge! If this isn’t an example of fantastic customer service I’m not sure what is. Inflation valve is a bit tricky to get into the right position before you start.

Finally made it on holiday and got to use the paddleboard. Everything you need is in the bag to carry to the beach. Quick to inflate, although to get the last few psi is hard going. Stable on the water, great fun for all the family. Used the pump to deflate fully. Even got everything back in the bag to carry off the beach afterwards. Based on this first outing well worth the money.
I’ve used some very expensive inflatables and solid boards and this is as good as all of them. In some ways better with the big skeg fitted as the straight line tracking is excellent. Takes about 8 minutes to pump up and is very easy to carry with the shoulder strap fitted. Stability is superb and the paddle float’s.
Son loves it. He’s on holiday and we live at the beach. Only problem is the incoming tide has been very early morning
I was greatly impressed with the AquaPlanet board, which comes with everything you need to get on the water, and considering the reasonable price, all of surprisingly good quality. Although pumping the board up involves a short workout, I don’t think it would be any different with another board.
The AquaPlanet is relatively wide and therefore stable and easy to get going. With the main skeg fitted it tracks well and holds it’s line even in a breeze. We have already had so much fun with this board – and purchased a second without hesitation.
Fantastic board. Up and down incredibly easy and great on river and sea. I’ve had my wife and small dog on while towing my 2 kids on another sup, easy.

Only let down is poor quality of the bag, really poor. Zip broke on first use, 2nd zip soon after. Only has one side compartment for 1 paddle and really needs one on the other side for the pump. Rubbish, going to have get a different bag
UPDATED 13.07 – after 1 yr use it has now developed a small air leak. Tried to patch up but really not effective. One years use seems poor value. Such a shame as loved board and recommended to friends who also purchased.
The family is new to paddle-boarding but we were amazed at how well made the board was. Have since contacted Aquaplanet regarding a possible faulty pressure gauge and missing adhesive. Their reply was almost instant. Excellent service.

What was to dislike, my new board is fantastic, well below the price I was expecting to pay, coming with all that I need to be able to go off boarding at any time . Having pumped it up and ,done a dry run, I found it to be very stable .
Excellent product, tested thoroughly as took on holiday to Caribbean. Pump went a bit wonky but after sales service was top notch and a new better pump next day. Several people have bought since borrowing ours on hols.
I was only going to give it one star but then I realised it doesn’t come with a guarantee that the person buying it (me) can actually stand on it in the water!! Seriously though this is a brilliant piece of kit and was so easy to use. We’ve just come back from a weekend away and thoroughly enjoyed using it, kids were better at than me but I’d highly recommend this product and the after care and advice for a novice like me has been top class. Spent months deciding which sup to buy , I saw this one on first day of searching but wasn’t sure if I needed to spend more money to get a quality one. I wish now I had just clicked the buy now button on day one and saved myself the time. The sup is well made, takes about 7 minutes to inflate. The first time I inflated it I thought the guage on the pump was broken, so got in touch with the seller who responded straight away on a Sunday to say that I probably hadn’t even got to 1 psi and to keep pumping as it is not possible to over inflate with a hand pump. Sure enough he was right and I then inflated it to 15 psi. I am 12.5 stone and takes my weight easily in the water. My wife and 6 year old son also use it and we take it in turns to have him on the board with us. We love this sup and would definitely recommend.
Bought one 2 months ago and when it arrived there was a problem with the hose; when I inflated the board and then disconnected the hose, it would deflate the board. A quick email to support and by return of post they sent-out for free an entirely new pump and hose.
That minor issue aside, this is a fantastic board, especially for the money. The build quality is good and it’s pretty stable as a beginner’s board. The paddle floats too which is useful. All in all, I’d buy it again!

The paddle board is great and great fun but the locking device on the inflation hose will not lock in place on the board and is a much larger size than the cap, am I missing an adaptor or have I received the wrong pump?

This is my first board and I’ve been out on it a few times now with the family. I’ve had a great experience with it. Reading the other reviews such as stable, quick to inflate, easy to use, has good workmanship is just what I got in this board. I had a query so emailed the seller who responded very swiftly with excellent server and advice. Great board.
Easy to get going, not so easy to master. Used for three days on holiday in Ireland. Kids and adults loved it. Quality looks good so far, great for the price. Time will tell.
This is a super SUP board. I bought this after a Paddleboarding taster session and have used it regularly since purchasing. Had a small issue trying to connect the pump hose and contacted Aquaplanet. James was extremely helpful and a second pump arrived in a couple of days. Excellent service and support!
Sturdy box arrived from Amazon and I couldn’t wait to open it. Inside was a extremely well packed SUP with kit. The board is high quality and the accessories were equally well made. I got a MAX 10.6. I did need to ring the customer service about a slight problem and James was very helpful and sorted the problem out immediately. I have inflated the board up and all is well. Need to get out now when the rain stops as it arrived just as a five day storm arrived.
Really enjoyed this board. New to paddle boarding and this is a great introduction. Worked straight out of the box, no issues with valve or inflating. My son who is 9 got on and was great at paddling kneeling. Board is really sturdy but takes time to get balance standing up. Top product.
I’ve taken the board out on the Thames today and it’s superb. The bags a bit budget, as is the paddle and pump, but boards great – not sure how it could be improved. If it came with more expensive accessories it would push the board to over 800. So this is superb value.
Having had inflatable kayaks, dinghy with engine etc, this is compact, fun, practical and I think keeping it simple ie versus kayaks, it’s far more robust.
Light enough to carry when inflated. Easy enough to deflate for transport.
Didn’t like the material you stand on though, it’s quite rough on your skin when getting on the board.
Great customer service, received my board much earlier than anticipated. The board is excellent for beginners seeking a budget option and its size is perfect. Easy to inflate, deflate and pack in its backpack. Comes with all extras needed.
P.S. Thank you Aquaplanet for the extra backpack. The one initialy sent was slightly ruined because the repair glue opened and stuck it to the carton box. As soon as I informed them I receives another one by mail a few days later. Cool stuff!
Ok what can I tell you. Well this is a great board, especially since it is priced so affordably. Once pumped up to 15psi it is like being on a rigid body sup, and has no flex in the body when being stood on. Takes alittle effort to pump to correct psi, but then again o think must isups do.
On the water it is superb. So far I’ve surfed it at qwithian beach in 2ft (waist height) surf, and it performed very well. Turning was alittle tricky, but at the end of the day it’s not a 6ft short board. On the plus side it is a wave catching monster :). Personally I wouldn’t feel comfortable surfing waves much bigger than chest high, but I think the board would cope happily (as long as you had the skill set to do.so).
On the flat it is also great. I’ve had both me and my daughter on the board (total of 90ish kg) and it didn’t batter an eyelid. Again no effect on the rigidity or stability what so ever. Ride control is great and tracks very well.
Build quality is great, again especially at this price.
Customer service is excellent. I had a minor issue with broken zip on bag, and hose connection. These were both acknowledged, and rectified immediately with no problems.
I would highly recommend this isup package to anyone. Well done aquaplanet, you’ve done a marvelous job.

Really enjoying this board, which came extremely promptly. Struggled a bit connecting pump at first – there’s a knack – but once that was solved, no problems at all. Very stable, firm board perfect for a beginner. I found, on flat river, it was VERY hard to turn with central fin in place, but this was easy to remove. Great fun and packs easily into bag; I travel light and can fit quite a few clothes in too, so will take this instead of a case on holiday this year – perfect.

I purchased 2 Aquaplanet Max’s for my wife and I 2 weeks ago. We tried paddle boarding in the South of France last year and loved it so thought we would start with budget boards with good reviews. So far we have used them once on the sea and once on a river. I am a complete beginner and new to the sport but so far I must say I am 100% happy with the quality, the fact that everything is included and performance of these boards, considering the price. Also I had a slight issue with one of the rucksacks and the customer service from James at Aquaplanet was amazing.

This was the second SUP i bought as was so pleased with the 10ft one this is also excellent beginner sup and is so easy to inflate and use really impressed with the service from Aquaplanet as we contacted them re some questions and they got straight back to us within 24 hrs excellent customer service thank you Aquaplanet !
However the bag the it comes with could be of a tougher design. Firstly the zoos are abit weak and even taking it out of the bag for the first time came off in my hand, and the seem has now ripped carrying it on its shoulder straps. A problem you do not want only having using it twice.
Could not fault this Sup at all….great value for money. Plus you get everything with it.

Well, steady as a very steady paddle board!
I’ve only had it on the water for an hour so far, but it is a pleasure to use, from inflation to deflation, and all associated kit seems robust including the pump.
I first did SUP boarding on the “red” board, so as a comparison this board felt slightly less stable initially but soon felt comfortable.
I would advise pumping it up at home first.
Only criticism the paddle clip had a small plastic shard sticking out which cut my hand. Soon sorted with a bit of sand paper.
As a beginner sup boarder this is a great buy I’m so happy with it.

Bought this as a gift for my son in law and it was inflated on the kitchen floor Christmas Day. Not had a chance to put it on the water but great looking product and excellent service.
My Board arrived in perfect condition, I unpacked everything to test it out. I found one very tiny issue, one end of the pump hose did not have a rubber washer on it, so although the pump worked the pressure gauge did not. I emailed the team in in less than 48 hours I have a new pump which works perfectly.
My advice: don’t pay twice the price when this manufacturer gives an equal level of quality and they CARE about you as a consumer. Well Done Aqua Planet, I love my new SUP !!!

Product arrived promptly after positive and swift communication with James (seller). The package contained everything and more that we needed as a beginner (including surf sack to keep my keys safe and dry). Easy to inflate and deflate with a useful bag/rucksack to transport the board. Had our first go today on a lake and, although a little wobbly, we were very pleased and soon got used to this. Managed to hold two adults afloat comfortably. Now tempted to get a second.
Great product. Have had lots of fun with it already out on calm seas. Very stable and can carry me around 70kg plus two boys 40 plus 30 kg if we all manage to balance. It is very boyant. Looks great too. Only issue with leaking valve was fixed according to manufacturers instruction with the wrench that came along with the kit. I had not tightened it enough to start with.

Everything seems well made and having been out twice on it now in Cornwall I think it’s great. My son loved it too (who is 10 and found it easy to handle). I think I am on the limit for balance as I am 6 foot 3″ and about 95kg, need to take it out on something more choppy.
Needn’t have been concerned, great quality board for a newbie.

Love it! Really good value for money, a stable well made board with leash and paddle. Quick to inflate, even quicker to deflate and folds easily to go back in the bag.
Smart colour too.
Just back from an afternoon in and out of rocks along the Jersey north coast. Heaven!
Made up with the paddleboard, looks a great bit of kit, looking forward to making use of it!
