It’s very easy use to nice and light . The steam is very powerful and does an excellent job. Even works really well on carpets. One of the best steamers I have used by far.
Makes cleaning easy Just need a little bit more length on the cold but for an average house I would imagine it would be just perfect really really good
errified to realized how dirty my front door and conservatory areas are after using this -:P very light compared to shark and doesn’t seem to overheat like my previous shark did (until it blew itself).
hope this will last, i love the modern white look and it’s just so neat and compact – perfect for storing in a tight space. And it came with 4 replacement pads, making it so easy to clean different areas. so far a happy customer!
Easy to use. Delighted with my shiny tiled floor. Plenty of steam. Cord could have been longer, but overall very pleased with the result and better than my last steamer.
Much better cleaning than any other mop I’ve owned to date.
If only the cord was slightly longer it would be 5 stars all round.
Loved the oblong shape of the cleaning head and cloth. It cleans beautifully & doesn’t leave a water trail like my last one (a different make). It’s a pleasure to use especially as you don’t have to dry the floor with a microfibre mop. Have only used twice but think we are going to get along very well.

The ease of use , light weight , powerful and with three miniature dachshund running in and out the garden I have a beautifully clean floor.If you are looking for a steam cleaner this does exactly what it’s supposed to do , you won’t be disappointed.
So easy to use and so much quicker than using a mop and bucket, I should have got one years ago. Makes cleaning my sugar finish tiles a breeze.
So pleased with my purchase. So quick and easy to use and left the wooden floors emaculate. The pads are nice and thick and pick up all the dirt, dust and dog hair. Nice long cord and light weight machine. Recommend.
Very pleased with this product. It’s easy to use and brought up so much dirt from what I assumed were clean floors, having only mopped them a day before.
I loved the idea, a year or so ago to paint our wood flooring white. Needless to say after the winter with dirty shoes and paws following walks the dirt built up. We had a leading manufacturer steam mop that seemed to the job but with a great deal of elbow grease to push it across the floor and the steam it produced was always lacking a bit. I found myself every few weeks on my knees with a dish scrubber and soapy water having to scrub the floor to make it look like new. That mop died and I decided to look into this one. Glad I did as the floor was looking decidedly ‘tired’ and before long with great plumes of steam giving you a visual clue as to how well it was about to clean , I was off. So glad it comes with four mop pads because the T20 just polished my floor so quickly the pads dirtied up in a flash, so a quick change meant I wasn’t just moving the grime around. Likewise the glider for carpets/rugs made steaming them a breeze. The cable is a bit shorter than my previous mop but this feed back has been taken in by the manufacturer and so hopefully future upgrades my take that into account. If you want a steam mop (designed just for floors, not with fiddly detached bits for sink taps etc.) that has this much power at this price, look no further . Can’t recommend enough.

A good steam mop, light weight, plenty of steam, …BUT… the water tank is tiny & needs re filling frequently. Also I’m not impressed with the cord storage.
We’ve tried all kinds of devices and gadgets for cleaning our white textured laminate floor and this is the best. However, it’s cable is very short and it’s water tank needs refilling quite regularly.
Received my Avalla steam mop T-20 yesterday after reading all instructions went to work with it, i have purchased many steam mops over the years (I’m a pensioner) the steam from this cleaner was amazing compared to other steam mop’s expensive and cheap this T-20 is amazing so much steam but my floors were not left soaking wet, i would tell anyone considering purchasing the Avalla T-20 to go ahead this machine will not disappoint you
Great product! Easy to use, lightweight and does what it says. I have already recommended the product to my family member.
This is my third steam cleaner and it is by far the best to date. The amount of steam that it produces makes cleaning the floors very easy and the extra steam button is great for stubborn marks, the only down side is that it does leave the floors wetter than other models but this is to be expected as it does produce three times as much steam. Overall a very good steamer. I would have given five stars but for the lack of a lower cable tidy but I have been assured by the company that this is already noted and later machines will have two cable tidies instead of the current one and velcrow.

Really love the T-20, fast delivery, excellent heat up time & performance. I’ve previously used Karcher and prefer the T-20. Obviously miss being able to convert to hand held , but easy to use & cleans quickly.
Received my T20 today, very easy to assemble, lightweight and easy to use. Swept my kitchen floor then used my T20, very impressed with the steam function, it makes me wonder whether my Vileda steam mop ever actually worked. Would recommend the T20 without question.
Having owned a number of Vax Steam mops I was apprehensive about trying another brand. However, I am so pleased I did. The Avalla is so very well made, looks very modern, but best of all, cleans extremely well. The steam is strong and the mop is easy to manoeuvre. The additional mop ends were a bonus too.
Love this steamer. Comes with 4 pads that wash brilliantly. Easy to use and floors come up lovely. Used on tiles and lino. Use it couple times a week. I use the ironing water in it so it doesn’t calcify.
Was looking for ages for a steam mop, kept being put off by negative reviews. Came across this baby which was a little more expensive but only had positive reviews. Worth every penny, no fiddly little tank to take out, sleek design, easy to use, and 5 star performance. Part with the extra money and buy it, you wont regret it.

Opened up and used straight away after I received it. So easy to set up and use. Steamed all my floors and they came up beautifully clean. So impressed I told my family and they purchased one too.
As some have commented, could do with 2/3 metres extra lead to save having to change sockets to do the job.
Only disappointment was not getting any attachments, after reading reviews about them and buying the most expensive unit I just expected them to be included, but it seems they only cone with the cheaper units, so don’t understand that.
Personally I would highly recommend this mop to all my friends and family. Thanks
Produces loads of steam, is very easy to use and very lightweight. However you do need to change the pad several times during use to keep the floor from getting too wet. Having said that 4 are provided with the pack so this isn’t a problem.
