Some Tips Attention:
- Support FM broadcast, BUT NOTICE that FM not mean FM radio, but for transferring the GPS to your car. Please do not mistaken.
- Please keep it plugged in when in use while the built-in battery is mainly for emergency, can only works for 5-10mins.
- If were an old people, I think it is complicated for them to use. If were a young people, please read the user manual and description carefully, try more times to use, some settings will be remembered, or teach elderly how to use, finally we found it is easy to use, look like a mini iPad to touch.
- It’s an offline navigation, it must work relying on GPS signal so please look for GPS signal from “GPS Viewer” at the first time use. We usually put POSTCODE search, choose “Find address” in “Destination”, then input the postcode in “Town”.
- If the screen is with line or black or white, please message to issue a refund or ask for a brush software, no need to return.

I don’t drive much but when I do I get lost easily. I used the sat nav during the week for the first time eventhough I’ve had it for a while. Of course didn’t read the instructions before setting off. The sat nav was easy to figure out without them. Will read the instructions when I have time Great bit of kit. Made driving to somewhere I didn’t know a lot easier and gave me the confidence to drive there by myself

The problem is that you can’t do a postcode search because it can’t find it. The default town keeps showing a different town. It takes minutes to try and input where you want to go.
Considering the price you get a lot of sat nav for your money. The main thing to accept is that you have to take time to set all of the many settings to suit what you want and get the best out of the unit . If you plug it in out of the box using default settings and expect it to be perfect it may well not be . However many of the poor reviews are likely to be because the unit has settings which need adjusting . Considering the cost at a third of some other equivalent sat navs , a bit of time and trouble can save you a lot of money.

An excellent sat nav ,I was going to a remote part of Scotland and my Tom Tom couldn’t find it ,the in car was taking me to a place the other side of the country ,but this sat nav found my destination right away and got me to the door ,well pleased ,also very neat holder to secure it to the dashboard and other accessories included in the price
Excellent instrument especially for the price which is much less than the big two. Nice clear display and audio. Easy to enter destination and route waypoints either by address or selecting directly on the map. You can set very specific vehicle dimensions and characteristics (e.g. towing a caravan). It warns of exceeding the speed limit if required.
Small criticisms, firstly some of the settings are buried deep in menus and took some finding. Secondly the touch screen is not very accurate when using your finger. I have bought a touch screen stylus which works much better.
Nice book, not as much info as in Hairdressing book though.
Excellent value for money. Easy to use with good clear voice instructions. Great holder for dashboard much better than on windscreen. Lots of extra features. Very satisfied.
In a fab box and happy to give it as a xmas present. Not been tested yet but great quality.
The best part is the method of securing the sat nav for driving. Although sticking it to the windscreen is an option the sprung holder sits very securely on a sloping dashboard – holds the satnav well and when not open looks like part of the car design. The satnav itself works very well but we did have a little struggle to get it working with just the postcode, rather than full address. We have no need for the other electronic facilities and think it is great value at the price.
Only problem up to now is eco route wanted me to travel 405 miles for a destination 5 miles away- Ok when changed settings off eco route

This device is a good option for those who do not have satnav/bluetooth built into their vehicle. A neat screen which folds down into the case which is provided and sits flat. I recommend it for most use.
It takes days to charge from a computer but readily charges from a mains or car USB. The map and verbal instructions are clear but beware of the verbal warning if you exceed the speed limit.

Compared to my previous Garmin sat nav this unit offers so much more but in order to easily access the extra benefits you need a decent manual. The one supplied seems to have been written by someone with the equivalent of O level English. The manual is not even dedicated to this particular unit but instead to the 7 inch model which has many different features – how confusing is that!
I note in the product description that the supplier states, in effect, that “it is too complicated for elderly people and that we should get a young person to fully read the instructions and then teach the elderly”. How ageist is that?.
In developing these high tec items surely there should be proper documentary support.
Well folks I am an elderly person and have managed to get to grips with it without the aid of a young person but I have achieved that through a path of much confusion.
Good for the money one tip though I use dash shine on my car you need to clean it off with White spirit before the mount will stick
Would definitely recommend this. Got me there and back with no problems. Very quick to recalculate when I had to make a detour. Easy to use as well and the clam shell holder is much better than trying to stick it to the screen on a flimsy plastic holder.
seems to do all I want it to do and for the price it is a great piece of kit. no more falling out with missus on her map reading skills. dead simple to fit.

Once we figured out how to use it, it is simple to use. I like the holder very much. I stuck it on using Velcro thigh so that I can use it in another car too. Didn’t have to download any data, it worked straight away. Dry good for the price.
From the moment this product arrived it was clear that this was going to be a quality product – the packaging was beautiful! We thoroughly tested the sat-nav during the first weekend as we toured around Leicestershire and Northamptonshire. It was extremely easy to set up and use and there was no problem whatsoever with its navigation. The only reason I have not given this 5 stars is because (due to the dashboard of our car being curved) we could not anchor it properly – I understand we can fix it to the windscreen but we left the attachment at home! Excellent service and excellent product.
We currently own Garmin Montana for walking and geocaching, Garmin Edge 810 for my pedal bike, my wife has the old Edge and still got an old Garmen Etrex from way back. Both our cars have integral GPS too).
We had a Garmin Nuvi we used in the motorhome but it died. In its place, we used the Montana GPS but when this GPS unit was posted up as a lightning deal, seeing it had “Truck” mode, I thought I’d give it a punt to use in the motorhome to remove the “low-bridge/narrow road” worry.
Well impressed with the performance, new roads in our area are already there, only found one speed-zone (that has recently been amended) to be inaccurate. Switching speed-zones is bang-on!
The suction mount is solid, on full volume (bit tinny) announcements can be easily heard over the radio.
The verbal speed-limit warnings are super! Saves the wife nagging…. seriously, it is an excellent method of correcting enthusiastic use of the right foot.
Only two cons:
1. Internal battery life is very limited, don’t rely on it in pedestrian mode, you won’t get guided far!
2. Updating maps is problematic if you’re not familiar with PC file transfer software as the update is larger than the capacity of the unit! I had to leave the “Russia” maps and all non-English language files out to install the update.
Note: Subsequently, I’ve noted in some replies from the manufacturer that they know the update is too large for the internal memory of the unit. They direct owners to install the full update to a separate 16GB microSD card and run the software directly from the card.
For the price, this kit is a steal…..
UPDATE: 5* as the cul-de-sac problem has now been addressed with the last update 🙂
Used as satnav in car, very easy to use, good display, clear directions, very happy with this product.
I found it rather difficult to set up, but this was probably my own ineptitude. Think I have cracked it now.
This sat nav does not search by postcode – which is what I’m used to. It has taken a little while to get used to. One street name – it did not recognise and tried to send me to an incorrect destination.
It does not have up to date new roads on it so I think I ought to do the update thing – which I’m not keen on doing.
One plastic tab, which attached it to the suction mount, snapped off but it still attaches OK.
I liked the easy menu, the quickness it took to set up, and the other options available, ie, movie player, photo viewer, E-Book and flash playe
Brilliant being able to have it on the dashboard instead of window. Battery doesn’t last long so you will have to have it plugged into the car charge
Superb bit of kit! Don’t look anywhere else for an outstanding performing Sat Nav.
Can’t fault it at all. Love that I can put dimension of my van in to stop being directed places my van won’t fit.
All I will say is that I agree with other reviewer, READ INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE FIRST USE!
Easy to set up apart from had several attempts to find my address, low battery life means having connected constantly
Great Sat Nav for the price , I use it driving an HGV & it hasn’t let me down once , you can also change to car , walking etc
Navigation has many options such as listening music or watching movies and pictures .The screen is great quality , the touch screen is very responsive .Navigation voice is crisp and clear ! This navigation is very easy to use, I didn’t get any trouble when my first used. It’s really helpful for navigating in difficult junctions as it shows you which lane to be in , you don’t have to be careful of geting lost . I am very happy , this one in compare to all others branded navigations working smooth and switches pages much faster
also finds adress quickly and all updates are free.
Battery lasts a very long time , the price is fair . When no need navigation u can use it for reading ebooks , watching videos listening music or watching pictures

The build quality feels premium and the packaging it came in reinforces this ‘premium’ feel as it was fantastic.
Overall it is a very impressive satnav with an easy to view screen and more functions than you could ever use.

It is good value for money.
It was very easy for me to start to use it as my old one was very similar. Unfortunately my old SatNav’s battery doesn’t hold anymore, and it was annoying to put it on charger every time. even for a short jorney.
This SatNav’s battery hold well, toutch screen and GPS works well also.
It is important for me that the SatNav has other countries map as I sometimes drive to Europe. UK map works well, and show in time the next turn.
It is great that the SatNav reminding about spead limit, when the limit is over stricted.
Both holders work well too.
So, not any issues, am very happy with the purchase, as it is as I was expected, even better.

My very first sat nav and I’ve got to admit I am very impressed. It’s really simple to use and good value for money.
Very happy with this product, have only used it a couple of times but has been easy to use and got me to my destinations without any issues. The bracket is fantastic.! Overall, very happy with my new sat nav 🙂
The satnav is easy to setup and looks very stylish I like the fact there is a dash holder aswel as a window holder that way I do t have to stick it onto the window and cause marks.
