Brilliant optics with amazing customer service.
Optics were very easy to put together and you can tell they are bar quality material. Bought these for a home bar and everyone thought these were amazing.
Initially some of the optics leaked but after contacting the seller these were quickly replaced free of charge. Apparently Amazon had received a faulty batch.
Great product and adds the finishing touch to our ‘pub shed’.

Hi, received this item yesterday and one of the optics is leaking. I have noted that others have had the optic replaced but I can’t see how to contact you directly. Please let me know how I can get in touch to arrange a replacement optic. Apart from that product is excellent and looks great.
The leaking optic will be replaced, a very easy process to do this and very happy with the great customer service.
Real good customer service. Like others had some leaking issues, which I reported to the seller. They were swift in addressing the issue and immediately sent out replacements. Optics all in place an no more leaks.

After a leaky optic I contacted seller who swiftly sent a new one out and collected faulty one to check for quality control to avoid problems in future . Well done to you all involved in resolving issue.
Das Produkt gefllt mir aber ich habe das Problem das die Dosierspender nicht nachfllen. Erst nach einigen mal antippen wird die Flssigkeit nachgefllt. Bitte um Info wie dieses Problem gelst werden kann.
The optics themselves are great, look lovely and are easy to use one handed. We had a problem putting them together as the bolts are ‘just’ long enough but unfortunately one wasn’t. Luckily I had one the correct diameter which I was able to use but had to hacksaw down. Overall though we are pleased with it and husband is over the moon.
Excellent product, worked well at our party with 50 people there, makes it easier not having to measure the amount of alcohol for each drink…would recommend

Great product, very sturdy and doesn’t leak. A little pricey but I suppose you get what you pay for. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone.
Looks great and performs well. There is slight drippage after drinks have been poured so I would recommend some sort of drip tray below it you will get a sticky floor like I did.
No leaks and looks the part in my home bar. Works extremely well

Having bought this in March but only just completed our outdoor space, excitedly fitted it only to find half a bottle of Bacardi has dripped from the internals of one of the dispensers. I can’t find a spares/parts list anywhere and will now look odd with one of 6 missing. Is there anywhere to get help replacing this part? I Hope so as the rest is great worth the money.

A bit fiddly to put up but once up they look great.

An und fr sich ein tolles Teil, wenn es jetzt noch bereits zusammengebaut geliefert werden wrde wre alles perfekt. Fr mich mit 2 linken Hnden kurzfristig ein wenig stressig aber am Ende alles Prima. Sieht Klasse aus und ist ein echt Hingucker!
We opted for the round ones as this can be done with one hand. The one with the bars did not always fit over the glass so I think it may be easier to break.
Purchased a couple of months ago but only just set up after having kitchen refitted and one of the mechanisms slightly leaks under the circle 25ml sign (see photo). Would like a replacement issued please – just for the one would suffice.
Got these for a mobile prosecco bar we run. They are a touch flimsy, need to be careful when changing the bottles but if you take care they work just fine and it beats having to measure with a stainless cup
There was an issue with the instructions supplied which the seller kindly helped address and have since updated the instructions. Once correctly installed unit is good and does the job. Great customer service
Prodotto facile da montare, resistente e bellissimo da vedere. Ideale per chi vuole fare l’angolo bar in casa. Avevo il dubbio se gocciasse dopo l’utilizzo…e invece non fa cadere neanche mezza goccia, perfetto!!!

Bought the professional more expensive ones hoping that the drink would not leak. Sadly this is not the case so now having to source a drip tray to use. Just looked and large puddle of vodka on floor. Need something better as don’t use every day.
Excellent set of 6 optics. Easy to assemble and fit to wall.
Good quality and measures work well. Easily holds 6 x litre bottles. Worth the investment.
However I have a leaking optic and don’t want to return the whole kit the bottle connection if fine and have swapped bottle. I can’t find a way of contacting seller. A new one is about 15 but I don’t feel I should pay after just over a month so until resolved can’t recommend 100%.
– UPDATE 1st Dec 2021 : I am blown away, the seller got in touch with me as soon as reading my review and replacement optics arrived next day along with a hand written apology and gift. I have never known such amazing customer service. Thanks very much to Emily from customer services for being brilliant !!
Update. Day 2 and another leaking optic. Not so severe but 2/6 leaking is not good enough at this price. New optics ordered.

Having ordered 2 replacement optics, the supplier immediately contacted me and provided a full refund. Everything is now in perfect working order.
I bought the optics for my husbands new man cave. They are good quality, easy to attach to the wall and look very good. They can be moved for different size bottles which is an advantage as not all bottles are the same shape and size. I would definitely recommend
These are quality optics and are far superior to a cheaper ‘plasticky’ alternative that I had previously purchased from a different supplier.
I had a slight problem after purchasing the item (100% my fault and no reflection on the quality of the product at all), the seller couldn’t have been more helpful and resolved it within hours at no cost to me. Amazing service, would highly recommend.
I will not go back to using a round optic with 3/4 bars that you have to push up to get spirits out of.
I used 6 x 40mm screws to fix to wall (35mm was recommended) and it doesn’t move.
I read that some leak but none of mine have so far. Some people may have just been unlucky! Bottles feel sturdy in its holder.
Will look to purchase a second one in the future.
