Producto de buena calidad, buena recepcin de frecuencias y buena calidad final.
I’ve used this almost daily for a week or so and zero issues. I’ve walked a pretty good distance from the receiver without any problems. I’ve used cheaper wireless systems in the past and this unit can receive signal at least twice as far. Battery life hasn’t been a problem either.
This transmitter has worked wonderfully for me. Completely quiet when I plug in and disconnect. I had an issue with the unit not charging my transmitter properly. Turns out this was because in order to charge, the base unit needs 320 mA. The circuit that I had this plugged into in my voodoo labs ISO 5 was only delivering 100 mA. When I switched over to a circuit that delivered 400 mA, charging worked fine. You can also charge the transmitter with a USB cable which is convenient. I bought this unit because of the convenience of charging through the 12 V power source in my pedal board, it’s working seamlessly. Roland’s support was awesome prompt and extremely helpful in sorting the shop.
No sound degradation whatsoever. Only thing, creeps me out that I still move and turn like trying to avoid stepping on a cable that’s simply not there anymore well, I think I can put up with that little incovenience lol
A great tool to avoid cables although i dont get as much time out of one charge as suugested by the manufacture
product works great in single room and in direct sight of pedal unit, signal doesn’t travel through walls !
made of plastic ? Boss are usually so robust and solid , I can’t understand why they have made everything out of plastic ?
Ho risolto tutti i miei problemi di collegamento tramite cavi sia alla pedaliera che all’amplificatore
I’ve been playing for 25 years. I’ve always used leads. This has changed my life. Now I can run around the stage much to the annoyance of my band members. I can dive into the crowds, run and get kisses from adoring groupies, or head backstage to open a bottle of vodka during the set. Thank you boss, you’ve changed the world!
Was looking for a secondary wireless for my rig and took a chance on the Boss system. Very cool that the receiver is shaped like a typical Boss pedal, as that makes it a very easy additional to your pedalboard. Sound quality is excellent on this unit. Nice range too. I easily get over 50 feet away from the receiver with no drop outs. Impressed with the tone and range. Thumbs up!
I have this powered with the Boss PSA adaptor that I use for my Boss ME-80 effects board. I purchased the optional daisy chain cable (Boss) from Amazon so can power the ME-80 from the WL-50 DC output. Use the transmitter on a Fender Strat and Fender 12-string and 6-string. All work perfectly as if were connected by leads. No discernible difference using either. No delay from 10m distance. Great product for my studio work. No cables to fall over or get tangled up.
Works great . Much better in fact than the more expensive system I have. Battery life is good and to date no interference issues – buy one
Amazing. I use this for my electric violin and it’s a game changer. Super grateful for this little device.!
Me gusto mucho la simulacion de tono de cable, esto ayuda a que el sonido sea muy parecido a un cable
I use this on my main pedal board I use for gigs and band rehearsal. Excellent battery life, fantastic range, all I need to move freely about a stage, and no appreciable latency that I can notice. Super easy to set up, and typical of Boss products, really solid build that will stand up to the demands of playing gigs. Very pleased with this system.
I love this wireless system. It has changed the way I gig
does not fit engage snugly as the Teley Ultra jack input is too deeply recessed into the guitar body so works loose and I have had to use a male female extender cable as a work around. Fits fine in a Strat or acoustic jack. Its the Fender design not the Boss.
Best product when talking wireless. Compared to the line 6, its better in battery life, doesn’t have that issue with the power jack connection. It has in out power connection thus it does not need an additional power connection.
The tone cable option is very cool
Quality is great. Only issue is that it does not auto switch off if no use, also transmitter needs to be removed from the base if not used otherwise the battery will drain.
Overall. Its a great device
Highly recommend
I am really loving this wireless setup, but let me clarify that I’m a living room guitarist. So easy to use, and I love that the unit chargers the transmitter, and powers my tuner pedal as well, really cleans up my play area nicely. Very happy with my purchase, a bit expensive, but they thought of everything.
I sent back the other cheap ass wireless system i had and got this instead. Works perfectly with all my boss pedals in a daisy chain and powers them all via the boss power supply. Sound is perfect. Would be better if the unit on the guitar folded in as it sometimes hits the ground when i put my guitar down. this will obviously depend what type of guitar you have. My main is a Rickenbacker 330 JG so if you have a guitar that has the output in the side then you need to be a bit more careful (eg les paul, ricks, gretsch )
Great bit of kit though.
It doesn’t get any easier than this! It mounts on you pedalboard, and the transmitter seems to fit just about any guitar! I have tried others, and many did not fit on my Strats. I would have to rig-up an extension and try to attach it to my strap. Not this one! It fits all of my guitars and basses. Sound quality is great on any of my axes. Acoustic, passive electric, active electric, all work and sound great! When you are not using it, the transmitter plugs into the base to charge. I haven’t had a chance to test distance or battery life, but otherwise this is a great addition to my pedalboard.
Very good system, works well but interferes with my Wi-Fi stopping my Alexa from working.
This thing is awesome. It doesn’t seem to work with acoustic guitars (at least it didn’t with mine). When I tried it with my electric/acoustic it crackled and popped badly. It does say in the manual that it doesn’t work well with acoustics, but I tried it anyway. However, it works perfectly with all of my electric guitars, and I can get a solid wireless signal from up to about 40-50 feet away from the unit. It’s awesome not having to deal with the cable hanging from your guitar. I was skeptical, but I’ve been using it for about four months now and I love it.
I absolutely love this. I wanted to wait a while to give a review after I used it multiple times. I love the freedom of not being tied to a cord. Does not affect the sound quality whatsoever. Would highly recommend.
Easy to use. I’ve had no issues with the WL-50 although I haven’t gigged it yet.
Amazing. Never thought something like this would ever appeal to me, but since I started playing live shows it has changed everything. There is no noticeable latency, and trust me as a laptop producer I really REALLY notice latency. Great produc
Brilliant addition to my set up. Gigged 3 or 4 times with no grief so far.
I had used many different wireless systems over the years, this one is simple and easy to use. Pedalboard compatibility makes it an excellent addition to my compact setup.
Wasn’t sure how this thing was going to work but it does just fine. I love being free of the board and the amp. I’ve even used it hooked straight to the amp without any pedals and it works well. I haven’t used it with batteries yet but I’m sure it’ll do fine.
After using this Boss wireless for over a year I can give u an honest review on durability and battery life. My unit hast been used for practices and gigs since purchasing and I have not had one problem. It is easy to set up and use. The battery life has been twice as long as my band mates who have a big name competitors brand. So if you are looking for a dependable wireless unit this is definitely one to consider.
This thing is awesome! Love the cable tone adjustment, really adds warmth and realism to the whole thing. And the latency, I can’t even tell. It’s almost instant. Barely feel a difference between this and a cable.
The only thing to be careful for is acoustic electric stuff. So fair warning, I am using this on my Taylor 12e acoustic electric guitar. It works PERFECTLY on that but some people report getting audible clicking noises. I am not experiencing those. It differs from brand to brand when it comes to active preamps.
Funziona perfettamente … ottima qualit audio e segnale ottimo… lo consiglio
I bought this so I can have freedom on stage to move around and the unit cannot be easier to use. I just wish it had a battery indicator other than one light to see how much battery is on there. Almost 4 small lights to see how much is left or how much charge the unit has in it. Using one light is not enough detail.
Great battery life? Check (I’ve gone 7+ hours playing before/after multiple services and through rehearsals without needing to plug it in)
Backup plug-in capable? Check (I’ve never needed it, but it’s nice to have).
This pedal is small and works great with my strat. The feeling of freedom with no cable is MASSIVE and takes one more thing to worry about (kicking cables back after moving around) off of my mind.
However the main test is freedom of movement and I cant fault it yet. I moved around whilst playing and found no difference in sound quality. Also, all pedals work fine. Its placed at the start of your pedal board with all effects added after it. There is also an input socket as well as an output to next pedal (or amp). This then means that if you see the low charge light come on and don’t want to take a chance, you can then plug in a normal cable between guitar and the receiver. This then overrides the receiver and you can play as you would normally.
Excellent bit of kit.
I use it professionally on stage.
Fantastic in a small space where cables tangle so easily
