Finally got round to using this today and I’m really impressed. It comes in three parts but screws together easily and is very strong and sturdy. The screws are included.
The blade is sharp and makes for a nice, clean cut. Made my life very easy. This is a job I had been putting off for weeks but with this edging tool I was able to get the ground ready for laying a drain in no time at all!

Neighbours delighted, purchased on my account for their garden and wanted a solid metal lawn edger that would last. This has done the job. Came in a few parts which easily clicked and screwed together, non slip grip on handles. Very sharp. Several spanner’s included which was helpful. Thick saw tooth blade. The long shears? are VERY sharp, they cut through the cardboard box like butter but will make light work of grass.
I spend a lot of time in my garden and is mainly to keep it tidy and clean. One of the challenges are concrete edging where weed loves to grow and lawn mowers can’t reach. This toolkit is perfect for small jobs.
I am extremely pleased with the product. The equipment is simple to use and durable. The lightweight item, combined with the saw tooth and wider handles, makes the job so much easier. The construction is good, easy to put together, and has a nice solid feel.
This half moon deep step lawn edging tool comes in three parts , a handle which has a rubberised grip , a central pole and the edging spade base . Also in the box are one pair of gardening gloves , a set of grass hand shears and a packet of fixings which include screws and bolts .
This tool is easy to assemble , you even have the option of how long you want it to be , using the screws there are two holes in all three parts which take the screws and bolts . Place in the bolts in the farthest holes to get the full length which is roughly 48 inches .
Made from a heavy duty steel , you can feel its quality , the half moon shaped cutting tool has a seated cutting edge and wide outside step which makes it really easy on your feet arches when pushing it into the grass. The addition of the hand shears and gloves is a bonus .
This was very reasonably priced , if purchased in a garden centre you’d definitely pay at least double for an item of compareable quality .

I bought this not to edge my lawn (although it would work great for this) but to quickly dig a path for my Flymo robot lawn mower’s guide wire to go into. I had tried various tools and at one point had painstakingly dug the required path with a pizza knife but this tool made it so easy I was done in no time! The serated edge means it cuts through the ground super easily and the whole tool once assembled feels sturdy and great value for money.

Half Moon Edger is very good and sturdy. The other is not very sturdy though. Can not complaint much.

Sturdy & excellent quality lawn edger that gives great results. It came in a smaller box so there is some assembly of the lawn edger to do, u need to attach the blade & handle section to the yellow pole. There is an instruction & diagram sheet telling u how & the tools & screws/nuts are all included. If u have a lawn next to a path in your garden u can neaten up the edge using this lawn edger. It will cut through any overhanging bits of grass & create a nice defined edge. U can also use to cut out new flowerbeds in your lawn area so u get a tidy line around them with no messy edges. U can push it into tightly packed soil much easier by putting your foot on the shelf above the base & applying your body weight. It has a carbon-steel serrated blade to cut through the grass & weeds to give a neat edge to your path & lawn areas. It is rust & corrosion proof plus the soft padded handles will protect your grip & are a good height of 39 inches for ease of use. It is a very well made tool that I expect will outlast me in the garden as its such good quality. The price is good just for the edger tool but the additional items of lawn shears & a pair of gardening gloves that come with it make it even better value & it would make a great gift set for any keen gardener.
I have always just used a shovel to edge my lawn. It is cumbersome and definitely not the most efficient or effective way to do it. I finally decided to I vest in this proper edger. This tool is perfectly designed for that purpose. it is lightweight and easy to use. It makes the job so much quicker and neater. Highly recommended. The pruning scissors and gardening gloves are a nice bonus

I just dugout bramble weed roots and tubers from clay soil. Ground full of stones , so it’s heavy when wet and rock hard when dry.
The edge is able to cut through tough roots and spade digs deep enough to track roots. A good weight, but light enough to handle easily. Worth the extra cost. Well made , so should last a good while!
