I have never had the original GHD,s so cannot compare this to them. However I love the quick heat up time as I have really thick frizzy hair, it takes me some time to straighten it. They are a million times better than all of the previous straighteners that I have purchased
I know they are expensive but they are worth every penny! I have fine hair and have to be careful not to dry out my hair with too much heat. The dual temperature enables me to straighten my hair on the higher setting on the hard to straighten bits and smooth over with the lower temperature. They come with a really long lead and a good case and also a protector to hold the blades together, you don’t really need a mat as they switch off if you are not using them.
My hair is naturally wavy so other straighteners have never really straightened my hair that well, cloud 9ns have made a complete difference, they straighten my hair smooth straight and it actually lasts all day, love them worth the buy and highly recommend them.
These are great they heat up really quickly and straighten or curl really well. The automatic turn off is great and with a touch to turn it back on saves time.

They work very well on my bleached hair, taking it from a frizzy disaster to poker straight. And they glide through you’re hair so easily leaving it soft, I’m happy with them, however they are a little bit expensive.
I purchased 2 pairs as Christmas presents and both people are very happy with them! So easy to use! My girlfriend had GHD’s and she much prefers the Cloud 9’s!

These are the best straighteners I’ve ever used, I have very thick curly hair and although ghd’s did a good job, I needed something with a slightly higher temperature, but not too hot to damage my hair. I use cloud 9 touch with my usual heat protection spray and within 30 mins my hair is straight, glossy and fabulous

I did a load of research before committing to Cloud 9’s. The thermistor KEPT going on my Platinums and when the 4th pair went (via GHD repairs), I knew I needed something more reliable. Really pleased with the product and the price. At 80 cheaper than Platinums, I’m struggling to see any difference.

Let me get one thing straight: I am not someone who enjoys spending ages on their hair. I used to leave my hair to just dry naturally after washing which left it looking dry and dull.
I’ve recently made the conscious decision to look after my hair (I know, using high heat seems contradictory to this) so I purchased these straighteners to encourage me to use them more and look after my hair with new products/ properly drying with a hairdryer.
All I can say is WOW. The results are amazing! My hair is sleek, soft and shiny, and the results last for a good couple of days which is great for me! The touch straighteners are incredibly easy to use and just feel so high quality, sliding effortlessly through my hair.

This is my second purchase of the Cloud Nine Touch hair straightener. When my old ones packed in, I actually bought a cheaper brand, but I had to return them as they just weren’t as good as these, so I rebought the Cloud Nine Touch from here, the price was reasonable too! I was considering a GHD Gold as I have had GHDs previously too, but think the features of this one for me are better. My old ones lasted about 5 years which isn’t too bad.
I like the ease of using them, as you just touch them together and within 10-15 seconds they are ready to use. Plus the auto shut off is handy. There are no other buttons to worry about so it’s very easy to use. You can have 2 settings, so if you don’t want it burning hot (I use the lower heat option on my daughter) you just touch the irons together rapidly a few times and it will automatically change the setting between lower to higher heat. It also comes with a heat protected pouch which is handy. I don’t get any snagging from these as the plates are flush rather than raised, as I’ve used other brands before and often get my hair caught. I’m a happy Cloud Nine customer!
Took a jump away from my 10+ years of loyalty to GHDs and I’m pleasantly surprised. These glide over your hair and seem to cut a lot of time off my usual straightening regime (I have very curly hair!). You can’t manually alter the temperature but it has a really good mechanism which turns the irons off when you haven’t used them for about 10 seconds. You just have to snap them together to kick them back into action. No worrying about leaving them on when you leave the house! Mine did make a strange fizzing noise on first use, but haven’t heard it since. All in all 8/10!

Previously had GHDs and they weren’t bad but I have thick wavy hair and have always had trouble maintaining straight hair. Really happy with these, they’re so easy to use and do the trick. I spend less time on my hair than before and my hair stays straighter for longer. Hopefully they will last a while too. Only had them a few days but I use them every day and I am very happy with them.
I liked that theses straighteners heated up really fast. Very easy to use. I have very thick hair and they glided through my hair no problem.
Only thing that was a little annoying and it’s only a small thing is that after 30 seconds of not using them they switch off automatically, so if you are sectioning your hair off and it takes a little longer if you have thick hair they switch off too quickly. You have to gently close them together and they come back on.
Heats up very quickly. Very much like the plastic tube end bit to keep tongs together when not in use and like the zip travel soft case they come with.

Found out afterwards my hairdressers uses Cloud 9 in her salon although not touch ones as the would turn off in 30 seconds if not in use. Got these for my partners birthday, and she loves them. She’s always used GHDs before, but she heard that these were supposed to be good. Functionality and build quality is great. Click together to turn on, and away you go. Don’t think she’d go back to GHDs after having these.
Why did I wait so long before switching to these? I have always had GHDs and when my last pair broke I thought I would give these ago after having them recommend to me. I love that they have a lower heat setting which is perfect for my hair but also the higher heat setting is great when I’ve had a bit of a stubborn bit that isn’t doing as it’s meant to. The instant heat up is great especially when you are in a rush to get ready. They don’t drag on the hair and Normally I would have to straighten my hair daily. These I straighten it once dry from washing and generally don’t need to do it again until the next wash other than an occasional quick run over after sleeping and it’s a bit messy but generally lasts a good 2-3 days for me

My GHD Platinum’s packed up and I’d heard a couple of friends mention how good the Cloud 9 ones are. I decided to look into them and after reading a few reviews, thought I’d give them a go even though they’re just as expensive as GHDs. I can’t begin to tell you how glad I did buy these, they are brilliant! I love them! I’m always sceptical because I often read good reviews on products and then feel disappointed when I don’t experience the same thing.
I have quite thick hair which when blow dried is wavy/has kinks and frizzes out, so I always have to straighten my hair. The Cloud 9 straightens them much quicker than my GHDs did, the style also lasts all day and looks much sleeker. I have had many compliments on my hair since using these. I would definitely recommend the Cloud 9 and have been recommending them to family and friends!

I used to use GHDs when I was younger, but sadly my old pair blew up and stopped working years ago. Since then I bought a pair of Remington straighteners from Boots (as a University student I couldn’t rationalise spending the 100+ for GHDs). My hairdresser recently told me about Cloud 9 and I am so thankful she did. Much cheaper price tag than GHDs and made by the same person- these have transformed my hair. I will never go back to a cheap pair again and will continue using this brand. They heat up quickly, a little beep confirms, and if they are not touching they won’t heat and switch off. Really clever design, easy to use and amazing on my thick frizzy hair. Would highly recommend!
These turned out to be better than my GHDs. I have wiry thick hair so I need straighteners that can cope with this. The Cloud Nines are slim enough to reach my roots and they leave my hair feeling soft and with a shape. They are not harsh in any way. My only little niggle, I find it annoying that they switch off after about 40 seconds if you’re not using them but because my hair is so thick it takes longer than 40 seconds to prepare the next piece of hair for straightening. Not a huge problem as it switches on immediately again.
I absolutely love the Cloud Nine Touch iron. There is no on off switch or button. You just plug the iron into the mains outlet and clamp the plates together once to turn it on. It automatically goes to 195C.
195C is for thicker corse hair.
If you have thinner or fine hair then clamp the plates twice to get the iron to a lower temperature of 165 C
To get it back up to the higher temperature of 195C clamp the plates three times.
I was amazed by the results. Literally one stroke the hair is poker straight.
I will never go back to using a ghd anymore, as I’ve used ghd for about 17 years, since ghd launched in 2001.

Not only are these straighteners amazing at doing the job, there are also a few other reasons why I love both the brand and this model. I first bought the original Cloud Nine ones a few years ago after reading the reviews, and I haven’t regretted it since. I bought it for the temperature control as I didn’t want to use such high heat on my hair every day. Although The Touch straightener only has two different temperature options in comparison to the Original’s seven, it’s actually perfect for me as I only ever use two temperatures.
I was impressed by how quickly the Original straighteners heat up, but I was absolutely amazed by how fast these ones get hot – almost instantly! I really like the 30 second hibernation time and the fact that it makes a sound to let you know it’s gone into hibernation mode. Last, but most certainly not least, contrary to the description comparing the different models of straighteners, it has the ability to change between the 3 pin to 2 pin adaptable plug, meaning that depending on the country, I don’t have to use an adaptor when I go abroad. Extremely happy with these straighteners!
First impression of these straighteners is good! I usually have GHD ones but when my GHD Eclipse hair straighteners broke and I found out the parts to fix them don’t exist, a friend recommended these. I love the heat proof storage case and the cover for the tips. The fact that they heat up instantly is amazing. I like the swivel cord, which makes them easy to use. And they quickly straightened my thick wavy hair, leaving it shiny and silky. I couldn’t ask for more.
These are THE best hair straighteners I have ever used, bar none. Even on frizzy day 3 hair that had been curled with heat previously it made my hair so soft, smooth and shiny. Better than ghd in my opinion! Highly recommended.

I absolutely LOVE these! I’ve used the ghd stylers for over 12 years and although my hairdresser said both are as good as each other, I went for Cloud Nine the Touch based on the instant heat up technology. I’m over the moon with them – they do heat up immediately, as soon as you touch the plates together and they absolutely glide over your hair. Multiple heat functions as well so you can use lower heat and reduce damage. 100% recommend!
My wife got this as her GHD’s seemed to be over heating (too long new) and damaging her hair. This has 2 heat setting’s so thought the lower heat setting would sort this problem out but doesn’t seem to straighten as well on low setting so bit of a wasted feature to my mind.
Such an amazing hair straightener! Better than ghds by far as they dont leave hair dry or brittle. Seems to condition the hair while they straighten it so hair looks shiny and feels silky smooth when finished. Very very happy with my purchase. I have curly hair that is often quite frizzy especially in humidity, but these straighteners seem to prevent hair drying out so even when it develops the natural curl back again in humidity, its not frizzy or dry.

The auto switch off is great – no more worries about did I unplug them, and the heat shield and travel bag supplied with the straighteners are just the job – can put them away immediately after use if required

I had very high expectations for these straighteners, based on reviews and recommendations from various friends… I was, however, slightly disappointed on first use!
They do heat up instantly, but for thick and wavy hair like mine, the temperature is perhaps a little too low. That said, after a few uses, I did find them a lot better. They don’t snag my hair as much as my previous straightener, and my hair appears healthier and less broken!
Although expensive these are worth every penny. Having been a ghd addict for many years I deliberated for a long time between these and the ghd eclipse. Following the recommendation of my hairdresser I plumped for these…it was definitely the correct decision. The hair straighteners are well made with a nice long cable. They heat up within seconds and glide effortlessly through hair. As their maximum heat setting is not as high as those on my previous ghds I was unsure whether they would be sufficient to tackle my hair but I’ve not missed the extra heat – in fact they work far better! The touch technology also means I don’t have to worry if I accidently leave them plugged in. Although they will turn off if you out them down to section hair etc. one touch of the plates together and they’re immedicatley ready. Having tried these I would never return to ghd.
I bought these for my daughter who absolutely loves them! I wanted to get a decent quality straightener as some will end up slitting hair and making it brittle through over use. This has not caused any problems at all ( had them over 4 months now) and seems to have an intuitive system for getting the right heat. It also turns itself off when not in use, which is very handy when dealing with teenagers who forget things like turning off lights, TVs….straighteners etc…I remember the curling tong burns in the carpet when I was a teenager – but none of that with these.
They are more expensive, but you get what you pay for – and these are very good.
Fantastic straighteners, way better than GHD, maybe not so good on short hair because of paddle shape/size.only downside, I couldn’t seem to find any info about the warranty so don’t know if or how long it is.My daughters use them and they have super thick wavy hair, it comes out smooth and poker straight, it also makes gorgeous waves/curls.
These replaced my Ghds which stopped working and I am so glad I made the change to the cloud nine touch. They heat up instantly as soon as the plates touch together. I have a lot of hair which is naturally curly but find I only need to glide these straightners through once to get perfectly straight hair rather than several times. I was slightly worried about the time out feature if not in use for 30 seconds but as they heat up instantly it is no problem at all. A really good purchase.
Was in process of reviewing GHDs to buy seeing as my longest serving straighteners had seen better days when I came across these beauties. I can say I am very impressed with them and love the fact I can switch to two different beat settings due to having hair extensions in current so I know I won’t be continually damaging my hair. Before using the C9 Touch, I used medium band priced straightners, and they would distroy my hair. What I love about the Touch is that it glides through my frizzy and unmanageable hair in seconds and leaves it soft too touch, not singed or half straight – half wavey. I also love not having to leave my straightners on for 10 minutes to heat up, the touch heats up in 3 seconds so my getting ready time has decreased. What’s really nice is with the Touch – your hair stays straight all day! Definitely worth the investment, and I would love to try their other products.
Bought these as a gift for my wife. The cut off and then turn on system is great. An excellent safety feature and they heat up very fast so don’t think you have to wait ages when they turn off automatically. Great brand and it came with a heat mat which is great as my wife straightens her hair everywhere in our home. Also it has a heat guard so u can store your straighteners rather than waiting to let the blades completely cool down. She has thick long hair and she feels she is saving time over her ghd’s which this cloud 9 is replacing.

WOW, firstly, I have never had any straightners that heat up as quick as these! Not a matter of minutes but literally seconds! I debated on whether I should buy wider plate but when I saw that Amazon were not selling these through themselves anymore as their customer reviews came back that they were not the same as advertised. I then thought why not buy the smaller plates….they also work out cheaper will do the same job. In fact, they are even better than the wider plate, they do an amazing job! This is a dream to my hair which is in such poor shape from my old cheap straightners mainly because they are too hot. I was able to straighten my hair in a matter of minutes and it has remained straight, no kinks or singeing while straightning and my hair is so smooth and feels like silk…I cannot fault them!!! I am very impressed and so glad I listened to my friend who recommended them to me.
I like the quality of these and the multiple temperatures. I’ve not used it abroad yet, but the plug is funny and turns into the euro plug. The ‘touch’ switches are good and accurate. I use the cooler setting and go tap tap tap, and it always goes to ‘blue’ very easily. I had a GHD before and sold it when I had really short hair. Growing it back, I got these because a hairdresser told me an there were two guys in GHD that fell out and one went to cloud 9, so quality is same (which it is) and has two temps. I have fine hair and fry it less with these. I like the blue heatproof shield you can slip on when you’re done. I think these are just as good as GHD and love them. No negatives here.
These are amazing, they make your hair look glossy, straighten hair well, and easily, don’t make frizz, make hair smooth, are easy and quick to use and are better than GHDs.
I would recommend these to absolutely anyone, if you have thick, afro hair, I’d recommend the wide ones though, simply for more strength over hair, and always use heat protectant.

Best straightners ever. These were recommended by my hairdresser when my GHD’s gave up. I have thick curly hair and these just glide through in half the time it took GHD.

I have never had the original GHD,s so cannot compare this to them. However I love the quick heat up time as I have really thick frizzy hair, it takes me some time to straighten it. They are a million times better than all of the previous straighteners that I have purchased

I know they are expensive but they are worth every penny! I have fine hair and have to be careful not to dry out my hair with too much heat. The dual temperature enables me to straighten my hair on the higher setting on the hard to straighten bits and smooth over with the lower temperature. They come with a really long lead and a good case and also a protector to hold the blades together, you don’t really need a mat as they switch off if you are not using them.
I cannot say anything about this product except delivery was fast and it looks great. I have bought this as a Christmas gift for my grand daughter.
My hair is naturally wavy so other straighteners have never really straightened my hair that well, cloud 9ns have made a complete difference, they straighten my hair smooth straight and it actually lasts all day, love them worth the buy and highly recommend them.
These are great they heat up really quickly and straighten or curl really well. The automatic turn off is great and with a touch to turn it back on saves time.

They work very well on my bleached hair, taking it from a frizzy disaster to poker straight. And they glide through you’re hair so easily leaving it soft, I’m happy with them, however they are a little bit expensive.
I purchased 2 pairs as Christmas presents and both people are very happy with them! So easy to use! My girlfriend had GHD’s and she much prefers the Cloud 9’s!

These are the best straighteners I’ve ever used, I have very thick curly hair and although ghd’s did a good job, I needed something with a slightly higher temperature, but not too hot to damage my hair. I use cloud 9 touch with my usual heat protection spray and within 30 mins my hair is straight, glossy and fabulous

I did a load of research before committing to Cloud 9’s. The thermistor KEPT going on my Platinums and when the 4th pair went (via GHD repairs), I knew I needed something more reliable. Really pleased with the product and the price. At 80 cheaper than Platinums, I’m struggling to see any difference.

I’ve recently made the conscious decision to look after my hair (I know, using high heat seems contradictory to this) so I purchased these straighteners to encourage me to use them more and look after my hair with new products/ properly drying with a hairdryer.
All I can say is WOW. The results are amazing! My hair is sleek, soft and shiny, and the results last for a good couple of days which is great for me! The touch straighteners are incredibly easy to use and just feel so high quality, sliding effortlessly through my hair.
The reason I didn’t like using my old straighteners was because they were cheap and not very good, now I actually enjoy doing my hair. Would 100% recommend.

Hard to work out how to change temperature control but worked really well on hottest setting. Hair very smooth and creates great shine!
I like the ease of using them, as you just touch them together and within 10-15 seconds they are ready to use. Plus the auto shut off is handy. There are no other buttons to worry about so it’s very easy to use. You can have 2 settings, so if you don’t want it burning hot (I use the lower heat option on my daughter) you just touch the irons together rapidly a few times and it will automatically change the setting between lower to higher heat. It also comes with a heat protected pouch which is handy. I don’t get any snagging from these as the plates are flush rather than raised, as I’ve used other brands before and often get my hair caught. I’m a happy Cloud Nine customer!

Previously had GHDs and they weren’t bad but I have thick wavy hair and have always had trouble maintaining straight hair. Really happy with these, they’re so easy to use and do the trick. I spend less time on my hair than before and my hair stays straighter for longer. Hopefully they will last a while too. Only had them a few days but I use them every day and I am very happy with them.
I liked that theses straighteners heated up really fast. Very easy to use. I have very thick hair and they glided through my hair no problem.
Only thing that was a little annoying and it’s only a small thing is that after 30 seconds of not using them they switch off automatically, so if you are sectioning your hair off and it takes a little longer if you have thick hair they switch off too quickly. You have to gently close them together and they come back on.
Heats up very quickly. Very much like the plastic tube end bit to keep tongs together when not in use and like the zip travel soft case they come with.
Love these straighteners they give a lovely finish to my hair. They switch off automatically after use. Found out afterwards my hairdressers uses Cloud 9 in her salon although not touch ones as the would turn off in 30 seconds if not in use. Came with a lovely bag could have done with a heat mat though. Would highly recommend
After my trust GHD breaking down, I thought after 10 years I would try another brand. So glad I did! They straighten my thick hair so quickly and also love the curl they give! They heat up sooo fast and also have two heat settings. Hair feels smooth after use!
Why did I wait so long before switching to these? I have always had GHDs and when my last pair broke I thought I would give these ago after having them recommend to me. I love that they have a lower heat setting which is perfect for my hair but also the higher heat setting is great when I’ve had a bit of a stubborn bit that isn’t doing as it’s meant to. The instant heat up is great especially when you are in a rush to get ready. They don’t drag on the hair and Normally I would have to straighten my hair daily. These I straighten it once dry from washing and generally don’t need to do it again until the next wash other than an occasional quick run over after sleeping and it’s a bit messy but generally lasts a good 2-3 days for me
I love these straighteners. Bought these after my last pair eventually died after many many years of faultless service! My daughter uses these too and always comments how these straighten better than any other makes & models out there. Sleek, easy to use, do the job effortlessly and great price too.
I have quite thick hair which when blow dried is wavy/has kinks and frizzes out, so I always have to straighten my hair. The Cloud 9 straightens them much quicker than my GHDs did, the style also lasts all day and looks much sleeker. I have had many compliments on my hair since using these. I would definitely recommend the Cloud 9 and have been recommending them to family and friends!

Bought these to replace my GHDs. I am very impressed with these straighteners. Just turn them on, click twice and they are hot. They are every bit as good as the ones they were replacing and although I was apprehensive to try a different brand as they are also quite expensive, I am very pleased with these.

I bought this after my hair dresser seemed to make my hair straight and sleek.
Where has this been all my life??? Whenever i decide to straighten my hair, this is my magic wand. Within fifteen mins, my hair is lovely and sleek and lasts three days. It used to take me two hours to get my hair straight, even then any humidity will murder the straight locks.

Fantastic. Was sceptical as I was a GHD fan but these are amazing! Such smooth hair at a lower temperature and they heat up quickly and automatically turn off too. Definitely a recommended buy!
195C is for thicker corse hair.
If you have thinner or fine hair then clamp the plates twice to get the iron to a lower temperature of 165 C
To get it back up to the higher temperature of 195C clamp the plates three times.
I was amazed by the results. Literally one stroke the hair is poker straight.

Wow, I wished I’d bought them as soon as the others broke! Every penny well spent. So quick to heat up, quick to straighten my very thick curly hair and my hair stays straight!
Also reassuring that they switch themselves off and also have a cap to put over the end to stop children touching whilst still hot. Also have a nice travel bag to store them in.
My hairdresser recommended these as my ghds weren’t doing what they once did for my wiry curly hair. These have transformed it. Lots of compliments since, and you can see the styling more clearly now.

I was impressed by how quickly the Original straighteners heat up, but I was absolutely amazed by how fast these ones get hot – almost instantly! I really like the 30 second hibernation time and the fact that it makes a sound to let you know it’s gone into hibernation mode. Last, but most certainly not least, contrary to the description comparing the different models of straighteners, it has the ability to change between the 3 pin to 2 pin adaptable plug, meaning that depending on the country, I don’t have to use an adaptor when I go abroad. Extremely happy with these straighteners!
First impression of these straighteners is good! I usually have GHD ones but when my GHD Eclipse hair straighteners broke and I found out the parts to fix them don’t exist, a friend recommended these. I love the heat proof storage case and the cover for the tips. The fact that they heat up instantly is amazing. I like the swivel cord, which makes them easy to use. And they quickly straightened my thick wavy hair, leaving it shiny and silky. I couldn’t ask for more.
These are THE best hair straighteners I have ever used, bar none. Even on frizzy day 3 hair that had been curled with heat previously it made my hair so soft, smooth and shiny. Better than ghd in my opinion! Highly recommended.

Such an amazing hair straightener! Better than ghds by far as they dont leave hair dry or brittle. Seems to condition the hair while they straighten it so hair looks shiny and feels silky smooth when finished. Very very happy with my purchase. I have curly hair that is often quite frizzy especially in humidity, but these straighteners seem to prevent hair drying out so even when it develops the natural curl back again in humidity, its not frizzy or dry.
These are the fastest to heat up – plug them I and in just a couple of seconds they are ready to go…
I have thick wavy hair and it takes a lot less time to straighten it with these than my previous straighteners even though the temperature isn’t as high, so doing much less damage to my hair
The auto switch off is great – no more worries about did I unplug them, and the heat shield and travel bag supplied with the straighteners are just the job – can put them away immediately after use if required
Teenage daughter also thinks they are fab – keeps using them instead of my old ones that I face her!
I have since bought another set in white to leave at our flat that I visit occasionally so I don’t have to carry so much stuff with me
I had very high expectations for these straighteners, based on reviews and recommendations from various friends… I was, however, slightly disappointed on first use!
They do heat up instantly, but for thick and wavy hair like mine, the temperature is perhaps a little too low. That said, after a few uses, I did find them a lot better. They don’t snag my hair as much as my previous straightener, and my hair appears healthier and less broken!
Although expensive these are worth every penny. Having been a ghd addict for many years I deliberated for a long time between these and the ghd eclipse. Following the recommendation of my hairdresser I plumped for these…it was definitely the correct decision. The hair straighteners are well made with a nice long cable. They heat up within seconds and glide effortlessly through hair. As their maximum heat setting is not as high as those on my previous ghds I was unsure whether they would be sufficient to tackle my hair but I’ve not missed the extra heat – in fact they work far better! The touch technology also means I don’t have to worry if I accidently leave them plugged in. Although they will turn off if you out them down to section hair etc. one touch of the plates together and they’re immedicatley ready. Having tried these I would never return to ghd.
I bought these for my daughter who absolutely loves them! I wanted to get a decent quality straightener as some will end up slitting hair and making it brittle through over use. This has not caused any problems at all ( had them over 4 months now) and seems to have an intuitive system for getting the right heat. It also turns itself off when not in use, which is very handy when dealing with teenagers who forget things like turning off lights, TVs….straighteners etc…I remember the curling tong burns in the carpet when I was a teenager – but none of that with these.
They are more expensive, but you get what you pay for – and these are very good.
Fantastic straighteners, way better than GHD, maybe not so good on short hair because of paddle shape/size.only downside, I couldn’t seem to find any info about the warranty so don’t know if or how long it is.My daughters use them and they have super thick wavy hair, it comes out smooth and poker straight, it also makes gorgeous waves/curls.
These replaced my Ghds which stopped working and I am so glad I made the change to the cloud nine touch. They heat up instantly as soon as the plates touch together. I have a lot of hair which is naturally curly but find I only need to glide these straightners through once to get perfectly straight hair rather than several times. I was slightly worried about the time out feature if not in use for 30 seconds but as they heat up instantly it is no problem at all. A really good purchase.
Was in process of reviewing GHDs to buy seeing as my longest serving straighteners had seen better days when I came across these beauties. I can say I am very impressed with them and love the fact I can switch to two different beat settings due to having hair extensions in current so I know I won’t be continually damaging my hair. Was very impressed that the straightners came with the heat protector mat I had ordered one individually. They are very easy to use and I have had no issues using them

These straighteners are fantastic.I was a bit unsure about buying these after being so loyal to my ghd’s for years but I really wanted to try them. My hairdresser and several other friends hairdressers all recommended these and said they were good so I went for it and bought them.I have thick hair that always curls and these straighteners just glide through your hair and leave it really straight and shiny. They are worth every penny and I would definitely recommend that you buy these. You wont regret it.
I would recommend these to absolutely anyone, if you have thick, afro hair, I’d recommend the wide ones though, simply for more strength over hair, and always use heat protectant.
