I absolutely love this tool! I have a huge garden with some tough weeds, also have horses & makes easy work of all the dock leaves in the field! Can’t wait to try the round cutting blade in the spring! Battery life is brilliant & so much easier to use than the strimmers with lines
arrived as promised, easy to assemble, does the job well.
not really an expert on battery life, but did need to re charge whilst on 1 job, but suppose just under 1 hour on that job, so no complaints. happy with product and features etc
the sacateurs are well good, although on small side, real good quality
This trimmer cuts through everything! Makes such an easy job of anything green, the back of my garden has an ivy that takes over everything but now i just use this to butcher the ivy quick and easy… before it took ages!!
Well happy with this item good sturdy blades for multi tasks
Battery lasts long enough to complete all tasks I have had to do.. Cut grass, bushes and branch trimming
Simple and easy to change blades for different jobs
Well worth the money wish I had bought one soone
Having two batteries is helpful and they do last as stated for 40 minutes. The strimmer using the wood cutting blade helped lower a conifer hedge cutting through stems of 4cm with some ease. Wearing the goggles for this function is essential.
The metal strimmer blade made light work of long tough grass, the kind of thing which would clog up a plastic wire strimmer.
The same blade can be used to edge the lawn and the ability to change the angle of the blade is a good feature. The plastic lawn edging blades are also useful but care needs to be taken to ensure these are not bent.
Nice to know spare blades are available.
Very impressed.
Bought this strimmer a few weeks ago and it does the job brilliantly.
All the blades do as they should and effortlessly.
Had a problem with an item and messaged seller.
Excellent response and item replaced plus more with no questions asked.
Would recommend this item & selle
For a battery strimmer this has performance. I was very shocked on how good it was. Its the best battery strimmer iv brought. The blades r sharp and does the job. My garden was an overgrown jungle but now its getting clearer. Well worth the money and highly recommended will also recommend this to my family and friends
First use the strimmer it was really good and used all types of attachments which worked as expected with no issues. Battery chrge was about 1 to 2 hrs per charger and seemed to hold charge however instructions could be bette
It was easy to put together and use.
I was apprehensive when I first received it but after ten minutes it was ready. All I had to to was charge the battery which took two hours.
It comes with plastic and metal blades, both easy to fix.
Does a great job in the garde
Love this little gadget as it’s so light to hold. The cutting head is small but powerful so I can cut just what I want to cut and no more. Shame the instructions for putting it together aren’t clearer. Items are listed but not numbered, and are named differently in the instructions. Also last 2 instructions and pictures are the wrong way round.
Just what I was looking for. Light weight easy to use and set up. Not loud which is a bonus. 2 batteries for extended use. I got approx 2-2 and 1/2 out of them today not fully charged
I love everything about this unit and recognise that the blades need replacing. The blades provided are are sufficient but it is sensible to have a spare set with such a good unit. There is no info to order these.
I have the mains plug with lead and two batteries but is there another plastic cover which accepts the mains cable and slides onto the battery
to charge them?
There are no contact details noted in the insruction book to make direct contact in case of missing items and it would be such a shame to return what appears to be what I’m after.
Purchased this as a cheap solution to clear a 100m allotment. Battery life was better than expected and a single battery gave enough power to clear a little over half the plot. Total strimming time across 2 batteries was almost 2 hours. We had to keep untangling long grass from the cutting mechanism but for a small machine, we were pleased with performance. No real negatives apart from it being a bit of a faff to assemble as the pictures on the instruction manual were tiny. Did the job, good selection of cutting blades and height adjustments meant it was suitable for both the people using it.
I need a battery strimmer to cut long grass around graves in the cemetery. I ordered this item and received it the next day. It was complete. The assembly instructions are in a small font and difficult to follow. However it was not that difficult to put together. I charged the batteries, after test one around my garden it took about 2 hours to full charge, the other took about 1 hours. I used strimmer a couple of days ago, to do around an area in the cemetery which the church are not cutting, about 5 metres by 12 metres. This is so lightweight and easy to use. I only have tried one of the small metal blades it worked a treat, cutting the long grass with ease. If the blade does catch the ground it does stop. I have not tried cutting brambles etc so cannot comment. The recharge of the one battery used took again about 2 hours. It took about 15 minutes to cut the area mentioned, all in all so far excellent.
Easily assembled and the 3 separate blades are not difficult to interchange. Cuts well and the battery lasts well.
I am hopeless with a strimmer, keep taking chunks out of my grass, but this is fantastic, the only one I have been able to use successfully,it is so light and easy to control,it did take a little practice but soon got the hang of it,the battery life is good to,just make sure you fully charge the battery before you use it for the first time
it was use on my allotment to help with the grass cutting & making it easier to maintain the garde
This is such a time saver, From all the items you get at an amazing value you cannot go wrong, and does in half the time as a string one, This is my favourite item so far I’m so Impressed, the battery life is also not to bad for a first timer like me I got half hour, (But) I didn’t give battery time to fully charge I was egar to play with my new item 🙂 I was so over the moon and bot back breaking either omy…guys it’s the best ever!! Thank you seller.. also it came packed well enough and on time 🙂
Bought the cordless strimmer this week as I needed something a bit more robust to clear the weeds and thick grass. It worked well and I am very happy with the product. It is very light as well. Still working my way through the different blades, but definitely better than your normal strimmer. Pleased there are 2 batteries as the think undergrowth does take its toll.
Could do with a bigger instruction leaflet as my eyes aren’t as good as they were. I think that is already planned by the product owner. Definitely a good purchase.
No instruction for correct fitting of metal blades but dealer says this will be included in next instruction manual. Plastic cutters very brittle so think I will have to order quite a few. Otherwise performance good for reasonable size garden. With two batteries and range of blades supplied consider it good value.
How durable? Time will tell but appears to be well constructed.
Ok.. I thought I had bought a cheap and nasty imitation strimmer.. But was pleasantly surprised, I never expected the battery to last on two foot high grass and nettles. It did. Cut well. Used double sided blade.
However, the strimmer is good – the blades it comes with need to be used with care as they can take chunks out of fence posts! My main criticism is the guard wire on the front of the cutting head is very easy to push out the way so you can end up getting too close to things that should not be cut and then cutting/damaging them (e.g. fence posts!) It is reasonably light. The kit comes with a few extras – the gloves are badly knitted wool gloves – useless for anything except fabric recycle.
It will take a little bit of practice to use really effectively but otherwise I am happy enough.
I have a hatred for a strimmer with wires, lost count of how many thrown in frustration where the wire unravels and you spend half your time reloading it!
I whizz round the garden like a right Percy Thrower with this.
Tad pricey, and one of the batteries doesn’t hold charge as well as the other. Hence the loss of a star.
That said, it takes only a few minutes to work out how to remove the blade cover to fit the guard. Note the locking bolt for this is in a packet with plastic blades and your “wrench” which in reality is an 8mm socket
The metal blades are beveled on the cutting edge, so you need to work out which is the right way up.
Two lithium batteries and a charger are supplied, and they include a decent pair of secateurs and some naff goggles.
This product does it’s job exceedingly well. It cuts through nettles, brambles and brushwood with ease. Changing blades is simply a matter of undoing a bolt swapping the blade (ensure it’s the right way round) and tightening the bolt again.
The two supplied lithium batteries ensure larger tasks can be done in one go.
Shame about the so-called manual, other than that I highly recommend this produc
Got this as I was sick and tired of Bosch strimmers that kept snapping the strimmer string. Even with the thickest string Icould get, after a minute ( or less) I had to stop and re-thread the strimmer string, ( the auto feed never realy worked properly).I probably did this around 20 times, everytime I strimmed the garden.
So, I looked for a strimmer with a metal blade, and spotted this. It had good reviews and thought it couldn’t be any worse than what i had.
I was right, It was loads better than the Bosch. It was great not to constantly do the above.
It’s light weight, battery lasts long enough to my garden which is around 70 metres long.
Plenty of different attachments to choose from depending on has to be strimmed.
Extendable handle and swivel head.
If there’s a down side to this, it is that for me, the handle could extend a little bit more, and because its battery powered, the torque is quite low so it can stop easily if you are trying to strim to much at once.
Other than that, its a great addition to the tool shed.
Great little product will do all the trimming job’s around your garden and more.
Good tool for the price..unfortunately the first blade snapped within 2 minutes and the protective glasses were broke
Lightweight and very quite in use.
The range of blades supplied is impressive and very useful in various situations.
It is very easy to use if you are right handed, left handers may struggle pressing the button and leaver together, you lost only one star as for the inconvenience to left handed operators
It comes with a charger and two batteries so no complaints about battery life.
I would recommend this product.
Great strimmer for what it costs. Much better than the flymo’s etc. have only used the disc’s so far as my grass was about 2ft high. Running time I’d say about 40 minutes. Happy with purchase
Was disappointed when opened and snapped the plastic gaurd putting it together. Thought more cheap rubbish but was suprised when I used it. Packs a punch, blades sharp (cut on my finger to prove it) , garden clear. Recommended just use with caution.
This strimmer is fantastic , which also gives the option for small pruning also .
Very happy, plastic blades are great for grass
Steel blades cut through almost everything
Great price and delivery was as stated. Very light weight with a great selection of accessories.
Garden Strimmer Cordless with Blades Grass Trimmer Electric Telescopic Brush Cutter Lightweight with Battery and Charger 90 Head pivots for Garden Clearing Weeds Flower Trees, arrived on time, excellent value and works very well.
Excellent value for money. Light and easy to use. Purchased the item for the garden at home to do the borders.
Works well, best with metal blades on. Battery lasts a good long time.
This made tackling an over grown garden short work. Got through branches no problem, now for the brambles.
Battery life is good. Lightweight to use. Metal blades great but plastic ones area waste of time – shatter as soon as hit a stone or a thick stem ie nettles etc
I was genuinely pleased with how well this strimmer works,
Pros: the battery life is approx 50 minutes and you get two of them.
It’s really easy to assemble
It’s telescopic so you’re not bending over
The steel blades have done a brilliant job on my garden which is big and was overgrown with weeds and brambles
Cons: The handle is impossible to attach and keep in place which makes handling it a bit of a pain in the arse, as it does make your hands ache relatively quickly
The plastic blades are useless
It’s not as quick as a more expensive one I’ve owned previously and it takes longer to do one area
All in all it’s a good buy and the pros weigh out the cons. Would definitely recommend if you’re on a budget but need something that does the job
when i got this and put it together i thought it would be a bit rubbish as its so small and looks crap.
10 days ago i charged the battery and put it on but the weather was too hot to test it outside.
I thought i would test it today without recharging the battery and its brilliant.
the battery holds its charge
using the metal blade (not the saw blade) it went through 1/4 inch (8mm) thick twigs/branches.
it is very light and easy to handle
thank you for reviewing this old timer it helped me choose this 🙂
