Brcken sind dabei aber durch die verbunden Kabel berflssig.
I’ve used electric cooking rings all my life so I was excited to try an induction hob. Installation is easy of course it helps if you’re replacing an existing cooker hob and this slots straight into place!
I’m surprised how responsive it is, and the touch sensitive control buttons seem accurate and respond even when your fingers are wet or covered in grease or oil. It heats up really quickly with the heat settings clear and easy to read. The best thing is of course is that it’s so easy to clean. Even when you spill food onto the hot rings, wiping it down is absolute doddle. As it’s essentially a flat piece of glass, just wipe it with a damp cloth after it’s cooled down – simple!
Much is made of having to have special pans that are compatible with induction hobs, but when I checked my existing ones they were already suitable so there was no additional expense. You do have to make sure that the right size pan is on the right size ring, because if you try putting a small pan on a large ring it will not switch on.
All in all I’m very impressed with this product. Obviously anyone going from Gastro induction might be hesitant which I understand, but if you’ve got an electric hob already then you really need to think about investing!

This Covercook induction hob is slightly different to my Swan induction hob. The new one has a bridge-combined cooking option where we can use two burners at the same time, these on the left side marked with oval band. My old hob doesn’t have this option. Also the setting ‘slider’ is new to me. Swan has touch button to press each time I want increase the heat. Both hobs are 59cm in size and 32A current. They both have child safety lock.
New hob looks nice and it’s easy to use. I found electric hobs to be safer than gas stoves but gas stove heats food faster…Modern life style approaches to easy solutions with less work needed, less hassle with cleaning.

his is an excellent cooker! simply fantastic for the price, really powerful heating and super easy to clean. had to get a professional to install of course, but he said there were no issues at all – said it was a super easy install with all that you need to get it up and running.
there is a very good degree of control over the heating and good options overall.
the only minor complaint and this is super minor is that the buttons are a little “laggy” compared to the last one i had. it takes a moment for each press to respond and you do have to press a little firmer than i expected, but this is a very small complaint.
overall, for the price, this is a terrific cooker and i really recommend it.

The menu is touchscreen and I have noticed that is responsive enough even when the surface is wet or with grease. When I go out I use it for maybe 2-3 h but constantly for slow cooking and it didnt disappoint in any way. It takes around 15 min to cool down after use and to clean it I use a wet cloth and some dishwasher liquid and that is all.
What I recommend is to use pans and pots which have the bottom completely flat to make sure you get the best experience with this product.
Overall thoughts: the product does the job it was bought for so, yes, I am pleased with how it works.

It heats up quite fast and also has safety lock, which quite nice to have to prevent accidental activation.
Works well with all my kitchen cookware so far, it’s works on magnetic system so any pots has mixture of metal works well, including iron copper alloy .
Came with uk plug which no need to use converter. Overall easy to set up and fast heat up induction hob.

This induction hob replaced a cumbersome gas hob which was a nightmare to clean. It has made our bench look so much bigger and neater and was simple to install. I would highly recommend.

Naja, man kann sich ber die Lobhudeleien zu diesem Produkt sicherlich streiten. Das hier ist nmlich nicht der “Schnapper”, den die lieben Mitrezensenten darin sehen wollen.
Nur mal zum Vergleich: Ein Bosch-Serie 6-Induktionsfeld (60 cm) kriegt man auch fr ca. 300 Euro. Wo da jetzt der groe Vorteil liegen sollte, sich ein 30-40 Euro zu sparen und ein No-Name-Produkt zu holen, erschliet sich mir nicht. Aber nun ja … Sparfchse finden die Gerte von Bosch und anderen namhaften Herstellern ja durchaus auch auf gleichem Preisniveau, wenn sie nur suchen. Das aber dann ja rabattiert.
Bringt uns natrlich zu der Frage, ob das hier ggf. ein Mondpreis ist? Also einer, der frs Rabattieren gemacht ist. Wir werden sehen, denn z.Zt. gibt es zumindest keinen groartigen Rabatt auf dieses Induktionsfeld hier.
Die von uns getestete 32A-Variante musste vom Elektriker angeschlossen werden und leistet seither gute Dienste. Tatschlich besteht bei uns aber das Problem, dass bereits die vorherige Variante bauartbedingt (vom Schrank her) durchaus Wrmestau verursacht hat. Das ist jetzt nicht wirklich besser geworden – mehr Leistung verursacht eben auch im Zweifel mehr Abwrme. Das sollten vielleicht andere geneigte Kufer auch bedenken. Wobei das nichts mit dem Produkt hier zu tun hat, sondern wie gesagt mit der Baurt – das Problem hat man auch bei namhaften Gerten.
Naja. ber Langlebigkeit, Support im Problemfall etc. pp. lsst sich hier nichts sagen, weil der Anbieter eben bisher ein unbeschriebenes Blatt ist. Man mag es jetzt toll finden, sich auf so etwas einzulassen … meins ist es aber nicht. Ich mchte da eigentlich lieber die andere Richtung gehen und mir ein Gert bei einem Hersteller zulegen, von dem ich wei: Die haben einen Ruf zu verlieren. Also Bosch, Siemens, … wie auch immer.
Hm. Bleibt die Frage nach dem Fazit: Das Induktionskochfeld hier tut was es soll und knnte – sofern rabattiert – vielleicht als “Notfall-Lsung” interessant sein. Dann ist es sicherlich “gut” und ich wrde es zumindest fr den Kauf erwgen. In allen anderen Fllen wrde ich aber einfach die paar Euro drauflegen, die es bis zu einem Markenprodukt braucht. Nur meine Meinung – aber das ist ja auch bei den lobhudelnden Rezensionen der 5-Sterne-Sorte so 😉

Das rahmenlose Induktionsceranfeld macht einen sehr guten Eindruck und sieht in seiner Schlichtheit sehr stylisch und gut aus.
Die Verarbeitung und Ausfhrung sind einwandfrei, ich konnte keine Mngel oder Schwachstellen entdecken.
Das Ceranfeld hat Standardmae und ist insgesamt sehr flach, also die Bautiefe ist deutlich reduziert gegenber meinem alten Markenceranfeld.
DIe Kartonverpackung ist stabi, gut gepolstertl und das Ceranfeld ist nach einigen Wochen sicher angekommen.
DIe Oberflche ist dunkel und absolut eben, das Bedienfeld ist vorne mittig zu finden. Dieses ist jedoch, zumondest fr mich, etwas ungewhnlich und anfangs gewhnungsbedrftig.
Das interessante und innovative an diesem Kochfeld sind die zwei groen, flexiblen Kochbereiche links und rechts. Diese ermglichen ein energiesparendes, schonendes Kochen ebenso wie leistungsfhiges heies Kochen und Braten. Die einzelnen Leistungszonen sind beschrieben.
Der Anschlu und die Montage dieses leistungsfhigen Ceranfeldes setzt etwas Grundkenntnis vorau, sollte aber kein greres Problem darstellen.
Die Leistung ist sehr gut, allerdings habe ich etwas bung und Geduld gebraucht, bis jetzt das Kochen und braten darauf perfekt funktioniert, Das lag auch am Timer und der vagen Beschreibung derselben. Da war mein altes Standardkochfeld deutlich einfacher, intuitiver und selbsterklrender zu bedienen.
DIe Reinigung geht einfach und Ceranfeld blich gut vonstsatten.
In der Artikelbeschreibung steht etwas von Kristallglas, das denke ich ist wohl ein Fehler denn ein Ceranfeld ist aus Glaskeramik.
Die Induktion reagiert blitzschnell auf entsprechend geeignete Tpfe, was einen effizienten Wrmehaushalt ermglicht und auch mehr Sicherheit gegenber anbrennen oder heien, berhitzten Kochbereichen bietet.
Die Flexkochbereiche sind wirklich sehr gut und reagieren blitzschnell.
Insgesamt ein recht gutes, modernes Induktionskochfeld das ich gerne nutze.
Das Induktionskochfeld kam sicher verpackt bei mir Zuhause an. Whrend des Transports ist auch nichts kaputt gegangen.
Vor dem Einbauen habe ich erstmal die Qualitt des Kochfeldes geprft und ich muss sagen, dass dieses sehr gut verarbeitet ist. Es fhlt sich robust und hochwertig an. Die Oberflche ist ziemlich kratzfest und bisher sind auch keinerlei Rissen an der Oberflche entstanden. Aber auch der Rest des Kochfeldes ist sehr gut verarbeitet. Mir sind keine schlecht verarbeiteten Stellen aufgefallen und auch von den angegebenen Maen hier wurde hier sauber gearbeitet.
Der Einbau des Kochfeldes war sehr einfach. Durch die passenden Mae musste ich nichts mehr abschleifen und auch das Anschlieen sorgte fr keinerlei Probleme. Auch hier sind mir keine negativen Sachen aufgefallen. Auch bei Thema Sicherheit macht das Kochfeld einen ordentlichen Eindruck auf mich.
Die Bedienung des Kochfelds ist sehr einfach. Es lsst sich per Touch Steuerung bedienen und es verfgt ber die blichen Funktionen wie z.B. der Timer oder die Stufenregulierung. Aber auch die Kindersicherung ist ein praktisches Feature, besonders wenn man kleinere Kinder im Haushalt hat. Wir nutzen diese Funktion im Alltag daher nicht.
Die Heizflche des Kochfelds ist ziemlich gro. Groe Tpfe kann ich problemlos nutzen und auch mehrere Tpfe und Pfannen haben genug Platz auf dem Kochfeld.
Das Kochfeld heizt recht schnell hoch und auch das hochschalten auf hoher Stufe dauert nicht so lange.
Die Hitze verteilt sich sehr gleichmig auf den Platten und es ist nicht so, dass nur die Mitte der Platten voll beheizt wird. Beim Braten und kochen wird daher alles gleichmig fertigt.
Wir nutzen das Kochfeld jetzt schon eine Weile im Alltag und wir kochen auch sehr viel darauf. Das Kochen funktioniert sehr gut und auch besonders wenn ich viele Gerichte auf dem Kochfeld zubereite ist besonders die Gre einfach sehr praktisch. Durch die gute Wrmeverteilung ist das Essen auch immer ziemlich gleichzeitig fertig und Probleme gab es mit dem Kochfeld zum Glck auch noch nicht.
Fazit:
Ich bin mit der Induktionskochplatte sehr zufrieden. Sie machte schon von Anfang an einen sehr guten Eindruck auf mich und auch beim Thema Sicherheit sind mir keine Mngel aufgefallen. Das war mir schon mal sehr wichtig, da Sicherheit usw. bei solchen Gerten einfach sehr wichtig ist.
Im Alltag kommen wir alle sehr gut mit dem Kochfeld klar und auch das Kochen an Weihnachten, wo ich wirklich das gesamte Kochfeld in Benutzung hatte, hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Ich kann es daher wrmstens weiterempfehlen.
Heute schreibe ich eine Rezension ber das Flex Induktions-Einbaukochfeld von COVERCOOK das ich kostenlos von Amazon zu Verfgung gestellt bekommen habe. In der Beurteilung bin ich vollkommen frei und weder der Anbieter noch Amazon nehmen darauf Einfluss.
In dieser Rezension dreht es sich um das Flex Induktions-Einbaukochfeld in der 32A Version die an einem vorhandenen 32A Starkstromanschluss installiert werden muss. Die im Angebot aufgefhrte 13A Version hat nicht die beiden Flexkochzonen.
Und da wren wir auch schon bei diesem Kochfeld, dass zum einen mit Hilfe der innovative Induktionsheizart aus zwei bereinander liegenden Kochfeldern ein groes FLEXIBLES Kochfeld macht und ich so zum anderen gleich zwei dieser FLEX-Kochfelder auf meinem Kochherd benutzen kann.
Allein die besondere Induktionsheizmethode ist wie bekannt recht energiesparend aber durch die Flexzonen kann ich auch grere Brter, Grillbrter oder Pfannen und Tpfe nutzen. Hier stehen mir zusammengeschaltet dann maximal zwei Kochflchen von jeweils ca. 25 x 40cm zur Verfgung.
Die Bedienung der Kochzonen erfolgt intuitiv und recht problemlos ber das Touch-Control-Field ber das ich per Fingertuch unter anderem die Heizzonen auswhlen, die jeweilige Heizleistung regulieren, eine Boosterfunktion hinzuschalten, Timer oder Pausen aktivieren oder die Flexzonen bei schalten kann. Selbstverstndlich gibt es auch eine Kindersicherung und eine EIN/AUS-Taste an der der Induktionsherd in Betrieb genommen werden kann.
Zur Vermeidung von Stauwrme ist das Einbaukochfeld auf der Unterseite mit zwei Ventilatoren ausgestattet.
Da es sich hier um ein Einbaugert handelt bentigt man eine minimal 30mm starke Kchenarbeitsplatte mit einem Ausschnitt von 565 x 495mm und einen Mindestabstand von 50mm. Ein gebter DIY-Hobbyist bekommt den reinen Einbau problemlos hin aber der Anschluss an das vorhandene Stromnetz muss einem Fachmann berlassen werden. Ein Entsprechendes 100cm langes Anschlusskabel ist vorinstalliert.
Rein uerlich macht das Kochfeld einen recht robusten Eindruck und ist hnlich wie Cerankochfelder zu reinigen. Dabei ist hier die rahmenlose Einbaumglichkeit besonders hilfreich. Dabei kann der Fachmann, durch einfrsen einer gesenkten Nut, die Kochflche plan in die vorhandene Kchenplatte einbauen und abschlieend mit einem Spezialkunststoff wasserdicht versiegeln.
Zusammengefasst ist auch die sichtbare Verarbeitung des Flex Induktions-Einbaukochfeld ohne Beanstandung und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhltnis erscheint mir auch angesichts der guten Heizleistungen durchaus gerechtfertigt.
Fr mich eine verdiente 5 Sterne Bewertung.
EMPFEHLENSWERT
Hier habe ich mich leider etwas angeschmiert, weil ich bei der Bestellung nicht auf die bentigte Stromstrke geachtet habe. Somit konnte ich das Kochfeld nicht bei uns in der Wohnung in einem Neubau testen, da der Sicherungsautomat mit maximal 25A die Stromstrke nicht schafft. Sptestens bei Volllast wrden bei uns jedes Mal die Lichter ausgehen. Also ab in die Firma, da geht mehr.
In einem Mehrfamilienhaus sollten man auf jeden Fall darauf achten, ob man das Feld mit 7200W auch betreiben kann.
Ist das Gert einmal angeschlossen, geht hier aber einiges und vor allem sehr schnell dank Boostfunktion bei Bedarf. Besonderes Merkmal liegt hier wohl auf der Mglichkeit, zwei Kochfelder zu kombinieren, um auch grere Gefe nutzen zu knnen.
Die Bedienelemente per Touch reagieren sehr gut und ermglichen somit eine ordentliche Bedienung. Kindersicherung, Timer und Restwrmeanzeige gehren meiner Meinung nach heutzutage zum Standard.
Beim Ausschnitt in der Arbeitplatte sollte recht genau gearbeitet werden, da man maximal eine Daumenbreite Auflageflche hat.
Verarbeitet ist dieses Kochfeld sehr gut, qualitativ habe ich keinen Grund gefunden etwas zu bemngeln.
Fr mich aktuell ein Produkt, dass sich seine fnf Sterne verdient hat.
Das Kochfeld kommt in einer stabilen Kartonverpackung und wurde bei mir vollkommen unbeschdigt geliefert.
Toll ist, dass das Gert per Stecker angeschlossen wird. Kein Elektriker ntig.
Es hat eine schne Optik, die Steuerung erfolgt ber das Feld selbst, mittels der Touch-Bereiche.
Man hat 4 Kochstellen und kann diese zu zweit zu greren Kochflchen zusammenschalten, z.B. fr Brter.
Das Feld hat gute Power und bringt z.B. Wasser schnell zum Kochen. Natrlich ist das Feld, das steht etwas missverstndlich in der Produktbeschreibung, nur mit fr Induktionsherde geeigneten Tpfen und Pfannen benutzbar (Profitipp zum Geld sparen vor Anschaffung des ersten Induktionsherds: wenn ein beliebiger Magnet am Topf- bzw. Pfannenboden haften bleibt, ist der Topf/die Pfanne fr Induktion geeignet, so msst ihr nicht alles neu kaufen).
Die Kindersicherung funktioniert auch prima, so ist man perfekt vor Unfllen mit kleinen Hnden geschtzt.
Tolles Kochfeld, ein guter, preiswerter Einstieg in das Kochen mittels Induktion.
Das Produkt ist ordentlich verarbeitet. Es ist ein chinesisches Produkt mit CE Zeichen. Das Anschlusskabel hat eine Lnge von ca. 1 m. Eine deutsche Anleitung ist enthalten sowie ein Dichtband, 4 Clipse und ein Glasschaber.
Die moderne Optik gefllt mir gut. Das Kochfeld hat keine Metallumrandung, die zerkratzen kann.
Durch die variable Aufteilung der Kochfelder kann auch eine Grillplatte verwendet werden. Die Einteilung ist praktisch, auch groe Pfannen sind darauf kein Problem. Als weitere Ausstattung hat man die Booster Funktion, einen Timer, eine Kindersicherung und eine Restwrmeanzeige, was einer blichen Ausstattung entspricht.
Die Bedienung ber die Touch-Flche ist bersichtlich und man gewhnt sich schnell an die Einstellungen. Die Temperatur ist exakt regulierbar, was im Vergleich zu einem Cerankochfeld eine przisere Steuerung ermglicht. Zudem erfolgt die Erwrmung schneller und sorgt so fr ein effizienteres Kochen.
Die Reinigung ist einfach, denn ein Einbrennen passiert so gut wie gar nicht. Anhaftungen lassen sich problemlos entfernen. Die Kochflche ist sehr schnell abgekhlt, sodass die Gefahr einer Verbrennung minimiert ist.
Fr das Kochen mit Induktion braucht man die entsprechenden Pfannen und Tpfe, die sich hufig bereits im Haushalt befinden, da viele Produkte fr alle Herdarten bzw. Kochfelder geeignet sind. Wenn man sich nicht sicher ist, kann man es mit einem Magneten an der Unterseite testen.
Die Mae sind hnlich wie beim vorhandenen Ceranfeld in blicher Gre und ein Austausch sollte keine Probleme bereiten. Das Induktionsfeld hat einen Lfter, was man beim Einbau bercksichtigen muss. Eine korrekte Luftzirkulation muss vorhanden sein und die Arbeitsplatte muss mindestens 30 mm dick sein.
Fazit:
Ich finde das autarke Kochfeld sehr gut und konnte keine Nachteile gegenber bekannten Markenprodukten feststellen. Es hat alle wichtigen Funktionen und man kann alle Bereiche gleichermaen benutzen ohne unpraktische Kochfeldeinteilungen. Auch groe Brat- oder Grillplatten knnen darauf verwendet werden.
Die Kratzfestigkeit wollte ich nicht testen, kann aber sagen, dass meine bisherige Marken-Glaskeramik bereits nach einem Jahr trotz grter Vorsicht sichtbare Kratzer hatte und hier die Zeit zeigen wird, wie robust die Oberflche bei diesem Produkt ist.
Auch die Haltbarkeit kann schwer beurteilt werden. Induktionsfelder sind anflliger fr Strungen als Cerankochfelder. Wie es bei diesem chinesischen Anbieter bei einem Garantiefall aussieht, konnte ich nicht feststellen. Die Internetseite ist leider nicht aussagekrftig und wirkt nicht professionell.
Einen Techniker, der bei einem Problem ins Haus kommt, wie das bei bekannten deutschen Herstellern der Fall ist, wird man kaum erwarten knnen.
Ich durft das Flex Induktionskochfelder, 59 cm Kochfeld Elektroherd Kochfeld mit 2 flexiblen Kochbereichen testen.
Kleine Zusammenfassung wer wenig lesen mchte:
Das Kochfeld hat Auenmae die betragen L 590mm x B 520mm x H 58mm, die Einbaumae liegen bei L 565mm x B 495mm x H 54mm und Das Kochfeld hat eine maximale Leistung von 7.200 Watt mit jeweisl 4 Kochfelder die aus 2 Kochstellen bestehen dort kann man sich weder verbrennen noch kann dort etwas anbrennen zwecks induktion. Desweiteren sparst du durch richtiges benutzen der induktion circa 20% Prozent an Energiekosten das ist heutzutage doch einiges an Kosten.
DS Gert ist sauber und gut verarbeitet hat weder macken,mngel noch kratzer zudem liegt eine Deutschsprachige anleitung dabei.
So kommen wir nun mit einem etwas lngeren Text zu dem Induktionskochfeld:
Das Kochfeld kommt mit befestigungsmaterial an daher ist das Festmachen des Kochfelds hier kein problem.
Das Kochfeld hat Glcklicherweise eine Montageanleitung in verschiedenen Sprachen das finde ich sehr gut.
Ich hatte zuvor noch kein Kochfeld mit Induktionsfeldern daher ist das fr mich neuland.
Wir knnen mit dem Induktionsfeld hier einiges an Energiekosten sparen weil Induktion deutlich weniger strom verbraucht als herkmmliche Kochfelder desweiteren kann hier nichts anbrennen.
Insgesamt soll man hier circa 15-20% Energie bei richtigem bedienen sparen das hrt sich doch schonmal nach einem guten wert an.
Hier muss man nur aufpassen das man nicht zu voreilig damit arbeitet weil als beispiel l wird hier deutlich schneller hei als bei den herkmlichen platten da es ja eine induktion (Elektromagenetische Spannung) an den Brter abgibt und diesen somit sehr schnell erhitzt so ist eine gute hitzeregulierung mglich die schnell und sicher ist.
Ein riesenvorteil ist es noch da hier nichts anbrennen kann selbst wenn etwas mal erbkocht kann man es wegwischen oder rberwischen und man kann sich nicht mehr an den platten verbrennen gerade fr kinder super! 🙂
So kommen wir nun zudem Kochfeld direkt das besitzt insgesamt ber 4 Kochfelder die aus 2 Kochstellen bestehen die man voll benutzen kann.
Hier knnen Brter,Grillplatten oder eben auch normale Tpfe mit Induktionsuntersttzung benutzt werden.
Wer es auch mal eilig hat oder es zgiger brauch fr den gibt es auch eine Boost funktion die man hier nutzen kann die man per Touch einstellen kann natrlich sind die anderen Fuktionen auch ber touch reguliebar. Timer und Kindersicherungen kann man desweiteren auch einstellen.
Wir sind zufrieden und vergeben hier gern 5 Sterne.

Das Kochfeld arbeitet mit der Induktionstechnik. Dabei wird das Kochgef durch elektromagnetische Spannung erwrmt. Induktion braucht weniger Strom als Ceran und es kann nichts Anbrennen, die Reinigung fllt daher leichter. Zudem ist die Hitzeregelung deutlich schneller und prziser.
Das Kochfeld verfgt ber vier Kochstellen, welche sich auch zu zwei groen Kochstellen zusammenschalten lassen, super fr groe ovale Brter oder Grillplatten. Wer besonders zgig kochen mchte, kann die Boost-Funktion nutzen. Die Steuerung erfolgt ber integrierte Touchflchen. Neben der Steuerung der Heizstufen verfgt das Kochfeld u.a. ber eine Restwrmeanzeige, einen Timer sowie eine Kindersicherung. Great sized Flex induction hob. Looks very sleek and stylish and is a great replacement to our original one! It has two adjustable / flexible cooking areas which basically will heat up the required area when you pan / pans are in place. This meaning you can have multiple smaller / larger ones on without the worry of set sized areas like usual ones! This is an amazing feature in my opinion. It’s very simply to use, everything is touch screen and is simple to read and follow. The package also arrived with clear instructions too if required (you can also control the temperatures from this part too). It has 5 heat zone power settings settings and can also be used as a warming plate too if wanted. Being glass top it’s very easy to clean between use and was pretty easy to install. It has many safety features built in from timers, child lock, pause etc. Overall this is a quality item and I’m very pleased indeed!

This is a serious piece of kit! This is a simple plug and play design!
It is a full sized hob, with plenty of space for cooking a full meal.
This has 4 hobs, highlighted by the dotted line patterns across the top. These are operated by the hidden touch buttons along the front.
This has great heat control, giving me the temperature required quickly and easily. I have used a selection of pans on it too, from ceramic to steel and everything in between. All working fine.
This is really stylish and would not look out of place in any modern kitchen! I have really enjoyed using this so far, and look forward to making many many more meals on here too!

This is a good value incredibly well made induction hob. The included instructions are very well written and include clear well written instructions from using the hob and its settings to the installation its self. The induction hobs feels like it will last a very long time. The quality is impressive. It functions extremely well, it’s simple to use once the instuctions have been read and the black glossy finish looks great.
I highly recommend this induction hob, it hasn’t let us down. We are very impressed.
he good old days we used to buy cookers and cooker units that were heavy to transport and if they broke it would be costly to replace or dispose of this.
The future is here today with the worktop cooker that heats electrically. I have had units before and known people who use these. But now it is amazing that now we have this unit that we can simply lay on a worktop and have everything below it to be nothing with cooking. Maybe an oven that is standalone and easy to clean. House work can be come so easy.
This unit is so straight forward. Plug it in and press buttons and done.
No set up needed. Just place on a surface and done!
The price is great too at 175. Cleaning is easier and since it is glass… everything is amazing. My life is easier now.
This induction hob has touch-sensitive buttons, 4 hot plates, and safety locks, best of all you don’t need an electrician to install it as it has a 3 pin plug.
When installed; the black glass finished, creates a sleek and elegant finish to any worktops. The toughened glass can withstand a lot of impacts, I know this as I did drop a hot saucepan on it and had no breakage issues.
I was pleasantly surprised that the touch-sensitive buttons still work with wet or grubby hands. The black glass is easy to clean; just wipe the surface when the glass is warm.
I don’t usually like induction hobs as I like the cook of gas fire, but this induction has changed my mind about induction hobs, with its easy clean glass and sleek look, I would recommend it.

I needed a new cooker hob as the one I currently have I’ve had for 15 yrs , the glass on my old one has chipped and become dangerous . I searched for something similar to the one I have and I found this one . Works fantastic and looks the part too ( very stylish indeed ) . I didn’t want to spend a lot ( under 200 ) so this was well under budget. Great value for money . The heating elements work brilliant .
I’m super excited as we are refreshing the house and we were looking for cooker last few days and once I saw it to appear on my vine page I was jumping from happiness honestly !!! The cooker is amazing !!! Induction cooker as we know need magnetic pans and pots , of course we already have the base which helps for non indiction suitable pans to work perfectly . On the picture I’m showing that base for pots is very helpful 100% . So the cooker is brilliant as is huge , 4 cooking spaces , easy to work with and light on weight . I’m so so excited will upgrade my comment with more pictures on near future so you get the exactly idea of it .
It’s a modern, sleek, good quality hob, the controls are touch sensitive, just like on my air fryer. There’s 4 cooking zones, or rings if you want to call them that. This hob uses magnetism to heat up pans and pots but they have to be magnetically attracted for this hob to work so a few of my pans weren’t suitable.
Heating up is extremely very fast, the pan immediately heats up, quicker than a halogen hob! When adjusting the controls I found that the response was immediate, very similar to my old halogen hob. A timer is incorporated into the hob which controls all 4 zones at once.
Cleaning this hob is very easy although time will tell and as it’s new one tends to clean it more 🙂
What I would point out though is that as this is a 3KW hob, you can’t have all 4 zones on at full power, the hob just won’t supply that much power, it will in fact share out the power accordingly so if you are cooking a big dinner utilising all of this hob allow yourself extra cooking time.
Overall I’m impressed, worth 175.99 and I’m happy to recommend it.
This is my first time ever using an induction hob and I really like it. Here’s why:
– The heat feels almost instantaneous compared to our electric cooker, I’d even say quicker than our previous gas. It’s fantastic and makes cooking even quicker.
– Although the pan gets hot the top surface stays relatively cool so no worries about children around a hot top or getting burnt.
– It’s slim and quite compact which is a big draw for me having quite a small kitchen space.
– The design is very sleek and modern, it fits into our kitchen perfectly and would look great in any kitchen makeover. I love the touch screen buttons as I find them easier to use too.
– There are options like timers etc to aid cooking without burning which is handy and something my old unit didn’t have so I really like this feature.
– And finally, it’s plug and play. No need for any hard install as it works straight out of the box.
Are there any negatives? Honestly the unit itself has so far been a pleasure to use, the only thing for me is the price is quite expensive when compared to a standard cooker BUT you get a really intuitive unit that doesn’t take up much room and cooks to perfection so it really depends on your needs. I am loving it so far.
In use it is a little different to our previous hob. It generates a magnetic field over the surface which in turn generates heat. The pan warms up very fast but the surface glass stays much cooler than our old one. You cook faster and therefore use less electricity. There is a boost function which claims to boil a pan of water 3 times faster than a normal hob. Safety wise there is less chance of burning yourself. Cleaning is very easy too.
But there is a price to be paid for all this speed and efficiency. You can only use pans that are attracted by magnetic forces. If you put a fridge magnet or similar against the base of the pan and it is magnetically attracted then that pan will work. If it doesn’t attract then the hob will not recognise it and will not heat.
Almost all of our pans failed the test!
