    This product is genuine as I can see the seal on the box. It came all packed with everything mentioned. Amazon never fails to impress. Delivery was quick and perfect. The price was discounted. Thought of buying this from dr pen official retailer website and it was expensive their plus delivery charge with long ETA. I love Amazon for many reasons but finding your favourite product at lower prices from the same retailer along with fastest delivery is amazing.

    The product itself is easy to use with all the guides inside. Now I can have the professional grade treatment at the comfort of my home. Bye bye to spending hundreds of pounds every six weeks!!!

    Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersMe ha llegado todo perfecto, hay muchas copias de dermapen dr.pen, asi que fu complicado despus de dias buscando en webs y amazon diferenciar cual es la verdadera, esta direccin me pareca la ms apropiada despus de investigar mucho, aunque nunca tienes el 100% de garanta, lo que me da confianza es la respuesta a mis dudas por parte del vendedor y que cuando te llega el dermapen, llega el pack que tiene un cdigo de barras mediante verificaci en una direccin web, tipo ghd que te indica has dado con el original , vaya que almenos te da mas confianza, creo que esto puede ayudar a la gente a diferenciar unos de otros quizs.Si la marca indicara esto tanto en amazon como en su web, aumentaria mucho mas la confianza y tranquilidad del cliente.

    Golden Review Award: 73 From Our UsersOrdered in Feb 2020 and broke in September 2020 pass the warranty. These are not cheep and I feel it should be longer than 6 months. I only use once a month for a few mins. Don’t buy
    Contact amazon about how upset I am because I don’t have another $207 for another dr pen 8 and this company only has warranty for. 6 months. Big mistake on my part because that was the big tell sign there product is no good. The more I think about it the madder I get. Who does that charge $207 and only offer 6 months. I only use my pen once a month for about 3 mins and paid that much money. This company needs to honor there product.
    Do not buy from this company. I’m contacting the attorney general in LasVegas, Nevada and I will not stop till they replace or repair. Used only 8 times and it won’t hold a charge really really
