Warm tips:
1. Make sure you power on the drone first, then the remote in each flight.
2. Do repeat the linking procedure each time the drone or the remote are restarted.

Q&A:
1.How to deal with it when the drone is very difficult to take off, and the controller does not seem to work properly because the drone does not respond to movements?
In this case, it is not connected properly and needs to be reconnected.
This drone needs to be paired with the remote control first. The breathing light is always on to indicate that it has been paired, but flashing shows it is not paired.
Remote control connection is attached to the manual.
Mobile phone connection:
1. Connecting to the phone needs to scan the QR code in the manual to download the APP
2. Turn on the drone, and turn on the WIFI in your phone.
3. Find the WIFI named “KY/HD/Du/******” in the list, and click Connect.

2.What should I do when the drone continues to deviate to one side, uncontrollable and unstable. When trying to cooperate and fly by using the app, the drone will fly everywhere?
In this case, you need to re-calibrate the drone.
You can try to pair the drone first with the remote, and then calibrate them:
1. Push the two remote sticks of the drone in one direction for 2~3 seconds, and then the indicator light flashes quickly. After 2 to 3 seconds, it becomes steady on, meaning that the calibration is successful (takeoff method 1 on the manual)

Super light weight and can a fair distance from user!
Love the camera – quality could be better but amazing for the price!
Downside is it has cracked around one of the arms after one minor crash still flies though!

The drone is robust and works OK. Usual problems one always has with WIFI based camera systems. When it works it works well but the software is poor at best.
On the occasions i have used the drone i have always had the same problem(Manual launch not the launch button).
If i receive an answer to my issue i will again launch the drone, hopefully the advice I’ll receive will rectify the issue.
The contact details supplied with the drone should at least acknowledge my message and e mail but unfortunately i have heard nothing.

Right out of the box so easy to fly I love this drone
May just be my drone but when hovering it vears to the left constant and needs constant input from the controller to keep both level and stationary i suspect the auto level system wasnt set properly and am waiting for a reply as to if it can be reset my the user or not (instructions are not clear on this feature)
The auto launch/land button is a excellent feature as ive seen many a drone broken by hard landings.

The drone arrived safe and sound and well packaged. Took me 10 minutes to set up and download the app for my iPhone 7. The weather is not good in the UK at the moment (Storm Christoph), so made the 1st flight in my office within 40 minutes. Really looking forward to the nice weather.
Took a couple of goes to get the hang of it and it then flew really nicely. Has the look and feel of a really high quality piece of kit. We haven’t tried with live video yet but really looking forward to that!
My 9 year old, flies it regularly without any issues and the spare battery really helps.
Easy to use, good camera too.
Very portable with its case so can be taken out when we walk the dog etc and used whenever we see something worth looking at.

Bought for my son for christmas and he loves it. Still learning how to control it properly but I’ve no doubt it’ll bring endless fun for him. Had an issue with the one that arrived so contacted the sellers who have been amazing. Communication really quick and they sorted up a replacement. Can’t recommend enough.
Great drone .. one motor broke but customer service was great, done some trouble shooting but still didn’t work, so seller sending a replacement just waiting for it to arrive. Overall happy with customer service and drone is great when working camera is high quality too.
Initial test flight did lead to the drone disappearing over to my neighbours, but the emergency stop button did bring it to a safe and controlled landing on their patio.
The drone struggles to hold a steady hover and does drift about, which I’d imagine you’d be able to cancel out with practice. I would take it to a large open space and practice with no one about to get the feel of it, making sure you follow the Drone Flying guide from the CAA.
The app controls seems a bit hit and miss, and I’ll be solely using the controller to fly it, with the app being used for photo and film opportunities, using the buttons on the controller.
This drone is a good entry level device and I’d highly recommend getting to grips with flying this one before venturing on to the 150+ market.
The only improvement that I could recommend is that the propeller protectors are made of a better grade of plastic.
Good price, lots of features and ease of operation. The instructions to put it together were so easy. It came with a lovely carry case with some very useful spare parts and two batteries. One thing that I like very much about it is how easy it is to Insert or charge the batteries.
Now to the drone itself. It is robust, easy to handle and flies really well. It’s light so be careful in windy weather, and be sure to have both batteries charged as you will get 15-20 minutes out of each (which I consider rather decent for a drone). We have accidentally hit a tree and a metal gate with it (due to the wind taking control!) and it’s carried on without issue.
It’s meant for 14+ years of age but we bought it for our son who is almost 9 and with our supervision using it he mastered controlling it within a few minutes and absolutely loves it.
Highly recommend both the drone and the seller.
Nice kit and back up easy to set up and opperate came on time and well packed the case is loverly and holds everything which is a nice touch. pic quality is excerlant this is well worth the money and to get you started in flying drones.

Only just got it and already grinning from ear to ear with it. Battery life seems good but not taken for a proper test yet but can’t wait to. Still working out how to connect to my phone but hopefully will figure that out soo
The drone box is of really good quality, the drone is well protected in the box, as it as it’s own Carrie case and is in foam protection with in the case. There is a zip net pocket in the lid to hold all the spares, the control sits nicely next to the drone in it’s own slot,
All in all fantastic will have some good times with this and then at some point when I am more experienced I can upgrade to a better
drone, this is a good entry level drone.

Speedy delivery, arrived a day earlier than stated. Easy to follow manual for set up, with clear instructions. Liked the customer service /extended warranty card. Good quality and packaged very well, great to have the carry case. Will need to practice now to operate. So far I think great value for money.

Greate little drone with a good battery life compared to others this price. Also has good features with a nice 1080p camera.

Very positively surprised with this drone especially at this price. It is made with high-quality materials and feels very sturdy when in the air. The battery takes around 40-60 minutes to charge and is very easy to navigate once in the air. The quality of the camera is very good and is able to capture all sorts of angles for the best shot. It comes with spare propellers and also includes batteries which is a nice extra especially if you are going to start flying in a park to first get the hang of it. I definitely recommend this product.
