Easy install with the right tools works well better than I hoped
Brought it as my wife struggles with the old hose she can use it easily and is very happy.
Easy for the humble diy-er to assemble and fit. Relatively sturdy enough for the job and at the time of purchase the cheapest on Amazon by a long shot. Wouldn’t hesitate just buy it!!!
Value for money & good quality, comes with everything you need to fix it to a wall.
It feels very good quality, only need a 12mm drill bit to attach to the wall comes with all the fixings, pulls out very easy, good quality hose pipe, would reccommend.
Great but of kit , easy to use , compact, removable for easy storage.
Hard to pull out and lock when watering bottom of garden. The recoiling is fast and vicious, ok as long as you are ready for it! I would repurchase as it seems sturdy and good value. I have taken one star off because of difficulty locking hose when in use. I am female and 58 with dodgy shoulders and struggle with the ‘yank’ needed to lock
I had reservations as it was one of the cheaper models on sale with not a lot of reviews. I have to say I’m very happy with it in the 3 months I’ve had it. It works perfectly and retracts fully without having to be disconnected from mains.

Best part is the auto relay, makes using the hose so much easier.
The picture does not do justice as its not black but actually the same coloured grey as my new build windows so really fits in attached to the back wall.
