Using your airbed for the first time.
It is common for the air bed to deflate slightly during the initial uses as the PVC material stretches into its natural shape. This does not indicate the item is faulty or has a leak.
What to do?
Simply top up the air bed with some more air using the electric pump.
Best practice.
We recommend inflating the air bed 2-3 hours before use and topping up before you go to bed if necessary. This will prevent you having to top it up during the night which can cause disturbance.

Used this for latitude and few camping trip. Is comfy and doesn’t go down in night so much you would notice. Needs topping up once a day but better than most beds I’ve used.
Truly fantastic! You can adjust it to your sleeping requirements, takes no time to inflate and deflate, is bigger than a single mattress, and… it fits again in the box for storage. Also, it sits high on the floor, like a normal bed. My guest was so impressed he will buy one and recommend it to anyone of any age and size. Mine was on sale, that’s the reason I could afford it, but it’s worth every penny. I am never been so enthusiastic about any purchase as I am about this mattress!!!!!!

We’ve had a couple of Aerobeds and bought this to replace one that had failed. It had to be reinflated a couple of times but has now stayed really stable. We keep this at a property we visit at weekends and agree its the most comfortable one we’ve had.
We have my sister in law staying while inbetween leases but our flat isn’t big enough for a spare room so we brought a blow up bed to go behind the sofa in the living room and a privacy screen for some privacy
She has been using it constantly for a month and it hasn’t needed a pump up yet. We have topped it up as it isn’t perfectly solid but even that has only been once or twice
If your wanting something for one night or camping with a power source then it’s great for the money.

I have big hips that stick into every surface when lying on my side (and snore when on my back) so camping has always been full of restless night sleeps for me. I’ve tried practically every camping mattress and camp bed going. They are either too thin, too cold, too creaky or burst. So I bought this bed. Was more than I wanted to spend but thought I’d give it a try. I had a fantastic nights sleep. The bed is very easy to inflate, taking only a few minutes. After the first night, it did go down a bit but I’ve read that that is normal. It was comfortable and also very easy to deflate when finished with. Fantastic product that I would recommend

Packs down so is stored easily. Takes minutes to inflate, is comfortable and at the height of a normal bed. a little bouncy and can slide about so better up against some walls and on carpet.
I liked the fact I could also use a battery operated pump due to the fact we also wanted to use this product at places with no electric

Big. Wee bit smaller than a king in reality but not by much. Your king size fitted sheet with fit nicely with deeper fitting round the sides. EXCELLENT!
So picked this bed after reviewing many others. Was a bit sceptical but shouldn’t have been.
The built in pump is powerful and inflated the bed In minutes. Very comfortable to sleep on. I bought it for my kids to sleep on when they stay, they loved it. I even slept on it a few nights myself! Took it camping for a week too, be warned, takes a loooooong time to inflate with a battery pump. Even so, just needed topping up every other day and was unbelievably comfortable. If you’re looking for a decent good value inflatable bed. This is it!
I only gave it a 4 cos I haven’t used it for long and don’t want to come back to try and
give a negative review. Inflated within minutes-perfect. it didn’t go down at all for the 4 hours I left it inflated just to check, with my children lying on it- good. Overall it’s good, will serve its purpose, and hopefully last a long time
Never quite sure with blow up beds but this felt like a normal bed. Only used it for one night but had no problems
This bed has been a good purchase so far, just give it a quick inflate before bed and no issues with it going down as yet. Taking it camping for 2 weeks soon so we will see if it continues. Did buy a double mattress topper which fits really well in the middle where the sides are raised

Great little item . A little noisy but does a great job.
Only took a couple of minutes to inflate, remember to air it as it does have that new plastic smell but once aied for a few hours it’s ok.
Used buy my Son and his partner when they stayed overnight and they said that it was more comfortable than some hotel mattresses that they’ve slept on.
It stayed inflated all night and would have only needed a small top up before being used again.
The “defllate” function worked well and it was relatively easy to fold/roll up.
I don’t think I’ll ever get it to fit back in to is original box though, I can only imagine that was done by a machine, but it still doesn’t take up much space.

I think it’s the first inflatable bed that we haven’t both ended up waking up in the middle. Easy to inflate, comfortable and good amount of space.

It takes under a minute to inflate and, because it’s so big, it’s very easy to manoeuvre to get comfortable. The only problem we’ve had is the smell when using it for the first time, especially when inflating it. Just remember to air it out before sleeping on it. We just left it outside for about half an hour.
It was really comfortable and I slept well, also I didn’t feel any disturbance when my partner turned during the night. In the morning it was still inflated. I topped up inflating the bed by 1 minute the second and third night not because it had deflated but just as reassurance it was solidly filled and it was perfect every morning with no deflation.
I read some peoples reviews and was worried to buy this bed but I was really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this company. A week after buying it I received a nice email asking if I was happy with the bed and if not to respond to this email for them to fix any problems which was reassuring. I would definitely recommend this bed.

Brought this bed in march 2022 and it has developed a split on the top. And due to being ober 30 days i cant return via amazon and cant find a way of contactinf seller……

So far, so good with this. I was cautious because I had an inflatable previously which kept going down, but this one didn’t. Also inflates really quickly and is quite large. Nephew said it was very comfortable.

This airbed feels comfortable enough. Have not tried sleeping on it yet as for guests. Easy to inflate but still a lot off air when deflated but may not have powered enough

Was pleasantly surprised to find an air bed like this at an affordable price. I was even more surprised with the quality and comfort. I have multiple sclerosis so my days of kneeling on the floor are long gone just plug it in and watch it inflate and just as easy to deflate 10 out of 10 from me
We needed a decent last minute but temporary bed. This is perfect. So easy to inflate, deflate and store away. Perfect for sleepovers where space is limited. Very comfortable
Used this item while we waited for a bed delivery. Was comfortable to sleep on although needed to be refilled after each nights sleep.

The bed has a plug, so there is no energy needed to inflate it. Although quite noisy, it inflates quickly. Don’t blow it up just before getting into it though, as it settles, so you may need to add a bit more air, before sleeping on it. The instructions say to inflate it 2-3 hours before bedtime.

It was a king size, so there was no falling out of it either, which was good. Once we had our base sheet on and our quilt, it was just like sleeping in a real bed.

Overall great inflatable mattress. The engine for inflation and deflation surprised me positively. A must buy for those of us living in flats that tend to receive visits from friends.
