Beautiful parasol. Heavier than I expected but easy to put up. The winding instructions on post are wrong way round but not a problem.

There seem to be an infinite number of manufacturers /sellers of parasols, with prices that vary from day to day. TBH I think I paid too much for this one. but I could not be bothered to send it back. It does not tilt (which I did not notice when I ordered it). The cover is not so useful, since I’d need a ladder to put it on. Apart from that, there is nothing to distinguish it from every other green parasol.
Looks very stylish. Works so nicely with our minimalist design & does a great job of blocking the sun. We bought a weighed base to go with it, works well with umbrella hole in our outdoor table or by itself in the stand. We had an issue with one of the arms and the seller sorted it out right away replacing for us – I couldn’t believe how they went above and beyond to rectify it. Really grateful for such attentive customer service.
Having bought a very expensive parasol from my local garden centre last year it was destroyed in the gales earlier this year, my fault, I forgot to lower it… so I thought with the weather getting more unstable I went for the the best size and reasonably priced and I couldn’t be happier with this parasol 5 stars all round x
Our 10+ year old wooden parasol collapsed with metal fatigue after some heavy wind. We looked at several models and designs for a replacement. Our criteria became: steel, 8-ribbed crank-lift and straight without a tilt. We already had a heavy enough base prop for the pole. This model was highly recommended and ticked all the boxes. A bit more expensive than simpler models, but not into the luxury market. It is very attractive. I’m tall, but dealing with the canopy cover bag is awkward, unless you a) stand on a chair or b) take the top pole off. However is remains a very good option for storms or long storage. We are pleased and enjoyed our first lovely lunch under it with our family.
Can’t comment myself and it is for summer. But the recipient says it looks lovely and well made. Ideal for the garde

Great quality parasol, lovely colour (looks better than the photos). Easy to fit and winds up and down very well. Also comes with a storage bag for winter. Delivery was quick too!
Really like it. Its a great size not massive but not a small one. Very sturdy. Does the job intended. Comes with a bag. Twisty handle makes putting up and down easy.
No good as a stand alone parasol as the lightest of wind will topple it over.
The build quality is very good and I will be looking at fixing mine to a picnic bench for stability
Excellent quality parasol and looks the part. Bought a tilting one too, which was more expensive, but sent it back because it was of an inferior quality; it was aluminium and not as heavy as the non-tilting one.
This is a perfectly nice parasol. It looks like decent quality and cannot see any faults . It was easy to assemble and the instructions were clear. Nice size. Just what I needed. I reckon it will last longer than the garden table!
This seems to be a reasonably good quality parasol with a wind-up handle – slightly awkward having to find the handle under the umbrella cover to get at it to wind it but it works well. Very easy to assemble and the cover (mine is cream) looks very nice though it will probably show every mark from the odd passing pigeon and you can’t get it off to wash it. Good size and it looks very nice when up. When it is closed there is no tape or velcro to stop it from flapping about so I have tied some elastic string round mine. It is quite easy to disassemble – come in two pieces quite easily to put it away.
