This board is top quality and all arrived ahead of standard delivery! Well packaged when arrived and delivered with care. Once kit unpacked, all packs well into storage backpack which is really good quality and well padded for carrying comfortably. Pump works really well/smooth and registers once board has enough psi. Paddle feels sturdy and board very stable/solid. Gin attached with ease. Cannot fault any part of this and all for an amazing price. Beautiful paddle along the river! If you’re hesitating/looking into boards to start with, go for this. Top top quality!

I have used this board a lot since buying it and I wanted to place a review once I have had it for a bit. It’s great from the quality of the bag it comes in and the pump it comes with, which has a valve to make it easier to pump. The board itself is very stable and keeps it’s pressure. I have uses this board in a fresh water lake and in the sea with a little surf and it’s extremely capable in both settings, as it gives you confidence due to it’s stability. The price is really good and is sort of mid-lower priced of the expensive boards. I would say get this board if you want a quality board with a decent carry bag and paddle. I have used other boards and i still prefer this one.

Not had it on the water yet but have had it inflated. The storage bag is fantastic with plenty of room and high quality, also the paddle and paddle board are of really good quality. Looking forward to getting it on the water next week.

I’ve used a SUP once before, and I found this board pretty straightforward.
Get ready for some exercise when it comes to pumping! Regular users may want to invest in an electric pump.
The accessories see to be of high quality, which is reassuring – the leash is very good and the bag seems quite durable.

This was purchased as a starter board having looked at a number of different brands. I went for the Goosehill as it is a known brand in the sport. On arrival the kit was well packed, it comes with a 3 part paddle which floats if dropped a valve tool and 2 patch’s for repair. The pump supplied is good been a dual action type when most beginners boards only have single action, it took around 7 minutes to fully inflate the board. The pump also can be used to deflate the board. So far due to weather conditions and free time I have only been able to get out twice but feel confident on the board. When finished the whole kit packs into a large rucksack for transport. Overall I am happy with build quality and design for the price.

This is my first board and it’s got everything you’d need to get going. Construction looks and feels solid, inflates in about 5-10 mins depending on how energetic you feel using the supplied pump and the adjustable paddle feels sturdy enough. The bag provided has plenty of room, looks classy and feels comfy to carry around (get used to this!). Yes, there are more expensive and fancier board available but if you’re new to the sport and (literally) want to dip a toe in the water, this is a great choice.

I bought this in the sale at just over 200. Well worth it in my opinion, all the contents are of good quality. I was surprised at how ridged and stable it is considering it’s an inflatable. Having looked at reviews all over the internet, Goosehill comes highly recommended, and I have to agree. Family of 4 enjoyed a great week in the Norfolk broads with this. Considering paddle board hire is 30-50 per half day, it’s more than paid for itself.

This is a great quality board for all.
Only reason for 4 stars is the strange way its priced? says over 300 but mine had a big voucher that bought it down to 255, now you can get the same board for under 200? this is very annoying why not just put a sensible price to begin with? Its like allowing a double glazing salesman into your home ??

The product arrived on time well packed in a sturdy cardboard box. All the components were present and all individually placed in plastic bags. All the kit seems good quality for the price i paid and am looking forward to getting out on the water.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersI ordered a board this week from Amazon.uk for my wife, when it arrived next day I opened it only to find it covered in mould, (the centre handle looked like it was alive) I wanted the board so instead for returning it to Amazon (the price had gone back up). I contacted Goodehill customer service through email, sending photos of the damaged
I got a reply within 6 to 8 hours telling me what I needed to send to them. (serial number of the board home address and phone number plus sales invoice.). Next morning when I checked my emails, I had a long message, telling me that they think they had had a problem with one of the containers that had leaked. How sorry they were that I had received a board in this condition and a tracking number for the new board that they had just sent. The board arrive two days later, in a fantastic condition.
Customer services could have not been more helpful. I bought the board after reading all the fantastic reviews on Amazon about their customer service But you never know how good something is till you have to use it. Well, Goosehill lived up to their reputation.
I can not praise them enough. Have followed the instructions on the card that comes with the board left it in the room for 24 hours. Then blow it up to 10 psi and leaving it for eight hours before using.
    I can’t wait
When you get great customer service, I think it’s important to let people know.
I will definitely buy from them again.
    Update
    Have used the board now
    Here is what I thought.

Paddle board 10 out of 10
This really is a quality board for the price. Very stable great for beginners.

Paddle. 6 out of 10 a decent aluminium paddle, but after awhile, I think it’s one of the first things you will upgrade. I’ve had a lot worse and a lot better. It’s it’s in the middle. Good paddle to get started on. But does rattle a bit.

Bag. 7 out of 10, I found the bag a little small, but then I do carry a lot of stuff.

Pump. 9 out of 10, I only used it once as I have an electric pump, it blew the board up in about six minutes. I knocked one point off because it doesn’t have retractable feet for easy storage.

Leash, 10 out of 10. Seems like quality only time will tell how good it is.

My overall impression of the board and the ancillaries is excellent. I don’t think you’ll find a better bored out there for the price.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is my first SUP and first ride on the SUP.
Tried it in the Poole harbor, it was a bit choppy, but the SUP behaved very well and stable, even with unexperienced rider.
Easily inflated in about 5-7 minutes with the provided dual action pump. Quality of the SUP and accessories looks very good.
Time will show, but so far I am very happy with the purchase.

Quality board for the price. Comes with all the accessories you need. Pump is pretty good too.
The board isn’t as good as my Bluefin (which is more expensive) but as a second board or one for the kids you can’t fault it.

Quick version: great for beginners and casual use or larking about on a calm sea or other waters. If you’re after speed and extra rigidity look elsewhere but if you’re looking for an affordable allrounder you can’t go wrong.

When I got the board I nearly killed myself inflating it for the first time. The instructions were for a different pump and were rubbish. Similarly, the pump is not good so if you can I’d advise upgrading that. Once you get used to inflating regularly it’s not so bad.

The new colours are great, much better on the branding – less cheap looking. The board feels quality, especially for the price. I got mine on and introductory sale and saved quite a lot. I wasn’t sure if paddleboarding would be for me longterm and didn’t want the significant outlay.

On calm waters this board is great! I’m 85kg and it’s stable enough for me to stand up (after a few practices) on calm rivers and canals. Not a chance on the sea. Even kneeling it bobs up and down and you can feel every wave lurch you around.

The board is lightweight enough to manage, I’ve rigged up a festival trolley with bungeys to roll it along on longer walks to put in points. For portage (carrying between locks etc) it’s light enough to handle.

I wish there was a second strap at the rear as getting back on board from the side is hard and from the rear quite tricky with the leash in your way and nowhere to grab.

I wanted this to try out and improve, it cuts through the water fine, it’s nice to stand and kneel on, plenty of grip section. The cargo section works well at the front and the zigzag design helps you place yourself centrally for weight distribution.

I don’t know how long it’ll last, I’ve been on at least 20 trips now, always clean it off but have noticed that I can see the movement of the fabric when the original glue line was on edges. But the warranty period is pretty good, which is another reason I opted for this brand.

I haven’t bought a kayak seat for it yet, but that should be fun. I wish the company did more or better accessories or bundle add on kits. I’d love a inflation machine, better paddle and kayak seat.

The paddle is annoying. The push pin is in your way for where you grip and quality isn’t amazing, though the paddle shape seems to cut through reasonably, but again for the price point everything works well enough.

The bag is sturdy, though very uncomfortable to carry any distance, which is why I now roll the board along with me inflated or use a shoulder strap.

I’ve had a lot of fun on my board, I’ll use it for as long as I can and then upgrade to a rigid one. This one inflates to 15 fine but you can defo feel the bounce. I don’t know how you’d get on as someone much heavier than I, probably ok up to 100kg but the weight limit seems to be over exaggerated to me.

Brought a lot of joy on a summer evening and great to take about in the boot in case of impromptue sessions.

    Great starter board

Item arrived with all the pieces. Easy to assemble and inflate. The board was stable in the water due to the width and fins. We had 4 people on it (2 boys and 2 adults) which was lots of fun. Be wary of the paddle as I don’t think it floats forever. I’m not sure if a seat can be attached to this board

This paddle board is great, highly recommended for all getting in to paddle boarding. All equipment provided is of good quality materials and as expected/ described. Only feedback would be to add additional pockets in the bag for paddle and other items so they are separate when transporting but this is a minor. Love this board.

Got this for my partner and she loves it the board is well made and of good quality and she weighs around 11.5 stone and I can’t keep her off it. She had no problem standing after a little falling off witch is all part of learning and fun.
Me on the other hand weighing 15.5 stone and with a back problem I decided to go for a 12 foot board and one I can sit on and paddle like a kayak and two bearing in mind that this board does not have the capabilities of adding a seat so I just thought I’d point that out for you before you purchase. Other than that I think it’s a great board and I could not see any other faults with it whatsoever apart from the ones I’ve mentioned.

I’m new to the paddle boarding world, so my review is for beginners. I bought 2 boards (sailor green and blue), and we had a chance to experience them the past few weeks. It is easy to inflate and don’t worry if you don’t see any movement on the pump itself -it starts working after you reach 3-4 psi. But I can say that it gets harder to reach 15 psi. When you first start paddling, you feel confident with the board. It is sturdy. I used both on the calm river and ocean. We were on the board for 3,5 hours in the sea and had a lot of fun exploring new places and enjoying the nice weather. Thank you, Goosehill great customer service. So excited for the adventures ahead.

I had used a Red paddleboard whilst on holiday in Greece but could not afford the prices for these in the UK.
Having reviewed several makes on Amazon and reading specifications against price, I decided on the Goosehill Sailor at a discount price.
I don’t think it is the latest model but hey no matter it does exactly what it says on the tin!
I didn’t think the pump was working first time but then looked at a u tube video which explained how much pressure was needed for the gauge to register. Don’t rely on ” feel “.
I am a beginner and it only took a couple of times just kneeling to have the confidence to stand up and feel nicely stable using it on the sea which is rarely totally smooth.
If you want a really nice board at a reasonable price I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Used this board a few times now on both flat water and in a large lake on windy day with speedboats going by. Its a great board, very stable. Ive been on it with my friend sat on it too which would equate to about 19 stone no problems.
Not to hard to pump up, I find I do mine quicker by hand then my friend does her 10ft with electric pump. The pump and pump both sturdy.
The rucksack fits everything in nicely with plenty of space, I get my dry robe, pdf and spare clothes in mine as well.

After renting a board last year, decided to buy one this year. Its a bit of a minefield but settled on this one and not disappointed.
Took it to Cornwall to use in the sea – stability is good and as a beginner family sharing its been fab, it will hold an adult and child fine and I was using it to ferry the kids around between swimming, the pump is easy to use – it will not measure the psi until the board looks blown up as that’s when you continue to pump up to pressure, it states between 12 and 15 psi – it was sunny so I opted to leave it at just over 12 which was fine It deflates with the pump also and folds back up easily into bag to pop back in the car. We used the body boards and towels to lie it on so it didn’t get damaged and dried it with a towel as we folded it up. It comes with some hard foam over the two fixed fins KEEP THESE and use to protect the fins and prevent them from bending

I have used it daily down in st ives on the waves and have had no problems with it. Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersOverall a great entry level board, anything over 13psi will feel extremely sturdy. Perfect for going along gentle flowing rivers, I’d probably not take this one into waves, but for most this will be a great longterm board!

Only issue is the pump, poor quality build, the seals around the pulp broke on second use. Made it near impossible to use (we bought two boards and both pulps did the same thing).

You can get workable electric pumps for est 80 so worth factoring something like that in.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersDid lots of reading up before I bought this- I liked the sound of it being wider than many others in the price range! Took less than 5 mins to inflate, pump was really good and better than expected. Once inflated was pretty firm and again, very impressed with how sturdy it felt make sure to put the fin in before you inflate fully or it’s very difficult to attach! I’m 90kg and it was very stable for me standing up and my 6 year old son riding up front with a small hold-all secured in the bungee net. Only used twice so far, but feels like a good purchase, I reckon could prob get two adults on if needed I have only used on a lake and not in the sea so will be trying that next, feels like it should be pretty stable in the waves though! Overall would recommend although not as fast as my buddy’s as it’s a little wider great for beginner but you might want a slicker one if you have good balance and want to ride faster! I may buy another for my kids, depending how the next few outings go!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is my 2nd SUP (I have a RED also). I live and breath being on the water and without doubt, this product cannot be faulted for its value (212). The inflate time is ok (a good warm up?) and the paddle and fins (although markedly cheaper than top spec) are very adequate. My last paddle was 12 miles (with dry bags on the front and rear (tent etc..so a little heavier than normal) and it kept its track well and the paddle creates enough power from the blade. It also packs up better than a fixed fin SUP but I have put a better cord on the detachable “fin stopper” as the cord supplied doesn’t hold a knot very well. If you want a “bargain” SUP that will handle waves, track well, light to carry and is robust (Oh, and a battering from kids using it a diving/play surface), than this is the one……see you on the water!!!

    This paddle board is awesome.
Used the double action on the pump initially, and then switched to single action to pump up. Too just under 10 minutes.

Literally love it and have ordered another already.

Great quality all round. One skeg was a little bent from being squashed by the pump in the original packing, but the instructions show how to straitened it with a hairdryer or hot water.
Bag quality is also good (didn’t look good in the marketing photo but I was pleasantly surprised), and I appreciate that they designed the bag to be over sized so it was really easy to pack everything away after use.
The board was really stiff even with both my kids and myself on it at the same time (zero deflection)
I was also pleased with the quality of the paddle, as it is well made and very easy to adjust the length while on the board (my son and daughter wanted to have a turn to paddle while out on the lake)

I can’t think of a reason to buy a 2nd more expensive “upgrade” – so I will be buying another one of these.

    Great quality - Highly recommended

Great paddle board. I weigh 110kg and have no issues on this board. Does take longer to inflate though due to the size.

Everything about it is good quality!

Haven’t tried the board on water yet but have inflated it to make sure there are no leaks. This is a great deal with a very good solid amount of kit and should provide hours of fun. I have had to straighten the two outer fins which was bent during previous storage and transportation but having read the instructons it was a very simple job to do with a hairdryer. Don’t be put off by this it is a great buy.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersBoards are great, we now have 3 of them. As others have said the paddles aren’t great, the first one we had didn’t lock into place and contacted Goosehill and they replaced it with a paddle that had a different locking mechanism. The second board we had came with the same better paddle, so no problem with that one. We did have a leak in the second board which Goosehill replaced. Bags are great and very roomy, there’s enough room to store wetsuits etc in the bag as well. The pump isn’t the best but we now use an electric pump. Overall great boards, good quality but the accessories slightly let it down.

Great boards and great customer service

Been using this board for a couple of months now and im very happy with it! I’m around 100kg (16 stone) and it doesn’t bend in the middle at all while I’m on it. As it’s more of an all rounder it’s not the fastest board I’ve been on , however the stability is excellent making it perfect for beginners. The backpack it comes in is also extremely high quality , comfortable and well padded in the same way a good hiking backpack lets you carry the weight around your hips. This makes it perfect if the closest carpark is a few miles away from where you intend to paddle and you have to hike with all your stuff.
Best purchase I made this year!

The whole family loved having this in Cornwall with us this summer. No leaky valve which was great as my partner was gifted one that has got that problem and I think it’s quite common. It’s prefect for us all. Had 3 kids playing on it and was borrowed by my 6ft 5 partner too. Super buoyant and not too heave to cart around,. We had hours of fun and it’s a brilliant addition to all our surf boards for when the sea isn’t playing ball for surfing!

Fabulous SUP! Good quality, an excellent size and also very sturdy.
Comes with a good hand pump making it very easy to inflate, I am considering purchasing an electric pump just for ease but quite happy with blowing it up with the hand pump. Also included is a repair kit.
It fits well into the backpack with its pump and leaves room for other items like my life jacket and even my wetsuit.
If I had to say anything negative it is the paddle is a little flimsy but fine for a beginner, I will look at replacing it with a better quality one.
Overall I’m really chuffed with my board and had look forward to many adventures on it.

Not the lightest on the market, but smaller once packed than the more expensive SUP I have. My 13year old could carry it ‘rucksack style’. It pumps up well and was sturdy snd easy to paddle on the sea. We are not professionals, but this was a great board fir an afternoon paddle between beaches for my teenagers. The removable fin is a little tricky when on the beach as sand gets stuck in the track, but this was the only issue we had and otherwise great value for money.

    Great value SUP

I bought this, having never been on a SUP before. It’s been used on lakes, rivers, tidal estuaries and the sea – and handles it all with ease. It’s stable but manoeuvres well, feels very sturdy underfoot.
A minor problem was dealt with immediately and with no fuss – the customer service is exceptional.
Bought my first one in August, now have three – that tells its own story!!
Buy one, you won’t regret it.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought this SUP before reading the reviews and I’m glad I did. There are quite a lot of negative ones about the paddle, fins, pump etc but after inflating the board and checking everything over I think the build quality of board and accessories is fantastic. The carry bag is sturdy with good quality shoulder straps and zips with more than enough room for everything and extra room for dry sack full of clothes and my dogs life jacket. Paddle clip is firm and feels well made. The board is sturdy and rock solid even at 12psi. All in all a cracking set up for the price, will be testing it out on a lake tomorrow so will update this review after but so far I’m well happy!!!
After going out on a lake a couple of times I feel the same as above. The board is sturdy in the water and paddle, pump and bag all work well and I’m chuffed with my purchase!!!!

As paddle boarding has taken the world by storm I decided to buy this for the family. The quality was so good I purchased 2 more and they have been brilliant. I have since bought an electric pump given the family struggle to pump them up which means I end up pumping all 3 which is a workout in itself.
I would highly recommend these boards though, perfect size, excellent quality and very stable when in use.

Had my new board for a few weeks now, and whilst the board is very good quality and I would definitely recommend it, the paddle isn’t the best. It keeps slipping even when I’ve tightened it up as much as possible.

I wanted to wait until I had used the board a few times before writing my review. I am really pleased that I bought the Goosehill, I have had no problems with it and it is a good quality board. Spent a little more on this than some other boards and I’m glad I did. I’m 6’4″ tall and weigh 105kg. I can stand I this and let my kids get on too and it remains solid. It’s easy to blow up although the last few pumps to get to full pressure are a bit hard. The accessories are all very good quality. The only issue I had was it can be hard to get the main fin on and off. Maybe needs a little soap or something to help it slide in to place.

Excellent value for money and appears to be excellent quality too. Easy to inflate and use. Took out on the sea for the first use and was easy to control.

One thing to be aware of, the valve was a little loose which meant it hissed when being inflated. This was an easy fix using the valve tool that comes with it. One small turn and all fine…..a quick Google shows this is a common SUP problem but not realising this I did worry I had a problem board at first.

    Excellent value

    Delivery:
    Arrived within 2 days!!!

    Product info:
The bag itself is made of very strong waterproof material. On my previous board’s bag the zip gave up after 2-3 use, but this bag is really well made and holds all the kit plus some extra 🙂

    The board:
When you unroll it at first it looks huge even when it’s flat, but when you pump it up and it starts to take it’s real shape that’s when the “wow effect” kicks in it’s huge and looks robust.
Once it’s pumped to 12-13psi it’s feels like it’s completely solid.
The fin can be attached easily.

The pump is great, the gauge is working!

I think it’s worth way more that they selling it for.
    Easily can hold 2 adults!

The best Paddle Board I've ever tried!

Good paddleboard, we have two other in the family. The only issue so far with the latest one is the pump. The o-ring that seals the top of the pump is broken and sticking out of the pump (see image ) out of the three boards we have bought only one pump has been any good. Goosehill needs to look at the quality of their pumps or they will start to lose sales of their boards. Not worth the hassle of sending the whole package back just to get a replaceme

We are very happy with the paddleboard as it is our first one. We found that it is a good quality inflatable and does the job quite well. I do advise buying an electric pump because we found that pumping up the paddleboard by hand is quite strenuous and time-consuming. Another warning includes the paddle as ours filled with water and sunk to the bottom of the canal and we could not retrieve it. The carry case is very handy as it ensures the paddleboard and equipment can easily fit in a cupboard at home or in the boot of a vehicle.

Took delivery this afternoon after purchase on Saturday evening. Well secure packing and no damages on opening. A really good back pack carrier, better than most out there with room to stow the pump inside the back pack rather than on the outside. Had a go at pumping up to see how long. Took about 5 mins from start to finish and the last few pumps to get to 15psi were the hardest and breath taking. . Once reached the board was solid. Not tried on water yet but will do in the coming week. So will keep you posted. Overall looks a great buy.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersGreat looking, quality board. Included everything you need to get started.
Board looks awesome and is super sturdy when pumped to the appropriate psi. The grip is foam and shows wear quick but it’s negligible. Inflating is straight forward but tough work at the end! Worth investing in an electric pump.
The bag, paddle, pump, strap and patch kit are all included so you have everything needed to get going.
Our paddle actually broke on the second use. The lever that locks to tighten broke. However, I contacted Goosehill via social media and they quickly sent a free replacement as per the warranty. Super easy to deal with and very helpful!
All in all, we are very happy with our new board and have already used it several times!

I received my SUP package from Goosehill, it came in one box and was delivered the next day. After unpacking the box, I gave everything a good inspection and read the information. From the start the SUP looked to be very well made, and looked to be a very sturdy board along with the paddle, leash and the pump. I started to pump the board up using the pump, this has the option of dual stroke inflation so you inflate on both strokes of the pump which speeds up the process. The inflation was easy I did find that as you get up around 10psi if you then change to single Stoke inflation it was easier but you will get a sweat on.
Once up I checked for any potential leaks, I checked around the air valve as I have seen some of these on other brands leak, there was no leak.
I then let the board down and packed everything away easily and placed in the kit bag, which is very well made.
I have now used my SUP several times in flat and choppy waters and it has not disappointed the paddle is easy to use and adjust to suit your height for both standing and kneeling.
I have had some lovely days out on the open sea, birds, fish and clouds passing by I would highly recommend this Goosehill sup package for value for money and would recommend anyone thinking about getting a SUP you couldn’t go far wrong with this model and brand. Well done Goosehill

Great board, holds my weight pretty well (I’m a larger person) the fin did break off and get lost but I contacted customer services and they were super quick to ship me a replacement under warranty, the instructions could be a bit clearer particularly when pumping, they seemed to have missed out the part that says make sure the pin is up before inserting the hose and once the pumping starts to get difficult remove the little screw in part to make it easier, didn’t find that out until my 3rd time pumping it up but overall a great board have had lots of fun on it so far and really look forward to using i

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersGreat product so far without any issues. Bought two for the wife and I to try paddle boarding (both only done it once before). Found the boards to be stable in the water and easy to use.

All components easily fit into the bag provided however there is a bit of weight in it so something to consider if you were trekking long distance to get to a Loch.

The hand pump works well and doesn’t take overly long to inflate the board, plus it gives you a nice warm up before going into the wate

Ordered this board on Prime day as I was a bit bored of constantly renting them. I am so glad I did.

Comes neatly packed with everything you need, the backpack is great, and about the same size as the ones I take out on camping trips with me, good straps and a waist strap too for extra support. I was really impressed with how light it was – I was expecting it to be rather weighty, but it was not.

In terms of ease of use – it is quick to inflate with the hand pump (took me around 5 mins to get it to the recommended PSI), and the pressure gauge is clear and easy to read and understand. I imagine if I got an electric pump it would inflate even faster. The only thing I would say is to be sure you are attaching the pump on the right side – there are outputs for inflate and deflate – so take a moment to check that before charging ahead.

Once inflated the large fin clips in easily, and the central handle makes carrying into the water simple.

Regarding the leash – I did have to untie and then retie the knot to give myself more room to loop it on to the board, as the knot placement it came with did not really leave much wiggle room.

The paddle fits together easily as well – I did have to tighten the screw a bit more in order to stop the paddle from getting smaller whilst using it. But that was a simple job and now I am all good.

So far have used this up at a small local reservoir several times, and have also taken it out onto a loch or two and had no concerns about its stability or resilience in the deeper loch waters.

    I love this board!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI have purchased two paddleboards in the last 12 months one Goosehill and one from another brand, I got them as Christmas gifts ready for the SUP season 2021 and have only in the last couple of weeks managed to get out on them.
The Goosehill board is by far my favourite. I have been using paddleboards for the last 5 years and have in that time tried lots of different brands on rentals, buying a board has been a real investment for me so I needed something I could rely on, trust and feel comfortable on and the Goosehill is all of that and a bit more.

It is really stable, it turns well, it is comfortable underfoot and is easy to inflate / deflate. ALso the weight of it is perfect…. nothing is worse than having a fun time out on the river or down at the beach and then having the long walk back to the car with an unwieldy board and this board is light and easy to carry when inflated and everything fits into the bag when packed away so again easy to get from point A to point B.

Overall 5 stars for this board and I am looking forward to it being my buddy for many years to come!!

Not got any real experience in SUP but i live in an area where it has really taken off and I love rivers and the sea so seemed like fun. Had heard bad things about the cheap 150-200 boards e.g. bending in middle etc so thought I might as well get something a little better bearing in mind I plan on taking my two small kids on it as well. I have been out on the river three times and it has been fantastic, it sits well above the water even with me and two kids on it (125kg) can take a max of 200kg which is two heavy adults and it is very stable. If you take your SUP really seriously its probably not the board for you but if you don’t want to drop 900 on a premium board and just want to get out on the water, get fit or enjoy paddling up and down river then this is great. The design on the board is nothing special and it doesn’t have a central fixing for a windsurf sail like some of the premium boards but I imagine that this is what keeps the cost down. The board comes with everything you need, paddle, pump and a surprisingly quality bag to keep it all in. I did read a review on here that said the detachable fin was loose when inserted which meant it couldn’t go in a straight line, I can advise that this is simply not the case and the fin sits in nice and snug.

Golden Review Award: 14 From Our UsersProduct is excellent, I’m 92kg and it felt more than sturdy enough for my frame. I also have awful balance and I only fell off once in 4 hours which is a new record.

Would recommend this to anybody looking to buy their first SUP. Instructions are easy to follow, it’s durable, sturdy etc. Really happy with the purchase. Only slight improvement would be the tightening part of the paddle. I tightened as much as possible and felt the paddle handle slip out of position now and again but it wasn’t a massive problem and it’s likely due to my technique. It’s so good that my girlfriend is now buying the same one.

Golden Review Award: 20 From Our UsersWe did a little research on SUP boards and GooseHill came across as a quality brand

Brilliant super fast Prime delivery and we were not disappointed.

    Few things:
    1. The carry bag is plenty big enough and great quality
    2. Pump was quick
    3. Board was super stable – we took it to a local river and had 2 kids 12 & 14 playing on it and its was very stable
    4. Great quality

When you stand on the board there is no bowing its a great construction and thicker 6′” unlike many others.

We opted to pay a little more and were not disappointed

Cannot wait for the summer hols to take this to the beach.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersThis board is great and worth the money I think. Delivery was good, everything was packed well. Instructions were easy to follow, didn’t take too long to inflate (is abit of a work out) it doesn’t register on the pressure gauge straight away however gets tough to pump by the end. I have only used it once but it was great, felt sturdy and I didn’t even manage to reach the recommended pressure but the board felt solid enough. The pictures are from my second use as I forgot my camera with the first. The quality of the board is the main reason I’m buying another, it is really well made and allowed myself and both kids, 12 and 10 to stand up and paddle. It’s big, broad and stable but seems wider than other, more expensive boards we have tried. We will use it for inland water only and it tracked reasonably well.
It’s fine for us to muck about on and for the price we paid is good value for money. The kids were able to paddle it, stay on it and and climb back on it easily but struggled turning it into the breeze.
