I was a little worried about buying this hose, but need not be, it’s worked really well, glad i got it.
Had the hose for 2 years, longest any expandable hose haze lasted for me.
At 2 years the connector to the tap, which was plastic, broke. The hose itself was still perfect.
Seller replaced the hose within 2 days, and new mode now has brass fittings and not plastic.
Beat hose I have had so far!
I originally bought this hosepipe in 2020 and it really was one of the best hosepipes I had ever had. Unfortunately it recently developed a leak near the spray gun but true to their guarantee the company have sent me a new hosepipe. I would certainly recommend this hosepipe it’s really sturdy and strong and with a back up guarantee you can’t go wrong.
Bought this to replace similar hose which burst after 10 months so don’t know how
this one will last.the spray head is plastic so once again don’t know how well it will last.
Hose end does not take normal click fit accessories so not sure how I can replace spray
head also means I cannot use it with power washer or my other accessories

This hose is very easy to use and manoeuvre round my garden which is on three levels. I like the different choices of spray too. Very pleased with it.
Great atm, last one I bought broke in a month, just after the warranty run out. Fingers crossed this is a better one…
This being our 3rd Extensible Hose were apprehensive about buying another, when we saw that this particular Hose had a 2 year warranty we ordered it, and so far (it is being treated with a lot of care) it has been very good
This item was for my mother-in-law,she is very happy with it, it’s light enough for her to manage as she getting on in years she would recommend this item.
Super hose but had trouble disconnecting my previous connection to the tap. Could have done with the connector that just clips on but otherwise excellent.
I had a issue with the head and customer services asked that I send a photo which I did and they replaced within 10 days. The new head works great.

My daughter uses the hose mostly and loves that it stretches right down the garden. Tha bag is great for storing and easy to store away.

Very happy with the strength of this hose. Previous hoses burst when they kinked.
So far so good.We have in the past, purchased two or three other makes, however, after a while they split. This one seems more robust and worth the money.
Up to now it is working well let’s hope it continues for the full two years

When the hose arrived I was stunned to see that the metal ( brass I think ?) fittings. The whole hosepipe seems such good quality…it makes a change to receive goods that has what its describes on the advert! Thank you for being so helpful!!
Only used the hose a couple of times but as of now not found any real problem. Delivery was good had email giving delivery details came a day early. The hose is slightly heavier than my other expanding hose but not a problem like the brass fittings would recommend.
Decent hose. Expands well when under pressure. As soon as the pressure is released it does lose it’s length/stretch.
othing to dislike about this hose. strong heavy duty hose it does the job. I LOVE it.

Purchased for 86 year old parent who is very pleased with weight and quality, also arrived a week sooner than expected.
Very good hose product, but as the [real] owner is suffering from arthritis and having to grip hard to stop the hose retracting as it is used this is someone who has similar problems needs to be aware of. But still worth 5 stars.
I bought this hose to replace my old one which was lasted about 3 years although the plastic head on that one only lasted a year. This one looks really well, the fittings are better and to date the spray gun is working ok. As its plastic it might need replacing sooner than I’d hope. I have ignored the plastic hook and used a metal one again as previous experience says it will will break after about 3 years of use. A little more expensive than alternatives but at the minute I think its worth that little bit more.
Came a lot quicker than what they originally said. The 2 year guarantee is also a good selling feature as some similar products are far more inferior and are prone to bursting.
Love this product . So light when tap off shrinks back . No kinking only downside that I have got around is that mine is screw fitting and not compatible with my other hose so I can’t link them.
This is our first ever hose purchase since moving into our own home. No faults at all it’s great. Does the job. Had different setting depending on what your doing and need it for.
Absolute quality. It definitely does the job. My only small issue is that it doesn’t expand to 50 feet. I would definitely recommend you size up with your choice.Would definitely recommend.
Too early to comment on product as only used once other than does what it says on the tin.
Only complaints are that the storage bag supplied is far too small and no wall hanger supplied.
Connection to tap is excellent, but unfortunately doesn’t fit with the metal jet-wash attachment we had on our last hose..

i am very happy i chose this one, the quality is top, the spray gun has a rubber handle so its easy to hold with a nice grip, perfect for someone suffering with arthritis, the hose shrinks in size when its not in use, so easy to store in a cupboard, when you plug the hose into a tap its fills with water and expands. the quality of the hose itself is very good, i checked the connectors to make sure it did not leak and everything seemed really Strong and well made, this is a good quality hose

I have not had a chance to try this yet, or rather connect it up, as I have building works going in my back garden, but it looks very strong, I hope it will last longer than my last one, will let you know.
