- What are IDEAKOKO’s recommendations on how to use it? The best way to use it is to buy several and use them alternately. If you have a lot of heat, we recommend wearing two units at a time. Another good tip is to crush the frozen material by pressing the inside of the product during use which will help cool the neckband down more and create the refreshing feeling more efficiently.
- Is it frozen at room temperature? ICY Cool Neckband has a freezing point/melting point of 82°F and freezes in an environment below 82°F. It can be re-frozen at room temperature without any other device, allowing repeated reuse.
- Does it produce water droplets while using? No, ICY Cool Neckband does not produce water droplets nor condensation during use. It gives you a feeling of a fresh gentle cool, while staying completely dry.
- How long does it last? The ICY Cool Neckband lasts for up to two hours. When you wear it on your neck, once it’s in contact with your skin higher than 82°F, it gradually decreases in temperature. (It is subject to have differences depending on the external environment)
- Can children use it? Yes, children can use it as well as pets.
- Does the duration vary from person to person? Yes, depending on your body temperature, the neckband might hold the cooling temperature for more than two hours. But if your body temperature is high, and the environmental temperature is very high, it might not last up to two hours.
- Is keeping it at room temperature the only way to refreeze? No, if you want to save time between uses, you can put it in the refrigerator or freezer to bring it back to a cooler temperature faster. When it’s left at room temperature, below 82°F, it will cool back down or ‘re-freeze’ on its own without other devices.
- I want to use it colder. What should I do? You can enjoy a colder sensation by putting it in the freezer or refrigerator for about 15-25 minutes prior to use.
- How quickly does it freeze in the refrigerator or freezer? Approximately 15 minutes in the freezer, and approximately 25 minutes in the refrigerator. Time frames vary depending on the temperature of your refrigerator or freezer.
- There is no fridge in the outdoor area where it is over 82°F, how can I refreeze it? You can soak it in ice water or cold water for a 15-25 minutes.

I bought the small size which is a snug fit, I used to wear 12″ collars in school shirts if that’s any help? They do stay cool for 3 or 4 hours and can cool down back in its box or on a table over night but it’s quicker in the fridge or freezer.
I am very impressed by this item, it really cools you down without ‘dripping’ and also looks aesthetically much nicer and lighter than conventional neck coolers. It lasts for quite some time, is easy to carry and can be placed in the fridge if necessary. I can highly recommend it.

Interesting little neck roll. It’s small and can fit with most clothing and styles if you’re looking to wear it in public. There’s a cooling element without even freezing it, and can provide some relief at its “room temperature.” Freezing it’s obviously much colder abs provides amazing relief. Great for travel in the summer time.

This cooling neckband is reusable and good for as many times as needed. It works by the simple method of being cold and, when placed next to the skin, cools the wearer down. Could be worn outside but more suited to indoor use. It does not require to be precooled by placing in fridge or freezer.
This really strange neck cooler really does freeze at room temperature, you can also put in the fridge or freezer for a quicker freeze. It’s very comfortable to wear and helps cool you down without water dripping off of it. I like to use it whilst dining in restaurants during the summer as it is relatively discreet.
Although I didn’t think it felt cold to the touch, as soon as I put it around my neck, there was a gentle chill coming through. Usually, I use ice cold products that warm quickly, but this also serves a purpose for a slow cool down. I’d quite like ones to go around the wrist too. The more I wore the band, the less I noticed it was there, but some positions I sat in, I could feel it more than others. I would like the ability to be able to open it at the front and it stay there. That said, I’m pleased with how it remained feeling cool whilst I was using it and didn’t warm up from my body heat. It slowly melted and lasts well, although the chilled feeling is localised and didn’t go any further than my neck, leaving the rest of me fairly warm. That said, as soon as I took it off, my neck warmed up and so did the rest of my body, therefore, it must have done a good job in use.
A simple cooling neck wrap that works well enough. It comes in three sizes: Small, Medium, and Large. You can pick it to come in either green or yellow. The quality of the material is decent but the cooling retention only really lasts for a couple of hours.
While not too bad of a product, you can definitely find better alternatives as this will take about an hour to freeze and will only last about two hours. I’d recommend a portable fan cooling fan that can be wrapped around your neck.
Aim to get something that can last for a good period of time (4+hrs) while on ~1 hour worth of charge. Due to this, I can only recommend this if you prefer a physical, non-air solution to keeping cool on the go. If not, then I can’t really recommend this.

it does what it says on the box. I was really surprised this worked to be honest but it did indeed keep my heck cool and I could feel it as well when i put ti on. a real godsend for public transport journeys or just when your overheating but dont want to use a fan or dont have the option for a fan. i really like that you dont need a freezer for it thou as it freezers at room temp[.
I wasn’t sure what to expect from this cooling band and when it arrived it wasn’t anything like I imagined it would be. It feels hard and stiff, yet you can move it to get it around your neck. It didn’t feel cool to my hands but once on I could definitely feel the coolness of it. I wasn’t sure how it would feel as I can’t say that I am a big fan of having a cold neck, but it is gentle enough not to be uncomfortable but cool enough to feel pleasant in the heat. I got this right towards the end of the heatwave which is a shame as I feel like it is impossible to fully test it when it isn’t really hot, but I do feel comfortable that this will be pleasant in the heat, although not hugely cooling it’s very clever that it cools without needing any electricity or freezing.

It provides a cooling effect immediately, without any of the moisture or water droplets you get with the usual freezer cooling packs. It’s quite stiff, but is comfortable to wear, I would recommend.

This is amazing, I don’t know how it works but it does. I’m at that age where got flushes appear for no apparent reason, I can be sitting doing nothing and pow, red hot. Using this around my neck really does make such a difference. There are a couple of big arteries in the neck so I think if your neck is cool it could the whole body. It works just short of two hours then once removed it quickly cools down again, so very clever. No batteries, no noise. Like this very much.

I started using this by putting it in the freezer. Then put it round my heck . It feels comfortable to wear and it really did cool me down., I didn’t think something so simple would actually have an affect but its fantastic. Once it had started to get warm I put it in the fridge to cool it back down and that was also very effective too.
Would definitely recommend. It’s great that it doesn’t have to go in the freezer and there are different ways of cooling it down.
I run hot. In our home, it’s hubby that wants the heating on. I find cooking a Sunday roast the worst as I get so hot. This arrived on Sunday morning & I can honestly say that it has kept me much cooler. I have no idea how it works, but it’s certainly working for me.
It doesn’t feel uncomfortable, it just feels like I’m wearing a large necklace.
Would deff recommend especially for any woman going through the menopause! anything that keeps you just a degree or 2 cooler is worth it.
Absolutely no idea how these work but when taken off and left on the side they do become cooler than the room, not by loads but certainly enough for some nice cooling and relief from the heat, it’s well made and not big and bulky so easy to wear even on the go, the cooling effect lasts for a couple of hours before simply putting back on the side for a little while to go cool again, all in all, a really cool innovative product, 5 stars from me.
Wow what can I say apart from this product is fantastic. I owned the neck fan last year and it was noisey and batteries didn’t last long. I’ve used this on a hot day working in a customer’s apartment that was warm. Put it on and in a minute it started to cool me down. Lasted over 2 hours. Put the product on the side and it was ready to use again within half hour. Awesome bit of kit. Game changer for my job, Thank you
