It’s a great bench which was easy to put together, just be careful. as our cat jumped on the end when it was up and it’s slighty cracked the inside board. Nothing that affects the performance but of note, beacuse if a person sits on it it’ll possible break.
Solid and im 6’4 220 pounds great for dumbells and even the resistant bands alone give you a good workout after a couple sets you can feel the burn.
It is sturdy enough and was easy to assemble. I would recommend.
Really like this product very easy to put together for someone who doesn’t know DIY too!!

I’ve bought this bench and a large set of weights from Argos which so far has cost me 90 and I will get a variety of workouts done opposed to paying something like 40 monthly for gym membership very happy!!
I like it! Does exactly what I need. Good for Incline and decline home benching. I’m about 88kg and have had to 25 kg dumbbells on the bench at the most so far and it feels grand. Comfortable bench with multi angled capacity. The only slight issues I have are the wee pins used to lock the bench have the tiniest ball bearing in the end that will not stop them from coming out of the hole if the bench was to be rocked ( in fairness that shouldn’t happen anyway but…). Also for the bench to be completely folded flat you have to remove the leg parts that you assemble (easily) at the start. That’s not a big deal but it’s something to bare in mind. Good quality. assembly beed to be a little careful as one of screw bolts unscrewed itself into the adjusting bench position leg n took ages try to get out of the leg tube so need to ensure it is really tight.

Excellent product exactly as described by seller, quick and easy too assemble, and delivery was quick.
Functional enough to support me doing bench press and shoulder press. But it is not easy to adjust the back rest. It requires effort to pull the knob whilst adjusting… Regard that as a warmup.
Not sure how long it will last as the cover is only stapled to the bosrd. The safety pins don’t look like safe enough as they’re easily pulled out i.e it doesn’t lock in place (the little ball at the edge of the pin supposed to latch to the seat but it doesn’t) as long as the bench is not topped sideways, the pins will be in tact.

I wanted to buy the bench for a long time and finally did it, and I am happy with this one. the quality is perfect for this price. it’s easy to setup and adjust. you can do everything with this. me and my husband use it for different purposes -he is doing arms, and it does the job because he can adjust it, I am doing back and abs and it helps me a lot!
Good-looking bench. Appreciated the simple, easy setup right out of the box . The bench is ample enough to handle my weight (100+kg), comfortable when laid on, and is exactly what I needed at a very affordable cost. Well made and easy to move around when and where i need to. Great work out bench. Came just in time for my son’s birthday. We had bought him some dumbells previously and was so pleased to receive this bench to provide extra variety of exercises. Folds away neatly when not in use.

Happy with purchase. Relatively easy to assemble for fitness equipment and feels sturdy enough for a heavier user + weights. Folding is a slight pain, but it DOES fold.
I’d recommend a fair bit of force to tighten the 2 bolts on the floorplate & doing each one a bit at a time to properly ‘crush’ the metal jaw onto the bottom bar. I can see it stressing the welds otherwise.
Strong, gives you a lot of stability to exercise. It’s so easy to assemble, and it doesn’t occupy much space. Perfect for a gym at home!

I liked this bench the moment I set my eyes upon it and do not regret getting it. This bench gives me a full-body workout!
It’s sturdy, easy to install, and does not take too much space. The leather material feels good and it is sweatproof. It’s like a complete workout solution for basic strength training. The adjustable knob is smooth and you can easily adjust the angle without any significant effort.
It took me just 8 mins to set it up. It’s quite stable without any wobbles or jerks.
He really likes that there are 7 different positions that the back moves into. It makes it very convenient for every type of lifting position. I like that it’s easy to fold up and it fits perfectly underneath his bed for storage.
I would definitely recommend this bench for people who are new to training and looking for a good bench to start with.
This took me literally 5 minutes to build. Easy bit of kit to use and able to store away ergonomically. So I can quickly assembled within a couple of minutes for a quick workout. Everything as expected very happy
I’ve been using a flat bench for a couple of months now and whilst it has been great, it has also limited me when it comes to certain exercises, such as shoulder presses which meant I had no back support and there was no way of adjusting any incline etc… So an adjustable bench seemed more ideal for sure.
This bench does require some assembling prior to use. I do feel the instructions could have been a bit clearer; for example, the cushion attachment is mounted onto a bracket before being fixed to the bench, yet the instruction manual fails to mention the bracket (luckily, it was simple enough to figure out what was needed to do). Approximately, it took around 15 minutes for me to put together.
Ease of Use
Adjusting the bench to various positions is made easy with the locking mechanism; you just simply pull the adjustment knob, adjust the angle of the bench and line up to a different hole and release (just make sure it’s fully inserted before using the bench again).
I measure around 5’10” tall, weigh approximately 14st and use dumbbells up to 20kg in weight and I found the bench comfortable and stable to use; however, there are a couple of things I NEED to point out:
1) When I have the bench upright, I just about have enough space to rest my head. Anyone who is taller, may not find this bench appropriate for them.
2) Advertisement of the maximum weight the bench can handle contradicts the instruction manual and both aren’t exactly clear how much the maximum payload is for this particular bench. The instruction manual states “maximum user weight is 120kg” whereas the product page states “330LBS MAX body weight” (330lbs equates to 149.6kg); so it’s not entirely clear what the maximum payload capacity this bench can handle overall.
When Not in Use
If you have space designated for gym equipment, then that’s brilliant; however, if you’re in a situation like myself and don’t have space where you can leave the bench even when it’s not in use, you’ll be pleased to know it can be folded up, making it easier to store.
Final Opinion
For me, this bench is perfect for the following reasons:
* The price is competitive to other adjustable benches on the marketplace (79.99 at time of review).
* Gives me more flexibility in exercise movements due to the adjustability.
* The bench is comfortable.
* Easy to clean (just wipe it clean with a wet wipe).
* Collapses to a smaller size when not needed.
If you’re interested in this bench, just make sure this bench meets your requirements; I would be hesitant to recommend this to tall people and heavy lifters but for everyone else, this should be spot on.
