my son loves his trampoline, it looks good and works well easy to put together if two people do it i did it on my own it took a little longer but still quite easy to do if you have no one to help, it also comes with a free anchor set so it wont blow away in the wind! the only things i will say about it is the zipper on the door could do with being a bit longer its quite hard to squeeze through as an adult fine for the children though and the wire around the top to keep the netting up could do with something slightly better! i hope this helps
The instructions are somewhat confusing (I’m generally rubbish at following instructions anyway if truth be told)
We followed the video on the website from the kanga people. Easy to put up and then.
My daughter loves it. Very sturdy and a great size. We bought the 8ft and easily has enough space for a five year old to throw herself around on.
Went for the biggest our kids now have loads of room to play
The instructions were easy enough to follow step by step, but they did get a bit confusing making sure you connected all the right pieces the right way round and in the correct sequences. But after a couple of mishaps i got there. Setting up the base mat was again a biy of a game as you have to count the spring holes in the frame aswell as the base mat and make sure you have fitted them all working around the base mat in opposites sequence untill all the springs are fitted.
Overall, the whole project needs a logical mind and a methodical approach to build it all correctly.
Trampoline is perfect for my 7yo. Woth every penny. Unfortunately due to heavy winds we had some time ago all protective pipes with nest are broken. My son still enjoys his jumping 🙂
Fast delivery, easy to assemble , very sturdy in high winds. The company are easy to communicate with and polite and professional. My little girl loves it!!!
Issue with a part was sorted out quickly and with no hassle, just a quick message. Thanks!
I found the trampoline fairly easy to assemble and My daughter loves it.
Have opened the box but haven’t yet erected due to my great grandson just having had his tonsils out, but it looks good, very solid and excellent value for money, will post proper review with photo when everything back to normal
Simple enough for a couple of us to put together. Net fits snug to the base and perimeter padded well to ensure safety of the little ones. Lower to the ground so no real concerns for him climbing on. Very happy with our purchase and the grandson loves it.
Bought this for my soon to be 7 year old. He has been on it everyday. Took my husband and father in law a couple of hours to assemble. A methodical approach seemed to be the best but we did watch the YouTube video when choosing what to order. Would recommend.
Good value, takes a while to build as the instructions are not that great. Overall the kids are happy with the new trampoline.
Very good trampoline. To make your life easier, follow the YouTube tutorial when assembling it. The instructions from the box not so good, but the video is spot on.
I like it’s sturdiness. It was quite hard work to assemble
The instructions were REALLY difficult to follow, it took my husband and I, 4 hrs to construct and we are not stupid !! 4 screws and washers were missing to complete the basic frame (quick dash to local hardware store to replace them) Now standing proud, but without a ladder because those screws were missing as well 🙁 All done in flash rain showers , but now good to go, had a great jump around with my 6 year old grandson, Happy Granny !!
Trampoline is sturdy of great quality only thing is the instructions weren’t clear on assembly but the video you can access on YouTube helps alot. It does require 2 people but I managed to set a 12ft up on my own. The only problem I had was the rope was not long enough to tie the netting down when threaded through. Luckily I had spare rope around. Other than that it is of great quality and my children love it. Another thing is there were sharp pieces of loose metal that must have been from production that was in the box be careful as I shredded my hands 3 times on these.
The problem was the screw for the ladder was to short so had go and buy some longer ones apart from that it was fine thanks
Help yourself and use the YouTube.
Definitely need 2 people.
The kids are enjoying hours of fun on it.
Does the job of keeping them occupied.
The size quoted is the diameter of the outer frame. The jumping area is much smaller.
Not the clearest of instructions but a really solid trampoline , took me 3 hrs to put up on my own would probably take 2 people 2 maybe . All the parts were there, the only thing , the rope to.tie the safety net to the frame was a bit short so needed to tie the rest with laces. Really nice looking and will buy from the company again .
he product itself is excellent and my daughter is happy yet putting it together took all day. The instructions are so poor. That is the only thing letting this product down from having 5 stars.
Would be 5 stars but let down by the following:
Brilliant apart from the 6 threaded holes 2 on each base are all drilled on the inside edge of the feet so do not line up with the slot. had to drill 6 techscrews instead once built.
Great once I took a hammer to get the ring to fit together as the poles suppose to fit inside each other but we’re the sMe size ends on some….
Was a present for my grandchildren , arrived two days after ordering. My son put it together alone but said it was pretty easy . It looks good and sturdy and with ground pegs is very stable very happy with purchase
Rather impressed with this pretty easy to assemble, instructions not brilliant, but easy worked out, once you connect first on wrong, supplied with some ground pegs which a pretty good, but not been tested in high wind yet, but think it could do with more, over all excellent trampoline
Watch the you tube video when building as there are some tricky points. Took me and the missus 2 hours, but we got there. Brilliant for the kids and well worth the purchase.
Not that easy yo assemble had to ask a mate to pop in and help but was very happy with the outcome. Great quality and the kids loved it .. got to say it is very sturdy , we want to buy a hood for it now as kids want to camp out on it .
I brought this item for my grand children who were pleased and use it a lot.
Bought this for my grandchildren they absolutely love it. Easy to assemble, delivered promptly.
This was shipped and arrived in a couple of days. Assembly was simple and done in a couple of hours, its a good size and great quality. My kids are already enjoying it.
The instruction how to assemble it was Not good at all. I have to watch videos in order to assemble it.
Not so easy to put together, but recommend watching the video before trying to put together.
Instructions not very clear, took a while to figure out. Video online but goes too fast so not much help. Springs very difficult to put on although this is common to most trampolines. Seems sturdy and son loves i
The trampoline was tricky to assemble using the instructions alone, but viewing the assembly video on YouTube made it clear how to put various parts together.
Very pleased with the purchase and so are my children.
It’s worth the money..fast delivery and my boy loves it …took awhile to assemble but totally worth it ..i would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to buy i
Watch the YouTube video as the written instructions are poor – that so far is the only negative after having the trampoline for 3 days.
You need two people to assemble most of it and for the wire frame for the top of the net it, is easier if you have 3 people.
It’s a great product, really sturdy and looks fantastic and my 3 year old son loves it.
Great value for money ! Very sturdy and very safe for the kids. Would recommend
Very tricky to assemble even with three grown men it took hours
It’s up and surviving and looking good now tho
But if you don’t have anyone to help you couldn’t get this up on your ow
Thankfully my granddaughter was at nursery when we assembled the trampoline, not the easiest of tasks and took several hours. Grins of approval and hours of fun and that was just Mummy and Grandma, Granddaughter loved it too.
I am very happy with this product, would truly recommend i
I brought my son the 6ft for Christmas and he loves it! No problems at all, delivery was good, everything was included.
I’ve had this almost 3 years now and it’s still going strong. It’s been dismantled and reassembled due to moving.
Looking to upgrading soon to a larger trampoline as boys fight as its only 8ft
My friend is on to her 3rd in the same time I’ve had this one.
Bought it as a birthday present for a 4 year old. Made all the people at the party happy and this is all that matters. Check all the instructions prior assembling it otherwise might have to undo some bits and redo i
Great delivery time to Channel Islands within 3 days of the order being made a very well made trampoline sturdy construction with a good quality feel surpasses quality of previous trampolines we have owned
Love these trampolines the twist in stakes ensure they don’t lift in high winds the safety nets are strong.the kids bounce away for hours.highly recommend.i have bought 2.
Really like this trampoline seems like it will last
However the assembly was difficult.
If I Dom isn’t have access to my Dremel it wouldn’t of gone together all of the holes where miss drilled I would advise if your not handy with these things maybe try a different brand or ask before buy that it’s properly drilled in the factory
Went together reasonably easily …just follow the instructions…even thou they don’t make sense at the time …it’s easy to jump ahead doing what you think should be done …then having to undo it cos you were too keen …the springs fitting being my downfall ….seems a well made product for the cost .
Love that this item is exactly as described. It’s perfect for my granddaughter and love that she will get years of use out of it.
The kids love it but the string to hold down the the net is too short and not enough. I will give it a four star because it’s too early for me to comment, it’s only a week since I got it.
Great Trampoline at a superb price…although I’ve only had it for one day, so time will tell.
First of all it came well packaged in 3 separate boxes that were staples, glued, strapped and taped together. As most reviewers have already mentioned the instructions could do with improving and being clearer and more detailed. Thankfully there is a Kanga assembly video on youtube which is for either the 8ft or 10ft version as it doesn’t have as many legs or poles as the 12ft version but the assembly is the same.
Putting it together took me and my brother 3-4 hours, we were alternating the assembly as i had my two kids in the house and we were assembling it in secret with bedsheets over all the windows. The wifi was not working in the garden so we had to keep going in and out the house to watch each stage of the youtube video assembly.
One thing i couldn’t find out about these trampolines was how wide it was as in the overall circumstance, because although it says 12ft, the addition of the curved poles adds 6 inches width around the outside, which it pretty important if your planning on fitting it into a tight space (my photos clearly prove this) its only the base that is 12ft wide.
One of the pole sleeves was torn so I’ve emailed the company fir a replacement, but in the meantime its duck tape to the rescue.
The ladder is basic and i’d have paid more money for a ladder with actual steps rather than poles. The Trampoline surface is lovely and bouncy, and although the safety netting is on the inside, kids can still slide a foot out to the side and through to where the spring are, but at least its safer than exposed springs trampolines.
Another question i have is why does the base level have to be quite so high? 2ft 8″ inches to the top of the ladder…my son shoved my daughter as she was coming out of the zip exit and she went flying and landed on her head n the grass below. Trampolines are an accident waiting to happen…we all know that!!
The trampoline does come with a spring puller which is great, but i didn’t realise it did and so i brought an additional spring puller…but at least my brother and i had one each to pull the springs in ( make sure you align the springs properly and don’t miss a hole as i did and had to unhook them all again…silly me).
The padding is sufficient that covers the springs but it could do with a little more overlap to fold over the sides, plus its all a bit untidy around the ladder area as the cover does not account for it and tends to fold up (pictured).
* I did not use the floor anchors as the 12 footer is sturdy enough without them*
It can handle up to 120kg in weight, which is more than most trampolines i researched, but i don’t plan on pushing it to that limit as id like it to last…so no giants allowed !! ( the 2ft 8″inch height to the base must cater for larger individuals to have a bounce on…so they don’t hit the grass below).
Anyway, so far so good and my kids absolutely love it as does my wife, they had a right blast on it today. so its a thumbs up from me.
After much research opted for this product. Arrived quickly, well packed and all components present and correct. Took two hours for a 70 year old granddad to assemble on his own without difficulty. Watched the video beforehand which made everything very straight forward. Just the right size for a 6 year old to go mental without compromising safety. Ladder is pretty basic and tie down screws provided are good for making holes to plant bulbs.
Cord to attach the safety net to the frame is too short
Cord threads through woven holes in the safety net not eyelets, it remains to be seen how durable this arrangement is
Firstly we bought the 12ft which is perfect for bouncing around with you 4-10 year old. The instructions are not the clearest so it takes a little bit of deciphering. We had a few hands and certainly putting the springs on is difficult with a trampoline of this size so don’t expect to do this on your own. Quality is really good and it looks the part once complete. We have probably gone over the weight limit a few times with two adults bouncing along with a 5 year old but has stood up to it fine. Would highly recommend.
Good size to go in a small garden, fit 2 year old twins on nicely. Lot of hard work to put together and a lot of strength required. According to the instructions we were missing some parts yet it all went together fine.
quite pleased with my purchase easy to put together, but the instruction and the illustrations for the anchoring straps were worse than abysmall. I ended up using some rope rather than ending up with eyestrain trying to decipher the terrible standard of these illustratiobs.
My grand children have had such fun. Although it did take 2 grown men 2 hours to fix together and it has to be moved so the grass does not yellow. But good value for money
Fantastic purchase. Great value for the money paid. One of my best purchases and the size is great for smaller gardens. My two do go on it at the same time but take it on turns to jump. Great Buy.
its so easy to build, im 12 and i built it ob my own in under 2 hrs! it was a bit difficult to tell where the screws go but it was easy to figure out! + its supperr bouncy
Had this for several weeks now. Kids have spent hours on it. They love it. It has needed to be well greased at all the joints and along the springs to get rid of the loud squeaking which was really irritating. Also, nearly all the clips holding the blue skirt onto the springs have fallen off. The seller was great though and has sent out a better replacement skirt. All in all this is a good value trampoline.
Assembled ours today… Seems of very good quality… instructions leave a bit to be desired but don’t they all. No creaky or squeaky noises when in use either. Well worth the money and so far I can’t fault it.
Step not good replace pls only the step that is unsafe
Brilliant quality trampoline mostly, only problem I’ve had is that a few of the elastic a that secure the safety padding snapped off as I stretched them to hook as per instruction. Not a big enough problem to affect safety but for 90 I wouldn’t expect this. Easy enough to put together and very fast delivery, thankyou.
Excellent! It was great fun putting it all together too! It took an hour to assemble while watching the instruction video on YouTube.
As mentioned in other reviews we had problems with the spring cover. One of the elasticated hooks came away. It didn’t snap, but the stitching came away. This happened during construction before anyone had actually used it. We informed the seller and they sent out a replacement spring cover.
Early days but first impresions are great. The product arrived a few days earlier than expected.
I put the trampoline up with the help of my 5 year old, it took us 2 hours to put up. The instructions were very straight forward.
I had to phone the after care as I had some fittings missing and they were fantastic! They were very polite, understanding and the missing bits reached me withing 2-3 days.
Easy to build, can distort the frame when you move it but easy to get back. Kids love i
First impressions are good, but instructions are rubbish and infuriating.
This is brilliant. Reasonably easy to assemble (even for me). Kids love it, and when they’re not looking, I give myself a bit of a workout. It may not be the biggest trampoline in the world, but it’s perfect for 2 children and great for those of us with a smaller garden.
The item arrived before the expected date. My four children are very happy with it as they were bugging me for a good while to get it. It is very sturdy and as i said i have four children aging from 10 to 4 and they can all jump on it at the same time and have enough room for all of them with it holding up well. I got the 10ft my only gripe is that i would have liked it to have looked more substantial, but that’s just me i would recommend this product it’s a good buy
Bought for my daughter’s 6th Birthday. Great value for . Relativly easy to put together. Highly recommend you follow the YouTube video rather than instructions for building it. Looks great in our small garden and my daughter loves it.
Grandchildren can’t get enough of it! Great quality except elasticated hooks for net have all come off so that’s a sewing job for Nana !!
Also do read ALL the instructions right to the end of leaflet first before you start to assemble! We added the bolts too early!! My hubby is brilliant at DIY. He had the right tools and strength. Not a job for the DIY beginner!
Bought the 6ft for my 4 year old for Christmas And she loves it! It’s a bargain for what you get and delivery was fast with no issues. Fits perfectly in a small garden. It’s really sturdy and doesn’t Rock and it’s big enough for 2. It took 2 people to put it up 40 min using the YouTube guide with no issues. Fab buy would recommend.
Bought this for my 2 year old’s birthday…. I wanted a present to use out doors and to keep my 2 and 3 year olds active. My 3 year old took to it immediately. My / year old didn’t like it at first. But once he had got used to it (24 hours later!!) I couldn’t get him off. This is the best present I have bought so far. The boys use it every single day … except when it is raining. They have so much fun for hours. I even use it myself … with and without them! It’s a great size for a small garden. Feels sturdy too. We gVe it on the patio not screwed down and doesn’t move. Couldn’t be happier.
Firstly easy to assemble, once you look at the video and concentrate. Tools supplied worked perfectly, took me and 4 children about 2 hours to put together and they are all super happy with the end result, as am I.
Really good. Instructions not the easiest to follow-up but managed between a few of us. There were no instructions for the anchor ties so had to look this up on line. Delivery good.
Took 2 of us and YouTube to put it together but well worth the effort. Not tried it yet but my granddaughter will just love it. The holes that the springs sit in are a tiny bit tight but once you wriggle them in they are fine. The rain cover just sits on the bouncy part and can’t be tied on if the poles are in place. Better than nothing.
We bought this for our kids as they were always on friends trampolines when round their houses. The Kanga 10ft has proved to be a real hit. It’s built quality is excellent and comes with ladder, cover, shoe bag and ground anchors which many other makes provide as optional extras. I’d heard that it takes 2 people 2 hours on average to put trampolines together; it took just 1.5 hours for me to construct it by myself. If you are looking for a good quality trampoline with all the trimmings then look no further than Kanga.
Great product. The instructions were not very helpful, but the whole construction was easy, took 2 of us just over an hour to figure it out and have it ready for my grand daughter returning from school…should have seen the look on her face! Worked perfectly (albeit Day 1) but am sure we will enjoy it.
Pros – Easy to assemble – strong and robust – provides us with hours of fun.
Cons – Poor instruction leaflet –
Maybes – include and extra few bolts and screws, bearing in mind assembly can be on a lawn and these things do get dropped – Include some proper tools instead of the crappy bits that are there –
On the whole these are just me being critical and would definitely purchase again or recommend
Fantastic little trampoline. Goes together really easily. Even managed to build on own, just have to think about how you will do the springs.
Quality seems good so far and useful to have the extra cover. Daughter loves it and so do her friends so would definitely recommend.
Bought this for my 2 year old niece and 6 year old nephew! They love it! Very Sturdy
Pros:
~Quality seems to be very good, about double the amount of springs then a trampoline i helped set up for a friend a few years ago, there are screws holding together the bottom part of the legs, unlike my friends model, making it much more sturdy. Everything else was similar
~Easy to construct the trampoline. Needed around 1.5 hours with my brother to put it together.
~ Quick delivery as it arrived much earlier then expected, placed the order on Wednesday night and it arrived Friday morning.
~ Price. Models similar in design to this at places like ToysRUs cost in the region of 180-200
Cons:
~The user manual is pure trash, absolutely awefull. Other then vague pictures, there is no clear instruction on how to put it together. Had i not put another trampoline together, i may have struggled. It did take me a while to figure out how to put up the safety poles, no thanks to the “manual”
~The blue springs cover could have been wider. It doesn’t adequately cover the springs/frame on two parts of the trampoline; the area where the ladder is placed, and about 120 degrees clockwise to the ladder.
~The ladder could have been better produced. Because of its length compare to the height of the trampoline, it stays at a much more slanted position compared to the preview pictures given. it also would have been a better idea to have it screw to the frame, and not hook around it, so it wouldn’t expose the springs, due to the inadequate coverings.
Overall, i would rate the product a 9/10 after taking into account all the flaws. The price and quality is virtually unbeatable.
Very easy to put together and is loved by my daughter…what more can i say 🙂
Arrived early, took me an hour to assemble (you tube it) and me and the kids haven’t stopped on it since. Really well made and sturdy so I gave it 5 stars. It comes with a rain cover, ladders and a shoe holder that others didn’t at this price. Top draw.
I ordered this 6ft trampoline on the 10th August 2016 at 3pm. At 12pm on the 11th of August it had arrived! Amazing product also! Only problem is that the instructions are quite vage so some guessing and testing was required other than that its perfect!
Great value for money and perfect for my 9 year old and 11 year old girls, easy to put together in less than an hour between two adults. Instructions not great but I thought it was fairly self explanatory. Purchased the 10ft trampoline. The extras are also useful too.
Great Trampoline easy to assemble although got to have a bit of strength to fit the springs on and put the metal rim together, right size for a small garden, only slight concern would be if children slip they could easily get their small feet caught under the blue edging that covers the springs other than that great.
Great trampoline, easy to put together.Very pleased. My 9 Year old and friends love it.
I love this product. It was easy to put together. And my 4 year old daughter has already made it her favorite thing to do. It’s strong, safe and well made. Can’t complain about it at all. Delivered in 3 days and hopefully lasts a long time.
Brilliant. Arrived super fast. Looks good. Not too big, needed 3 of us to put together mind you whilst the 4th person entertained my 2 yr old. Only sucky things are one clip was broken. But I can sow it back on myself. And the ladder doesn’t clip, just hooks, so has a tendency to slide slightly. But no danger. My daughter loves it! Def recommend.
I am very happy I made this choice. I researched trampolines for half a day before deciding to go with this one.
The instruction booklet is utterly rubbish but thank god for the very well done video that the seller has made and that makes things so easy. The 6ft trampoline can be set up by one person…hard work but feasible (I did it, and I am a woman) in a couple of hours (it took me a bit longer as my 4 year old son, very keen to help, lost one of the nuts….and another from the new pack I had to buy).
I love the fact that the net is pretty tight so properly holding the little ones back on the trampoline and VERY secure…the winter cover is easy to put on…I do it every time I think it is going to rain to give it that extra protection.
If like us you want to protect your grass, you can move it (best have someone to help lift it or be very careful if you don’t want to ruin the grass) even the ladder lifts up. It comes with what is needed to secure it in strong winds…
It is the perfect size for 2 young children (and I am sure that one of their friends could join them -I know not recommended in the instructions) without taking all the space in our garden.
I cannot comment on durability yet, but so far I just cannot fail it,,, and I have thought hard before I wrote the feedback.
Bouncy and fun! we got the 6 foot, which is fine for my 3 year old, but wish I had got the 8 foot. Will probably need to go up a size by the time kids are over 5.
Easy to assemble – took me under an hour on my own (there’s a short video on YouTube which is all you need for instructions) – and so far after a few weeks’ use appears robust and big enough for my 12-year-old daughter and her friends. I would say good value for money.
I bought this for my sons 6th birthday.
Easy and quick to assemble, it does recommend 2 people but I managed to build it by myself.
The instructions could be clearer but all in all very happy with the produc
fantastic next step up trampoline for our 4 yr old grandchild not difficult to assemble as we have been reading took 1 person half hour would recommend this great price just wish it would of been pink. easier to slide enclosure on last lay parts out read instructions and go for i
This trampoline has all the extras you need at a great price. Others I looked at cost twice or four times as much and some of those didn’t have the accessories and had a lower weight limit. We went for the 6 foot one as we have a narrow garden and although I was worried it might be too small, our 10 year old finds it big enough and bouncy enough. It was very easy to put together (approx 1 1/2 hours) and can be done on your own, although it would probably be easier and quicker with an extra pair of hands.
Really nice looking trampoline. Instructions aren’t great but then it’s pretty easy to assemble. The ladders are not any use to us as they wobble about too much. Would worry my 3 year old would fall off. Good value for money. And my kids loved it. It even got my moody teenager out her bedroom to join in!
