Works pretty well, the user interface is easy for a child to navigate. The GiffGaff SIM did not work at all, despite putting 6 on it. Initially it accepted calls and even made a few but within 20 mins it packed up and wouldn’t do anything, no help from GiffGaff so 6 wasted. Considering most parents are buying this watch to use in emergency situations this is unacceptable. So I bought a 10 EE PAYG SIM instead and it worked immediately with no problems at all – the SIM makes and receives calls perfectly. So the moral is, go with a better network and pay a little extra for peace of mind.
Nice robust little watch. Grandaughter over the moon with it. She wanted a watch with games on it and had a surprise when she realised it was a phone as well. Bought it before they emigrated to Portugal to keep in touch so far everything OK.
The watch is nice, but it doesn’t have text messages, that are the only problem. It can use its sim card and make a clear phone call.l need the one that can make video calls and text messages.
We got another smart watch before this, but then it needed app to setup and was complicated for the kids. This watch is perfect, I bought it for my 5 years and 8 years old kids and both love it.
It is very easy to setup and use, touch screen work perfectly.

Good product, it helps a lot my son how to see the time!
Water resistance works, he used during shower, swimming classes and no issue.
Battery is good, only after one week we charge it again, but it depends if you take many photos, or play the games.
Touch screen very good and easy to navigate on the functions.

I bought these smart watch as gift for my 12 years old son.He is reliable to do all his work. He wakes up at his alarm clock. The two way call is perfect and does the good job. It has amazing apps and easy to use. It has good battery life which remains for longer 5 to 6 days. It has water resistant as well which he can play outdoor without any problem. The watch has flexible band to use on wrist.

Super super impressed by the watch, I was expecting to be just another smart watch but it has surpass my expectations. I bought for my niece in pink colour and am pretty much sure she would love this. The packaging is super cute and I don’t even need to repack as gift. This is an excellent gift for kids under 15 since it also has an option to insert sim. Happy Custome
I bought this watch as a gift for my nephew. I am so glad to find him loving his birthday gift. The battery life is quite good. Specially the call feature is simply amazing. Although it is slightly expensive but worth it. If would be great if the watch straps become more adjustable for little kids. Otherwise its a reasonable purchase.
My daughter loves this watch.. We got an additional sim from our service provider and she just loves to make calls with it as well as play games. All in all a bargain for the price.

Has a call function but I haven’t tested this yet.
Tells time and takes photos which is plenty for my 3 year old who I bought it for. Only downside is the charger is Custom shaped and so you can only charge with the cable supplied and if you lose this not sure where you would get another.
This is a great little device. Its a good step before having a phone. Battery so far is very good. Do have the odd occasion where it appears it cant get a signal but a quick restart fixes that. The only down side is now that my 11 year old daughter like to prank calls me pretending that is is ordering a pizza!
This kids smart watch is beautifully made, we got the vibrant blue one for our 7 year old daughter and she absolutely loves it.
It has several fun features and our favourite ones are the safety feature (S0S) while our 7 years old who is not yet allowed her own phone is ecstatic that we put a micro sim so she can call us.
It’s easy to use and looks sturdily built so we hope she will use it for sometime. She looks forward to tasting the waterproof feature too during her Friday swimming class
I was looking for a kids one for a while and came across this. Works wonders and does just the job I need it for. Great features and looks good for a child.
I bought it for my niece for her birthday. she really liked it. Made her day she found it easy to use I don’t know how to sit it down but she explains to me how to use it that’s wee smart 7 years old kitten.
This watch is easy to use, my daughter found the games are fun to play, its comfortable when on the wrist. It is hard to take photos as the camera is on the side of the watch but the photos have a good result. The ringtones are nice & loud. Gets charged quickly.

My daughter loves this watch. Fab colour and very durable. Loves the fact that it takes pictures and can make phone calls with a sim card. Overall fab watch.
Arriving nicely boxed, this watch is a lovely blue colour with a fastening strap.
The watch has a micro USB to USB cable and is fast to charge. Set up is very simple and was entirely done by my 10 year-old daughter.
The screen is a good size and has lots of features from clock to camera to calculator to even games!
Whilst we have not used this feature, a SIM can be added, allowing the use of the call function. I am sure this is great for an older child and would prevent phones having to be carried around and potentially lost.

Daughter is 3 years old and loves the watch. Got her one cause she kept using mine & was scared she was going to break it in the end. Only downside is camera is on side of watch so doesn’t really get any pictures because they don’t come out good.

I bought this watch for daughter as her and her younger brother were going to join a summer camp for a week.
We wanted something she could use easily to call us if she needed to.

This a good phone watch that does what I need it to. I have been abke to keep inconact with my 9 yr old when she is at friends house.
The only con is the ringtone volume cant be adjusted.
It’s stopped charging within 2 months of having it. I’ve been back and forth with merchant they told me to send it back and I’ll get a refund it’s been sent back and still no refund and no one is ready to my emails.
Bought this product to be used in Ireland. Was very easy to setup and all is working as expected so really good value considering the price is pretty much half of some of the other brands.

Not a bad watch at all for the kids. Cheap and cheerful but allows calls to the grandparents from wrist if you have a sim card to put in it.
I bought two watches, my children love theirs. Easy to set up to use games, alarm etc. If you want to make calls you just need to buy a nano sim.
I had a to return one watch and emailed the seller directly. They were really helpful and a replacement sent within a few days.
I initially received one where the games didn’twork. Within a few days of contacting the seller with the problem I received a replacement which does work so excellent customer service. Great little watch for my 8 year old son.

My 6 year old granddaughter loves this watch. It is very pink, has a strong resemblance to adult smart watches and she is easily able to handle the apps included. Her parents are very happy with the gps. Haven’t used any of the other extras yet.

Best parts: Watch strap is very soft perfect for children. Screen is very clean and easy to read. Interface is nice and easy for children to use. Camera is ok for the type of product and internal storage should be ample. Could do with a bit more space. Customer support team was very helpful.
My experience with this product
She was very happy with it on the day but then we started to have issues with the games disabling themselves. I contacted Doubwin-service they responded within a few hours and provided a guide to disable the parental controls to stop this form happing. We also had a issue with the watch not excepting the SIM card. This was a ID mobile SIM after 5 star customer support emails and very detailed guidance from them we found out that ID mobile SIM card was at fault. Although it works within a phone but not on the watch. We tested with a EE SIM card and a Vodafone SIM. EE connected but due to tariff calls were disabled but Vodafone card works just fine. When making calls sound volume is at a good level
