We have been using this for almost a month now and couldn’t be happier. I had done a lot of research and went with this one as the picture quality really mattered to me and it didn’t disappoint. The picture in light or night vision is perfect and the sound is clear if she makes any noises. We haven’t had any issues with connectivity so it has all been running smooth when needed.
The only point I would mention is the battery life isn’t the best, but it’s fine if you keep it plugged in on charge or as long as you charge it before each use it should do you the night. Not an issue to me as we have plugs close enough.
I would definitely recommend!
Found this amongst all the usual brands. We had tried a couple of different brands incl the BT smart and BT 6000, and none of them can provide such a clear image to this one. The bonus also is Grandma/Grandad can also get view only access if they want which can nice especially during Covid times. If you want amazing actual HD for the portable handheld (and also on you/partners phone) look no further. Battery life is good.

If you want to monitor 2 kids in separate rooms this is the best monitor. The monitor screen is big, great quality and splits in two and the battery lasts more than 2 hours. Just what I needed.
I used to have other cameras and after 6 months the battery was dying and the quality was terrible. When we had the second child I did not want to have two monitors, that is why I bought this about an year ago.
Customer service: I had a few issues which the support resolved (Thank you Faizal S.). Even after an year the charger stopped working and they were great saying if there were a problem they would give me a new one as it comes with 2 yr warranty.
Other good thing is the battery inside the cameras. When I visited friends (pre-pandemic) I could put my baby for a nap in the other room and leave the camera anywhere I the room. Is lasts more than a hour.
We love this baby camera. I specifically wanted one that both had its own screen and which you could view on your phone – this does that perfectly. We have struggled to update it which is a bit annoying but can’t say we have tried hard. The picture quality is great and the app is easy enough to use.
Pretty good. Good picture quality and can use the supplied monitor or log in from an app and check on baby . Good sound quality too. Night vision is good aswell. All round good buy. Does everything it needs to.
Amazing quality camera (as expected), easy to use, good battery power, big clear screen.
Only slight annoyance is the sound delay but not that big a deal.

This was a present for my niece, as she was having twins, I am unable to say how good this product is.
Very good baby cam. More on the expensive side but picture quality is absolutely amazing both in night and day vision. Also lag is nowhere near cheaper cameras because you don’t have to link it via wifi as it has antenna so connects directly to the baby cam.

Bought this as a present for someone. Picture quality especially night vision is great. Not had any problems so far been four months…
The product itself is very good. Good quality image, slight delay in sound but that’s ok.
The mobile app is good, having more than one screen is very convenient for me and my partner.
Two complaints:
1) Only one charger was supplied when the manufacturer website and the box states I should have two in the box.
2) Manual said you can pan the camera around but this function does not work.

8 month old sleeps in the cot while we’re downstairs/ in our own room with peace of mind.
We really loved this monitor. We used to have angelcare but the battery was not good and we decided to get a new monitor. This monitor is better than we expected. The battery life is amazing and the picture quality too. We are very happy with our purchase and we highly recommend it.
I like that you can play white noise through the camera and also that both the camera and the parent unit hold charge so I could, for example, take the monitor to my mums house and not have to worry about putting her to sleep near a plug socket or risk having wires dangling near her (where in her bedroom at home they would be positioned away from her and secured).
I also like the security features, after doing some research I feel confident that this device is safe from strangers being able to hack into it! (We’ve all heard stories about monitors getting hacked!)
My only gripe is that the signal is weak when I am on the second floor and she is on the ground floor. We have quite poor WiFi in our village but I would imagine if you have strong WiFi you could overcome this by using it on your phone via WiFi instead of using the parent unit. Because of the connection issues the sound quality is not great either, but again I would imagine if it was over WiFi/only one floor it wouldn’t be a problem.
Tried an angelcare and BT video camera…. this is way beyond them! The melody’s are amazing too. 100% recommend and I’m fussy!
Really happy with this. Does everything you want for a monitor. Only issue is setting the app up was a little difficult. Otherwise great product!
This is the best one for our house in 30yrs as we have a long hall with 6 bedrooms then go round corner to frout room really happy
Brilliant monitor! We love that we can use our phones to view through the camera as well as using the parent monitor! Excellent picture quality in day and night vision and we appreciate the automatic dimming of the backlight and the sound also reducing unless the baby stirs!

Battery on camera is a great addition as you can use it outdoors or in a car or wherever..!
