Front Raise

If you’re looking for a real home gym bench I wouldn’t necessarily suggest this product. It does the trick it terms of versatility, you can use it inside and outside, but in terms of comfort it really lacks. This product isn’t meant for regular strength training use, it’s meant for home workouts and versatility and, in that sense, it does the trick just fine!

This was so worth the money! Great for space saving in an apartment, easy to change heights and sitting positions. Love the storage in the seat for my bands. My personal trainer had so much fun tailoring my weekly routines around this bench and has purchased one for his office!

Love it easy to use n’ save lots of space
If you want to use the resistance band that comes with this, good luck. There is zero resistance. Will have to use dumbbells or buy different bands, at least for any kind of arm exercises.
I have been holding on getting this bench. I even got a cheaper version that I regretted buying. Now that I have this, I wonder why I didn’t go it sooner.
Works well for our needs. Just watch out for your fingers when adjusting the bench or the feet.

Easy to use and move to different positions. Very well made and functional. Does not take up a lot of space. For home workouts its a best buy. Not sure if it would be comfortable for a larger individual (man). I’m 5’1 and 150 lbs and I am very comfortable not sure if I were bigger size if I would be able to use it to the same capacity the bench is not big at all.

This bench is very versatile. It had two level, but I wish it had a between level. The base level is too low. The second level is too challenging for my short statue. So I’ll just have to work harder.
The bench seat is a tad smaller and my husband finds it too small in the incline position, but perfect in the full recliner .
It’s versatile and allows for more motion with 3 settings of inclination. Dips and hip thirst also work great , but honestly it a bit stouter than standard and for taller person this is a issue, in any seated or supported squats.
It is foldable , so it doubles as my step for aerobic exercise.
Our kids also “exercises ” by using the foldable leg to incline and climb to jump off. So like I said versatile!
The storage is nice especially if your gym is currently housed in your living room .

Love this! I looked at a lot of reviews before deciding. This is very sturdy and folds up easy. I’m a heavier person and I feel good using this. It makes my workouts fun and I can switch it up in many ways with just this one piece of equipment.
The product is versatile…well made…like I had read with other reviews it is definitely a little hard on the back so be aware of that.
While this step is more expensive than most, it is worthy it. I love the two levels it can be put at, the higher height is perfect for box jumps and high cardio and the lower height is good to lower the intensity. I also love you can sit it up for upper body moves. Love this bench!!
This bench provides lots of options for working out but it I wish it felt a bit more sturdy. I am not overweight but I feel like the top dips a bit when in use.

I love this product. I use it for “box” jumps, step ups, and for lifting. I love that the legs are attached and you just fold them in, in order to change the height. I was looking at other products and ultimately chose this one for that reason alone. I live in an apartment and having multiple pieces was just not feasible.
The bench is sturdy but to my surprise it’s totally made of plastic, very solid plastic mind you, So even-though the product is ok ,i feel cheated somehow! lol
The adjustable bench top and mounting heights are ideal depending on the workout you are doing. Top is a little hard to lie on, but grips well for foot work.
