Nice phone looks very up to date. Most days works amazing others not so much. A lot of freezing and crashing is not something I expected and many features missing . The camera was no better than your low key fake ring cameras
I bought this phone for a friend who had hers stolen. When buying a phone at this price point you can never be sure what you will get regardless of others reviews.
When I unboxed it I was pleasantly surprised by what a well made phone this was, it felt good quality, the android OS is super easy to use and smooth to scroll, apps load quickly and run seamlessly. The screen is huge and fantastic for the money, sharp and rich in colour.
When I needed assistance with an issue contrary to some reviews they were quick to respond and super helpful and resolved all issues in a couple of days.
If this is your budged or even under 200 I don’t think you’ll get a better value phone.

I have had the A55 pro for a couple of months now and started to have problems with it crashing when put on charge. I have contacted blackveiw customer service department and they have been amazing in trying to sort out the problem. Unfortunately the problem is is happening so they are sending out a replacement.
I have used Blackveiw phones of the past 4 years and because of this positive experience dealing with them if you do get a problem I will continue to use there products in the future.
Still 5 stars just because they care about there customers
After nine months, I started to have problems with the charging of my mobile via the USB C Cable. I tried various cables and chargers, then emailed Blackview, who thought it might be the charging port on the mobile. They suggested I take it to a local Mobile shop. I did this and after two days, the shop rang me to say my phone was ready for collection. It only cost me 35., (Blackview said if under 60 they would refund me).
Face recognition only unlocks the phone, does not work with banking apps, fingerprint works with all apps. But for what you pay it’s a good phone and the camera is good too.
I don’t bother with face recognition or fingerprint reading. A simple PIN does for me. A flashing light for messages would be nice, but that gripe aside, the phone is great, especially for the price.

On first impressions it may not seem like much, but once you power it up, you’ll be shocked.
At how much quality workmanship you can get packed into this neat little device. You’ll get a large, bright display screen, easy-to-read text, and a range of useful apps on the home screen. Most applications run quickly and smoothly on the 4 GB of RAM.
The 2 cameras (5 MP and 13 MP), and picture quality is sufficient for most people. A nice large display, enough brightness to be able to read it well in the sun is the first really good feature. While still retaining a sleek, ultra thin, lightweight body. Battery life is good too, lasting at least 3 days with moderate to high usage. Obviously the manufacturers believe in the product enough to give it a two-year warranty.
Overall, a nifty, well-designed gadget that you’ll be proud to own.

This actually has better camera specs than her old phone, although the software isn’t the same the lenses are much higher spec meaning we get great pics from it and can still sync them through google photos to our cloud.
The phone doesn’t slow down even with videos, fb and even amazon open at the same time which are usually the ones running and it holds plenty of games for the kids to play on too, which the the phone seems to handle without stuttering.
Image clarity on the screen is great, and the fact it has a decent battery means it’ll easily go all day with about 20-30% left at the end of the day without charging. Overall, a really nice phone that is pushing us slowly but surely away from the big few brands and more on to these which do the exact same thing.
