I am quite surprised by i’ts power and it’s so lightweight and small. Really good drill!
I’m a beginner to DIY and using a drill, however this has made it easy to get to grips with it. Great battery life (I haven’t had to charge it yet despite using it a numerous amount of times!), lightweight and powerful enough for the things I’ve used it for!
I’ve given five stars for battery life because I’ve used it both as a drill and to put screws in and remove them for several jobs and it is still on its first charge. For my purposes as an amateur DIYer I have found it excellent, light and easy to use and comfortable to hold. The carrying case is a useful addition, keeping the charger and accessories together. The first charge took exactly one hour – it’s worth saying that after fifty minutes it didn’t appear to be charged at all but on the hour it was fully charged and has remained so. All in all I’m very pleased with it and would certainly recommend it.
Have had an electric drill before so tried this one, its really good. Good power and dont half save arm work when putting in screws.
Used this drill for a project I was doing, however charged it once and it wouldn’t charge again!
Tried to access Amazon support but total waste of time. Says 2 year warranty but how do you return after 7 months?

Brilliant drill, couldn’t be happier. It’s compact, lightweight and works really well. Fits in my small hand perfectly. I love the light so you can see where you’re drilling and the light to tell you when to charge it. Came fully charged and the carry case and drill bits are a bonus. Great value for money. Arrived two days earlier than expected too. Overall I’m happy with this drill. I would buy again and definitely recommend it.
Power and durability are great the chuck ‘grip’ was a little below par but overall it’s good product and I would buy another if needed
A compact drill well made, lightweight and very versatile. It works extremely efficencently and to be quite honest, is a joy to use. The little carry case is icing on the top, as is the battery check level on the side panel. It’s got to be recommended.

I’ve received the first one and did not work correctly. Amazon being Amazon replaced it so quick I didn’t even miss it that much. The new one arrived and it’s the best little cordless drill I’ve ever had. I charge the battery when I remember but it lasts so long it’s unreal. Why spend 100s on name brand tools if what you want is something sturdy and reliable that you don’t use for work.
Looking good. When I open box my battery was charged so thank you. But in menu is said that shouldn’t. When I plugged in green light appeared on adapter in 5 minutes. I haven’t use that yet properly. Hope is OK. I will let you know after I use.
Was worried at first as it’s a lot cheaper than other drills. But was pleasantly surprised when I used it. Perfect for DIY around the home. Good battery life and feels comfortable to hold

The drill has a nice quality feel to it. Easy to use. Very light so not tiring to use. So far I have used the drill on masonry and wood with excellent results. I have never heard of the company before but will certainly consider MYLEK again for other products.
Works well and very lightweight. The bits included are enough for basic DIY and repairs. It works with securing screws to furnitures and does well drilling on drywall and plastered wall. It’s also very easy to use. My only concern so far is the chuck gets loose sometimes, but its not something that bothers me much. So far so good

Great drill with fantastic battery life. Lightweight and stable. However, the drill bits are nowhere near as strong as they should be and I have managed to snap a couple.
Its early to comment really but first impressions are good. The machine is smaller than I expected but that is a good thing for being able to get in awkward places. Its well made, sturdy construction so I have high hopes of this proving a favourite tool.
I purchased this on the multitudes of reviews, it is an awesome drill. It’s been in constant use over a 7 hour period, and as yet I’ve not had to charge it.
Highly recommended, but I wish I had gone for the two power pack option, but needed it quick for a shed build, the other took a few more days on delivery and I didn’t have time to wait, however a second battery can be ordered from mylek, although costing me more.
Nice sturdy drill driver this. Was a bit sceptical with the brand (never heard of before) but as a simply DIYer didn’t want to shell out lots on a high end. It does the hob, good torque settings, light is a nice touch and battery life is great. Can’t fault it.
Was sceptical due to price of drill, but works well for little odd jobs around the house. Mainly used for wood but I drilled into a concrete wall to install a tv bracket and had no problems at all.
My dad was looking for a cheap drill and on reading reviews I got this one. He seems happy enough. Wouldn’t be me though I’m a makita man.

Used initially to make pilot holes for training wire hooks in garden. Not an arduous requirement but needed a drill to be light and portable.
Don’t know very much about drills bit this one is Powerful enough for things I do In College and Beyond.

Was really surprised what a good product this is for the price . Only done light work with it so far , a ceiling mounted fire alarm. Drilling holes, and using the screw driver too.

Great drill not so powerful , great for home DIY upgrading the drill bit is a great option to use on harder surfaces the bits are not so expensive and if your not experienced using drill I recommend upgrading to hard drill bits they do break if not use properly
For a cheaper alternative to those expensive brands out there this is a great drill/screwdriver for light weight work around the home and in the garden. Easy to use and change drill or driver bits

I used to use makita and Milwaukee drills at my last job, this one is obviously not as good but for basic and more difficult DIY projects it’s spot on, it’s got everything the more expensive drills have, just not as powerful. Would definitely recommend it.

I wanted a drill to use at home for odd jobs that I wanted to do as I didn’t have one myself. It’s prefect! Does pretty much everything u need it to do. So much so that my mum has had me doing all her jobs as well. It’s not too heavy and the light is a great help. I have only charged this once since I’ve had it and it is still going strong. Very pleased and works as well as the expensive drills I’ve borrowed in the past from my dad.

I’m really pleased with this drill/screwdriver. It seems to have a very long battery life and is ideal for light DIY tasks. If I want a hole in my brickwork I will use a mains powered drill but this is ideal for smaller jobs.
I just needed to get a drill for small holes in wall (plaster wall). Simple to use. Did the job. I didn’t need an impact drill or high end larger, high powered drill for tough materials. Just for some basic home DIY.
Great little drill. Was actually expecting it to be worse for the price, but its honestly a good bit of kit. The carry case is on the cheaper plastic side, and the clips have started to wear, but the drill itself is made to a very good quality, and comes with all necessary bits. Use it daily for work (mostly dismantling furniture) but have also used it on walls with a good outcome.
Would have liked them to include a spare battery, but the battery life isn’t bad as it is, and ypu really cannot beat it for the price.

This drill is actually pretty good.. I tested against my de waltz drill and tbh there wasnt much difference. In actuality given the fact the mylek mate has a low batt light its got a bonus on the de waltz dude. On wood – no diff.. On walls, with the hammer feature on big old dewaltzy did surpass all round good guy mylek.
My mate mylek – either love him or hate him. Thats what he likes best. He thrives off strong opinions

Now then this is the tool I used to make all the holes for all the nuts and bolts I used to secure my shed to stop anyone breaking into my shed a fantastic bit of kit at the right price
We bought this as our 1st cordless drill. It really is a great wee item. Sometimes (maybe it me) it chews up screw heads but i think im dont have enough power behind me to really push into it. We have used it to do an overhaul of our shed and garden fencing. Couldnt be without it now.
Bought to replace a Draper cordless after the battery died on it – not disappointed with it so far.
Carry case is very handy for keeping everything together. The included drill bits are sufficient for most basic DIY jobs, how long they will last is another matter. But like most people (I assume) you will already have drill bits, screwdriver bits, etc so that is not an issue anyway.
Very lightweight to hold and it is small enough that it is not unwieldy in tight spaces. Has a LED light that auto turns on when you press the trigger whcih is handy too.
Additionally, this was listed as #8 on the Honest John website in the top ten cordless drills/screwdrivers for 2020.
I’m not very good at DIY, but I can turn my hand here and there. Being used to an old electric drill I decided it was time to get something a bit more manoeuvrable.
This little thing was a great find, it’s affordable and packs a decent punch for such a little drill. It feels well built, it’s powerful enough for shelves and all other house DIY.
It doesn’t have a removable battery though and the life of the battery isn’t the greatest and it has no hammer mode.
But in all honesty, this drill is great for the price and for beginners.
Would recommend.
Cracking bit of kit for the price. This is the second one I have purchased, ah did the first fail you say…..no way at this price I wanted a second, one with a drill bit and one with screwdriver bit, finished the job in no time, instead keep changing bits.10/10.
As it’s my first time using one of these, images in the user manual would have been really helpful! I thought it had a fault initially as I couldn’t work out how to get the drill bit to stay in the drill! I had the drill bit holder the wrong way around etc! The Supplier sent me a new one the next day (really sorry as there wasn’t actually a fault with the first one)! I had to work it out through trial and error! Very happy with product once I worked it out myself how to attach the drill bit! Lightweight and easy to manoeuvre etc! It would have been 5 star but manual needs better instructions on how to attach drill bit holder first !

Very good for little and medium jobs (hang pictures, mirrors but also curtain rails, cupboards etc.) However it wont do any big jobs. Well, it is my opinion only, you can try but I wouldnt haha. Overal Im happy, it is for very good price, sturdy, very tidy in a box, easy to use as well.
Nothing to dislike if you just want a small drill this is fine.
This drill is fantastic value for money. It holds charge really well and has more than enough power for all DIY jobs you would expect to be able to do with it. I have had it for about 6 months and probably use it once every 2 weeks on average and have only needed to charge it twice. There is no reason to spend more if you don’t need to
(minor) negatives: The case is flimsy so one of the clasps have gone.
The drill bits included seem cheap so I have never used them, but the screwdriver heads are reasonable.
Seems okay so far for odd jobs. Motor sparks when trigger is released. Not sure if this is normal?? So far so good..
I have always had two hand held drills in the past. Recently when my last one gave up the ghost, I bought the Mylek.
It turned out to be far better than any of my last two. I was so impressed I bought a second one. So now have two drills again. I would recommend the Mylek 18v to anyone.
Absolutely fantastic drill for the price. Not especially light for a small drill (I think it’s about 2.2Kg from memory?) but does everything you need (no Hammer function though) and good Torque for its size and price. Comes in a nice little case. My only small gripe would be the quality of the included drill bits – but then a reasonable replacement set are only 10 or so.
Could bring myself to give 5 stars as I haven’t used it for a lot yet however everything I have used it for it has done the trick without any issues .
The advertised 13 piece accessory kit is a little bit misguided as you may expect a separate package but it includes the following, a few drill bits of various size, screen driver heads and an extension for the screw head to go into.
All in all not bad for day to day jobs around the house.

For a slightly smaller drill he wasn’t expecting it to be as good .
He uses it pretty much daily and the battery lasts for days without needing to be charged

Good piece of kit. Battery life lasts a long time, decent torque as well. Not sure about the heavy DIY jobs in how this would fair but been using this to put a lot of ikea wardrobe furniture together and just general stuff around house like curtain poles into walls etc and it does it brilliantly
I’ve borrowed it from a friend of mine and being so satisfied that I’ve decided to buy it for myself.
Easy to use (never used a drill or an automatic screwer before), really light and quick to charge.
Basic tools and power are enough for Normal duties (pictures on the wall, screw a chair…), not super powerful for concrete, but it does its job!
The only thing I Am upset of is that it is missing the “Allen Key head”, so you’ve got all the screw shapes but that and this is annoying as a lot of pieces of furniture come with those screws and an Allen key.
Anyway, definitely recommend it!

Really impressed. Worried about buying a non brand drill for this price but works just as well, looks good it’s light weight easy to use and useful torch on it too. Battery quick to charge and has always lasted me, albeit just household use. Partner scoffed at my cheap drill but now always nicking it admitting it’s just as good as his! Would definitly recommend don’t be fooled by branding this is a great drill.
Bought this as I was borrowing a family members work tools on the weekends since moving.. The walls are thick and strong so thought buying this would be easier than asking to borrow tools every weekend.. Turns out the first 2 drill bits( thin Ones) snapped very easily.. And its not powerful enough for the walls.. So still borrowing tools… Its not terrible… But not the most powerful
I have it on good assurance from my better half that this is one of the best cordless drills he has owned and in his opinion could hold its own against many of the higher end makes on the market.
The quality and build of the drill is superb. He has used it many times already and prefers it to any other he owns due to it not being too heavy plus the charge lasts forever.
One of the best features is how quickly the drill charges. It charges from flat to full in 1 hour.

I’m been messing about with a corded drill for years now, I bought this as I was fed up of leads everywhere. Yes, it’s cheap and cheerful and not as powerful as my dads branded equivalent, but the battery holds its charge very well, and it’s built reasonably well. I’ve had no issues with the drill bits supplied either, so god knows what other people are doing with them to break them?
I do not, however, like the drill bits. They are cheap. I bought some basic ones from Lidl for about 10 pound and they have proven to be much better. Overall, this drill and some extra drill bits for under 59 quid is a bargain.
I don’t have much experience with drills so I’m not comparing this to other high end brands I just know this is a great drill for this to do around the house… easy to use, enough power to drill through plaster boards and great for putting furniture together.. great quick charge feature… the only complaint is how long it can take to remove and change a drill bit… but overall great value for money
Update April 2021: The drill driver is still going strong after almost two and a half years occasional use. Battery continues to last a long time so I’m glad I didn’t opt for a spare extra battery. It’s been worth every penny.
drill works great just as good as some other more known dearer brands comes in a nice strudy carry case with battery and charger and some drill bits also has light to see a bit better going to put up a tv bracket will update when finished on performance as it will be going through brick /concrete wall last one I put up I used a makita drill so hopefully this is just as easy

Would I recommend these drills? You bet I do, and the seller after a very minor hiccup I would have no problems buying from him again. He’s the sort of seller all sellers should be. My first big drill was locked in open position so I couldn’t get any bits to lock for doing jobs. I emailed the seller who didn’t answer my email with an email, he actually telephoned me in person and sent out a new drill that day, which I got the next day. Seller, you are a legend among sellers, if only all sellers are like you Amazon wouldn’t get so many complaints and so many negative reviews.
This product as well as the seller I would have no problems endorsing at all, forget the expensive drills, these cheap ones work all as good (if not better) than my old B&D which lasted me over 38 years. If this one last a fraction of that time it’s money well spent.
Just as soon as I learn how I’m going to post some pictures on before/after shed removal.
