How To Use
F ill the 100ml water tank of the Wellbeing Pod with cold water.
Do not exceed the maximum water level line
Add up to 10 drops of the Essential Oil Blend
Alternatively you can also add 5 drops to a warm bath, or 1 to 2 drops to your chosen base oil for a relaxing massage

Looks great, really nicely made and good materials, I do have a few diffusers and most look really plasticky, not this one. It gives off a reliable and consistent mist and has a nice subtle light feature. Not really much difference in performance between this and a cheap one but it looks better and am guessing will last longer due to the quality. Really beautifully boxed, would make a great prese

This was a present for my wife. Why? Because she keeps using the one she bought me for my birthday. Now we have a his and hers. They are absolutely brilliant. They really do relax you and give you a sense of calm.
Bought this product as a gift for my wife and she loved it! Easy to use, great scent when in use. Attractive appearance. I will be buying another one for our bedroom.
I’m furious that I bought this and no oil was provided – there is a price difference between just the pod and the pod with oil.

My Better half wanted this I thought it would be a bit naff if I’m honest but…… its great works a treat nice to look at and some of the scented oils etc are really relaxing
I like the simplicity of it. It doesn’t have changing lights, music or anything in the way of bells and whistles, but it diffuses oils well, is quiet, doesn’t spit water everywhere and works very well in the bedroom for the calm ambience I’m going for. There are 2 light settings so you can dim it, and it will auto-shut off when empty.
Before buying any diffuser, I’d advise anyone to consider what they want it to do, and where they want to put it. The NEOM, with it’s ceramic cover, is a lovely, elegant touch to my bedroom, but for the living room, where I work from home, I want some calming music, changing lights and a diffuser that can burn for longer.
I was disappointed with the ‘Mind Oil Blend’, I didn’t like the scent, it gave me a headache and didn’t have the fresh aroma I was hoping for. It cost 20 which is more than I’d usually pay for oils, but for a higher end diffuser, I wanted to try a purer blend. I’m stuck with it now, and can’t exchange for another in the range.
I’ve knocked a star off for the cost, as I think it’s priced too highly. Underneath the stylish ceramic cover, the parts are plastic and don’t look that different to what you’d find in cheaper models. It comes with a small pourer, which is helpful, but I would’ve liked a small cleaning brush to get into the hard to reach parts.
Overall though, I’m happy with my purchase.
This diffuser is so elegant and easy to use. The scents available are wonderful. I have purchased 2 for myself and 2 as gifts.
Love my well-being pod! The small amount of water/oil required lasts so long and fills even large airy rooms with the scent. Well worth the money when you compare to candles that will burn out.
Only annoyance is they sent the wrong oil, not the one I’d ordered. Wanted to try it straight away so I’ll just keep it!

My daughter bought me this beautiful diffuser for mothers day , the diffuser is beautiful i love it , but was very dissapointed as was she to note the oil was missing and no way to complain and get this problem rectified … as it was a lot of money for her to spend its not good enough . As oils then has to be re purchased not good service
It is a bit noisy, but more a soothing noise than annoying.
