I was sceptical about this hose as I was taking it out of the box, as it was very soft and pliable, and felt like it would kink extremely easily. Once assembled and with water running through it, however, it really doesn’t kink at all! Very pleased with it.
I chose this produce because it said it didn’t kink, and it doesn’t. Saves me walking up and down the garden untwisting the hose to restore the flow of water.
I don’t have anything to add to all the existing positive reviews but I agree with them all.T his is an excellent hosepipe/spray gun combination for someone like me. I’m under five feet tall, slightly arthritic, and not very stong, so I was delighted to find this. It’s very light and easy to roll up. It doesn’t get twisted so you can drag to along and don’t have to keep going back to straighten it. I would definitely recommend this.
Easy to wind, no kinking and little resistance to movement when watering.
Outside hose diameter is slightly larger than green kinking type hose pipe and so Hozeloc fittings are a tighter fit and so a better seal.. No more wet arms when watering hanging baskets.
I don’t find it lightweight but it’s strong and doesn’t kink. I’ve had plenty of hoses over the last few years and find this is the best. Good value for money.
Despite being lightweight and reasonably priced, this hosepipe has surprised me in that it doesn’t kink (gardeners nightmare)….
I wanted this hosepipe as an occasional extension to our (more expensive) Hozelock one. To be fair, this hosepipe is every bit as good as the Hozelock. Indeed, it is even less likely to kink. Hosepipe connectors are easily fitted and stay put!
So, a reasonable price, quick delivery, no kinks and no complaints
However, one note of caution. Unfortunately, this hosepipe absolutely reeks! I’d suggest you don’t store it indoors…..
This a very long hose (50m) that does the job very well. All though not totally immune to kinks, it’s much much less prone to getting them than our previous hose.
I’d recommend it if you need a hose over 30m.
I have not had it long enough to say a great deal about it . It appears to be as described only a season will tell .ask me at the end of the season jtx
This 15 metre hose is to be used as a permanent fixture from an outside tap to an outside sink 12 metres away. The colour of grey/black is important as bright yellow or green would look incongruous. I also like that the grey/black colour is in stripes along its length and therefore shows where it may be twisted.
Perfect for me, it doesn’t Kink or Twist so now able to Wash my Van without any frustration or effing and blinding….surprised the Neighbours having all chipped in and bought me one before now!
After trying various… in many cases big brand..hoses that all kinked etc etc…this hose is fantastic & have purchased another bigger roll to replace all my inferior existing hoses ….
As soon as I unwrapped I could tell the quality of this hose was far superior to both the branded hose pipe and non branded hose I’ve had in the past and at a good price. On using it, it certainly lives up to being kink free. Let’s see how it fares after being left out over winter but so far would highly recommend.
First use no kinks FINALLY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! a hosepipe that doesn’t kink it’s a really really well made pipe I’ve converted my thin cordless jetwash pipe to a garden size hose with the help of a couple of good hoselock connectors and it works really well
I use garden hose at home and at the allotment. I made the mistake of buying a cheap one; it soon came apart. This particular one is of the same quality as the allotment ones. This means that I can rely on it for use and not have to worry about it leaking and degrading.
After purchasing a cheaper/budget/ hose, it was just a waste of good money. This one does the job. There you are, you get what you pay for. Very pleased.
I previously had one of those hoses that is fabric on the outside so that it shrinks and extends when you open and close the water tap. It was good for a while, until it ripped… Hence we ordered this one.
The length is great, as it would cover most normal-sized gardens. It seems strong and therefore, durable. It doesn’t seem to kink either, as the PVC cover is quite thick.
One thing to mention though, is that you literally just get the hose – nothing to attach it to the tap, so you will need to buy this separately. Luckily, I ordered a new hose nozzle spray gun from Amazon at the same time and this one included the attachment to the tap too, so I was able to use it straight away. Not totally non-kink but a huge improvement on ordinary garden hoses. Made watering a lot easier.

I have experienced a few kinks but I expected it too. Good hose and owned for a year now.

This hose is laid out permantley as a connector to other hose .Quality seems good.
bought for mum nice and lightweight for her to use and sturdier than the snake hose
Fits my Hozelock reel well and is lightweight. My Rabbits eat my last hose and I doubt it’s rabbit proof but that’s no problem.
Value for money does what it says on the tin, excellent.
Its good soft hose. Not sure how well it will fair under car tyres or garden tools, but to wind out, use and wind in again its great.
Finally a hose that doesn’t kink and easy to wind onto the reel.
