It was great to start off with but one of the motors stopped working after a couple of weeks use, so now just veers off to the side.

I liked this product because it was just the right size and had lots of guards around the propellers so when I crashed it it beeped at me then carried on flying. It is very sturdy and comes with an easy-to-use controller as well as a decent camera.
Great fun as an entry level drone. It’s really easy to get up and running.
There is also an app you can download to connect the drone to your phone so you can shoot pictures and video from the camera in the drone. Also easy to set up (but not required to just fly it).
I saw someone said they couldn’t use it outdoors. Our video shows you can but I’d say only when there’s no wind. It’ll struggle with a stiff breeze.
Only downside for us is the battery only lasts about 10 mins (as they say in the advert) but there is a spare so you get 20mins of fun before having to recharge.
We haven’t tried the battle mode yet – it does make a great shooting sound though.
This drone is amazing and it’s very fun good for kids.
Great drone the fact that it is small for inside the house.A little to fast for the kids to handle at first but other than that it is an amazing drone with lots of cool features that I didn’t even know a drone could have.
Good indoor fun for the kids but watch out for outdoors. A gust of wind is enough to blow it off course and into trees or the next doo neighbour’s garden.
Battery life could be better, but considering its size and power, it’s understandable that battery size is limited.
Takes some good videos too.
This drone is fairly easy to use (just wait about 5 seconds when booting it up, on every required action – the wireless at start is slow) and the camera connects to my mobile phone fairly easily.
However: there seems no way to change the battery over without the whole drone and wireless network it sets up, switching off. So it takes at 5-10 minutes to change the battery because you have reboot the drone, reconnect to the drone wireless network on your phone, every time. A real drag – Not good.
The response from Potensic says “there is no capability to switch batteries without switching off”.
Quite easy and simple to set up, did help 9 year old set up before use.
Remote control takes while getting use to but please do read the manual and spend time identifying the different controls because it will save you alot of time after and you won’t end up draining battery practising for ages.
Once you get the hang of it it’s quite easy to use however you want to make sure you have enough space for ease of using.
My son absolutely loves it the camera quality is surprisingly really good although you only get 2 sets of 10 min use its enough for snapping up some pictures and footage.
This is a great entry-level drone for kids, it provides my son with an easy to use and safe drone; obviously, it’s not great in windy conditions but otherwise a good produc

My kids are obsessed with drones and my daughter wanted this particular one so she could play with her friend in ‘Battle Mode’ which I have to say is super impressive. You just connect the drones and then battle it out using the light to score points. Very clever idea. It takes a little bit of time to get used to the controls but after a few runs you’ll be a pro in no time! Great little drone and my daughter is very pleased with it.

Camera is better then expected, just need to download app to connect to the phone.
Can be controlled by given remote, phone and also with hand gestures.
The flap on the remote to hold phone is a brilliant idea, one can see and control the drone at the same time.
Its comes with extra pair of fan/wings for the different mode.
Battery life is good and an extra battery is so helpful for continues play.
Good quality and price worthy
I got this drone for my 10 year old and I’m amazed how much toy drones have improved in the past few years. We’ve tried a couple in the past but they never lasted long or were incredibly difficult to control. My son got the hang of manoeuvring this one very quickly. I like the fact that it comes with a spare battery pack as batteries never last long with remote controlled toys. This has provided hours of fun so far and the camera also works well. Great find!
Alright ai this is my first ever drone and I love yhis gadget.
The only reason I dint buy any drone before because I wasnt sure if I have to learn to fly and would it last me during my learning time
So the size is small which is good for practice indoor to start with

My nephew is enjoying this so much, he loves to set it to fly and come back to him. The camera and video making is more for his parents (now they want a drone for themselves). It is more suitable to be used outdoors and can easily be controlled from the remote. The video quality seems to be good. It comes with 2 rechargeable batteries, each lasting about 10 minutes.
This is a fantastic value drone. I bought this to replace a slightly older model, and technology has really come on leaps and bounds in such a short time. This is a compact, high spec drone, controller and spare batteries. Add your mobile to the top and this is beyond an awesome drone!
I’m not the most competent of pilot, but I’ve managed to get this drone to fly exactly where I wanted it! I’ve taken off, landed, hovered, flew in every direction and still haven’t crashed it!
The drone will take it’s commands from the controller, mobile or hand signals… literally any way you can think.
I’m hoping to have many more hours of flight time very soon! So far it’s only in the garden, but I am hoping the wider outdoors will be very soon too.
For the price point, this drone really shouldn’t have the amount of high tech extras that this does! I’m impressed by so much about this drone, especially the camera.

Never flew a drone before so this was my first one ever, i found it to be very easy to set up, it comes with a control and instruction manual you can also download an app and use your phone to fly and at the same watch the live feed. Picture it’s not 4K but it’s good enough for beginners to just get use to fly and shoot. It’s durable as I have crashed it many times. Also it comes with extra propellers in case you break it. Also comes with batteries for the controller and extra battery for the drone. Instruction manual was quiet helpful.
The battery life is great wind also no need to replace batteries frequently as is rechargeable.
The picture quality is more than expected from the price!

I bought this for my 5 going 6 year old and its brilliant ! It’s very simple to control and it has a simple take off/landing button. I bought it 3 months ago and it’s still “the best toy ever”. It comes with two rechargeable batteries which you can keep rotating. My son has also flown it into the wall multiple times and it’s little and light enough not to break. I’m really really pleased with this. For a first drone for a little boy it’s brilliant!
Yes, these flights are very interesting. This drone mainly flies in the house. My kids can fly it everywhere, even flying up and down on the stairs.
I ordered my son a birthday present he was very happy with very easy to manage. The drone comes in a beautiful box, also a plastic box in it! Beautifully packaged.
This is a very fun toy. I bought it for myself and asked my boyfriend to give it a go, and think it’s his now. Hahaha. I’d give 10 stars for seeing my boyfriends having great fun with it, but we are both absolutely beginners, so if you have had one before, maybe you want to try a more advanced ones. But this one, I’m surprised after all the smashed into the walls/ under the sofas accidents, it’s still working. Two things to notice: the video footage looks like something you would have taken with a video recorder twenty years ago, the battery does not last very long. But we did have great fun though (esp my boyfriend hahah).
One side note, and I think probably not one would be as stupid as us is that: I challenged my boyfriend to land the drone on the top of my head. But then got my hair stuck in the drone, so we had to cut it. I bleached my hair a couple of months ago, so items like dry grass anyway and didn’t bother me much. BUT. To those who have great hair and funny ideas, maybe don’t try this one hahaha.
Like the drone but find it difficult to calibrate and having to do every time change battery is a bit of a nightmare but am sure will get used to it .
Good quality but battery life not as good as described
It was easy to set up and fly even for a 12 year old, great for a first time user, only downside is we want more batteries and can’t find any in the UK
Found it difficult to get it to take off but so far, quite pleased with it although not had the weather to use it much.

It’s great for a beginner and what I also like is you also get an extra battery with it which is great!
Flight time is around 15 minutes depending on speed settings of the drone but having a spare battery is great.
The battery takes 2-3 hours to charge but you can also buy extra batteries and even a charger separately which is what I will be doing in the future.
It comes in a nice case as well with spare props and also prop guards too.
The drone has a feature where when the battery drops to about 20%, it will automatically fly back to where you first taken off. I thought this was an added bonus because there is less of a risk of losing it!
I had been looking at various drones on YouTube and finally decided with this one. It’s super easy to fly and definitely worth it!

Packaging: Excellent. There is even some space in the little (very light) suitcase to add a couple more small items.
Weight: so much lighter than I expected.
Built: very well made. The camera at the bottom looked a bit fragile to me, but it’s not!
During the first flight, I managed somehow to crash it into a tree… The drone came out of it in one piece without a single scratch!
Price: Excellent value for money!
Control: I tried to fly it with its own remote and also with the phone application (on Samsung S10+). Both are really easy to use even with quite a bit of wind as can be seen in the video attached. I personally find it easier with the remote but this is a personal choice.
Pictures and Videos quality: I need more practice to keep the videos smoother. Nevertheless, I’m really pleased with the results so far. And photos and videos came out quite light! I was expecting the videos to be much darker on this very dull day.
Ease of use: it could not be easier, even for a beginner like myself!
And no problem flying it with quite a bit of wind, it doesn’t fly all over the place. It seems to be able to compensate!
Altitude: it flies quite high and could even fly over a set of nearby, fairly tall, trees. Unfortunately, I wasn’t recording a video at the time,but that will be for next time.
Battery Life: around 15 minutes per battery, I believe. And you get two batteries in the box.
When the battery starts being low, the application start beeping.
When it’s really low, the remote starts beeping as well.
Of course, I would always like longer battery life on a single battery, I would never have enough. But it’s still really good!
The phone application shows the battery level of the drone so it’s easy to monitor.
The tiny battery charger is a little USB cable which plugs straight into the battery. It’s great it’s a USB cable as it means I can charge it in my car.
Other comments:
After changing the battery, you often need to “calibrate” it which is a 30 seconds job at the most.
It took me under a minute from the moment I opened the little, very nice looking and good built, suitcase to start flying it and take my first video with it!
Summary: I really love that drone and my only “regret” is not to have bought it earlier as it’s a really great piece of kit which (to me at least) is not just a toy, but will allow me to see things from a different point of view.
If you’re thinking about buying a drone, go with this one! It’s a very very good price for what you get and I don’t think you could find any better drone at a lower price!!
Great piece of kit and well worth the money! Very easy to fly in open spaces, even for a beginner like myself. The camera angle is adjustable and makes for some really great birds eye view shots, plus the spare battery allows for extra long flight time. No worrying about getting it damaged either as it comes with a solid metal carry case which most drones would cost you extra for. Highly recommended
The case you get with it contains everything, and it stows away nice and neat. The video footage is a touch shakey, but I did have mine flying on quite a windy day. But when DJI pro versions of these costs 1000’s its a very good place to start in the drone market.
The phone holder on the controller is really good, and works really well sending video straight to your screen, aswell as having really handy features, such as, auto take-off and auto-land.
Also the GPS is worth its weight in gold, as the drone will not drift away in a breeze, and if you get into trouble, it will just land from where it took off!
Just make sure you follow the calibration steps on-screen first before flying, and you will be away!
Bought as a 13th birthday present and my son loves it – very stable in flight, very good camera, case of high quality, padding inside very good, 2nd battery really helps so you don’t have to stop and recharge, cant really fault the drone or the package and would recommend to anyone who wants to try drones and maybe put off by some which are hard to fly, this one is fun 🙂
I finally got the software to work on my Samsung after re-installing the app. Calibration is getting better.
I now have a problem when I select Google Map the app crashes. Still looking for a solution.
This is a fantastic drone. My third from Potensic – first was fun, second was fun and pocket sized but now I have the D58 GPS I have discovered just how much fun this can be. I have been flying near my horses to get them used to it but plan to use its ‘follow me’ function when riding! Can’t wait. Great package, two batteries, charger lead and spares all in a nice case! Huge value, fast delivery and great company to deal with.
