How to install the belt:
1. Take the parts of the belt and prepare to install the belt on the welder.
2. Thread the belt on both sides of the machine.
3. Adjust the belt length to your needs.

Error symptom Remedy
- The power indicator does not light up, the fan does not work and the welding current is missing:
- 1. Make sure the air switch is closed.
- 2. Check that the wire mesh is working.
- 3. Some of the (four) heat variable resistors on the power panel are damaged. In this case the general DC14V relay is open or the connections are poorly connected.
- 4. Power panel (bottom) is damaged, DC 130V voltage cannot be output.
- (1) The silicone bridge is broken or the silicone bridge connector has poor contact.
- (2) The power panel has burned out.
- (3) Check whether the contact and the plug-in cable from the air switch to the power panel have poor contact, check whether the contact and the plug-in cable from the power panel to the IGBT board are reliably connected.
- 5. The auxiliary power supply to the control center is defective.
- Power indicator is on, fan is running, no solder emissions
- 1. Check if all types of cables between machines are making poor contact.
- 2. The output connector is defective
- 3. The output connector is defective or not properly connected. 4. The control circuit is interrupted.
- The operating indicator lights up, the fan is running, the fault indicator lights up.
- 1. It may be overheating protection, turn off the power first, then turn it on again after the abnormal indicator goes out.
- 2. Maybe it’s overheating protection, please wait 2-3 minutes.
- 3. Possibly the circuit of the inverter is interrupted, unplug the mains plug of the main transformer, which is located on the IGBT board, and open the machine again:
- 1) If the fault indicator is still on, some of the field transistors on the IGBT board are damaged, locate them and replace with the same model.
- 2) If the abnormal indicator does not light up:
- A: The central PCB transformer may be damaged, measure the volume of the inductor and the volume Q of the main transformer across the inductor bridge. If the volume is too low, replace it.
- B. The transformer secondary rectifier tube may be damaged, correct the problem and replace the rectifier tube.

I was looking for a basic hobby welder which didn’t need a gas bottle as it would be rarely used.
This machine is ideal. It comes with fluxed wire, a pair of good gloves, a mask, a hammer/ wire brush.
The setup is fairly straight forward, but the receiver for the wire to the torch is hard to thread into. Adding a funnel/guide would help the design greatly.
When setup it works a treat. I could achieve passable welds straight out of the box on 3mm thick mild steel.
Weld seams are splattery due to the flux core wire and work pieces get very hot much more quickly than a gas mig welder so you have to be careful to only spot weld at wide intervals and allow plenty of cooling time before continuing.
For the money, this machine is an excellent hobby machine.

Very easy to use, nice and small. Brilliant machine for the money.
As a complete novice to MIG welding this is quite a user friendly machine. It’s easy to set up and with automatic wire feed that’s one less thing to worry about. I did find the instruction book practically useless though. There’s a lot to learn about the torch itself which isn’t covered and instructions are poor due to the translation from the Chinese being less than perfect.
This product is very easy to use it is very perfect for those newbies trying to do some DIY projects.It is worth it.

This welder came with everything required to begin FCAW, MIG and Arc welding (except gas bottles) right in the box. I have only run on standard 110V so far and the unit has exceeded my performance expectations. It is lightweight and easy to use and a great value for the cost.

I’m pretty impressed with this little welder. Many years ago I used to stick weld with a 250 AMP buzz box. Haven’t owned a welder since until this one. Being so out of practice I decided to keep my testing simple. Tried the stick weld first. used 3/32 -6013 rod on 1/8 flat plate. No problem, had to turn down the amps. This welder puts out !!
I’m hooked up with the 240 volt option. Don’t know how it would perform at 120 Volts. Then I tried the 0.030 flux core wire. Again very similar experience once I got the Amps/ Volts adjusted. The Manual is useless. no worthwhile info on how to properly set up and adjust welder for first strike. Go online if you need that info. Setting up the wire spool, feed and tensioner is a little tricky. I did it by feel. Don’t overtighten the tensioner. Just enough to move the wire, and minimal drag on the spool. I added a flat washer behind the wingnut to get more even spring tension on the spool. Never tried the gas option, but have to admit that the skimpy little plastic hose they give you to connect the gas probably wouldn’t last. Overall I’m impressed with first use. I’m quite sure I can burn a decent bead into 1/4 to 3/8 plate steel if needed.

La macchina si presenta bene, funzionamento sicuro, sia ad elettrodo che a filo continuo, un po macchinoso l’inserimento del filo, ma alla fine con un po di ingegno ci si riesce, prodotto consigliato

Qualit prezzo ,! Unica nota negativa gli attacchi dei cavi alla macchina hanno troppo gioco e il pulsante della torcia duro e a volte fuoriesce il gas anche senza premere ,da migliorare . Per il resto la macchina funziona discretamente , collaudata su un restauro di un auto storica con la media di tre ore al giorno per una settimana di seguito , soddisfatto,!
