I got this spade to dig up some weeds in my flower bed that were starting to turn to trees and that I had been unable to remove by hand. It gets right under the roots and its head is narrow enough that it gets around rocky soil. Within a matter of minutes, the roots were gone.
I like the strength and sturdiness of the product. I like the ergonomics also.
Der Stiel knnte lnger sein. Fr grere Menschen etwas schwierig, da man ziemlich gebckt arbeiten muss.
Excellent pitch fork. I don’t have experience with other pitch forks, but compared to digging up sod with a spade shovel, this makes the job far easier. No regrets on this purchase.
It really helps to get the job done with much ease for me.
Well constructed. Sturdy. I like it! Just be mindful that if your yard is huge, edging by hand with this will take forever. I do like that sharp edge for splitting roots.
Overall very well designed, but fairly flimsy hollow-core fiberglass shaft.
Broke after 2 weeks, but they did send me a replacement without questions when I contacted them.
We’ll see how long this one lasts, but now I know to be careful when lifting and dividing.
It does do a better job of breaking up clumps once the dirt is softened than standard forks.
Good item and it really does work well although a tad expensive
Revamping my back garden I needed a spade to cut though roots and this one certainly does that it’s strong and sturdy the only thing I didn’t like was the price at 60 but I suppose you get what you pay for but I do recommend i
I used this on slightly damp grass to cut an edge away from the flower borders and it worked perfectly, easy to insert, to press and to cut through the grass roots. The design of the handle and shaping of the cutting edges is really well thought out.
Excellently designed and beautifully produced, an outstanding addition to the tool shed.
Bought as present for my dad. He’s been looking for a 3 prong fork. But nobody makes them any more. I found this and thought he might like it. He said it’s not what he wants! My mums tried it out on a really tough root and said it was great getting it up compared to other forks. Does the hard work for you.
This was brought in March 2022, we are now July 2022. Very disappointed in the quality.
Edged sidewalk and driveway. Easy to use does a very good job and much quicker than other tools to do the same job. Root cutter works very well working around shrubs.
Excellent quality. Makes a fantastic job of the lawn edge. Easy to use as its lovely and shape and shaped for the job.
I am 67 years old and found this to be the most lightweight and easy to use shovel I have owned. I dug up 4 bushes with long tap roots and yes, I was tired but it was a lot easier with this shovel.
It is sturdy enough for most things, be carefult though that you can’t use it as a lever to rip a 1 foot diameter stub out of the ground. Use it to remove the earth around the roots, to cut through small ones until you get enough removed to be able to remove the whole thing.
it is small enough to be used while leaning/squatting/sitting/kneeling around the problem area, but also long enough to use while standing up, weighting on it to saw a protruding root inside the soil. The handle is ergonomic and you won’t get blisters on your hand even after a few hours shoveling the area.
The weight is light enough, although I understand making it lighhter would have implied a reduction in its sturdiness, so that’s ok.
Overall, a good product, recommended.
I’ve had a few edging tools over the years and they’ve all broken at the bottom of the wooden handleprobably due to me using them to creat new edging and carving up section of lawn to remove for beddings etc. anyway, I’m really happy with this purchase. Used it to create a new flowerbed and to section off turf to be removeddid a great job including breaking through 2 inch thin roots.

I bought this in May 2020. It has been the best spade I’ve ever bought. I thought it was pretty indestructible until today. The shaft which is wooden has just given way. Such a shame. Even though it’s only lasted 2 years, I’m buying it again as if I had not attempted to leverage out some heft clay soil it would have last longer. I will simply have to restrict its use to something lighte

After clubbing my husband it helped build a nifty hole in no time
Didn’t even break a sweat , good bye Gordo
I was really surprised at the weight of this fork. It is supposed to be lightweight but in fact is heavier than any of out forks. I had hoped it would suit my wife who finds any sort of digging in her garden very hard these days. We’ll see how she gets on with it when Spring arrives but I think it will prove too heavy.
If the concept actually works to make an effective tool I won’t mind using it myself but we won’t know that for a month or two yet.
Brambles…. take that. Holly roots…. no problem. Clay soil…. phffff! This spade has me covered!
Brought it for the green fingered Mrs but used it for some building work. Wish they made shovels like it.
Lightweight, strong and a very useful serated edge. Expensive but a good quality tool
Looks and feels good and has so far lived up to expectations.
I had been looking at similar spades in the big box stores and wasn’t convinced they would work well. I read the reviews on this spade and was willing to take a chance. Glad I did. This multi-digger spade is lightweight and easy to use. It’s built to last. Saves running back to get another tool to complete a job. Slices through roots easily but can get into tight spots between mature perennials.
I cut through bamboo roots
The serrations on both sides worked well
Don’t just buy another basic shovel. Get this one and keep for a long time.
This was an expensive garden fork but I am glad I bought it. I did some research on it and although nervous about purchasing it, in case it turned out to be an expensive waste of time, I was not disappointed. It is very light but sturdy which is great for me as I have a back problem. I have only had it a few weeks but hopefully it will last quite some time.
Whilst this spade was not cheap, the quality and feel more than compensates. Some particularly stronger/deep-rooted weeds in the garden were causing some pain, plus the soil was packed solid. After slogging away with cheaper spades, this is like a hot knife thru butter (almost); now if I can just get someone else to do the digging… LOL.
I bought the Roamwild Fork as well, but have still yet to test this.

What a great garden aid this is. Really, really good. I bit heavy for a mid eighty year old. Half size would be great. But I love it. Worth every penny.
The fork was very easy to use and required less pressure.
I am loving my new garden fork, it’s been a brilliant help to dig over my garden to remove roots, it also brake the soil up lovely.
Good sturdy shovel great for post holes/planting bulbs. Time will tell but so far so good.
Easy to use, does the job of a much bigger tool – it’s excellent value – I’m an OAP and am using it with ease
Everything was ok with the spade but the price on Amazon is 54.99 which is a con because you get charged another 9.17 in tax so actually costs you 64.16
With effort cust through even the toughest clumps of bamboo roots, which is why I bought it. Doesn’t feel like it would break unless you went silly with it. I was hoping the spade edge and teeth would be sharp, but maybe there’s a reason for that.
Fantastic tool, the best spade I’ve ever had! Perfect for digging up brambles , cuts through everything! A must have in every shed
I think this is a brilliant spade. My son broke my last one, it snapped. This seems very sturdy so far and easy to use. Not super light but I’m 5ft 6 and slim and have easily unloaded two bags of soil and two bags of plum slate. it’s good at cutting through impacted soil too.
Great spade, and nice change from standard designs. Nice weight and desig
Love it. It’s so light yet feels solid. Most expensive spade I’ve bought but dont regret it.
Really great brought for my mum who is 83 she loves that she can carry on gardening on her own maintaining her independence
Absolutely amazing tool for the garden especially if you have a stony soil. I was hesitant to buy due to the price but I am glad I have not compromised. Two previous forks I bought bent after a few hours of digging in our garden but this one is very sturdy. I was able to dig out big stones and nothing happened to it. Highly recommended.
It seems sturdy enough but hope it don’t bend the size can be perfect if not tall and the design of it is how all Spade’s should be designed for it’s a fun and useful product and haven’t noticed any problems yet but can scratch and could bend
I bought this the spread some soil debris from foundations to raise the level of my lawn. Tackles digging through rubble and soil without a problem.
Looks good , not as light as I would like . Fast delivery
Delighted with this. Does exactly what they say it does. Well worth the higher price. Delivered quickly too.
BRILLIANT!! Honestly the best thing I’ve EVER BOUGHT!! Other garden spades and a nightmare – this literally makes light work of digging deep holes – all sorts of jobs. The serrated edges just glide through the soil. 100% recommend this!!
I bought this multi function spade for my husband, as his old spade broke in the heavy quary gound our garden consists of and he is absolutely delighted with the product. The spade cuts though the heavy ground easily and the handle has a soft grip that makes the spade comfortable to use..
Really pleased with this spade. Would not have been able to dig through clay and stones to make wildlife pond without it. Great help for a widow in her 70s.
A sturdy garden tool that acts as a spade and a garden fork. I used it to dig over an overgrown area that had been left uncultivated for nearly 7 years. I am a 71 year old woman and have arthritic knees, but managed to clear the area much faster than I would have done with a conventional garden fork. The area was cleared so that I could prepare a bed to lay a lawn. The digger looks good as well and I enjoy using it.

Con: It has a soft grip handle which one would assume would make it more comfortable to use, but I found that this just makes it chunky and awkward to use. I ended up having to wear gloves when using it.

Amazing, it didn’t break digging up a dandelion, unlike other forks, that are obviously made from cheese! Really happy with this produc
This is a great fork and works very well. two different holding positions, unique fork points that go in the ground very easily. Seems pretty sturdy and solid so far. Good stuff !
So far so good. Wanted a light fork as I am unable to lift the one we had. Was a bit dubious at first ad not cheap but read reviews and decided to give it a go. This came promptly and did not disappoint so far. I can actually use it and it gods into the ground well. Certainly recommend. Also looks good!!
So far so good arrived early and was put to use straight away. No blisters like on the old one I had and very easy to use. I Doug over 40m2 of clay and found it to be great, the only issue I had was when coming across large stones the cross sections of this fork impeded its performance however the Same cross sections help more often than hinder. All in all very happy
I have 25 years over me in Groundworks and I don’t think I have ever used such a comfortable tool. Great length and I’m 6ft she’s a lightweight tool hard and sharp tines that won’t bend. I’ve snapped roots 30mm with ease digging rootballs is fair easy with it. I thought it was a gimmiky tool when lookin online and a bit pricey but time will tell the real construction of the fork because it’s gonna get used and abused. In all honesty I would recommend it to others.
Received as a gift, I had some doubts that this very lightweight fork would live up to its modern, ergonomic appearance. It didn’t take long to overcome the doubts, as we effortlessly cleared an area of root-dense soil on our first job. The fork proving to be sturdy, robust with a really comfortable handle. The matching spade is now in my wishlist!
Cutting through thick sod is almost effortless. Can dig a deep, clean sided hole easily. Comfortable handle with several ways to hold. Blade has a serrated edge for cutting tough roots. Well made, quality materials and expect this spade to last a lifetime.
So easy to dig with. Best spade I have ever used, well worth the cos
As a professional gardener, taking mature plants, shrubs, and trees out of the ground
has always been really hard work.
So I tried this out on a day I was directed to remove a one hundred year old rose and a small tree.
In the past I would use a myriad of tools to coax these out of the ground. But my intention was to only use this tool.
3 hours later with both extractions complete
I was quite satisfied with my purchase.
This is not the only shovel of it’s kind being marketed on amazon. I discovered it by reading the reviews of a competitors product
which were quite negative about build quality.
I was suspicious of the fibreglass shaft and rubber fittings, so I presented the shovel to
some landscapers working the site next door and said try this out and try to hurt it.
Four hours later it was back in my hands in perfect condition. The crew declaring they
we’re gonna buy a couple for the company.
Highly recommended.
Can you dig it?
Yes YOU can!

Best spade I have ever used, worth the extra as it is 3 tools in one: spade, shovel and sedated blade. Really great design and usability. Only had it a couple of weeks, but looks very durable. Recommend.
Definitely recommend
I’ve used this to dig up well rooted shrubs out of my heavy clay garden. I wouldn’t have stood a chance getting them out with my usual garden space. It’s reasonably light weight and a very good design. Well worth the money.
Its ergonomic design makes it easier to use than traditional forks
Helps break up roots and no clumps on the tines due to the blades design
it is comfortable to use and feels an extremely sturdy tool
i would highly recommend this item
I use this spade when out detecting, great for digging in pasture.
I just dugout brambleweed roots and tubers from clay soil. Ground full of stones , so it’s heavy when wet and rock hard when dry. No problem for the Roam Wild. Serrated edge able to cut through tough roots and spade digs deep enough to track roots. A good weight, but light enough to handle easily. Worth the extra cost. Well made , so should last a good while! Ur search just ended!
Borrowed my neighbors fork to dig a small pond. Theirs was a basic garden fork which did the job but was hard work. Decided to expand the pond a few months later and this time purchased this fork and what a good decision that was. Digging out the pond was noticeably easier this time. The design of the fork made it easier to dig out the large chunks and then break them down. Would definitely recommend this fork over the standard design.
