Had a very minor issue with the time piece mount, I emailed the company they sent a replacement out no problem….

Bought this winder for my husband’s Rolex. Researched a lot of others. This one got great reviews and very reasonably priced.
In my search for a winder with low TPD, this one seems to meet my needs. The product is also visually appealing and does not feel cheap. So far, I have had no complaints.
Really good quality, stylish and so quiet. It has a choice of settings for TPD (turns per day) and the delay between the TPD means you won’t over wind your watch. Great buy, there was only one niggle, no instructions but I emailed the the manufacturer in San Francisco and they sent a PDF instruction booklet. Great service. Highly recommended
Outstanding quality , very quiet operation and keeps my Rolex Submariner wound and working properly. This winder has so far performed flawlessly. It is very well made and looks classy. I highly recommend this product.
This is a good looking well made watch winder. It is very silent in operation as well. The description on Amazon states that the adjustable watch retaining device will hold watches that fit wrists from 6.5 to 10 inches, or 16.5 to 25.5CM’s. As my wrist is 17.5CM’s that should not be an issue. However the minimum dimension of the watch holder (Retaining device) is 7.5 inches or 18.5cm’s. So it is just not possible to fit a 17.5cm watch bracelet around the retaining device. The dimension quoted in the watch winder description is clearly inaccurate and if contemplating buying this winder you should be aware that the minimum dimensions are slightly larger than those quoted in the description. Otherwise it looks to be a well made quality watch winder.

Can’t speak to durability. Just received it a week ago. However, it is working great. Dead silent. Keeps watch wound at constant tension. Attractive (although covering is fake leather). If it lasts at least a year, it will be a great buy.

Very good quality for the price. Sturdy and quiet with high quality materials. I have aN AUdemarS piguet divers watch which requires a counter clockwise only movement at 800TPD so this fits the bill. I usually would by a wolf or barrington but for half the price this is better value without scrimping on quality.

I definitely recommend this item. The customer service is also very solid. This was proven on another item that I was having challenges with but they stepped right up to correct the issue.

Purchased as a gift and the recipient is very pleased. Very nice quality and there is no sound while the watch winds. The knobs have lovely clicks to them.
