On getting my pan set I was unsure about how the nonstick would be but on cooking different things I’ve cooked it as proved that they are good for anything good strong sturdy land really pleased with my buy
Was fed up with the normal silver pans with black or glass lids and saw these. Decided to take a chance, trying something new is always an adventure, and am so happy I did. They are narrower and taller than counterpart sizes, so take less cupboard space, and sit on the stove better too. So easy to wash and keep clean, and they look great. Happy to recommend these pans.
I’ve been using on a gas hob. Excellent non stick properties without traditional coatings scraping off. Cooks faster due to good heat conduction.

Unfortunately water gets in between the knobs and glass lid and you cannot remove the knobs with even the strongest screw driver !!
I can’t believe how great these pans are, they cook food so much quicker because they heat up so fast, & strangely we think the food tastes better. Just a wipe round and they are clean no more soaking, I had the normal stainless steel type before if you have those bin them & order these

Love these pans! Beautiful looking, sturdy, well made. So super non stick & easy to clean, everything just wipes off. Excellent heat distribution, in fact I have to have my gas lower than I did with my old pans. I never buy cheep pans & think these are great value for money. Highly recommended.
