We bought these for reaching the roof of our motorhome. They’re well made and good quality and not too heavy. They tuck away in a small space which is handy if you’re tight on storage.
I can honestly say that these ladders are fantastic.
I am in my 50s and hate heights but I felt safe on these ladders. No one was footing them but they were very secure and sturdy.
Were easy to fold down and put up. Light enough to carry but sturdy.

I’m very happy with this. It does what I want. Quite light, it’s easy and quick to put up. The only negative is that the black plastic end caps come off easily.
I hate ladders with a passion. When I was younger I went up a solid wooden ladder and the slightest movement felt like it was going to topple. This ladder moves with you as you go up or down! Now it sounds odd that a ladder that moves a little feels safer than I be that diesbt but it makes sense if you consider that if the ladder moves slightly as you manoeuvre up it down it them any slight unintentional movement will not make you feel that you are going to fall off It feels so safe, as opposed to the rigid wooden ladders.
It’s so cool, you could stand there all day extending it and then having the joy of watching it go back into a carry size bundie.
It really is mazing. I am 110 kg and have never been in our loft because I hate ladders and any heights but since buying this ladder I’ve moved lots of stufffrom the garage to the loft and been up and down it at least 50 times.

Surprisingly strong, I used at full extension and I weigh 15 stone. Just throw in the back of the van and forget them until you need them. Another tool I should have bought years ago.
It’s a good tool to have. It’s taking a small amount of space and it’s versatile.

Upon my first use of the ladder outside, I attempted to make it to the upstairs windows. I was nervous as the ladder has a bit of flex in it. Me being me I was hesitant. But after I went up and down a few times I gained the confidence in the ladder and before long I had used it to wash all the windows in my house. This was the reason I had bough it in the first place. So now I’m familiar with the ladder I would not have the same hesitation to use it and be confident for future use.
I like that the bottom of the ladder have very big and sturdy rubber feet. These provide a very secure grip and position of the ladder. Obviously don’t bother using your ladder in the wet as the chance of slipping is high. But in the dry, those big rubber feet are another confidence booster in the safety of the ladder. Also from what I can see the ladder also meets certain safety regulations which is good.
I would say this ladder is going to have a lot of use for years to come. The fact it is adjustable in height means it can tackle many situations both in doors and out. I’d say that alone pays for itself. Storage of this ladder is also made super easy as it can just be collapsed and put somewhere very convenient.
Be sure to read the instructions. Do not over look this as it will remind you of certain things to be careful off, like collapsing the ladder and making sure your thumbs are out of the way. Also be sure to watch out for the loud “clack” noise the ladder makes as it collapses the rungs, this can be quite deafening, so do it slowly would be my advice or with some ear plugs if you have sensitive hearing like I do.

I have added a pic of them extended, so you can see they are perfect for cleaning upstairs windows, which is what we bought them for.
Will even be able to clean guttering too.
Of course there is always 2 of us when using, one steadying at the base whilst the other is up the ladder.

Absolutely fantastic ladder, we have a 3 storey town house and our loft hatch is higher than the average house and access isn’t the easiest.
We also have very little storage.
This ladder solves all our problems and folds down so small you can pop it under the bed or as in our case behind our sofa.
Really solid and safe I cannot be more pleased with this purchase.
Its good, right height, feels sturdy enough, its just a bit too flexy for my liking, not to the point I feel I’m gonna fall but….you know its got a bit of a bend as you climb. Still a good ladder though !

Ideal for getting into my loft and then storing neatly in a convenient place. Have a larger ladder that I store in the shed, but it meant that I would have to lug it in and up the stairs every time.
Bought one about a month ago and very impressed. It’s first outing was putting the christmas light on the house. It’s so portable and fits in my car. I was so impressed, i just ordered a second one for my father in law for christmas
So much easier than bigger ladders as I can keep them tucked in a corner upstairs
Using ladder to access a loft currently and it works really well. Easy to put up and down and it is easy to carry and transport.
Great for occasional use. They can feel a little unstable at times when fully out. But I haven’t had any issues with them yet, but only used a couple times. Got them mainly to get into the loft. They are compact which makes it great for storing. I find them quicker and easier to use than standard ladders.

Bought this for a project at home and it has been paying for itself time and time again …
After limited use I can report that the ladder appears to be a robust piece of kit although very great care must be taken to: (i) ensure that each rung is securely in place before stepping on it; (ii) not to trap fingers when closing. The quality of the English translation in the instructions could definitely be improved however!
Overall a 5 rating, well engineered and built, really useful as can be used at various heights not just at full extend, lite weight at just 12kg and easy to use on your own, easy to transport. Two minor points, quite different to a fixed rung ladder with some give in it which takes getting use to, and the top rung could do with rubber grips as it tends to slide on smooth surfaces (I fixed this with some rubber exercise bands wrapped around). If using for decorating then I’d recommend getting one of those Betsy Mate paint holders
brought this ladder to replace a triple extension ladder that i had mainly for loft access, but as i now live in a flat, i had no where to store such a large ladder.
this purchase, a 3.8meter telescopic ladder is small, compact and easy to store just brilliant, folds to a small size and as per photo’s, my loft hatch is standard height, and reaches no problem … and the ladder isn’t fully extended. it’s got some serious beefy rubber feet which are mega NON slip,
I’m no small guy by any-means, and i found it very stable and surprisingly strong, easy to put up, (making sure each section is properly locked)…. and to put away, this was easy too.
carrying it is really effortless although it’s got some weight to it, which makes it feel and look a quality build. (which it defo is!!)
overall a great purchase, just wish i’d got one ages ago.
so, if you’re short on storage space for a ladder, this ladder is the perfect bit of kit to get,.

I work for a signage company and use these ladders to survey sign sites. I have an Astra Hatchback which these ladders fit easily into. The ladders are no problem to carry a distance even with my project manager bag around me as well. The ladders extend easily and each section clicks into place with a locking button for safety. To collapse the ladder back into carrying position care must be taken to keep fingers away from the bars, when the safety buttons are released each section will snap shut quite quickly. A simple but strong strap holds the bars in place when transporting. As with all ladders its SAFETY first, so if you are new to ladders, watch some online tutorials on how to use ladders safely. My overall verdict: A great product!!
I use them at work, they stay in th van, take up no space hardly and there when required, maybe a bit flimsy at fully extended, but look at the price
This one ideal, it’s light and can be stored in storage, doesn’t take much space.
This ladder extends upto 2.6m long which ideal for my personal needs.
Easy to extend and easy to put it back to storage position.
I’m around 95kg total weight and it suitable for my weight, maximum weight it can handle is 150kg which is around 23.6 stones.
Overall it’s light and storable, just make sure it’s handles personal weight and hight is high enough to suit personal needs.

Great investment. Allows me to get into my attic easily. Should have bought one years ago. Folds down easily and easy to carry, take in car. Have to remember to keep fingers away when clipping it down as they crash down very quick.
This ladder is a great piece of kit. I wish I had purchased one years ago! Light but strong and sturdy and very simple to extend and collapse.

We have now used it several times for cleaning upstairs windows; removing tired hanging baskets, painting etc. and even though, when extended to the full height they feel steady, one of us always hold the ladders firmly whilst the other one is up them.
The assembling and taking them down can be done in minutes; a strong Velcro fastening strap holds the ladders together whilst in storage. They are aluminium, like most ladders, so a smooth, almost warm feel to the metal, making them easy to handle.
We have both used them and have felt safe, even at the very top, which is upstairs window level. My partner often does small jobs for parents and friends and having compact ladders like this that fit easily into the car is excellent.

Like the instructions say, watch your fingers. The safety instructions are there….use them.
I saved more than the cost of the ladder by not having to get a decorator in to do the job for me so I am well pleased with them. They now sit in the garage taking up a fraction of the space of an ordinary ladder. I would highly recommend them.
If there is a critiscism to be made its is whilst lowering the ladders ,one has to be aware exactly as to the positioning of the users hands and fingers ! A lack of concentration will easily result in black finger nails,broken fingers or expletives for all the neibourhood to hear ! A few practice runs as per instructions though will get the operator use to the potential hazard.
All that said, so long as you’re careful and try out the various options before using it in anger, it’s a good buy.
I use it as an attic ladder. My attic is too low to stand up so I won’t be converting it and go up there often. It saves me the trouble of installing an attic ladder in confined space. Bringing a 10 ft plus ladder into the house upstairs is so much hassle. I have to be very careful in order not to knock down anything.
This ladder is so portable. It’s about belly high, comfortably carried around with one hand. I’m sure it would be so much more convenient when you have to carry it in a truck than a straight ladder. It extends effortlessly. When you climb up you will go through the visual indicators that the ladder is locked. It also retracts effortlessly, but make sure to read the instructions or the steps can still hit you.
The ladder is well built. The plastic seems tough. Yes, the top should have some rubber padding if you lean it against an interior wall. But you can duct tape anything on it for that purpose.
The ladder is lightly lubricated so you can catch some odor on your hands. If the ladder is taller than your needs, you can spread the unextended steps into two or more groups so it’s easier to climb.
Comes with well organize manual and safety instruction. very easy to store after work or move around. real value of money.
