There is”Nothing” to dislike about this vacuum. It is Absolutely Amazing!!!!
Unfortunately, this product does not hold a charge. I have it plugged into an outlet 24 seven and when I would go to use it nine times out of 10. I couldn’t get the heads to rotate. I hope those of you have purchases had better luck.
bought it for my daughter, my granddaughter just Loves it!! vaccuums and cleans great! all the work done at once. saw it on youtube, “design on a dime”. catherine gives a review. and it’s perfect!
There is nothing about this vaccmum that I don’t like. My whole house is hardwood floors with area rugs, I particularly like the auto adjust from floor to rug and visaversa. It cleans right up to the molding and the light feature shows me I got all the dust and dirt. It’s very quiet and so very powerful. I highly recommend this fantastic machine.
Perfect for a smaller home with hardwood and a few rugs. Good quality with useful attachments. Appreciate the easy filter access so they can be cleaned quickly and regularly. Good suction with 3 power levels and a latch to keep the vacuum on. Overall worth the money and would recommend/purchase again.
The light on the vacuum is a nice feature, good maneuverability, good suction for this type of vaccine
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They want to address your problems, but are not very friendly and seem to want address your problems and get off the phone.
I was hoping to replace my recently broken Dyson with this sweeper at half the cost, but I can tell you after several months, that this sweeper is no where near the sweeper that Dyson is. the suction is terrible, the filter needs cleaned weekly, and the battery does not last very long at all. The only way I get any suction is to run on high and that only gives you @ 15 minutes of battery. I am going to buy another Dyson.
This product is the best cordless vacuum I have ever purchased. It has great suction even at the lowest speed. The charging station can also charge a spare battery along with the vacuum battery. Customer service is very responsive Highly recommended
I had just vacuumed my kitchen and laundry room the day before so I didn’t expect to get much in the canister. I was so surprised, it’s power is amazing and it picks up more than my expensive vacuum. I love using it and my house is much cleaner! I like the light on the end of it too!
I contacted the company and said that the vacuum had died. They had some troubleshooting tips that did not work. They then sent me out a brand new motor and the product works fine for now. Their customer service is wonderful.
This thing is awesome. I was searching for a replacement when my expensive vacuum died. This is practically a carbon copy of it. Works just as well, possibly even better. It definitely has better maneuverability than my expensive model. The attachments glide on easily and attach securely. The canister empties smoothly. I will never buy a big brand vacuum for $600 again. The suction on this thing does not disappoint. I have yet to have something it doesn’t pick up. My children are animals and this thing easily picks up everything they drop (or throw) on the wood floor and the carpet with the same attachment. Buy it now!
I purchased this in June of 2021 to replace my Dyson stick. I was impressed with the suction at first but now, just a little over a year later, it won’t turn on. It shows fully charged. I have changed the filter and made sure there is nothing blocking the tube. Very upset that I now have to purchase another vacuum.
This company is tenacious about their customer service. I had just given up and purchased a new vacuum, but they insisted on replacing the battery. They contacted me several times. The new part is being sent to me. I’m very happy now as I did love this vacuum.
This vacuum is easy to use and easy to store. The suction is not as much as I had hoped for and the working time before you have to recharge it is ok but it is good for a small apartment.
