Battery compartment will be difficult to reach when I need to change. That’s the same as with others I’ve seen.
I used this to replace an old Delta Touch faucet. In use now for over a year and my wife and I are delighted with it. I did remove a strainer that resulted in much better water flow.
It’s hard to call this the budget option when it is essentially the same as the leading models. It works perfectly and looks great.

We’ve had the faucet for about a year now (Feb2021). After about 6-7 months the pressure, like many others, decreased to a point that it was just sad. But Jane Zheng, with customer service, helped us out right away. We had a new sprayer sent to us and the pressure is back up to where it should be! Highly recommended!

I especially like the smart feature that if you activate it via sensor, then pull the sprayer down, returning the sprayer still turns it off.
This is the best kitchen faucet, regardless of the price! Well made. beautiful, easy to install yourself with very clear instructions. Sprayer works perfectly and the sensor on/off is well designed.
About 4 months after we installed it, the spray head began leaking. So we contacted the manufacturer through Amazon and they promptly sent us a new spray head.
The good news is that the new spray head appears to have been redesigned to fix the leaking problem and having used it for 6 months, I do not think it will ever leak again.

Modified Review: The customer service department contacted me via email and asked me to send a video of the installation. I responded with the video and they responded promptly with suggestions on how to fix the faucet. At the time of this posting, I replaced the batteries that came with the faucet and now it is working properly. My only disappointment is that a set of batteries should have lasted longer than three weeks. Perhaps it is faulty batteries, we will see in about three weeks how the new set of batteries is performing. Nonetheless, the company did respond based on my initial review and they did try to fix the problem promptly. This was greatly appreciated.
Original review: The auto sensor worked great for the first 3 weeks, then stopped working. It was professionally installed by a plumber, so it will be hard to return without losing any money on this faucet.
I had a issue with my faucet head and they responded right away. They sent me a new one within a week and it fixed the problem.
Update: Badijum’s customer service did contact us to fix the situation. However, after reading suggestions from the other reviews, we removed the flow valve and now the faucet is working like a charm. Love this thing.
UPDATE: Evidently, we got a unit that was the very rare lemon. And this company is new enough that they didn’t understand they should just ship a replacement right away. So it took me a long time and a lot of communication to get a replacement. I eventually had to use the warranty I had bought along with it. But Badijum gave me a discount on the replacement, so I feel like I have been compensated for my time and trouble.
Short story long, the new faucet works like a charm and I’m very happy with the product. I wouldn’t hesitate buying from this company again in the future – in their emails, they do seem to have learned from this experience. (But I can’t give a full 5 stars because of how long the process took and how much explaining I had to do.)

Pros: easy enough to install and the electronics work well.
Cons: water lines too short; noisy, sticky hose; nozzle that doesn’t retract all the way; customer service that says “you’ve only had it a month, it should start working properly eventually.”
I contacted them at their email, [email protected], and got quick response. They asked for videos and I sent the one attached here. They acknowledged that it’s not working right, but then said it should get better at some point in the future. It’s currently a very annoying faucet, and as a former landlord, I’ve installed probably 30+ faucets in my life, and not once did I have to wait for one to start working properly after a few months.

Love this product. It has a solid sensing function and automatically shuts off if I forget about it. It could use a little more length when pulling the faucet head out. But is overall amazing for the price.
This is a kitchen sink faucet. I worked well for 1 yr until we replaced the spray head. 6 months later the sensor doesn’t work an avg 50% of the time. Very aggravating when cooking.Would like some troubleshooting help but no place to really get it.
The faucet is well made, easy to install, and works well. The initial unit had a defective sensor; badiJum customer service began by sending a new sensor box and then a completely new faucet. After UPS set fire to that one, they followed up with yet another a new one. The faucet looks good, and the multiple sensors make faucet responsive to multiple use patterns. Altogether a good buy.
a bit if a gongshow to assemble & install. Instructions are poorly translated and rewatching videos is required to get this to work right. Once accomplished however it seems to be a solid product.
Bought this faucet July/August 2019, easy to install and use. I had some issue with diminished water flow, I got in touch with their customer service and they sent me a replacement sprayer head for free! It fixed the issue. Very happy with the customer service, they are very helpful and even sent me a follow up email to check if the sprayer head resolve the issue. Overall, I’m very happy with the touchless faucet and the customer service. 🙂
The unit was easy to install and it has worked very well. I like that you can turn it on by waving your hand or pulling out the faucet head.

The only thing that concerns me is the swivel joint for the faucet, it seems a bit loose. Time will tell. Other than that we like it a lot.
THIS IS A GREAT FAUCET THAT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL AND REALLY WORKS – I’ve had it more than 2 years with NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER. I love it, but I really love the price. I really wanted a touchless faucet with the sprayer but I didn’t want to pay the high prices of the “popular brands.” This one had good reviews. I cook a lot and I hate having chicken or pork on my hands and having to touch the faucet to wash my hands. I was IMPRESSED when I pulled it out of the box, because it looks better than on the photos online. It works exactly like the expensive brands. We have had this faucet for 2 1/2 years and it works like it’s new. It takes 4 AA batteries and the batteries last MORE THAN A YEAR! Like I said, I am retired so I cook all the time.

I’ve had this faucet for over a year now and it’s been amazing. I recently had some water pressure issues and reached out to customer support. They responded quickly with instructions on fixing it. I ended up just removing the check valve and it functions like new again. Can’t beat the quality/price.

Purchased two faucets. Initially, for both faucets, the batteries were being drained within a month. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me two new controllers to fix the problem.

I’d give it a 5-Star if I could find out why the pressure has reduced over time. There is plenty of pressure coming out of the hose without the spray head on. But with it attached, it is way less than when it was first installed.

Be careful with this faucet. Before purchasing check where your water connections are. The houses, this faucet comes with are too short. If your connections are closer to the bottom, or coming from the floor, you may need to buy 3/8″ male-female extension hose. Also the valve control unit looks very cheap plastic. I would not leave it open while on vacation. Other than that it is a wonderful unit. I am glad, I bought it. Can’t evaluate quality just yet, but if it breaks I will update my review.
It’s now 4 months later and I’ve used the auto On/Off feature a ton of times. It’s worked flawlessly, I thought it might be a bit of a gimmick when I first installed it but I can honestly say I love that feature. Time to replace the kitchen tap with this one.
Hands-free stopped working within 2 days. Too much of a pain to reinstall. Left in without hands free working.
The original control unit failed within two days. The company was very good about trying to help troubleshoot the unit. They ended up sending me a replacement control box and it’s been working correctly ever since.
They stand by their product and did right by me.
The faucet is a nice touch to my kitchen sink and I love it’s functionality.
The biggest problem we had was the installation. The instructions weren’t totally clear and the water lines weren’t long enough. Lucky for us there are Extensions sold at Homedepot.

In general it’s a good produce and high c/p value. And they have good service. I suffer short battery life issue. They sent a new control box to me immediately.
I was happy with the price of this product, especially compared to what comparable models were going for. I received the product and found the installation hardware to be much nicer than what I was replacing, and also what I ended up replacing this product with. The cords had plenty of length without being excessive and the mounting hardware was appropriate for a difficult to access/confined space. We very much enjoyed this product for 8 months. At that point the pressure dropped and I was not able to find a manual or any way to take it apart. I left a review and was contacted by the seller who offered to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I had already ordered a new faucet so I asked for my money back. I was refunded the next day after replying with my order number. Based on the other reviews people have left, it seems I just got one of the rare products that was faulty. I did not expect to get my money back, had I known I probably would have just ordered the same product again. I find it commendable that they did not try to find some way to not provide a refund. Given my overall experience I would actually get this faucet again should I find myself in the market to.
We could not find a tool to remove the aerators on the 2 we purchased.
I wrote the seller and they kindly responded and offered to send 2 Faucet “Heads”!
2 Days later they arrived to our home, and we screwed them on (the new ones), and they worked very well which allows us to soak the older ones with lime and calcium in a container with
“lime away!”
Now we have “interchangeable non clogged aerators on both of our faucets we purchased last June and August!

I’m not one to write reviews, but I thought I would help others out from my experience. I looked at hundreds of faucets before deciding on purchasing this particular brand. It was very easy to install. I watched several YouTube videos to get a clear understanding on how to install faucet. I took my old faucet off and went over the instructions a couple of times. I had my 7 year old granddaughter help hold the faucet in place while I was under the sink tightening it. FYI, I’m a grandma and I have arthritic hands, so it is possible for most people to install this. I absolutely love the every aspect of this faucet! It is beautiful and I am quite proud to show it off. I love the high arch, especially when I am washing large pans. It’s so convenient to wave my hand in front of the sensor to turn it on or off, and the sprayer makes it nice to rinse out both sides of the sink. I only wish I would’ve purchase this faucet long ago.

Had it over a year now. Sprayer button started to go bad. Couldn’t figure out how to open to clean it. Sent email to company and within a week was sent a new head free of charge.

Edit: Customer service is nice though, they sent me another faucet nozzle and it works like new.

BE aware that there is a flow regulator on hot water line. Remove before installing to have normal hot water pressure and save some post install hassles.

I had this faucet installed for a little over a year. In the past month, our water pressure has dropped tremendously (only with this faucet). My husband has taken it apart and cleaned it and changed the batteries. This didn’t work. I am so disappointed as I absolutely loved this faucet. I’ve read a few reviews where this had happened to a couple other people. I guess I will start shopping for a new faucet. So very disappointed.
Purchased Oct 12, 2019. On Oct 22, 2020 (one year and and a few days after purchase and installation) the batteries finally wore out. The battery pack is wired directly to the control unit under the sink. There is no disconnect of the battery pack so I had to lay on the floor in front of the open cabinet and reach in to replace each of the 4 batteries. Careful not to pull on the wires too much. Careful to pay attention to the battery polarity while installing. Negative post or flat end of the AA batteries go against the spring end when inserting a battery into the battery holder. In the mean time the faucet has worked just as advertised. I am single so that might have influenced the amount of faucet use and battery life but it has been a great faucet and has worked perfectly.
After several months I can recommend this unit. The experience with the previous two that were a disaster, it is better to wait before recommending, as this occasion.

Love this faucet system, but found that following the installation instructions didn’t leave much leeway for the hose to reach into a coffee maker… so we adjusted it a bit and made it perfect. Installation of the battery pack on the rear wall of the under-sink area may be a challenge when it comes time to replace them, but so far we love our modern kitchen.
Have used it for about a month now. Works very well. Still getting used to not having to turn the water off by handle. Have gotten my arm wet when cleaning around sink forgetting about motion sensor. Was easier to install than my last regular faucet.
Update.. after a few months faucet pressure decreased greatly. Had an issue where had to turn off water coming into house not related to faucet. When I turned back on water to house, must have gotten some junk in the line clogging the filter. Make sure you unscrew head and run water a few
Minutes before using faucet head again. Emailed company and they sent me out a replacement head and received in about a week. Works great again. Good customer service. I Would buy from them again.
Great value. It initially had very low water pressure on the hot water line. Emailed them and they responded very quickly with a detailed description of how to fix it, with pictures. After doing the the easy troubleshooting steps it works perfectly. Motion sensor works works very well.

Absolutely love this. It was a breeze to install once I got the old one out. The sensor hasn’t failed me once and I love that I can change the temperature with the normal handle before turning it on with the sensor. I also love that the faucet has a sensor so when I pull it out and then it snaps back into place the water shuts off for me.

My previous one had two sensors, one that triggered the flow for 2-3 seconds when I moved my hands in front of it and one on the top that was just an ON/OFF switch. In addition, I could override the sensor using the regular valve on the side.
On this faucet, there is only one fixed sensor aimed towards me, and it is a simple ON/OFF. The valve on the side is only used to select the temperature and how much flow, and it cannot be used to override the sensor. If I want to turn off the sensor and use only the valve, I have to do that from the controller under the sink. This is less functional than my previous faucet and the main reason I’m giving this one 4 stars instead of 5.
Other than the shortcoming above, the quality of this faucet seems good, and it was pretty straighforward to install. I have no idea if it will last me 6 months or 10 years, we’ll see, and if it breaks quickly I will update the review accordingly. So far, I am a happy customer and the price was right.
There is a learning curve if you haven’t had the touch less faucet before. Very pleased, arrive intact and is as described.

Have had this for almost a year now. So great to cook and not have to turn the faucet on and off with my hands. Just wave your hand! Works almost every time. Or, just pull on the pull-out spray and let it return, the water shuts off. Love it!
The faucet was installed two weeks ago and so far, it is working good as described, no complaints. I noticed that it is dripping a little bit yesterday and checked to be sure that the handle is fully closed, which it was. I will monitor that to ensure that it is not dripping. I do like it – looks great, study and sensor is working very well.
This is a sturdy faucet. The motion sensor works great as does the pull down feature for the spray head. A minor quibble is in the operation/design in that the water comes on at the flow rate at which it was last turned off. You still have to use the handle. Installation was a breeze; and batteries run the sensors, not An AC plug. Oh, and the brushed nickel finish is perfect.
The faucet is very nice and works as described, we rather like it even though it was one of the least expensive of the touchless kitchen faucets. The only bad was there were no instruction for installation and the box looked like it had been previously opened but the none of the packages of parts had been opened so I installed it. I have enough experience doing plumbing that it went off with out a hitch, I did have one gasket that I couldn’t figure out where it went but it might have been for an alternate single hole installation.
If you don’t own a touchless kitchen faucet you need to get this one. It’s easy to install and you will never have to get the handles dirty again. The motion detector runs on batteries and last for over a year.

The handsfree faucet we purchased failed within 1 year but the company once they realized we were having issues sent us a new one and followed up to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase. The new faucet has been installed and is working properly. The faucet was easy to replace and we are very happy with the product. I bought this faucet to replace the ordinal faucet in my new condo that was hacked in, glued, and leaked constantly. It eventually was loose because being only glued with silicone, it couldn’t be tightened.
Once the old faucet was removed, this one was a piece of cake to install in less than 30 minutes. The directions were very clear a& understandable.
The quality is great, the faucet it beautiful and made well. We have had it for a few weeks now and find the sensor is very responsive. It has wonderful water pressure. When using the pull out it turns on and then off again when the hose is returned to original spot.
I installed this for my mom. From Start to Finish, took me less than 1 hour to install this Unit. I would rate my skill level between Med. to Mid High in my abilities. I am not new to these types of projects, but I am no expert as well. Having said that, this unit came with everything needed to install it on this job, with options for other types of sinks. Used the three hole base plate for my needs and was really surprised by how well constructed it was. Install instructions are fairly clear with the exception of what the O-ring was for (not needed if using one or three hole base plates). Only down side of this unit is it could use longer lines for running the control box closer to the front of the cabinet to make battery changing easier for future patrons. I was able to get control box out from behind the pipes, but just enough for it not to become a big hassle to change batteries.
Super easy installation process and absolutely works perfect. Would strongly recommend this product to other buyers. They are user-friendly for when you have a guest over that I have no idea your faucet has a sensor.
We love this faucet! It works great and it saves you money by being able to shut it off without touching the faucet. We had it installed by our plumber as we are both disabled. He said, “I am very impressed with the quality of this faucet”. He also said, “I have never heard of this brand and when I have to install an odd brand I am always uneasy about it’s performance”. We had had no issues with it and it looks great in our newly renovated kitchen. Would definitely buy from this company again.
