    Set up is easy & camera picture is ok. But the zoom is poor & of little use. Also it’s slow on the app. For the price it’s ok, but don’t expect too much. It’s a basic system & you get what you pay for. If your looking for basic home security, then look no further. But if you want to capture sharp images & want zoo function for that close up, then it’s not for you. It’s a basic system

Firstly, I Installed this product back in 2020 and found the installation and set up very easy and user friendly, with a good clear picture at all times. Secondly, I recently changed routers, following which I had an issue accessing the system remotely. I emailed support and advised them what had happened. Within a matter of hours – allowing for the time difference between the UK and China – I had replies that sorted the problem out!     Great add on for my zosi system which runs perfect. Nice and easy to set up. All wires and power supply included too. Always a great service from zosi. Very simple to use cctv system and easy phone app.

    Cant fault in any way except one of the cameras had moisture inside and is blurred. I’m sure it can be fixed and not necessarily the build quality problem. All good.

    The system was easy to install if you don’t mind running cables. Installing the hard drive was easy, but fiddly. A hard drive hold would be nice.

    Easy to install cameras but make sure to know where to wire cable. Picture quality is great during the day and night and the system is easy to use. Would 100% recommend this. Note that you’ll need to buy a hard drive separately and a cable to connected to a screen.

    Really happy with this. Have been using it for 6 months 24 hours a day. Does require installation, but it’s simple to do. Easy to configure. It just works. Which is exactly what it’s supposed to do.

    Before I purchased the ZOSI 1080P CCTV Camera System a done lots of research and watched many reviews on the best cctv to get for your home. And the ZOSI system always came out the best and most affordable.
    And they were correct it gives a very clear picture easy to set up and cost effective with the 4 cameras you are able to cover the boundary of you home. And if needed purchase extra cameras, and extra cables. All in all a very good system

    Golden Review Award: 17 From Our UsersDecided to replace and upgrade my old system after the motherboard went.
    With a lot of research and reading a lot of reviews prior to deciding on this system. I was keen on upgrading my old cameras from 800s to 1080p at the same time.
    This system ticked all the boxes and I was impressed with the standard of presentation and packaging the system came in.
    I installed the system in around 4 hours and it booted up straight away with very easy system navigation.
    I was blown away with the picture quality and very pleased with the system on the whole. HOWEVER!!
    I noticed a real issue later the same day as night fell and the system switched over onto I.R. the image became heavily fogged on 3 of the 4 cameras and the 4th was blurry.
    The centre of the pictures were bright white with an aurora of light fanning out from it.
    Long story cut very short, I spent 3 days trying to find the cause of the problem and during this the 4th camera went the same way as the others. To make matters worse the image during the day was so blurred it looked as though someone had rubbed grease across the lenses.
    I tried everything I could think of to try and work out what was causing the problem and even bought another camera from another manufactured to see if that made any difference. I even repositioned the cameras to avoid light pollution from other sources such as street lamps and even put mat black gaffa tape on the surfaces of all guttering and down pipes to eliminate I.R. reflection from my white plastic pipes.
    The I.R. is very powerful on these cameras and I suspected that may be the problem. Unfortunately it didn’t resolve the issue.
    The new camera did however so I realised it had to be something to do with the dome style cameras that was causing the problem.
    Extremely frustrated I went back up the ladder in the dark with a torch and immediately noticed there was condensation inside the glass of the camera casing directly in front of the cameras lens on all 4 of the cameras.
    I opened one up and dried it out in the warmth of the house and noticed there was a desiccate bag stuffed in the back of the camera casing behind the circuit board.
    This turned out to be the same with all of the cameras which would suggest that this appears to have been an issue that the manufacturer has knowledge of and had tried to take action to resolve the issue.
    The problem is desiccate bags can become hydroscopic and at some point will reach a point where they can’t absorb anymore moisture.
    What appears to have happened in my case is that the warm sunshine from the day has heated the metal camera case up which is a sealed unit and when the cooler evening temperature has hit the camera it has caused condensation to form inside with no way of venting.
    I’ve stripped them all down and thoroughly dried them out then resealed them with Vaseline on the outer threads to help seal the unit from the elements.
    I’ve also removed the desiccate bags as I can see these causing further problems if left in place.
    This seems to have resolved the issue and now it is working great. The picture quality is superb both day and night.
    Having said all the above I would still buy this brand again as it’s a nice system. Just a shame it causes so much frustration during it’s initial installation.
    Hopefully this may help others who have similar issues.

    Great security camera setup and price. Easy to connect and setup with good quality image which you can easily move the camera to point where you want. Can have continuous recording or motion activated recording with alert notifications which works well if you just want motion detection. Customer helpline is great and I had quick responses from a helpful assistant Coco who dealt with my case all the way through when I messaged them.

    Found this fairly easy to install although the instruction booklet type could be a little bigger. Picture quality is good even at night but don’t install cameras a eves – too high. Customer support is quite good if you have any problems as I did with the app but that was soon sorted.

    I purchased this system about a year ago for installation in a commercial property, and it’s been running reliably ever since. Zosi have been excellent people to work with, their customer service is phenomenal, they’ve answered my questions promptly.
    Only problem I’ve had is that one of my cameras which was in storage for a while, when installed, after about an hour started to fog up internally, but after contacting Zosi, they responded within 10 minutes and told me they’d happily replace it, so I am more than content and other than that have had no issues.
    The only improvement I could suggest would be a box of cable clips, but as most systems don’t come with these, and bearing the price in mind, I suppose it’s a bit much to expect.

    Currently unable to attach images due to GDPR but others have been able to show their private properties as examples.

    This one was purchased for an elderly lady, after a couple of lads attempted to gain access to her home in the early hours of the morning, at least now she can have a good quality image of the sods, so this time the Police might actually do something

    I have had this system for about two years and previously I used to use it via Android or IOS. I then decided to view it via my Windows 10 laptop but couldn’t manage to get it to work. The online support, despite the system being about 2 years old, was very good and very patient. Whilst the time delay to China meant I could only usually get one question answered a day they, with toing and froing of attached images managed to get the online system working successfully. Apart from needing this support to view the cameras online I cannot fault the equipme

The online support, despite the system being about 2 years old, was very good and very patient. Whilst the time delay to China meant I could only usually get one question answered a day they, with toing and froing of attached images managed to get the online system working successfully. Apart from needing this support to view the cameras online I cannot fault the equipme

    Got the remote viewing sorted straight away, but after updating firmware lost it and could not reconnect. After a couple of emails to support got the earlier firmware version, loaded it up and hey presto the remote viewing came back.
    Couple of problems with remote viewing but again no problems with support, they answered by return of email, cannot fault the support, even though some people have had problems with them I found none.
    Good kit, good support de ent price

    I like how easy it is to set up.
    Its just plug in and go.
    I also like how easy the help line is as i was stuck on set up so i messaged help line there are many different ways you can do this within 12 hrs i had an answer with videos and photos so it was so easy to follow i would defferntly recommend to anyone who is unsure about technology.
    Also the HD is so clear, the pictures are easy to see with HDMI. I got box with built in hard drive so no messing about. It was just put up camera see if its straight and turn on so easy.
    Like i said the help is also there if you need it they are fast to reply and make it so easy to understand.

    Great product for the money….easy set up….took about 8 hours to site, cable (neatly) and plug in….Customer service frm Yoyo was the best I have come across. Would recommend and use again….Andy

The system was very easy to set up, 60ft of cable comes with each camera. I haven’t connected it to our internet yet, not sure I will as we got it to cover all public areas in the pub we live in. The playback is easy, all in all very good value.

    Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI can confirm that the “freezing” of the DVR appears likely to be seen if you have a box with last year’s firmware (mine was dated 13th Oct 2016, with hardware version V1.1.c) – in my case after 1 week ok it was freezing every day. However, since installing the firmware upgrade to V1.2.1.200810 (“launch date” given as 10th March 2017) the system has operated without freezing for several weeks so this seems to be a good fix.
