These are really nice! I carefully opened them and plan on using them for special occasions. One bowl was broke but a replacement is going to be sent! Great item and great customer service! 🙂

Nachdem das Geschirr (in grn verlaufend) bei mir ankam und nicht meinen Vorstellungen entsprach nahm ich Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice auf und dieser war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
Das Geschirr wirkt auf jeden Fall robust nur die Farbe kann etwas von den Bildern abweichen, weshalb ich das selbe Geschirr in einer anderen Farbe gekauft habe und nun sehr begeistert bin.
The dishes are unique and beautiful and I bought every item they had in this style and color (blue) They are still shipping/using traditional styrofoam and one of the dishes was broken. I’m not sure how to get a replacement but am hoping they see this and reach out. I am so satisfied with my purchase and recommend them to everyone. My friends are ordering their own in different colors. Square dishes are so unique and fit in the cabinet very efficiently and nicely. I love them and I’m sure you will too. What a gorgeous value.

Wunderschnes Geschirr. Besonders gut gefllt mir, dass jedes Teil ein bisschen anders aussieht. Macht das Geschirr sehr interessant.

Super war die Verpackung, trotzdem war ein Teller zerbrochen. Wurde aber schnell nachgesendet und ich war zufrieden.
Dieses Produkt bedarf keine Werbung. Es spricht fr sich. Die Lieferung ging schnell. Das Geschirr macht einfach Freude. Es sieht gut aus. Bei der Masse an Schsseln und Schalen hat man lange etwas davon.
Okay, bei der Lieferung ging ein Teller zu bruch. Das ist das einzige Manko. Dafr kann der Hersteller ja nix.
Kann es mit ruhigen Gewissen empfehlen. Endlich mal ein Produkt was meinen Erwartungen entsprach.

Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Geschirr. Es ist sehr vielfltig und jedes Stck sieht farblich etwas anders aus. Da ein paar Teller beschdigt waren, musste ich Kontakt zum Verkufer aufnehmen. Der Kontakt war sehr vorbildlich und mir wurden anstandslos die Artikel ausgetauscht.
Really nice set. The large plates are really huge so not fit in regular microwave-you will need bigger. Also measure your kitchen cabinet as might not close properly the doors. Expect this look great and I like eat from it.

Delivery service smashed the bajeezuz out of the shipping box. Box containing plates appeared to take direct impact. Not a single piece broke. Looks identical to advertised coloring, nice and heavy feel. Theyre pricier, but all content here with product. Impressed the survived the looks of whatever impact UPS put on it.
None of them were damaged when they arrived. They feel pretty solid, like quality dishes. Much heavier than the ceramic plates they are replacing. These are the black and blue ones, obviously. They look as expected based on the Amazon picture.

Stoneware so plates are heavy. Portion size is large, (especially salad plates and bowls). Toke about 2 weeks to receive( much longer than most Amazon purchases). I ok verall quality appears very good.

Dieses Service war ein Weihnachtsgeschenk, welches bei den Beschenken sehr gut angekommen ist.
Was gleich auffllt, ist die absolut schne Optik. Kein Teil gleicht dem anderen. Immer wieder gibt es unterschiedliche Farbnuoncen, welche dieses Service einzigartig machen.
Eine Schssel war leider kaputt.
Heiligabend noch den Verkufer angeschrieben.
Am 2. Weihnachtstag wurde bereits eine Ersatzlieferung dieser Schssel in den Versand gegeben. TOP!

…bei der ersten Lieferung. Kontakt zum Service war jedoch einfach, kurze Zeit spter kam die Rckmeldung. Die kaputten Schsseln wurden dann ersetzt. Nicht mal eine Woche spter war der Ersatz da (Weihnachten lag dazwischen). Klasse!
We looked for a long time for a large plate size, that was durable and beautiful and this set has checked every box! The dinner plates are large and stylish, while the salad plates are stylish and the perfect smaller size. The mugs are very classy to perfect the look of the entire set. We have never been happier with a set of dishwear. The manufacturer and supplier answered all my questions quickly and shipping was fast and packaging was perfect. I would highly recommend them! worth every penny, plates are big, the side plates are about the size of a normal plate and comes with 4 cups, i hit the 16 piece set and im more than happy, also its spill proof as goes up at emds so can spill over edges.
My other half picked this and I had reservations but it arrived well packed and in good order. The plates are all good sized and look expensive. One thing to note is that every plate is slightly different the non red parts are a full spectrum from green blue grey that adds to the overall style.

If you read my previous review, it wasn’t good- ONLY- because the Incompetent Courier, that delivered them, left them in a Communal area, and were thus STOLEN. I reported this to the Company, who were Horrified. They PROMPTLY arranged me a NEW delivery, with a different Courier service. They arrived very promptly, and they are FANTASTIC! Their weight alone, gives them the feel of pure Quality! They have an EXCELLENT finish, and very durable. I LOVE THEM – and may order some additional pieces. TOP MARKS to the Company, who dealt with my complaint – seriously, and promptly. I highly recommend them, as I can see me having them for at least a Decade!

I love this square dinner set. So different and quality. It was my 1st bigger spend on decent dinnerware. I bought 2 sets. Love the green gradient colour. They seem really sturdy. 1 bowl was broken on delivery even though they are really well packed. However customer service was great got a reply the next day and they sent a replacement bowl plus extras as compensation. Very pleased. thank you.

I love how nice they look and the size of the plates are amazing and easy to clean but you have to dry them straight away otherwise they leave little drop stains on them but that’s not a problem keeps them looking lovely

I love my new set, I actually bought 2 sets , however, I was a bit disappointed that there are some flaws on the plates, side and dinner.
Everything else is great but just a bit let down by the flaws.

We had a plate break in the microwave and we got a replacement with in a week great service
I had been looking around for a good quality black square dinner service for sometime and then found this one.
Initially I purchased the 32 piece set, which unfortunately when they arrived one dinner plate was broken and a bowl was chipped.
After contacting the supplier and sending photos, they promised replacements ASAP, as at the time they didn’t have the stock.
Whilst waiting for the replacement items we also found that the glaze on one of the mug handles hadn’t taken and the bare porcelain showed through. Again sending a photos, the supplier promised as a good will gesture they would send a whole new 16 piece dinner service.
This arrived a few days later with no issues or broken bits.
I absolutely love my new dinner set although still trying to get used to the weight of the dinner plates vs my old ones
I would recommend this company for their professional customer service and speedy communications.

This is a quality product the weight of the plates is quite surprising large enough for anything you could possibly want for dinner, the side plates are great for everything g else

Excellent service and product. Arrived quickly and had 1 broken dish but contacted provider and replaced straight away.
Excellent delivery, we ordered 3 sets all arrived in time and compkete.
Unfortunately 3 weeks later a plate cracked in the dishwasher but contacted the seller who after seeing photographic evidence was very happy to send a replacement which we received 5 days later.
