These are individually wrapped in foil pouches and the sticky side has a piece of waxed paper along its length which must be peeled off. Then you have to fold it up and push the tab through a slot and bend it over to secure. This can then be hung in the wardrobe or on a handle etc. Just beware. The inside is VERY sticky. Strong enough to stick a mouse I would say. I accidentally knocked it when sorting through my wardrobe and it fell open and stuck itself to a red silk velvet jacket. It was almost impossible to remove it and it took some of the velvet fibres off and left glue on the jacket. I’m not sure how to get the glue off the jacket or even if it can be done.
However, it does attract clothes moths and thoroughly sticks them. It is much better at getting the moths than a UV lamp and these moths were trapped in a room where a strong UV lamp is on at night. Certainly cheaper than running the lamp even though they are around 2 each. They are still working and trapping moths after more than two months use. I can recommend them, just don’t get them stuck to clothes!

    VERY Sticky and Do Work!

Left these traps in closed room for 2 weeks after seeing a few moths flying around. Returned and stunned at how effective this product is. Reordered and hopefully will find a solution to the moth issue once and for all!

    Terrifyingly good

I’ve been fighting a battle with clothes moths for a few years now. I’ve tried several different brands of this type of moth trap, with varying success. It usually takes at least a week to see any results, but these have trapped 12 moths within a day of putting them out. I’ve set up a subscription as these will be my trap of choice now.

The idea behind the product is great as it attracts moth , just to have them stuck on one side, the trap is easy to assemble and doesnt make any smell.
I just know that after a while it will look disgusting with the corpses of all the dead moths but that is the price to pay to keep your armany in shape i guess

    simpel and effective solutio

Easy to set up. Seem to be effective for several weeks. Actually catch clothes moths successfully!

My house was infested with clothing moths for quite a while before I realised I had a major moth problem. I have used a competitors pheromone product but it didn’t seem to attract the male moths very well. As soon as I put out this trap, 2 moths were trapped! The is cost effective also. The trap itself is also kind of cute and I have one out on a shelf.

EDIT: Literally a week after posting my 1-star review of these traps, they suddenly filled up with moths! I specifically waited a month before posting my review because I wanted to give them a fair chance to work, and they did nothing until now. I can’t know for sure why they suddenly began catching moths, but the heatwave seemed to be what kick-started it. Perhaps the male moths only hatch out in hotter weather? Like crocodiles? Or perhaps the heat simply causes the pheromones to radiate from the traps more effectively? Whatever the case, all of the traps are working now – some more than others, but finding the right location seems to be key. I’m still only giving 4 stars because it seems they wouldn’t work until my house reached 26C, which isn’t a guarantee in this country.

    Original review:
The idea behind these traps is that the card is coated on one side in a glue with contains a pheromone which attracts the male moths to it and they get stuck and die there – preventing them from mating with any females, who must learn to live life as a strong, independent woman and (hopefully) never breed. However my moths laughed at these traps.

The title clearly states “Trap and Kill Case-Bearing Webbing Cloth Moth Trap” & I’m not sure about the webbing moths, but it definitely doesn’t work on case-bearing clothes moths. I’ve had these hanging up for a month now and none of them have caught a single moth – in this same time-frame I’ve probably killed about 30 by hand. I even tried chasing a few of them around the room with the trap in hand and they were having none of it.

If you’re not sure what kind of moth you have, the larvae are the best way to tell – the “case-bearing” clothes moth larvae never really leave their cases which they build around their body from silk and surrounding lint, and their cases look like little rolls of lint (or pills/bobbles – whatever you call them) – usually white, but usually with a few colored fibers mixed in. I’ve added a photo of one for you.

I’m disappointed, but I hope this was helpful.

    EDIT: They are working now

These traps come in a pack of six. Each trap is individually foil wrapped. They fold out flat so they can be hung or they fold into a prism shape to be placed onto furniture.
These traps are larger than others I have used and have a larger sticking area.
They absolutely do work and they are the best that I have used. They have no problem attracting the little critters and do the job they are intended for very well, I think that they are so good I have already purchased some more! They should be replaced every 5-6 weeks of use for them to remain effective.
Definitely work and very good value.

You need to be mindful that these 6 packs of AnqeerHub, Non-Toxic Sticky Glue Trap Clothes Moth Killer attract MALE moths with strong female moths pheromone in the adhesive sheet, so if moths flying around your house are FEMALE moths, they take no notice of this product. By catching male moths, they’ll not mate with female moths and as a result female moths don’t lay eggs to garments which will hatch and eat fabric.
I’ve put a couple of these around the house, so far they haven’t caught any but that could be because we have so many cederwood rings and lavender bags. Prevention is better than cure, so I’ll keep the product around my house anyway.
    UPDATE 04/8/2022
It’s been 1.5 months since I hang one of there in front of my wardrobe, and as you can see in the photos they do work! But as I mentioned before this works with male moths, so if pregnant female moths go into your wardrobe they’ll still lay eggs on clothes.

contains female moth pheromone which attracts male UPDATE with photos

I have put these up in all of my family wardrobes to try and makes sure our clothes are protected from moths .
I found them easy to assemble and hang wherever I needed them.
So far no moths have appeared in them, but time will tell.

This product has killed the biggest infestation of moths you’ve ever seen. For context, it’s summer now, and the windows are open when everyone’s home. I have no idea where they came from, but I’m glad they’re gone. All the curtains, rugs and carpets provided the perfect breeding ground for them in the heat. We put one in every bedroom, and the living room, and each sticker looked like this within 48hrs.

Moth killer - Lives up to it’s name

They’re catching a LOT of moths! It hasn’t solved my moth problem, I don’t know where they’re all coming from but .. the traps ARE catching a LOT of moths in my wardrobe!

These clothes moth traps work perfectly and are easy to setup. Just open the individually sealed packet, take off the protective layer and fold it up. You can hang it up or I placed mine on top of the wardrobe. Due to the hot weather we had or windows open and this caught three that evening.
Definitely attracts them and the stickiness means they can’t get away.
This will save my clothing and fabrics.
    Would recommend.

    Work perfectly

These traps are basically pieces of card with a sticky side, which is revealed by peeling away a piece of paper. The card is folded with the sticky side inside and, as it is impregnated with female moth pheromones, it is designed to attract male moths and hopefully will break the breeding cycle. I have used similar clothes moth traps to good, but limited, effect and am hoping these will be as good in the long run. You do also catch other insects if they happen to enter and cross the sticky paper, but they are designed to only attract the male clothes moths and thus collateral damage will hopefully be kept to a minimum.

You need to place the traps where moths are likely to be, which is near the edges of carpets, inside wardrobes and, basically, everywhere else as well if this house is anything to go by. Check regularly to see if you have caught any moths, but bear in mind the female ones are likely to stay flying around, so don’t take that as a sign of failure. I am also using other means of capture; a spider catcher if I see any flying and also an electronic fly zapper. Nothing appears to be 100% effective, but the cumulative effect of everything will hopefully provide more control and reduce their number overall. These traps will at least provide an indication of whether you have any moths actively in your home and allow you to confirm identity – not all moths are bad moths, even if it feels like it sometimes.

I have caught clothes moths on the sticky traps and these are useful with a built in hanger meaning they are useful in wardrobes more so than on the floor (use others there). Don’t expect to catch them frequently, but they do work – in conjunction with fly zappers, spider vacuums, sticky fly catchers on windows, sprays and even, at times, fly spray.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI got these as a man at the end of my tether!

Over 25 years ago, a girlfriend bought me an African tapestry to hang on the wall. It looked lovely. Little did I know the trouble that this tapestry was going to cause me for the next quarter of a century!

The first signs of trouble came when I started noticing dust on the floor underneath the hanging. ‘It’s heavy wool’ I thought. ‘It obviously gathers a lot of dust’.

It was only when I started to notice small holes appearing in the tapestry, that I realised what the problem was. Moths – and lots of them. The tapestry was promptly binned, but it was too late. The moths had well and truly established themselves in my house and were intent on feasting upon every good quality item of clothing that I owned.

Numerous house moves did nothing to rid me of these creatures. The moth menace has made my life a misery ever since. Some years have been worse than others. A few years ago, I thought that I had discovered ground zero – a box in the attic that contained a wooly jumper and an old wig. Even after disposing of these half consumed items, the problem persists. I now live in a perpetual state of constant fear that my vintage tweed jackets and best suit will go the same way as the wig.

Enter, the Anqeer Hub Clothes Moth Traps – A last ditch attempt to repel the invaders. These six traps contain no poison, are ready to use and claim to solve your moth problem. We will see. At twelve pounds for six, they seem pretty reasonably priced. To be honest, after years of torment, I’d be happy to pay two hundred quid if it was to rid me of these meddlesome moths.

The traps are set. They are in the clothes cupboard, so let’s see how they go. Watch this space..

    Please work!!!
