I am very happy that I ordered this Candy washing machine. It’s easy to use and I like that it has a 14min, 30min and 44min wash cycle, which I use all the time. There’s plenty of spin cycles to choose from. The drum is lovely and big, for plenty of washing. Definitely recommend.

It seemed to be a black sheet of material and go’s on the underside of the machine, I think I should have asked amazon, they are always so good about things, but I didn’t Ho Hum.

Looks super sexy and so quiet, my daughter and I installed thus on our own (which I always prefer to do if I can) and it was so simple and quick.

Have not had problems with this. I like the 15 min short wash. The spin gets clothes nearly dry. Drum large enough to wash my double duvet. Love the colour as I didn’t want white. Very easy to install, did it myself.

Needed a reasonably priced washing machine as my old one suddenly gave up the ghost! Good machine, but same problem as with previous Candy – cover for filter doesn’t hold very firmly, keeps falling open.

The younger of the two men could not fit our water hose properly (the supplied one was too short) and they left with a puddle of water on the kitchen floor. I fit the hose myself after they had gone, with no problem.

Fab washing machine, big 10k drum so fab for a family,Lots of quick washes.
Great washing machine lots of different functions washing is always clean and fresh I would definitely recommend.

1400 spin works well.Dont find this machine noisy on wash or spin.Plenty of cycles gets through washing pile quick.Good machine if u need a reasonably priced 8 kg machine would recommend u get one.Quick delivery which was a bonus.

I paid for a install but the delivery men were useless and didn’t even know that you needed to turn the ‘tap’ on the wahing machine water pipe

First off I thought the service superb, the extra cost for removal of the old machine and fitting of the new one well worth it, and I found the fitters professional, polite and efficient, with the whole process complete in less than an hour.
We have had the machine now for around two months with it doing an average of two loads a day having no issues at all. The controls are simple and instructions easy to follow. The machine in my opinion is quite noisy but we have been more than happy with its washing performance.
Overall a lower end budget machine which does a good job of washing, it is on the noisy side, and has an energy class of E which means it will cost more to run and not as good for the environment as a better rated machine. The only thing we found a little difficult to follow was the instructions for initial setup but we got there in the end …it’s fantastic good choice of washing settings and wide variety of times for a wash load depending on how long you have … Great family washing machine large drum (we are a family of 6 so I do a lot of washing)
Excellent washing machine, easy to use, easy to install, really quiet, and by downloading the app you get extra washing cycles.
Washing machine is fabulous as washing machines go. Very quiet and lots of different options for all your washing needs. Vibration very low, just make sure you set the feet correctly. Standard wash is 2 hours. 1000spin clothes came out fairly dry so only needed a few hours on the line.
Down load the app as it has some handy tips for little human clothes.
Very simple to use and the big door makes loading and unloading so much easier.

An hour and thirty eight minutes later I again had to manually put it to rinse and spin.i think I may have made a huge mistake buying this model intend searching net for clearer instructions tomorrow. Instillation men where great installed my new machine and took away my old one very efficiently after ordering. Cycles done relatively fast, fits a lot of clothes in and looks great. I am very happy with my new candy machine!

On Friday I tried everywhere to get a quick delivery on a new machine but simply couldn’t (Christmas, covid, you name it – all made it impossible.
Then I looked at amazon. Found this Candy and decided this time to go with a brand that has a good reputation for washing machines.
I paid 21 to have my old machine taken away with wrapping from new one, and the new one installed. Delivery was set for Monday and, if I’m honest, I was expecting to be left down on that.
So when I got a text from Amazon at 07:19 on the Monday, telling me they would be there in 30 mins I was relieved and surprised. Yes it meant they would be here whilst we were trying to get ready for school but we could manage.
Well readers, at 8:00 a.m. my new machine was in and on its test wash and the Amazon guys were on their way to their next job.

On Friday I tried everywhere to get a quick delivery on a new machine but simply couldn’t (Christmas, covid, you name it – all made it impossible.
Then I looked at amazon. Found this Candy and decided this time to go with a brand that has a good reputation for washing machines.
I paid 21 to have my old machine taken away with wrapping from new one, and the new one installed. Delivery was set for Monday and, if I’m honest, I was expecting to be left down on that.
So when I got a text from Amazon at 07:19 on the Monday, telling me they would be there in 30 mins I was relieved and surprised. Yes it meant they would be here whilst we were trying to get ready for school but we could manage.
Well readers, at 8:00 a.m. my new machine was in and on its test wash and the Amazon guys were on their way to their next job.

False advertisement in the product description, it has an EU acoustic level C, not A and it is quite loud. It’s easy to operate and was fairly light making it easy to install. Too early to comment on reliability.
It’s more compact that my old one and only a kilogram less so I like its easier to move around. It works well and I like the smart features. Only thing I’d suggest is making sure the draw is closed all the way. I left it open slightly and a lot of water poured out. First I thought it was broken or faulty but when I closed the draw properly it stopped. Other than that I’m really happy with it and and it was an excellent price.
