The use of cam locks dowels and screws is fairly typical. I would have liked soft close drawer roller mechanisms and generally felt the contruction was not as good as IKEA. However very pleased with the eventual result.
Excellent unit. Gives us extra storage space. Easy to manouver as on wheels.
Takes a bit of time to assemble.
It’s looks the part more cupboard space and extra work surface, it fits lovely in our kitchen not to big or small just love it.
+ Once constructed, looks really nice and gives plenty of storage space
+ Price isn’t too bad

– Very annoying and time consuming to construct, you’re looking at a good few hours DIY
– Top drawers are quite small (not much depth)
Just what I was looking for, perfect size & good price.
Had it assembled by a professional as it was too much for Hubble & I he thought it was a good buy, good instructions & well put together.
Great product, relatively straight forward to assemble.
I wouldn’t say it’s the sturdiest but if kit so can’t be quite as rough as you might be with fitted units but it looks great and the storage inside is bigger than expected. The unit is also nice and slim line. All appears to be good quality, the wooden worktop is especially nice. Great purchase for a small kitchen that just needs a quick storage and counter top space boos
Came in two heavy cardboard packages. Good instructions provided and all parts labelled well. One end panel was difficult to align and the holes for the shelf pegs did not match their opposite holes. Had to drill new ones to get level shelves. Materials are covered MDF mostly. Castors work but are not totally smooth in use. One drawer catches in the runners but usable. Did not need the towel rail/knife holder so left off to save space. Overall appearance is good and achieves the result we were choosing it for.
I recently purchased one as my brand new house was a bit short of storage in the kitchen. I had just down sized and had not realised jus how much ‘kitchen’ stuff l had. This item fitted the bill perfectly and gives me various choices of how to utilise best the space l have. It even comes with wheel locks to prevent it from accidentally moving.
It was a bit fiddly to put it together, but once you have laid out the parts it becomes simple. My one slight niggle is that the work top is a bit thin and it really needed a thicker one. So beware if you want to use it as a secondary worktop. Other than that, l love it and it fits in well with the rest of the kitchen and of course there is nothing stopping you from painting the unit a different colour. Would l buy another ONE, YES but l would try to fit a thicker
