Had a couple of the toilet tents that fold into them self’s but not as good as this one. Yes this one is more bulky when in bag but far better product. Easy to put up and down large inside. Use for showering as well plenty of room. Bin up in some strong winds and seems ok.

I use this with my camper van when I’m away for short breaks and don’t want the faff of using the awning – easy to put up super spacious and easy to collapse and stow – with the guy ropes if us stable in windy conditions and it is spacious – with a table inside for multi level storage – I put a ground sheet under the floor because the base is designed to let the shower water soak away and this kept the moisture out perfectly – very impressed – its worth the money when something works well

At last, having tried 3 toilet tents to complement our campervan trips in the past 2 years, we’ve been successful with this one. Previous tents haven’t been cheap either, “pop up” toilet tents are absolutely useless in the rain they’re just too flimsy and won’t pack down properly again. No problem with this one though – very sturdy, ample space for a loo and our suitcases and the BBQ & charcoal. Two handy large hooks for drying towels. The only thing to improve is that the zip holes are too small even for a thin wire-type padlock, if only they’d used zips with a larger hole it could be padlocked. But that’s not worthy of knocking down a star, just a suggestion to the manufacturers. Great tent, up and down in a few mins for one person, and easy to pack back in the generous bag. We don’t use it for showers, we use site shower blocks but we do use it for the camping loo and storage. Ample space for changing even with our stuff in there. We use a square tarp for the floor (bought on Amazon 200mm longer than the floor area providing an upstand) just in case of heavy downpours so our suitcases won’t get wet from underneath.

very easy to put up and take down. See a lot of people struggling with the fold up – pop up type, I know I have in the past until I watched a few YouTube videos.
This tent makes a mockery of everyone else….

This is lightweight, sturdy when erected and simple to put up. Well designed with provision to hang a towel and store some small items in the attached internal bags. Waterproof fabric (not yet tested), but does need to be pegged out for rigidity. The storage bag is roomy, making repacking a very easy task. Overall, well made and does the job well.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI am pleased as I can put this up in my own. It’s quite simple. Much bigger than I expected.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersReceived my Colapz shower tent the other week and immediately opened parcel just to check it out – have to say I was really impressed with the ease at which it is erected and set into place and as such it actually deserves a FIVE star rating. Erects within a minute (and dismantles in same time too) and looks and feels to be of premium quality 🙂

However, I wonder whether the team at Colapz have actually got to use one of thier shower tents out in the field – and I mean out in a sloping field at that, not just in the warehouse or design studio with nice level floors

Using my shower tent this afternoon I had no other option than to position it on a gentle slope with the door facing up hill. This in turn meant that my (Joolca Hottap) shower head was at the rear corner on the downhill side of the ground.
Showering was nothing out of the ordinary and was quite pleasant as you would reasonably expect, but it was only when I finished showering that I became aware of the fact that the rear of the tent floor was full of water which did not (and never would) drain away naturally when sited on sloping ground, and even wonder if it would fully drain even if on level ground?

When erected, the base is 1.55mtr x 1.55mtr square, but inside the tent, only the outer edges are fitted with a “floor” which is probably around 30cms wide – the remaining central floor area is open to the ground, but there is also a drop down panel that you can use to cover the floor if you wish.

I chose not to use to infill floor but doesnt really matter as water was collecting on the outer edge floor sections anyway and this is the flaw, in that it did not, and will never, drain away 🙁
With the tent pegged to the ground there is not enough slack in the material to help it drain, and actually would be better if either those panels were not there at all or were actually made of a mesh that allowed water to drain naturally

Other than that issue, I do like the Colapz shower tent but hope future models have better drainage options than my version has

Fantastic shower. Tent with plenty of space and storage for towel and washing products, easy to put up. And take down and stood string in winds of up to 45mph would definitely recommend

Roomy, easy to put up and take down, looks good, waterproof, lots of useful extras like hooks and hangingbags. Big plus – the bag is big enough to get the tent back in easily.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersWhat a wonderful surprise. Something that is easy to open and close. Good quality and massive. You could put your sunchair in there if you wanted to escape from the noisy kids. My husband was stunned at the size and as he is a big strong guy he loved it. Not your usual rubbish pea in a pod loo tent but something that you can shower in as well as the other. Bought the shower to go with it and wow – amazing. Some reviews of the smaller ones said they had bought 2 that year. False economy. Do not give it a second thought.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersInitially bought two cheap pop up tents (each for around 30) over the last two year, which have both broken within a short period. I should have known after the first purchase. This Colapz shower/utility tent seems expensive but it’s just such a well made item. Perfect/generous amount of space, really good zipper (which tells you everything), versatile, great colour, stable, easy to set up and pack down and isn’t absolutely massive or heavy. Based on this experience and further reviews, I subsequently bought the Colapz rechargeable shower and stand (even though I already had a portable shower) and they are great too. The flow rate of the shower is amazing. I’ve had far worse flow rates in campsite showers and don’t have to keep pressing a button to restart it! 20 litres in a bucket gives you a good 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersWhat a fabulous, toilet/shower tent. I’ve not had chance to use it yet but I have put it up, which took about 3 minutes. It is useful to have two people to do it, but one could manage. It’s surprisingly spacious, with a high quality frame. Some very nice details, like the towel strap, and the ability to raise the floor very simply when you shower. Fantastically well thought out, good height (my 6′ partner had plenty of room) and it packs down small and is supplied with a carry bag, 8 pegs and 4 guy ropes. We can fit it down the side of our VW California ocean campervan.

30/08/2021 I’ve now had chance to use this (at least as a toilet tent and changing room) and I am so pleased with it. On a rainy day I did I find some water came in through the seams, but it isn’t an issue as it’s a shower tent anyway, plus the bottom isn’t fixed so any water can escape. The tent warms up nicely on cooler mornings and evenings and keeps any wind off. It’s just been so useful. Other campers keep asking where I bought it too, so I think I may have a bit of toilet tent envy going on . I previously forgot to mention there are fitted internal bags and various hooks. Provided the air isn’t too damp I just leave a toilet roll in the covered bag and pull off toilet paper as needed.
The only tiny negative is that it looks a bit messy when it packs up, but who cares as it all fits in the bag without issue.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWe bought it to use a toilet tent during campsite restrictions, very easy to assemble and big enough. Much better than the pop up thing used before!

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our UsersBought this to replace a smaller toilet/utility tent after considering a Lumaland(leaky window) and a Quest (not available and no roof vents or windows). So glad we did. It might be quite expensive but it is very well made. Best features are a sturdy frame, a good strong 2 way zip, roof vents with supports with velcro fastenings and interior bags one of which is waterproof. Pictures show these things. If you want a good idea of this tent look at the Darche Quick Cube Ensuite on YouTube. It’s identical and the 8 minute film is very good. We did have a minor problem with the tent but Colapz customer services sorted it out by email in less than 3 hours. I would recommend this tent as a good quality, easy to assemble, strong and stable item. I would also endorse Colapz as a first rate company with great customer service.

    Brilliant shower/toilet/utility te

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersIt was fast to set up and has enough room for a full size camping toilet are full size camping sink with water tank and waste tank and still has room to get dressed and changed in its brilliant the floor can untangle and hang to the side for showering or helping spilt water from children to drain away without messing up the tent. With the Guide ropes set up the thing was solid

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersAfter using one of the cheap pop up toilet tents and trying to get it back in the bag, the search started for something with a bit more quality about it.

I came across this Colapz toilet tent on Amazon, it is very similar to another brand’s tent which was out of stock everywhere so we went for this with next day delivery from Amazon.

The poles are sturdy, got it up in under 20 seconds and pinned down in 4 corners via the pegging points. Supplied guys ropes are attached for windy conditions, the zip is of a decent quality as is the actual tent material. Floor can be lifted to use as a shower, points to retain shower hose and head are fitted to the tent itself, bag is a generous size and easy top pack away.

If you’re looking for a quality product this may well be it, we will use it as storage when not needing our own toilet.

Quality Product, ideal for toilet shower or storage.
