We love this tent. Got for beach and its perfect. I am a 70 yr old lady and i put it up and take down by myself. So simple and easy !!!! Keep our little lap dog in it for the shade at beach. She has no complaints…..

FAZIT
Endlich eine Strandmuschel / Zelt wo nicht nur der Aufbau schnell und einfach funktioniert, sondern auch der Abbau. Hier wurden an etliche Details gedacht und berzeugt in ganzer Linie. Es ist vor allem Genug Platz fr die Familie da und somit steht einen Strandbesuch nichts im Wege. Jeden Euro wert!
This tent is great, I open it up, it immediately popped into place, it actually happened a lot quicker and smoother than I imagined.
The front opening with landing worked great, the windows and rear opening all easily rolled up and I cannot say enough good things about this tent.
I specifically was looking for something that would pop open and didn’t need assembly, and this one was a perfect fit.
It was able to give us some shelter from the sun, it withstood some intense wind and was a nice size for two people.
It’s lightweight and doesn’t take touch space, you can take it by plane aswell.

I’m a grandmother and this tent for the beach and garden was so easy to put up single-handed. I’ve struggled with a previous pop-up tent. One word of caution – it needs securing firmly if windy. Plenty of room for the grandchildren and private for changing in the beach

We’ve been using this all Sumer and it’s simply fantastic, get to the park / beach with the kids, set it up and it provides a sheltered space for them to change after going in the water or for an easy escape from the sun. The pop up tent takes seconds to setup and be ready to use, it’s made from the usual type of tent material which so far has been weather resistant and strong. Overall a great item .
This is a blue pop up tent for 80 for protection on the beach from the sun.
One Minute Set Up
Lay the tent on the ground with poles upwards. Lift the poles upwards with one hand whilst holding the tent. Push the central pole down into the apex and click into place. Then thread the tent hook on to the poles. Takes me less than one minute.
Small Footprint
This tent is about 2 metres wide, 1.2 metres deep, and 1 metre high. The tent is lightweight and collapses into a small carry case.
Flexible
When you want a bit of privacy then you can fold the opening hatch shut. When you need a bit of extra patch for your stuff you can extend the flap outwards. Need a through breeze then unzip the window at the back. A couple of pockets are useful to keep your phone and keys to hand and not buried in the sand.
Great tent for the visit to the beach.
Das Stranszelt ist ziemlich gro, sowohl von den Packmaen aber auch im Aufgebauten Zustand. Aber es ist auch recht leicht, mit etwas mehr als 2 Kilo, also ca. 2 Getrnkeflaschen kann man es gut tragen. Zum Wandern ist es aber wegen der Mae eher nicht geeignet, da gibt es deutlich kleinere (ca, hab so gro nur).
Der Stoff ist dnn aber stabil und es macht einen durchaus gut verarbeiteten Eindruck!
Das Beste an dem Zelt ist aber, dass es sich wirklich in 3 Sekunden aufbauen lsst! Ohne bertreibung! Man holt e aus der Packung, setzt es an, wo es stehen soll und zieht dann nur das Zentrum nach oben und lsst es einrasten. Schon steht es. Wer will kann noch ein paar Eheringen an den Ecken reinhauen, ist aber im Normalfall unntig. Lediglich bei sehr sehr starkem Wind ntig.
Der Abbau geht ein bichen lnger, man muss das Zenrumlsen und dann die 4 Ecken je 2mal nach innen falten und dann alles zusammenrollen. Das kann man schnell machen, dann geht es auch nur wenige Sekunden, aber die verliert man wieder wenn man das Zelt dann versucht in die Hlle zu packen. Besser man faltet es ordentlich, was immer noch weniger al 1 Minute dauert und dann lsst es sich schnell in der Hlle verpacken.
Sonnenschutz ist hoch, vermutlich 40-50.
Bin sehr angetan, ein tolles Zelt und den Preis wert!
Also wir sind total zufrieden. Super leichter Aufbau, Durchlftung durch das hintere Fenster und vorne noch die Verlngerung um die Muschel zu verschlieen. Wir hatten noch nie so eine tolle Windmuschel und freuen uns jetzt auf den Urlaub damit. Der Preis ist natrlich schon recht hoch, doch auf den ersten Blick scheint es sich gelohnt zu haben. Wir haben uns allerdings noch ein paar Abspannbnder dazu geholt, da es an der Nordsee ja schonmal etwas windiger werden kann.
In erster Linie finde ich es etwas bertrieben, in diese Strandmuschel/Popup-Zelt 4 erwachsene Menschen hinein zu implementieren zu wollen
Da wird dieses Ding aus allen Nhten platzen, idealer Weise ist dieses Zelt/Strandmuschel fr 2 Erwachsene und ein max. 2 Kinder gedacht, in meinen Augen zumindest, und ich denke mein Gefhl tuscht mich da nicht
Nun zum Preis und was ich dafr bekomme
Fr runde 80,- Euro, (stand 07,2022) im groben gesagt eine Strandmuschel die schon ein paar Jahre aushalten mag, das ist jedoch nicht eines der grten Vorteile in meinen Augen, denn dadurch bedingt, dass der Auf/Abbaumechanismus, im Grunde genommen wie ein Sonnenschirm funktioniert, ist das Installieren wenn man das so sagen darf kein Hexenwerk
Kein gegeneinander verdrehen und sich am Strand Blamieren oder gar zur Lachnummer zu werden, nur eben oben draufdrcken und die Enden ein btw. Ausklappen, leichter und Einfacher geht es wohl kaum.
Der Stoff” aus dem die Muschel gefertigt ist, mag sich billig” anhren, ist es jedoch nicht, er ist relativ Reifest und hat schon einiges gegen Sonne und Wind entgegen zu setzen
Alles in Allem vergebe ich gerne hier 4 gute Sterne und eine Kaufempfehlung
Die Strandmuschel von Colapz wird mit einer Tragetasche, Heringen aus Plastik und einer Anleitung (integriert in der Tragetasche) geliefert. Die Strandmuschel hat mich wirklich berzeugt, da:
1. Der Aufbau wirklich einfach ist. Nach dem Auspacken tut man das Gestell am Kopf der Muschel zusammendrcken (dadurch wird das Zelt aufgedrckt). Danach muss man nur die Zellplane ber einen Haken einhngen und die vier Gestnge an ihren Gelenken auseinanderdrcken. Zur Befestigung gegen leichten und mittleren Wind sind Heringe beigelegt.
Das Aufbauen funktioniert gleichermaen – natrlich in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
2. Die Qualitt ist wirklich super. Die ganze Verarbeitung von Zelt (einschlielich Stangen und Plane) macht einen hochwertigen und durchdachten Eindruck. Die Details sind super – man hat einige Auen- & Innentaschen, ein groen Fenster an der Rckseite (hier kann man die Zeltplane ffnen und hat nur noch ein Fliegengitter) fr eine bessere Belftung. Auerdem hat man vor dem Eingangsbereich noch ein ganzen Stck Zeltplane, sozusagen einen verlngerten Boden und kann dann auch vor der Muschel in der Sonne liegen (ohne sich dabei einzusanden).
Die Muschel wirkt 3kg und hat foglende Mae: 220 x 120 cm. Zwar ist der Preis etwas hoch, jedoch habe ich die Erfahrung gemacht, dass billige Strandprodukte wie Muscheln oder Sonnenschirme immer schnell kaputt gehen. Daher wrde ich mir lieber einmal ein hochwertiges Produkt kaufen, an dem ich lnger Spa habe und welches durch seine Langlebigkeit zu weniger Mll und auf Dauer auch weniger Kosten fhrt. Daher bin ich voll und ganz begeistert, empfehle das Produkt weiter und vergebe 5 Sterne.
Die Strandmuschel ist sicher bei mir angekommen.
Sie hat eine gute Qualitt und wurde gut verarbeitet, keine losen Fden oder Nhte.
Ich finde sie hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung, ausreichend Taschen, eine ausklappbare Bodenverlngerung und ist beidseitig verschliebar, wenn man sich mal umziehen mchte. Die Durchlftung ist ebenfalls gut, da an der Rckseite ein groes Fenster mit Fliegengitter ist.
Etwas doof finde ich dass nur Kunststoffheringe mitgeliefert werden, da bei vielen Seen eher Wiese ist und diese nur fr Sand gehen. Da wre es schn gewesen auch mit metallene mitgeliefert zu bekommen.
Den Auf- und Abbau finde ich, wenn man den Dreh raus hat, relativ einfach.
This is a great tent for the odd/occasional use on a picnic (when the weather is good) or at the beach. Set-up is really intuitive and I managed to popup the tent in under 5 minutes without referring to the user manual. Likewise, dismantling is easy and rolls well into the provided carry bag. The tent is spacious for 2 people and may be a bit tight for 3. There is a netted window to allow air in and the front opening locks up if needed.
This tent is showerproof at the very best but since the front opening does not seal, water will come in during rain or shower. So probably not ideal when rain is forecasted or maybe even overnight camping trips.
The price is a little too high for what it is given that you can buy fully waterproof tents for a little more money. But if your use is limited to garden parties, good weather picnics or the beach, this tent is more than sufficient.

So it is quite lightweight, easy to carry, assembling is more than easy, took few minutes to pop up tent, quite big, perfect for our family of 3, great for hot days, or on the beach!
Denn aufgebaut finden zwei groe Personen der Breite nach Platz und knnen die Muschel bei Bedarf trotzdem noch komplett mit der vorderen Tr verschlieen die ansonsten als Liegeflche im Freien dient.
Quer knnen doppelt so viele Sonnenanbeter nebeneinander liegen, dann allerdings zur Hlfte im Freien.
Das Packma der zusammengelegten Muschel ist dennoch durchaus akzeptabel, zumal die Pop-Up-Varianten der Strandmuscheln oft einen riesigen Durchmesser mitbringen was sie meines Erachtens unhandlicher macht als den Beutel der Colapz Strandmuschel.
Einmal ganz abgesehen davon dass der Abbau bei der Colapz intuitiver vonstatten geht whrend man die schnell auf den Strand geworfene Pop-Up-Version erst noch kunstvoll zusammenlegen muss.
Auf- und Abbau gehen auerdem sehr leicht durch Aus- bzw. Einklappen der Stangen und einen Mechanismus hnlich eines Regenschirms.
Im Innern gibt es drei Netztaschen zur Aufbewahrung, darber ein Fenster zum Durchlften und seitlich angebrachte Taschen lassen sich mit Sand fllen um die Muschel zu sichern, zustzlich liegen auch noch Kunststoffheringe bei.
Ob der Sonnenschutz hlt was er verspricht muss der Strandurlaub in vier Wochen zeigen.
This tent is a great – it is really lightweight and easy to carry – made from good quality materials – and really easy to erect and collapse once you know exactly how to do it and i would recommend a few practice attempts at home to avoid looking like an idiot in public!! It is really easy once you get the hang of it!
It is a good size great for two adults and a couple of kids to fit inside. We have taken it to the park and it works really well and can be kept in place using tent pents to keep it in place…..
….the beach however was a bit of problem if it is windy as you will need to find some way of fastening it down properly or it will blow away and the tent pents are a bit useless on sand!! WE managed to find a few rocks to weigh it down and once all the bags were inside it was fine!
Really good though – great for keeping kids and dogs out the sun – or yourself.
This is a really good quality pop up tent. It’s is durable, sturdy and very roomy. The tent gives 50+ UV protection against the sun. It is also wind and shower resistant. The tent comes with a carrying pouch and ground pegs and is really easy to assemble.
We have set this tent up in the back garden for my granddaughter to play in. She really likes it. It’s big enough for three people so I sometimes play with her inside it.

Ich hatte die Mglichkeit das Strandmuschel-Zelt der Firma Colapz zu testen.
Fakten:

Dieses Pop-Up Strandzelt ist etwas fr eine Familie mit max. zwei Kleinkindern (max. 6-7 Jahre alt). Danach braucht ihr meiner Meinung nach eine grere. Mit unseren beiden Rabauken” ist es jetzt schon fast soweit. Es ist schnell aufgebaut und mit den Heringen im Boden verankert. Fast so schnell ist es auch wieder verpackt, da man das Zelt nicht extra an den Stangen befestigen muss. Es ist bereits daran befestigt. Das Pop-Up System trgt natrlich zum schnellen Auf-und Abbau bei und ist fr mich die beste Methode etwas herzustellen.
Viele Strandfreunde kennen ein derartiges Strandzelt. Der ordnungsgeme Aufbau war in ca. fnf Minuten abgeschlossen. Dabei braucht man auch kein besonderes Talent, da sich der Aufbau, fast, von allein erklrt. Das Gute bei diesem Zelt ist, dass eben keine Stangen extra verbaut werden mssen.
Bemerkung:
Auf jeden Fall sollte man alles Zuhause einmal aufbauen. Dadurch lassen sich potentielle Peinlichkeiten am Strand ersparen. Wir sind vollstndig zufrieden.
Abschlieend gehe ich noch auf das Preis-Leistung-Verhltnis ein. Hier bekommt man ein gutes Standmuschel-Zelt fr die ganze Familie und dies in einer sehr guten Qualitt. Wenn die Kinder grer werden, kriegen sie ihre eigene Muschel. Etwas Handling ist beim Aufbau immer gut, jedoch hat man sich hier sehr schnell eingefuchst. Klare Kaufempfehlung.
Die Strandmuschel kam zunchst in einer eher kleinen und schmalen Verpackung an. Da dachte ich erstmal es wrde sich um ein kleineres Zelt handeln. Als ich es dann auspackte entpuppte sich seine tatschliche Gre. Es lsst sich anscheinend sehr kompakt zusammenfalten.
Fr den Aufbau bentigt man weder Schrauben, noch sontige Werkzeuge. Mann muss die Stbe einfach auseinanderziehen, oben festmachen und schon steht das Zelt bereit. Mann kann es noch zustzlich mit den mitgelieferten Bolzen im Boden befestigen, falls man diesen auf einem Rasen o aufgebaut hat.
Die Verarbeitet wirkt gut und das ganze Konstrukt fhlt sich insgesamt stabil an. Es bietet sehr viel Platz und hat eingrbaute Fenster mit Fliegengutter und kleine hngende Beutel fr allmglichen Kram.
Bis jetzt bin ich echt berzeugt umd kann die Strandmuschel auch jedem weiterempfehlen.
Es gibt 3 Arten von Strandmuscheln, welche ich im Laufe der Jahre schon hatte.
1.
Die Fiberglasvariante, welche mit einem kleinen Packma brilliert, aber die man erst langwierig aufbauen muss. Hier gilt es wie bei einem Zelt die Fiberglasstangen durch Schlaufen zu fhren…. ist bei mir aus der Mode gekommen…
2.
Die Wurfmuschel… Gerne beobachtet man hier die Leute, die im Schwimmbad versuchen dieses Teil wieder zusammen legen zu wollen…. Wer hier aber etwas bt hat den Dreh mit der 8 raus und blamiert sich nicht… Nachteil: Meist Wagenradgross und somit schlecht fr den Fahrradtransport geeignet…

Die Fiberglasklappmuschel, wie wir sie hier haben…
Schnell auf und wichtig !!! auch wieder eingelegt, siehe Video.
Sie hat wieder ein viereckiges Packmass, allerdings deutlich mehr als die Muschel, welche man manuell zusammensteckt…
70cm Breite auf dem Fahrradtrger….
Da muss man schon aufpassen wo man hinfhrt….
Dennoch Punktet dieses Modell mit guter Qualitt und cleveren Details… ausreichend Netzbeutel in der Muschel und eine Durchlftung, allerdings mit einem fest vernhten Fliegengitter, so dass man nicht aus beiden Seiten aussteigen kann.
Die Mae stimmen mit den Angaben aus dem Prospekt. Toll finde ich die Funktion die Bodenverlngerung hochzuklappen. So hat man am Strand oder im Schwimmbad seinen privaten Umzugsbereich, wenn man sich auch hierfr etwas verbiegen muss, da ja die Hhe der Muschel begrenzt ist.
Mitgeliefert werden Kunststoffheringe. Ideal fr Sandige Bereiche… Wer sein Schwimmbad kennt und eher tonige Wiese hat, ist mit Stahlheringen besser bedient und sollte diese aus seinem Findus mitnehmen… Zwingend ntig sind sie aber nicht, den das “Zelt” steht auch so gut und meist hat man ja noch Taschen drin…
Eine teure, aber auch gute Muschel, die einfach zu handhaben ist und der ich nichts negatives abgewinnen kann…
Sollten meine Fotos und das Video fr die Kaufentscheidung ntzlich gewesen sein, wrde mich das sehr freuen…

Wir sind jedes Jahr an der Nordsee Urlaub machen und haben mehrere Strandmuscheln ausprobiert. Die Pop-Up Dinger will ich nicht mehr, das ist sehr nervig, wieder alles zusammen zu falten und mit den STanden ist auch auf Dauer nervig. Ich durfte diese Strandmuschel testen und bin sehr beeindruckt von der Qualitt und Leichtigkeit der Muschel. Sie is so o einfach zu aufzubauen und abzubauen. Es hlt wirklich die Sonne drauen und dem Wind stand. Praktisch auch die weit ausladende Matte am Eingang. Sehr zu empfehlen. Ruck zuck aufgebaut und abgebaut und schnell in der Tasche verstaut. Bin sehr zufrieden damit und kann es jedem nur empfehlen.
Es kommt ein berraschend schweres Paket und man merkt schon das man etwas massives gut verarbeitetes in den Hnden hlt. Im Lieferumfang Sind das Zelt mit Standen, Kunststoffheringen und einer Anleitung fr den Aufbau.
Fr den Aufbau kann man sich einfach das Video angucken. Wir haben das Zelt mit nach Dnemark genommen und in einer kleinen Bucht die wir immer besuchen aufgebaut. Die Aufbauzeit betrgt weniger als 5 Minuten (versprochen).
Nach dem Aufbau ist das Zelt wirklich stabil und fest. Die Heringe halten sehr sehr gut. Auf der Rckseite des Zeltes ist ein Netzfenster, also gut zum Luft rein lassen aber mcken bleiben drauen. Der Abbau geht ebenso schnell. Das was am lngsten dabei dauert ist eigentlich das Luft rausstreichen damit das Ding wieder in die Tasche passt.
Fazit
Insgesamt bekommt man hier verdammt viel “unterkunft” fr das Geld. Der Aufbau und Abbau geht mega schnell und das Zelt hat TOP Qualitt. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen und hoffe ich konnte euch mit meiner Erfahrung helfen.

Fr eine Strandmuschel schon (fast) zu gro, ansonsten echt mal ein klasse Ding! Easy Auf- und Abbau. Kinderleicht, idiotensicher. Da gibt es nichts zu beanstanden! Riesig, viel Platz, augenscheinlich sehr gute Qualitt. Praktisch zum Transportieren.

This tent is over 2 metres wide and 1.2 metres deep, with a head height of about a metre. It weighs in at about 3kg, so it’s pretty easier to carry about with you and even easier when it’s thrown into the boot of a car.
It’s pretty easy to set up, much easier than I expected to tell you the truth. Just drag it from its bag and lay the sides out on the ground, with the poles pointing upwards. Then, lift the poles upwards, raising the sides until you get to almost full stretched. Then, you push the central pole into the peak where all the poles arch together and click it into place. Then thread the little ‘hook’ through the small hole in the pole at the peak and you’re done.
The front is open but can be closed using the section of the floor which extends out from the tents inside. When this is used as extended flooring it can be kept in place by the pegs provided. Then, when you want to close it you simple pick it up and hook it to the little clips which run along the inside of the front section.
On the back there’s an arched section which zips open and close, giving you a little window. Beneath this window there’s some pockets made from netting which are light yet remarkably strong.
Putting it down is pretty easy too, just take out the locking clip from the top and pull up the peak of poles. Then fold the sides back into place and roll it all up into the carry bag.
This is a cracking little tent, although it’s not as waterproof as your average tent so I wouldn’t go camping in heavy rainfall or snow showers as things may just go wrong. It’s made of a good, strong material with good looking stitching which can handle a little rough handling. The poles are flexible and strong and, with them being fixed into place, they stay were they’re supposed to do without any trouble.
In all, this is a well made, easy to set up and lightweight little tent which will help keep some people in the shade on those hot days. Three people could sit happily inside without too much fuss and it can handle a few droplets of rain fall.
If you do a lot of walking and are always trying to find some form of shade then this is for you.

Der Aufbau ist sehr simpel und man kann praktisch gar nichts verkehrt machen. Nach der Instalation der Stangen steht es auch schon. Fr die endgltige Positionierung kann es in diesem Zustand noch herumgetragen werden. Mit den mitgelieferten Heringen lsst es sich dann Festsetzen. Es ist gengend platz fr 2-4 Personen vorhanden, um sich vor der Sonne zu schtzen. Die Verarbeitung der Muschel ist sehr gut und wirkt langlebig. Ich bin sehr mit ihm zufrieden. Mit der Tasche lsst es sich bequem am Strand transportieren.
We used this at our local park for a nice evening picnic with the kids and the dog and it provided a lot of shelter from the wind and sun.
It’s quite a large shelter with a lot of ventilation, a really large doorway , good groundsheet for sitting inside and keeping your stuff out of the wind and it’s a good shelter from a rain shower.
The kids sat inside to eat their sandwiches and they loved it , it was like a den for them and it doesn’t get too hot inside as it’s well Ventilated with the large door and window.
The tent was so easy to set up , it virtually sets its self up as you take it out the bag and spread the bars , you can then peg it down to the grass and it creates a good sturdy free standing shelter , just turn it around so the wind is behind it and you have a good reliable wind shelter.
We did have a little bit of a faff taking it down , we had to mess around for a few minutes trying to fold it back neatly in its bag , but it didn’t take too long so suss it out, much better than them annoying round pop up tents that are an absolute nightmare to pack away.
This shelter looks very durable , I can see it lasting a long time and it’s great for trips to the park or beach , as long as you dry it out properly after each use to prevent mould and store it in a good dry place, there’s no reason this shelter can’t last a good few years.
The poles are sturdy , quite thick they didn’t look likely to snap or break at any time , even when we were folding it back to fit into its bag and we were getting it wrong at first putting pressure on the poles.
The material of the tent looks good quality, it provides protection from UV rays, showers, wind and rain, a good shelter for the kids to enjoy their packed lunch out of the wind.

This comes with a small bag containing plastic pegs and a sheet detailing the functions and features such as UV resistant material being used, storage, capacity and more. The whole package weighs less than 3kg so is very easy to carry around, and does not take up too much space.
I went to the back garden to set it up and assembly, even the first time after just watching the video took me under three minutes start to finish, which was quicker the second time I put it up. The pegs hold down well with holding loops on the front and rear, with two sand bag weight flaps on the rear should they be needed. The foldable front door has loops round the edge for holding it down with pegs and holding the door closed which work well and feel very secure.
The tent finishing appears very good and once assembled it sits solidly in place. The material used is very lightweight but also feels very strong and durable. The children played all afternoon and loved it with the meshed window on the back giving an all round view and the pockets inside useful for storage.
Disassembling was just as quick as assembly and once you squeeze and trapped air out the quick release strap goes on, and it fits easily back into the carry case very smoothly.
Overall I was quite impressed with this pop up tent, it really is so simple to assemble, and it’s very lightweight so not only takes up very little room but is easy to carry. Disassembly is just as quick as assembly so there really is no messing about and groaning at the time it will take. Overall I can’t really fault it so have given top marks.
This pop-up tent comes with its own storage bag that is very sturdy and durable. It has carry handles which makes it very easy to transport. Sewn inside the carry case is a label which shows the folding instructions so if you need a reminder (or aren’t used to pop-up/fold-down tents) you’ll always have them with you.
Once you get the tent out, give it a shake & that’s normally all you need to do to get it set up other than straighten up the base to pull it fully into shape. I set up the next inside my living room to see how big is it and it is massive. Love that inside the tent there are a few mesh pockets to keep essentials in them.
Inside the bag is a small bag of tent pegs and there are webbing pieces sewn onto the tent for you to hook them through. Just push them into the sand/soft soil to keep them in place. I suppose you could get 4 people in this, but they would be squeezed unless 2 of them were small children.
This is light, very quick to set up, and not that hard to put down (follow the instructions). This is brilliant for picnics and also handy for keeping little ones out of the direct sun on a hot day even if they won’t keep their hat on. In the summer, these are also handy to set up by a paddling pool in the garden or to use for your kids as a pop-up den so they have somewhere out of the sun but out in the fresh air to play.

A nice well made tent, comes in a compact size so is to transport. Is great for the beach or park. Provides a nice shelter away from the sun. Great for kids. Would recommend.
