Does exactly what it says. Aerates the lawn perfectly. It even has a tool to clean out the holes. Garden is already looking better for using it.
This aerator is excellent value, very sturdy and so easy to use; the years I have struggled with a garden fork and exhausted myself! My grass is rejuvenated.
The only improvement I can think of is if it came with someone to operate it while I sit in the sunshine and watch!
Fantastic bit of joy. Was so easy to put together and use. It was slightly time consuming so not advised for a larger garden but it did the job really well.
This is really sturdy and easy to use. I am really pleased and I ordered my relative one too.
I have used a few different areators over the years as I don’t really like this job. Nothing is hassle free. But this little gem is great if oiled before use and will last. My advice is to use it when the lawn is soft and has been well watered.

Easy to put together and very sturdy. Great for small lawns (or for larger lawns if you like a gentle work out). Makes neat holes, ready for watering and/or grass seed.

The nails are so long that you can make very deep holes into the soil. It is easy to use as you can use your feet to press down and the T-shape handle makes it easy to lift up. Having said that it is not something you could use for a large garden. So if you are like me who only need to address specific areas or along the edges of the lawn this is a wonderful tool.
My garden has been wrecked after the last two summers despite my feeble efforts to sort it out, so I have been on a mission to take control, I’ve cut the grass, moss weed and fed and scarified and now used this amazing tool ready for the rain tomorrow. New seed is on its way to cover the areas that the moss took control of and fingers crossed I will have my lovely lawn/grass back for the summer.
It was well made once assembled and the manufacturer even provided the spanner’s to do this. Very easy to assemble. They also added gloves with the aerator. Not to heavy but strong and it was perfect for me. I would fully recommend this product.

This worked great after the recent rain left good drainage holes in the grass and needed very little pressure. The only negative is that I have a large lawn area so it took some doing, so would probably only recommend for small lawns or people who like a workout! 🙂

For the first time I have found a lawn aerator that works and requires minimum effort. I managed to aerate the whole (average sized) lawn in just under an hour. I did take the advice of others and waited till the lawn was really wet and the plugs came out beautifully.
It is sturdy and should last, but it seems sensible to wash the prongs in a bucket of water after use.
I am a gardener who uses brute force and so many garden tools or toys are broken. But this garden tool holds up well to me. No cracks or warping yet. Strong and durable.
I’ve used the product on soil and lawns since I bought it, and the work has been well worth it. There are much easier ways and better power tools, but if you’re lucky enough to have the time and physical ability to do it then it can yield good results. So it is better to use this kind of product manually. If you have cultivated fruits, vegetables and wonderful lawns in the garden, electronics can harm them.
Used the Lawn Spiker to aerate my small lawn. It is ideal for treating a small area and is very effective provided the lawn is not too hard. I would recommend using when the lawn is not very dry or after it has rained and the ground should be relatively soft.
This comes fully assembled which is very handy as it was a present for my parents. There grass is new and very compacted with the tough gravel bottom so this ensures that it can get air and drain correctly.
The handles are easy to hold and the foot section is good as your foot can not slip off. Also it’s hot painful when you continually push down.
The set comes with a great set of gloves which are rubber coated on one side so you can sort through the roughest weeds without damaging my your hands.
