I received the suitcase on time and well packaged, due to not having used the suitcase on trips yet I can’t make a complete assessment. I only have two observations: The material seems a little fragile to me and I tried to change the lock secret and still haven’t been able to , maybe I’m not doing the correct procedure. After my trip I return completing the evaluation.

Seems robust and well made. The dimensions allow it’s use as a Cabin Bag on most big airlines. I like the integrated lock (but it won’t stop anyone getting in to it). Going with me to N America twice this year. so I’m hoping for the best!
Took the case all over Japan and South Korea on a trip involving numerous different flights and train journies. Wheeled it around lots of different surfaces with no issues. The case has performed perfectly. I set my own code on the lock with no problems unlike other reviewers mentioned. Very happy with my purchase.

Love the colour. Handle is a bit temperamental and doesn’t always go down. Might annoy me in the future if it keeps doing it. Used for a long weekend and was good. Not sure if I would buy again due to the handle.

Much too big for rail travel but well made and huge capacity. Moulding really strong but combi lock feature not my favourite.
I love this case. The colour is great and was easy to spot on luggage carousel. It is nice and lightweight and very easy to move around and was easy to handle on the tube in London and subway in New York. Only downside is the lock, I struggled to make this work to be able set my own combo. I have a separate lock anyway so wasn’t a big deal for me though.
I really needed a modern case for a night away here and there. This Coolife case is perfect fir me. I got the smaller one in light orange, but I think it maybe described as yellow. Good price manoeuvrable will its 4 wheels and very lightweight. A good buy.

Only had one use out of it so far but seems fine. I had to put a light pillow in to bulk it up as I felt several other cases piled on top could damage it if it wasn’t full. Great visible colour, easy to spot. Lock easy and no fiddling with separate padlocks.
Bought the cases nearly 3 weeks ago for multiple holidays, 6 flights later and many train journeys, they’ve survived with just minor dents and washable stains. Love the colour!
Seems a good case – on its first trip right now. It is very maneuverable, has good segmentation/ straps and appears well built.
Travel via Easy jet no problem. Held enough clothes for 5 days. Good colour. Was better at travelling on the right hand side of me rather than the left. It seemed to drag a little on the left side. Saw quite a lot of these cases at the airport so glad I customised mine. Good value
So far so good. Used it once for a long weekend and it could carry all that I needed and more. The yellow colour makes it easy to spot on an airport carousel. And the best thing about it is that it is light to carry and push around.
Despite being thrown around by baggage handlers at the airport, it withstood the pressures and rough handling.
Great cases, survived flight to America with no damage, very easy to manoeuvre, all in all no complaints!
Everything about the set looks well made and cleverly thought out.
Handles are soft on the side and top but still robust.
Telescopic handle works well. Inside a clever flap and zip pocket secures and holds in place the contents in the lid while you load the bottom.
For storage they fit neatly inside each other. The wheels seem pretty good too. The built in lock is neat.
We were going to get 2 sets but one set of 3 will do both of us even for a long holiday.
Not the lightest but perfectly acceptable for an old guy to manage.
Any lighter and they would lose strength.

Lightweight and seems to have managed well in my travels. It got scratched on the first trip abroad and can’t seem to clean it off.
It moves well along many different surfaces, however it doesn’t have anywhere on the bottom to help pick it up (only the wheels). This makes it more challenging to pick up into a car or up stairs for example.
Overall though a good suitcase for the price!

Lovely suitcase light wieght very easy to spot in baggage holds a fair amount of clothes. I love it.
Easy to manoeuvre and the 3 case set offers something suitable for weekends away or longer trips. First impressions are of a sturdy secure case. Only used the medium one so far but it was perfect for a city break and stood up well when trundled around.
Is a bit small for a 2 week pack but good value and works well . Think the max weight for a normal packing is under 20 kg.

Love the way it can move in any direction – I had the same old case for 15 yrs prior to this and it was rigid in that sense.
Good lock. Light. Got it in black so when it eventually gets scuffs as all bags do, they will be less visible. Very good value for money at 125 when I got it, considering it was the large one, and there were other ones the same size at 2-3 times the price.

It is BA-cabin-max size, and if you buy a vacuum pump you can get a couple of weeks clothes for the beach in it.
It weighs next to nothing.
I suspect the wheels will go first, though I can only hope to be surprised 🙂

3rd Coolife case we have purchased for each of our children going to university, great case and very prompt delivery
This is the perfect size for a few nights away. The interior allows you to pack perfectly and the zip up separator is a great addition to help things not get mixed up when you close the case.
Works for me, no problems with the zips or the cases integrity but one of the tires fell off pulling the case along a pavement!

I created a problem for myself by setting the code for the padlock and promptly forgetting it. So when I got to my destination I couldn’t open the bag. I emailed Coolife in a panic, then, after much faffing, worked the code out, and forgot to see if they’d responded. They had, very helpfully

Haven’t used them yet but just packed them, they seem very sturdy and good quality so we will see what they look like when the baggage handlers have thrown them around for a bit.
Vary light weight, wheals are small and cheap, but as long as you are careful and are wheeling it around on smooth floors I don’t think there will be an issue.
Lock mechanisms not going to stop people getting in if they steal it, but will stop people slipping thing in for sure

Bought this as loved the colour, arrived very quick seems good quality , and it matched a small carry on cabin bag that i bought last year , not used it yet due to travel restrictions , but as soon as we’re able to fly it will be used , later review will follow , so far very happy with purchase
it’s great for light traveling, good quality for the price you pay, easily scratchable and the lock is a bit tricky, but overall it does the job really well and it looks great in my opinion. Also inside zipper is pretty resista
Actually really love this, it really stands out and the colour is vibrant. I didn’t realise the lock when I first bought it but it was a pleasant surprise, it can be a bit fiddly to get it closed but once you get used to it it’s fine. I can’t comment on durability as I’ve yet to fly with the pandemic still happening but it looks like it’ll hold up.
The clasp inside the suitcase is EXTREMELY difficult to open and shut. I had to slide my clothes under the Bands which are supposed to keep them in place.
Super little suitcase! I got the 24 inch one and very pleased with the packability and lightness. The handle and wheels are very smooth and quiet. All in all, it does all it says on the tin and the only feature that would make this suitcase better and beyond super is the expander. I had a same size suitcase previously, which had an expander and although rarely, it did save my bacon on occasions. Only for that feature, would I have given it five stars.
An excellent case. I couldnt give 5 stars because the lock looks a bit complicated & I am worried about using it. I just wish baggage handlers respected it. Dented & scuffed after just one flight!
Best thing about this suitcase is that it’s light as a feather. It has an easy-to-use lock feature to ensure that your belongings are safe. When I opened it up I was slightly disappointed that it wasn’t quite as spacious as I’d expected but I still managed to pack all of my essentials inside it. I opted for the small suitcase to avoid paying extra costs at the airport so I’m sure you won’t have this issue with the larger models.
I bought this for a gift, I received the same but in champagne last year for my birthday. They are lovely, so lightweight and easy to move about, the lock feature is an added bonus, very stylish and the colours are classy looking. I would definitely recommend this product, great quality and great price!
Quite happy with this purchase. Sturdy little suitcases with the expected features. Purchased a similar one elsewhere for same price but it was smaller and didn’t have the lock feature or the zipper section on the divider. Both handy things to have. Our only problem was that we ordered 5 for a trip and despite ordering in the same transaction only 4 showed up in time for us to pack and leave. This is why we needed to purchase the additional case that isn’t quite as good. Otherwise these suitcases were a good purchase and we’d recommend them to others.
This little suitcase (20″) is really beautiful. It manoeuvres easily and seems of solid construction. Inside, one half is completely separated with a zipped flap so it’s easy to open without all your bits slipping out. The other half has an elastic, x-shaped strap to keep your belongings secure. Really pleased with it. It goes on it’s first outing tomorrow!
Get the lime green colour like I did, yes it looks appalling but you can easily spot it coming off the plane. Very easy to manouevre around airport obstacles, yet lightweight enough to not take up precious cargo weight. This survived a month-long trip around the US and a couple of Eurotrips as well, there’s a few scuff marks but other than that barely a mark on it. Great stuff.
This case is excellent, the large size is so big that I could probably transport myself somewhere in it. The case has internal pockets and straps which means that you can separate clothing or possessions into different sections. The handle works easily and the wheels move smoothly. The lock feature seems sturdy however, I prefer to use a manual padlock. I’d recommend that if you’re looking to travel to multiple places and get on and off transport etc. it would be best to get the medium or smaller size as the large could become a bit difficult to transport- but a great case overall.

Good internal division compartment makes packing a lot easier.
I would ditch the fiddly provided combination lock and use a small padlock instead.

Original feedback: Case seems robust enough. Handle is very flimsy. Having used it now for about 5 round trips, I expect the handle to break soon. Wheels don’t track straight, which puts pressure on your hand/grip to correct the turning of the wheels. This puts a strain on the hands and makes uncomfortable to use.
Updated feedback 30.03.2020. Cant fault customer service. They contacted me promptly about my issues and offered several options to remedy. My original feedback shouldn’t deter anyone from buying from Coolife, my issues seem to be atypical and as stated Coolife fixed the issues swiftly.
I chose this case because it was half the weight of the case I already had. It is ideal for my weeks holiday abroad with an allowance of 15kg. It seems very sturdy so hopefully wont be damaged in travel. The added bonus is the lock & the peace of mind that my possessions are safe. I must also mention the manoeuability of the case is going to be a breeze. Very happy with my purchase p.s. love the colour red.
This was bought as a gift for my partner, this size case is not easily available, for some reason the majority of case makes come in very small (carry on baggage) medium and large, which go in the hold of flying. we search for a case this size for several months before deciding to go with this one, which is the perfect size for a weekend trip. I have to say it is exactly what she wanted so happy days all round
This case is great I used it to take on easyjet to tenerife and its perfect cabin case light but strong,solid and secure. easy to walk with light enough to carry. you could pack for about 3 days away etc.
it could be too big to use with some airlines but you are smart enough to check that before you buy.
Update this case is now too big for easyjet carry on unless you get the extra leg room seats or other options
The suitcase arrived on time and was very light which helped when travelling. The quality of the of the case is very strong and the built in lock is very handy, the case has 4 wheels which helped make it easier to pull along. I ordered the small which was a perfect size for a long weekend away (for an 18 year old with lots of stuff). The colour is exactly like in the photo and looks amazing. Definitely worth the money and would recommend because of its great quality.

Not too sure about cabin baggage especially with the likes of Ryanair we’ve always checked them.
Also stated as a weekend case, they seem more than that. We have used ours, 1 each, for 2 weeks in Crete (shorts & t-shirts mainly) & our daughter used one for a 5 day US trip.
We are really pleased with them & picked a colour easily seen on the baggage carousel.

Brought one for my partner and I for a weekend away, big enough for that however maybe not for a weeks worth of luggage. ( but I am a woman and pack my whole wardrobe and shoes) I do believe their is different sizes available though so maybe get the bigger one if you need it for longer

Absolutely love my new case. The red colour is beautiful. There is plenty of space for clothes suitable for a short break. The case wheeled around y kitchen with ease and iris so light to lift unlike my previous cabin case.
I have not used it yet for a journey so cannot tell you how it will travel but cannot see any problems at the moment.
The delivery was excellent and came before I expected it . Looking forward to using it soon.

I waited until I had been on holiday to write my review. I am very pleased with this suitcase. I have not used one with a hard shell before and I felt confident that my luggage was safe. Airlines do seem to toss cases around and they need to be durable. I travelled with ryanair and of course this case is suitable for the hold and not as carry-on luggage with this particular airline. I should also add that it is very lightweight and has zipped compartments inside which are very practical. I didn’t use the lock, so i can’t rate that yet.
Needed a light and compact case for a business trip. This fitted the bill perfectly. Four wheels for easy manoeuvrability although they sometimes felt like they had a mind of their own! Light enough to be able to carry down escalators and lift into overhead lockers. Great little case and good looking too with the added benefit of a built in lock!
Convenient to pack and use. Trundles well but there are limits to how uneven the ground can be before you need to carry it. Feels tough for its weight – survived one trip unscathed. As with all bags like this, the zip is a weakness long-term, and it where it is not entirely waterproof. The wheels and the easy-to-use lock also also vulnerable to damage like all others of this type. It is convenient for not-in-user storage to be able to store the small size inside the medium size.
I ordered this case on 6 September 2019 and it arrived the next morning (today) very fast!! It seems very sturdy and easy to move around, so it’ll be great for my trip to Ireland next month, and I just love the colour, just as described. I agree with another comment on here though, the strap is not elastic, One little niggle though, why do they put the label under the zipper tape? It leaves a residue which is unsightly, but if that’s the only quibble, I’m happy with it so far, time will tell.
The perfect case for a short break, easy to manoeuvre and lovely bright colours. I ordered the red and I am really please with the colour and design of this case. Will easily fit all my clothes and toiletries for a couple days away. I needed something that I could take to conferences and mini breaks, it’s a little wide for some airlines as hand luggage (we tend to fly with TUI) but I was aware of that before I bought it.
Can’t wait to use it next week around London.

Customer service was top notch. They helped me sort out this issue and offered me a refund or a replacement. They were willing to use this review to improve their locks. I took the refund as already bought another bag.
They feel strong and sturdy and easy to manoeuvre,we even fully packed a case and then sat our 6yr old son on top,with all that weight youd expect it to be difficult to manoeuvre but it really wasn’t with me comfortably moving it around with one hand.
Love the way the zips slot into the built in combination locks too.
These cases are approximately 10% smaller than our previous luggage but fit so much more in them.
Our last holiday (2 adults 1 child 7 days)we needed two cases bigger than these and a 3rd equal in size,for this holiday (2 adults 2 children 10 days) we’ve fitted everything in just two of these coolife cases.
Not a single complaint.5 star easy
