Barbecue arrives flat packed in 2 boxes, between 2 people this should take no longer than 1-1 1/2 hours to assemble when instructions are fully followed.
In the unlikely event that you encounter issues with your barbecue upon delivery, please reach out to us immediately. In most cases, we can remediate any issues without the need to return the barbecue. If you do not intend to keep your order, please do not assemble or use it.

Took an hour to build which was fine as long as you follow the instructions.
Still learning the heat distribution as not even but no gas BBQ ever is.
BBQ must be level else the fat does not drip down the wire to the drip cup.
Not had it long but have no complaints works very well
I had a query with this product and customer services sorted this out quickly, efficiently and without any fuss.
The BBQ itself is really good quality and it comes apart easily for cleaning. Comes with a good quality cover too. Very pleased with my purchase.
Took a while to put together but looks good and cooks very well. Easy to clea
Some of the bolts were too short and unusable, specifically the ones to add the hood handle. But a box ox spare m5 nuts and various lengths of bolts.
Use a small electric screwdriver- essential for assembly.
Although it states propane or butane no regulator or hose are included. Don’t use flogas. Regulators are less available. I had to cut off the fitting on the regulator hose to push fit on to gas inlet spigot.

Could not fault it, cooked even and perfect. Brilliant bbq, just a sod to assemble.
