Stylish and warms up the room well. It’s a bit fiddly at first but once you understand the buttons and programming it’s okay. I don’t think yet another handset is necessary as we have now so many I often get confused over the lot of them. Bring back proper clear control buttons is what I say! Well this heater has then!
I don’t know anything more I can say about these incredible heaters. I’ve recommended them to all of my Mates. Bought two of them and saved a fortune in electric bills.
This is a lovely heater. Instant heat on switch on. Has the option to have it on a rotating mode or not.
Can control the heater from the button on the top or via the remote control.
Set the desired temp, and the heater will switch itself off once it reaches the temp that has been set and starts up again once the temp drops by 0.5 Celsius.
Heats my room (which is about 14ft x 16.5ft) in about 15 – 18 mins.
Very functional , silent and stylish heater . We are using it for our conservatory after our underfloor heating broke down . It is warming it up very nicely . I highly recommend it xxx
This heater is great for heating a small space (My caravan) it cost me 2 a day when left on at 20 degrees when the outside temperature was 4 degrees C. It switches itself on and off (in eco mode) to maintain the temperature. I slept with it going it woke me up a couple of times but then i got used to it. In heindsight i could have bought an oil radiator for a more silent run but the fan aspect adds extra air circulation and can be used as a fan during the summer.
I gave it 4 stars because hey it could always be quieter right.
Due to our central heating breaking down and spare part not available for a week we had to look for an alternative to heat the room so I found this item, it’s stylish compact and slimline. It features 3heat settings (H1 H2 and H3), a timer, eco mode, heat mode and fan mode and also oscillates 70 degrees and heats up the room fairly quickly. I also purchased a 2 year extended warranty and got an extra 6 months free so 30 month in total. Very happy with the product and would highly recommend this product.
Compact but effective. Heats our living room quickly and saves on using the central heating – why heat upstairs when we just want the living area warm in the day time. I don’t tend to keep it on for long periods but you can set the temperature you want it to get to and it will turn the heating on and off as necessary to maintain that temperature. It counts down before switching off to make sure the heat is expelled when you have finished using it. It is quite cool to touch and is very stable. Haven’t used the cooling fan function as it is winter. Very pleased I bought this.
I wasn’t convinced something this size could do a good job of heating a large, cold open plan kitchen/living room but it was recommended by a neighbour in another flat. The heaters in the new build block we are in are not up to the job, and about 8 of us have now got these Dreo heaters and they’re so powerful. They budge the temperature up about 2 degrees in 10 minutes. The remote is very useful and the instructions easy to understand. It’s been a lifesaver over the winter. I’d not heard of this make and don’t think I’d have come across it but I’m very happy with it. The eco setting is good and will switch the heater off once the room is at the selected temp and come on again if it cools. I’ve only used it in the lowest watt setting, so it’s got plenty capacity which I’ve not had to resort to using. It’s been totally effective on the 900 w level at 21 degrees. Definitely recommend.
My bedroom was always cold in the winter, as my radiator is by the door and I have two narrow windows that are floor to ceiling. This heater makes a big difference. It’s set up in eco mode with set temperature and only turns on when the temperature in the room drops below. It’s fairly quiet, so it can be used at night too (with some background white noise from Alexa at the same time). Overall, it’s worth the price
I bought this for my studio which is 9m x 6m x 4.5m high and was heated with a 3kw garage space heater and a 1.8kw De’Longhi ceramic fan heater. The 3kw fan got so loud it interfered with our thought processes so I looked to buy another De’Longhi of the same type, but its no longer made…
I read a very good review of this heater but bought it with some reservations, as I haven’t had good experiences with US products.
I needn’t have worried, it worked easily straight from the box, just requiring a quick read of the instructions.
It’s a very good heater, and so quiet we had to check several times that it was actually on. The heat was evenly distributed and strong (we are in a cold studio with massive windows) and was noticeable immediately.
I’m now replacing the De’Longhi with another Dreo.
I have had this heater for over a year and a half and I don’t know how I’d get through the winter without it. We use it regularly and it still keeps going. Would really recommend it.
There is a lot to like about this smallish heater. Looks the part in any room, heats up very fast which is good in the winter months. Only problem is the noise, it’s annoying even from the lowest setting, and there is only three settings. You can’t tinker with the temperature sadly. I hope the maker are trying their hardest to solve the noise issues. Also in the future a backlight remote control would be a bonus. Things to make life better. 4 stars for this Dreo heater.
Really effective heater! My workplace had some of these (large areas within the place I work) and I noticed how much heat they kicked out, so bought one for home for my large kitchen with no radiators (we have a log burner but not always lit) perfect for when you want to heat the room quickly!
This is the best little heater I have ever had. Very efficient and eco friendly. Pleasing to the eye. I use it to fast heat any room from extremely cold to warm in 5 minutes. It has a built in thermostat so you never have to keep adjusting the temperature and also a very neat little remote control.
I have only used it a couple of times so far.
I use it to take the chil of a very large room, I put it on for about half an hour and it works great.
Good features like remote control and thermostat.
I would recommend.
I like the eco Mode it has a built in thermostat so you set the temperature then the heater works away using what power it needs to heat the room then adjusts itself
Warms up my open plan living room/ kitchen no bother
Dreo customer service was great
Had a slight noise and they sent me another one 2 days late
Excellent little heater, doesn’t take up loads of room but heats up very quickly (seconds). I love the eco setting where I can set the temp and then the heater will switch off when the temp is reached, and switches back on when it drops. Its so much better than switching off and on yourself, or worse forgetting and then someone comes in the room and asks why it feels like the tropics in there! My office is an average sized bedroom and within 10 mins the temp was perfect for working. No more trying to type with frozen fingers
Dreo Space Heater works well in a garden out-building. Heats the space well and gets up to temperature quickly.
Unit is a touch louder than I thought it would be, given it has ‘quiet modes’, but still a good buy regardless.
One negative – the feature I wanted was a timer. Obviously I want a timer that will turn it ON x minutes before I get up in the morning. What the hell use is a timer that turns it OFF? Also a 24-hour timer would be better than 12 hours.
Apart from the timer disaster, I really like this heater. It’s easy to control, and to set precisely. Overall it will keep me warmer at less cost than my existing heaters. I like its small size, so I’m not going to be tripping over it, like my existing convector heaters. Also the legs on said existing heaters are constantly breaking off – not a problem with this heater, since it doesn’t have any legs.
It is NOT completely silent, as claimed, although it is fairly quiet. This doesn’t matter for my study or main room, but is not acceptable for a bedroom.
It would probably merit 5 stars without the useless timer problem. (It’s actually quite reassuring hearing it stop and start while I’m working; I just don’t want any noise while I’m sleeping.)
The Dreo is an impressive heater. It doesn’t look or feel impressive – it is small and, when it is working, I put my hand against it and wonder “how much heat is coming out?” – but the temperature graph tells its own story.
The room it is in is about 14x12x10 feet with two computers and large monitors in it. At 0600 the central heating (gas) came on and heated the room by about 1.5C in an hour. The temperature then meandered around for much of the day. At 1600 I decided to switch the Dreo on (ECO mode with a target room temperature of 19C) and, as you can see, the temperature flew up like a rocket – a 1.2C increase to 19C in about six minutes! It switched off then on and off briefly a few times more, for probably about five minutes in total, and kept the room temperature at roughly 19C over the next half-hour. (For some reason the graph, from a ThermoPro thermometer/hygrometer, stops short before the most recent measurements).
All this from a remarkably small unit – I would say about 18 inches tall and 4 inches in diameter.
The Dreo is light but not flimsy and looks good – it is a black cylinder with bronze bands at top and bottom and touch-sensitive buttons on the top of the case. A remote control about half the size of a credit card, with the same buttons, allows various options to be set. It takes a CR2025 button battery; pressing a recess in the bottom with a pen pops open the battery compartment. The element is ceramic and hidden behind a fine grill; there is no way it can be touched. There is a recess in the top for carrying the Dreo with one hand; it is surprising how many similar devices omit that and have to be grappled like a rugby ball. The power cord is about 4 feet long and robust. (Note that various images are misleading – the heating element emits no light).
There is no smartphone support – thankfully, as a heater is a simple device and the manual controls are well designed and easy to set.
Probably the most important controls are the mode (continuous heat or ECO, as described below), the heating level (three power levels) and whether the element swings back and forth or not. A muted white LED display on the top bronze band shows the mode and, in ECO mode, the target temperature, which can be moved up or down using + and – buttons; a red LED denotes power on. The Dreo reads the ambient temperature accurately – as the graph shows, it turned off when the room temperature was measured by the ThermoPro as 19.0C. If you just want continuous heat for a defined period, there is a timer from 1 to 12 hours in steps of an hour.
The bad old days of the crude “heated wire” 3KWh+ electric heaters which threw out heat like a furnace, together with a smell of burning dust and money, are gone. The maximum power usage here is 1.8KWh and, in ECO mode, as noted above the heater can be set to heat to a target temperature then turn off automatically, often using lower power levels (0.9KWh and/or 1.2KWh) to get there.
Really, I am amazed at the Dreo. I took a punt having not owned an electric heater for years, decided to spend money but not too much in case the experiment failed, and the improvements made to what used to be a very bare-bones class of device are stunning. I have a keeper. Strongly recommended.
It arrived the next day well packaged. The lowest heat setting is hotter than the 2kw heater It replaced and the heat is instant. It looks stylish and the eco setting is amazing. The whole unit is of the best quality and so efficient. I won’t be using my central heating again until the temperature really plummets. Well made and well done! Warmest regards Jeff.
The size is perfect. I bought this for my husband who is always cold. Now he can sit at his desk cosy and warm. I ordered it and it came the next day. Free delivery. It is very easy to move around
This is an absolutely brilliant heater heat output is incredible.it heats our front room which is 8x6m no problem at all we leave the doors open and you can feel the warmth upstairs and other rooms downstairs
The heater has only just arrived and the weather has not turned cold yet. However it appears a very handy compact heater that looks quite good in the corner of the room with a remote control and a timer. Time will tell how good it is.
I was looking for a heater to heat my home office so I don’t have to have the central heating on during the day when there’s only me in the house. I struggled to find a heater that had good reviews as every one I found seemed to have a lot of negative comments mixed in with the positive ones.
This heater is working really well for me and the ‘issues’ that some other reviewers have reported really aren’t a big deal:
“Draft from the back” – obviously it’s a fan heater and draws air from the back to then heat and push it out of the front. I can’t say I’ve noticed this and I think you would have to be sat on top of it to feel it.
“Does not respond to the remote” – The remote is quite directional and if the heater does not respond to your first button press, simply move your arm a little bit and press again – it will respond. This does not even register as an annoyance for me.
“It’s noisy” – It’s a fan heater and moves air around, which creates sound. The oscillation mechanism is very quiet and the air flow sound is not intrusive. I spend most of my days on Teams calls on loudspeaker and nobody has ever mentioned that they can hear it. My dog’s snoring is louder!
The heater looks and feels to be nice quality and I see it more as a feature than something I want to hide away.
My ‘office’ is a converted double bedroom of approx 4m x 3m and it heats it up from chilly to 20 degrees in about 10 mins. I use it in eco mode (thermostat controlled) and it maintains my selected temperature nicely, kicking in occasionally as needed.
Overall – I’m really pleased with my purchase.
Great heater, second one I bought as impressed with heat output and modern style. Remote control an added bonus due to mobility problems post surgery.
Great buy!
Good value for money
Works better than expected
Have now bought 3
The remote is a benefit for the ease of operation. I thought that might be a gimmick, but it certainly is not and very handy.
The unit looks good and turns off and back on as it should when the room temperature is as per the setting. No issues with this product.
I used it for warming my living room during winte
Great heat output, very light and easy to move around, gives a good spread when oscilating, comes with remote control which is fully functional. Good looking too. Higly recommended.
Really good even on the eco setting, much more effective for heating the room we’re in rather than putting the heating on. Bit noisier than I thought but still 5* in my opinio
This is a really good buy. It warms up my very large room in 10 mins. It’s quite incredible, I had to buy a second one for my bedroom, I love it!
I use the heater in my ~200ft office. With an outside temperature of 0c, the heater takes the indoor temperature from uncomfortably cold (16c) to comfortably warm (21c) and maintains the temperature all day! If you have a room of ~200ft, you could expect it to increase the temperature by around +1c per hour, up to +5c in total. The sound is noticeable but not bothersome. I recommend this heater wholeheartedly 🙂
I bought this to allow us to heat a single room during the day without having to have the central heating on (current fuel prices being what they are!). It does the job very well. It is compact, has a good heat output and is relatively quiet. It heats the room quickly making it comfortable to work in a few minutes from cold.
It looks smart too and the oscillation function moves the warm air around the room quickly (if required). Perhaps not the cheapest but certainly good quality and good value for money.
Nothing to dislike. I don’t comprehend some of the previous derogatory reviews – It’s not noisy and heats up instantaneously.
I can’t make comparisons but very satisfied with my purchase.
Brilliant little heater. Been without heating during this very cold week, and this heater has been amazing. It really warms up even a fairly large room. Nice design and small enough to be easily moved room to room.
This electric hitter is hitting me living room in 3 minutes.
Compact stylish efficient. Gives immediate heat but best to stay close by for the benefits.
Very good in heating any room fast. Although quite expensive to run and very loud. not worth the full price, i only paid half which was 50
It blows cold air at you until it heats up and it is noisy ,sounds like a hairdrye
They have proved to be an excellent lifesaver during transition away from gas. Set to 18 degrees on timer when occupying a room. Heats up quickly. Ensure you plug up cold air leaks. For a large open plan lounge, kitchen diner with lots of windows you need at least two… one at each end of total span. Be careful to place in areas where running kiddies and doggies won’t knock over when playing
Well I must admit these little heaters are quite adequate for a room of around 5mx6m, so, happy with the operation, happy with the different settings you can get, remote is quite easy to understand after a little play around. Good experience so far, a little noisy but not too bad really, I think it’s running quite economically on H1 setting which is good enough for our room it’s used in. Looks good as well.
Pretty satisfied really. Like it!
Good all round heater. I use this as a general background heater in my home. It has 3 power settings. I use 1200w setting to start. When the area I’m doing is up to the temperature I’ve set, I drop it down to 800w and it keeps the temperature in the room. I have a lounge/ dining room which is quite large and it works great. Didn’t like spending that much money on a portable heater but it does the job and hopefully over time save me some.
First class product and delivery.
This Cutting edge appliance is a money saver, it has thermostatic on off built-in & adjustable heat settings, a real winner for me & also filled the environmental ticket as in saving energy thus helping the green planet issues.
Bought this for my 92 year old father who wanted something that he could set up and then let it work without any further input. He loves it. It ticks all the boxes for him.
I bought this for my parents, who are almost 80 and reluctant to switch their central heating on with the current record high energy prices in the UK. They found it very easy to operate and have been using it regularly, it quickly heats the room that they’re in and switches off when it’s reached the set temperature. They said that they honestly can’t find fault with it!
Great little space heater. Plenty of functions – 3 heat levels, a temperature setting mode, timer (1 hour to many setting), it rotates, cool fan mode. It heats really well and doesn’t cost the earth. I use it in conjunction with my solar PV system. When the sun shines, I heat the rooms for free.
Looks good
Great turning feature
Can drain electricity on high
Sustaining 18/19 degrees is cost efficient
Heats the room quickly
It’s a very good little heater it throws out great heat and very pleasant to the eye I’m delighted with it so far so good
This product very easy control and efficient but too noise
This is thermostatically controlled so in theory it should use less electric but I am not sure about that yet.
I bought this to go camping with in winter it warms my large trailer tent up lovely n toasty . Also works really well at home , you hardly hear the noise it’s a lot quicker than other fan heaters
Use this heater for short bursts. It does the job. Heats quickly. Haven’t used remote control yet and probably won’t. Not sure about it’s fuel consumption yet.
Best buy ever! This little heater is so powerful, heats up our front room comfortably in around 5-10 mins. I believe it costs around 0.40-0.60 an hour to run which is a no brainer with the bills on the rise at the moment. What a fantastic little heater this is. I want to buy another one but it’s gone up by 20 in a month!
I was a bit unsure when I first purchased this heater as my boiler had just broken and we needed some heating in the living room fast.
The heater arrived the next day and the eco feature is fantastic (especially as I have a smart meter) 20 warms up very fast and turns off when it gets to temperature. There is also a rotating feature which helps warm the house faster.
This small appliance packs enough power to do what is states. It’s great that it switches off when it reaches the temperature you set – saving money.
Great heater. Quiet and heats a room up in minutes.
Fire is small and unobtrusive. Sits on a fire hearth. Heats the room quickly and great for supplementary heating
Not quite as warming as I hoped but it works fine and looks good
Really pleased with this little heater. It heats a room in no time and is absolutely great on Eco mode.
This heater had all the heating features I wanted, but most importantly it’s a pretty stylish design. It heats up the room very well and looks absolutely great! Battery is included for the remote. I looked up the Dreo web site… the USA has a 1500w version for just $79. It’s quite a high price to pay 99, but needs must, now that there’s an energy crisis – better to buy something I like made by a company that looks as if it has a brand image and good reputation.
We bought this heater to warm up our lounge rather than heat up the whole house and we are very pleased with the heate
… but doesn’t pack a punch in large rooms – which is perhaps understandable – If you got it at the lower price, I dare say you are enjoying it. (I haven’t used the remote control yet).
Don’t need a timer as one of us is always around
Purchase 2 to give the house a rest from expensive oil central heating!
They are brilliant, have not put the heating on, just set the times and the room is at temp in minutes. Don’t normally give free reviews but would definitely recommend theses heaters.
Heats up a room very quickly eco is good turns off when temperature is reached good value for money
So far so good, but it’s made in China and although it seems well made on the outside we have to wait and see how it performs in the long term.
Warms up a room in a very short space of time. Quicker than putting on the heating
Have only just started using it (LateSept in UK) to save flicking the switch on the CH to warm a 5x3m room (I believe it’s 35-50p an hour to run).
Seems to do the job ok. Too early to say how effective it will be against real cold weather. But the room warms up quickly and it turns on/off to keep the temperature stable.
Very best design. Easy to use. Good remote. But noisy enough to know it’s running and be noticeable.
This is a powerful heater for it’s size. My room is quite large but heats up fast on no. 3 which means l can turn it down or even off within a short time. Also really quiet. Haven’t had need to use the timer setting yet but hopefully that will also be good
With the days and nights getting chilly, and not wanting to turn on the heating, I wanted an economic heater.
I am delighted with this small heater! The adjustable thermostat allows me to keep the sitting room at my optimum temperature. When the heater does come on it is audible but only just. The remote control is the icing on the cake! I am so pleased with it that I am considering buying one for the bedroom too!
Really good heat output heats room very quickly was hesitant and sceptical at first but had absolutely no need to be so glad I bought this
Very modern and classy look to it
Love the timer and temperature control (especially on ECO mode)
Heats the room very quick
Bring on the winter! 🙂
Love it got 15 pounds knocked off look very modern and heats out bedroom brilliant for such a little thing
Cheap to run, so great for current situation, things like this will possibly sell out once things get even more expensive.
Has Eco mode which is always good.
Comes with a timer setting as well.
Switches off once it reaches the desired room temp (In eco mode).
On the smaller side but warms up the area nicely.
Has three heat settings.
Comes with a fancy remote control.
Has a LED touch panel on the front of it.
Not too loud either.
Quick to warm up also.
The osculation feature can warm up the room fully.
Although in the more expensive range, this seems to perform to a good standard.
This is a lovely efficient heater that works fast at heating our room in the morning instead of putting the whole house heating on between we leave for work. The remote is handy for when you’re in bed and the timer is nice to set so you can have peace of mind that it will turn off. You can hear it but it’s a fairly soft noise , nothing that keeps us awake if we use it at night. Would recommend!
This is exactly what I needed given the situation right now, these are so cheap to run! I have purchased 2, one for my bedroom and one for my living room, the eco mode is one I use the most, once it reaches the desired temperature it will turn off automatically, it also allows you to set a 12 hour timer incase you want it on to fall asleep too so you haven’t got to worry about your electric bill!
Comes with a handy remote and looks super expensive, heats up the room quickly and goes at a 70degree angle so your nice and toasty!
I’ve recommended these to my friends and family, no radiators will be on this Christmas unless absolutely needed!
Thanks Amazon!
This is a pretty small in size ,but really good heater.
The heater is really easy to use, heats really well for its size and has a really good design.
The heater has touch controls on top of the heater and LED display that is visible from far.
The heater also comes with remote control that is also easy to use and you can control everything from it.
The heater has an oscillating function and it is able to oscillate on 70 degree.
The heater has a tip-over protection, which means that it will turn itself off in case of tipping over.
The heater is pretty quite when running, which is great.
There is an option to use the heater on timer from 1 hour to 12 hours ,which is good to have.
The heater has 5 different modes:
– H3 Heating (1800W),
– H2 Heating (1100),
– H1Heating (900W),
– ECO Heating (Energy Efficiency),
– Fan Only (No Heating)
Overall it is a good small heater, that comes on a the price of 74.99.
The price looks a bit high for its size, but I think it is well worth it.
Hopefully my review was Helpful for you.
The heater works well. It has various operation speeds and temperature settings and modes. Within a minute of turning it on, I could feel the heat starting to fill up the room. It’s silent, no weird plastic odor, cool to the touch and the remote is perfect for when you want to adjust it from bed. Can easily be carried around the house and placed anywhere. Essential item for winter.
This is a multi functional electric heater, and it’s also equipped with a remote controller, which also includes a CR 2025 button battery. You can control the heater through the remote control.
It has three heating levels: low, medium and high. In ECO mode the heater will automatically turn off when the set temperature is reached, and it will run between medium and high when the temperature is lower than the set temperature. It also has a rotatable fan function, but the fun has no level adjustment and the wind is not very strong.
It’s super quiet in both fan and heating mode, which I am quite pleased with. It has same function as some ceiling lights and is the memory function, which means that the last off setting can be remembered and saved. This heater also has a 12h timer and 24h auto off function. Overall I have no complaints with this heater. I think it’s perfect.
This is amazing! Jam packed with features, super quiet, instant heat, thermostat, oscillation PLUS a very awesome remote control which is made to a high quality just like the heater its self! Oh and this thing is also very stylish too!
As soon as you turn this on there’s a gush of heat. Instant warmth right when you need it! It’s also super quiet, much quieter than even a small desk fan. I doubt anyone would be offended by the small amount of sound this makes. When turning on oscillating there is no increase in sound, this thing runs as smooth as butter!
The remote is incredibly well made, something that often lacks quality i’ve found with other items. It’s incredibly handy if you’re in bed relaxing and want to turn this heater off for the night. It makes a huge difference regarding simplicity of life! It works very well and everything you can do manually you can also do with the remote. From cranking the heat up to setting the thermostat to oscillating, turning off and on and more!
Turning this heater off is not instant. On the display it will show the number 15, this is because it counts down from 15 blowing cold air prior to turning off. This is a wonderful safety feature! Also if this heater is knocked over not only will it beep to alert you but within seconds it’ll turn its self off! This is certainly a heater i trust!
The heater looks very stylish. It’s made to such a high quality and has a space in the back for a hand to be able to carry it easily from room to room. The electrical chord is nice and long, so no need to have this heater glued to a plug socket.
This heater kicks out heat from the moments it’s turned on and can be set to maintain any temperature of choosing. So if the room is already 20 degrees C yet you want it to be maintained at 22 degrees C this heater will not heat past 22 degrees and once it reaches 22 degrees you will hear a little click sound as it tells the thermostat it’s reached the desired temperature. Once the temperature falls to 21 degrees C you will again hear a little click as it fires its self back up.
This is an amazing heater and the remote control makes life simpler. I love it, it’s packed full of features and is a safe reliable heater to use. Ideal for heating small or even average sized rooms. You may require two for a large room though. Also a great heater for when you get inside from the outer frosty cold and you need instant heat to warm up those hands ect…. Love this heater!
This arrives boxed and inside have smart looking compact heater that pumps out surprising amount of heat for compact size.Simple to use and heated bedroom up quickly be great for winter to heat room quickly and keep at comfortable temperature.Currently has discount voucher so good value for powerful compact heate
This Space Heater Solaris Slim H3 from DREO is slim and lightweight, and works well when it comes to heating a small room fast. Simple to use, plugin and press the On button on the top of the heater. This heater can be controlled either from its LED touch screen panel or by using the remote control. There is a hidden handle at the back which makes it portable and easy to move around the house.
This 1800W fan heater comes with some cool features. There’s a timer function that you can set up to 12 hours. There are a few modes to choose from 900W, 1100W, 1800W, ECO, and fan only. It also has a swing function that will oscillate at a 70 degrees angle. I also really like that it remains quiet even after long hours, which is suitable to be used in the children’s room.
This heater is designed and built with safety in mind. It comes with an overheat cut-out feature which means it will automatically stop working when the temp goes up to 45 degrees. It will also stop working when it’s tipped over. The body of this heater is made from a fire retardant material that will not cause it to burst into flame should there be an overheating problem.
In conclusion, this product fulfills my need in that I required heating in an area that had little access to heat and does so easily. It’s available on Amazon for 74.99 ( with an additional 15 at the time of writing), which seems like a reasonable price to pay for it.
This is a small heater but it is really powerful.
It is a well designed product and whilst it is very effective in quickly heating up a room, it also has some nice features such as a good range of oscillation and a timer feature which allows you to set a timer for up to 12 hours.
With the digital touch panel you can also choose what temperature you want to get the room at and it will then auto shut off when it gets to that temperature. It is also quieter than the typical fan heater.
The eco mode is useful especially given the prices of electricity. At the end of the day, you will still be using a fair mount of electricity but this is still very useful, well made and a very high quality product.
I need a compact heater for my ground floor study room. The room is close to the house entrance and the room temperature is normally lower than that of other rooms. If I sit there for more than 30 mins, I start to feel chilly especially my feet.
This space saving heater is ideal for a small room. 1800w is powerful enough to heat up a small room in no time. It does not make disturbing noise while hearing. It is sleek and compact to settle in the corner of the window sill. It is sturdy and has a anti slip base. The remote control is handy to control the heater when I sit on the chair. No need to stand up to turn it on/off, set a timer or adjust the power levels.
Perfect to meet my needs.
Very fast heating capability and seems to keep the heat and the surrounding area to a great distance well heated! It does not consume too much energy and i would defo recommend it. I hope my review was helpful
If you are looking for an inexpensive but good quality heater for your room/home, this one by Dreo Space is perfect! Found this one very reasonably priced. It arrived the next day and was much more elegant than I had expected. It is fairly tall in height and has a stunning mesh design on the surface for a consistent and rapid heated air flow for your room. It is easy to use and simple controls to allow low and high heat. Another great thing is the safety feature if it gets knocked over it automatically stops. No heat bars so no worries about catching alight. I am a huge fan of the touch screen panel on the top surface and how it is very responsive to this as well as the remote control.
This really is a great product, I love how easy it is to switch between the different heat settings, where there are plenty of heat settings to get you and your family through the cold cold winters ahead. There is even a sleep mode so you can sleep in peace, feeling warm and without any distractions. Overall, a job very well done, very elegant and super efficient. 5 stars!
Overall, a 5 star product which I would recommend! Looks great too, very modern.
Thank you for reading my honest review, I hope you found it helpful! 🙂
This review is for the Dreo Space Heater Solaris Slim H3, 1800W Fast Heating Ceramic Electric Heater with Thermostat.
A nice compact heater, perfect for a small room. It is well made and works really well. I have used in the garage and it heats it up nice and quick. The thermostat setting is very handy. Would recommend.
I was looking for a small space heater for quite a while, I am a breeder and need to keep high temperature inside the house when have puppies/kittens. Now I dont need to heat all house, i just place heater in a room where are my pups and it works perfectly.
The unit heats up fast and is super quiet. It looks fancy and can be kept in the living room. It gets hot within a split second of turning on the unit. The build quality is exceptionally good and is safe.
It is rightly as described in the description..!! Definitely recommend!!
This is the little cute heater with powerful heating given its size. It is compact and light, so can easily be carried around the house and placed anywhere. It looks pretty sleek and heats up fast. The buttons are a soft touch. No need to press, just lightly touch the button. Also we can adjust the temperature, and it will shut off once it reaches that temperature, and then turn on again when it drops. The remote is awesome and simple to understand.
I ordered this electric heater for my loft room which gets cold in the winter.
Arrived in a small branded box.
Very compact and modern looking heater, that looks amazing on display but will also hide neatly in the background.
Super fast heating, heat is instant with a large 70 degree oscillation.
Very powerful 1800W Ceramic heater. Can set to optimum temperature and uses smart feature to turn off and on when this is achieved.
This is best heater I have ever had, works brilliantly and looks great. Economical to run and very quiet so perfect for a bedroom.
Overall, great quality instant heater with LCD temperature display. Easy to use touch screen buttons or remote control.
I would recommend this product.
It is summer time which is why I tested this space heater for short time, but I was able to get a good idea of how it works and the overall quality. What I liked about it is the very low noise compared to so many other heaters s some are even very smaller. It is very powerful as well with good size.
The other 2 important things I like about this heater is the overall look, it is really very nice addition to any bedroom and looks fantastic plus the electric socket is really very good quality and can tolerate a long time of use.
Space heater
A nice and modern design for a room heater. The size and style, makes it easy to fit in any small gap and blend it well, the size being roughly 40cm tall and 14cm wide. The heater can be set at different temperatures, or you can have the fan on instead. You have a 70 oscillation, so the heat is spread around the room well. There is a timer, so you can nod off without worrying it will stay on continuously whilst you’re asleep. The heater seems quite well made, durable and it all seems to work well. You have a 175cm power cable attached, with a UK plug on.
You do have a remote, as well as a touch button control panel, on top of the heater. These control –
* Power
* Mode, keep pressing to cycle through each mode selection. You can have it on Powerheat mode, this has 3 heating levels 900W, 1100W and 1800W. Eco mode, which will choose an optimal heating power to suit between 5 and 35. Or you can have the fan only mode on.
* Auto off timer, up to 12 hours.
* Heat level adjustments +/- so you can change it to suit yourself.
* Oscillation on/off.
This works pretty well. It kicks out more heat than you’d think for it’s small size. I like the design and shape, it’s really easy to use and heats up the room quite quickly when doors are shut. I feel like the fan part isn’t as great as the heated part but it’s still good for a quick cool down. I would recommend it. I did think it would be around 60, as it does seem quite a nifty little heater, so it’s a little more than I thought in price.
This is an excellent slim lightweight and portable ceramic heater with built in thermostat and the added peace of mind of some really good safety features if its knocked over or temperature is reached it will auto shut off.
I like the sleek design , the black with gold trimmings and digital display give it a really stylish look that doesn’t look unsightly like some old heaters, it kicks out heat quickly too , ideal for anywhere around the home to get rid of that cold spot in the house , bedroom , kitchen or workshop, garage, shed , it’s a very versatile piece of heating equipment that can be carried and placed where its needed and set up in seconds.
Definitely the best portable heater I’ve used so far and I’m looking forward to using it in the colder months , it will replace the old heater we’ve been using and this is more energy sufficient, it’s lightweight and has nice looking aesthetics with a handy remote control too if seated across the room from it or to turn off or adjust from bed or the couch.
I’m not intirely sure how much energy this will use but it will definitely be more suitable at certain times and may help conserve energy use.
I like that I could use this in my shed , I like to spend time in the shed for my hobbies and it gets freezing at times , this will be perfect to use there too.
Overall I’m really pleased with the performance, looks and it seems good value too.
I like that it is so easy to use , the clear touch buttons at the top make it very easy to set , adjust and use the heater , nothing complicated at all and is all pretty much self explanatory but you get good introductions anyway so it’s a doddle to use.
Grat value space heater and perfect size for ymfor Close spaces and personal use, saves on gas bills when it’s only you in the room that needs the hea
This is a versatile little heater that is very quiet in operation, even on the highest settings. When set to heat, which is something I have tried only for a few minutes given the time of year and current heat, it throws out heat very quickly and, when oscillating is selected, it quickly warms a good area in a room.
It is a slimline design and very diminutive so it is easy to find a spot in my small rooms. I intend to use it as a backup to the central heating, which is oil-run and horrendously expensive; this will allow me to have the bedroom pre-warmed for a short time without taking out a second mortgage.
There are three heating modes, all of which carry some noise impacts although even at the highest output it is something most people should be able to tolerate with ease. A remote control is a useful item to have, particularly if this is set up in a bedroom so you don’t have to get out of bed to switch it off or on again on a chilly morning. A timer facility is also useful in this respect, enabling the unit to run for up to 12 hours.
This is a useful heater and its diminutive size means it is ideally suited for use in small rooms and cramped circumstances, bearing in mind the need to allow one metre of free space in front of the heater and at the sides (for oscillation).
Build quality is sufficient for purpose, although it isn’t phenomenal it does feel sufficiently well made to last barring any knocks along the way.
I really love this heater and over the winter it will have a permanent spot in my home office. The heater looks very neat and modern unlike most other simple ceramic heaters. It’s tall and thin with the heat up the centre. The fan is fairly quiet but kicks out a good wind both hot and cold. The unit can be operated from
The top or via the remote control. Personally I prefer the remote. Power button on the top, plus minus to control the temp / heat setting. On normal mode this control heat setting to 1,2 or 3 on auto setting set the thermostat for the required room temp and then leave it. The heater comes on and off to keep the room at the required temperature which is my favourite setting as I can turn it on during the day and keep my little office toastie without having to heat the whole house when no one is home. A timer function is included to power off after a set time and the bottom left button switches the oscillation on and off. The heater is a little more expensive than others I have but with the function and style I think it’s worth it. As an added bonus it comes with a 5 year warranty which really makes the difference when looking at value. Very happy with this.
