I use this steam cleaner for my business and it’s a beauty! I bought it for the steam pressure and heat level. It’s really good. Only down side for me is the weight, because I’m doing a lot of lifting and carrying, the plastic attachments for the precision Steam nozzle aren’t great the bristles bent out of shape under pressure. But overall I love this steam cleaner, I haven’t had it long so don’t know how it will fair over time but it definitely feels like it’s built to last if it’s looked after properly. I’m glad I made the investment.

I Bought the One Steam Plus more than a year ago and it has proved to be a great choice. I use it for all sorts of jobs but particularly for cleaning beige grout between floor tiles. It used to take me about 6 hours using grout cleaner and a lot of scrubbing. It now takes less than 2 hours with the machine with much less effort and much cleaner than the old method. Sadly the machine developed a fault, but the customer support team have been fantastic. Very prompt response by e-mail and phone. We tried some self help fixes that did not work, but Dupray had the machine picked up at their expense for replacement. No doubt a 5* recommendation from me.

For over 20years I have ben a fan of polti steam cleaners but the one I purchased recently was so poor I returned it and took a chance to purchase this one, I manufacturer I was not familiar with. I am so pleased I did. This is back to the quality and spec of the original polti. It is easy to assemble and use. The steam is high temp which does not leave surfaces wet. Although it takes time to heat it can be filled during use without waiting to cool down.

This is my first steam cleaner. I bought it before we move to a new flat. The delivery was fast and really nice on Amazon prime. I like the design of the product and the fact that you can add water to it while in use. I clean the windows, mirrors, kitchen appliances, carpets and bathroom tiles and floorings with the steam cleaner. It helps me do lots of cleanings in almost a short period of time. The small brushes are changing their shape after some scrubbings and I am wondering if they need to be replaced after a few more uses.

I have tried few very expensive steam cleaner but never satisfied . Purchased this two weeks ago for disinfecting use but I can not stop cleaning every thing. Windows, shower, kitchen floor, door handles and …….

This machine is BRILLIANT having bought a cheaper well known brand machine which didn’t live up to expectations leaving a floor so wet I needed to use a mop to dry it off! It was returned I decided to bite the bullet & buy this one. It feels solid from the moment to get it out of the box & it cleans brilliantly. It may be pricey but you get what you pay for a solid well built machine with lots of accessories. Only down side is the need to use distilled water but I’ve since bought a water distiller which will provide that at very little cost.

Cet appareil est une merveille, et la marque Dupray est recommander.
C’est solide,facile d’utilisation, les nombreux accessoires sont bien utiles.
Tout y passe et avec une efficacit redoutable: tapis, matelas, plinthes, sommiers, carrelage, intrieur de voiture, joints de douche, drains d’eviers…c’est un plaisir de nettoyer avec cet appareil.
Indispensable pour la prvention et la lutte contre les punaises de lit.
Les vidos de dmonstration sont en grande quantit sur le site internet de la marque, allez voir car c’est trs utile.
Le plus: on peut recharger en eau pendant l’utilisation, pas besoin d’attendre encore plusieurs minutes que l’eau chauffe
Par contre, ils exagerent de ne fournir que si peu de lingettes microfibre, ce prix-l…ils en vendent sparment , je trouve que a pousse toujours acheter plus…
Ils vendent un fer repasser hyper efficace qui produit beaucoup de vapeur, connecter cet appareil, j’envisage de l’acheter quand mon fer actuel sera en fin de vie.

I’d heard so many complaints from friends about the floor steam mop with accessories type of cleaner, I was unsure about buying one, especially this one at this price. I shouldn’t have worried, it’s been excellent at everything I’ve cleaned or refreshed (upholstered furniture) with it. I’m especially impressed with how it cleaned my mucky oven. I’m disabled with severe spinal problems; cleaning the oven is never going to be easy, and I can’t afford a pyrolitic oven yet. With the terrific amount of steam this machine produces (which is adjustable), it was easy enough, didn’t take long and didn’t need me to sit down to recover for the rest of the day afterwards. It only needed a quick application of a scouring pad to a little patch of particularly thick muck on the bottom of the oven to leave it sparkling all over.

Not only does it do what it says on the box, with the hoses which don’t leak steam or water, it can be done without bending and aggravating my back. It comes with all the accessories for a whole house clean, and as I’m a believer in you get what you pay for, I’m happy that I have excellent functionality and good value with this machine. It makes every cleaning job much quicker and easier, I couldn’t manage without it now.

I bought this machine 2 weeks ago and I am very pleased with the difference it has already made to my neglected kitchen floor tiles and grout as well as vinyl floors. I use it on the highest setting and it doesn’t leave any pools of water. Easy to refill and heats up quickly.

My steamer came very quickly (2 days from ordering) and I’ve been using it for over a month now. This is a sturdy machine that release LOTS of steam. It comes with many accessories to do almost any cleaning jobs: floors, car interiors, grout lines, stains, furniture, you name it. My wife has also been using it and she insist on doing our floors with it. If I could suggest improvements, I would add the possibility to add fragrance in the steam for a more durable clean smell.

I’ve tried many other steam cleaners, and they all seem cheap compared to this Dupray, the accessories are solid, seem heavy duty, I am using it professionally and haven’t had any troubles yet. In the first minute or so the steam seems a bit wet, and my floor tool cloth was getting soaked. I called Dupray’s helpline and I feel a bit dumb but they explained all the tools were cold so there was a bit more condensation right away after 30seoconds this is gone. So now if i’ve not used the machine that day I run the steam through the hose extensions and tool for 30 seconds then put the cloth on and it’s super dry. I’m very happy with my machine so far.
