Brilliant product but a pole was broken so had to send it back. Went to get another one and they were sold out!
After our old standard tree pole beach tent broke beyond economical repair we wanted something easier to put up and bigger

Was up in sub a minute and even without using it before, back down and packed away I a couple of minutes
It’s also such a good size, can easily house 2 adults and 2 kids inside
Ordered this after much research and I’m delighted with it.
After deciding to spend Easter Sunday having a BBQ on the beach, this provided essential shelter for quite a cold wind.
The ease at which to pitch it was incredible, went up in about a minute, and once the stability bags on side were pegged down it was quite stable. The plastic pegs were a little hard to push in as beach was mixture of sand/stones so I’ll bring a set of metal pegs next time.
We were there for 6 hours and the dismantling of the shelter was exceptionally quick. It was down & wrapped up & in bag in about a minute!

Only 3 stars for warmth and thickness but this should not be seen as a negative as it is a sun shelter. Would reccomend to a friend.
Really like the relative simplicity of this. Looks good, light, easy to pop up and the family like it. Decent wind break, like the zip up the front. The windows are unnecessary – any rain, even drizzle, comes straight through and pools inside getting everything wet. Not looking for a camping tent and wouldn’t expect it to be heavy rainproof, just showerproof. but the windows are a mesh and the blinds flap inside so really it’s a rain collector!
If you want a windbreak and sun shade, great tent. If you want a bit of protection for your kit from a shower or two, look for one without windows!!
What i like bout this is the ease of use, little bit more pricey than your regular beach tent, however, it is so easy to put up … no messing around trying to thread poles through . Well worth the extra money and its light also , i would recommend .
Love the product, however would be nice if it kept a light drizzle out. Overall very simple to set up and take down.
We bought this beach tent for a recent trip to Cornwall and would highly recommend. Previously, we’d had a pop-up beach tent that was difficult to fold and broke after a week of use. This Easthills tent was so much better – pops up in seconds and you can put away almost just as quickly, it’s easy to collapse and fold up. The bag that accompanies it is really large so easy to put the tent back in, which is often a challenge. There are four big pockets inside for storing things and being able to zip the front up is very handy for getting changes on the beach. Size-wise, there were two adults and two kids (5 and 3) using it and there was ample space for us, our beach bags and a cool box. Would highly recommend!
Spacious Shelter that fitted 2 adults 2 kids and a dog tucked into the corner!
Protected us from the British drizzle perfectly and withstood quite a strong breeze.
Unfortunately we bought it after the heatwave but the black out lining would have been brilliant on a sunny day. It also allows the breeze to flow through.
Easy to put up. Read the instructions first!
Getting back in the bag. Read the instructions and push down on the red poles. When it’s breezy it’s not easy to pack away neatly but it will with some wrestling fit into the bag provided just not like it arrived.
Great beach tent. Easy to put up and take down only takes seconds, we’ve had other tents previously which are ok to put up but a nightmare to put away… this one is great and comes in its own carry bag.. Easily fits our family of 4 inside and the dog. We used the tent this august in Cornwall and it stood up great in windy conditions. Sheltered is all nicely when returning from surfing. The fact that you can zip up the front entrance and secure the windows so that you can change privately or warm up quicker is a really good idea. Highly Recommended

Very easy to put up & take down, first time we used it was on the beach & we didn’t look like idiots trying to figure out how to use it!
Loads of room, fit 2 adults & 2 kids in easily when sat on the floor. Could sit 2 people in on chairs as it is tall enough.
Bottom of the tent is a bit thinner than I expected & felt we needed to be careful when moving around the tent so as not to rip it.
Overall a large, light & easy to use tent. Perfect for a beach holiday, would recommend.

Larger than average beach tent, don’t expect an adult to stand up in it, easily sits 4 side by side (or 2 adults and 3 kids under 12). Easy to get up and down, also fits into the bag easily afterwards (not always the case with other pop up tents). Easy to transport in a car and carry over the shoulder to the beach (light). One minor niggle, which mainly down to the UK weather, is that it flexes quite a bit in strong winds, copes well with light winds in the SoF & Adriatic 🙂
Brilliant. Used it this summer in all sorts of weather, on the beach. Clever and well developed detailing. Super fast up n down. Bag could be a bit thicker. You may need a towel over the top in very hot direct sun, as there is quite a bit of glare in bright sun. Lots of demo’s on YouTube.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Only criticism is that it is difficult to pack up and it lost a river on my first attempt. Still works well though, is a great, big shade!
Very quick to assemble by just pulling draw strings it the top of the shelter. As usual for these things it not as simple getting it down and in the bag but I would still recommend this product. Good storage inside but could have made the windows Velcro as they flap around in the wind when down.

Just what I was after. Big enough to get 2 chairs in and shelter enough for a day at the sea with the very changeable weather on the north east coast. Well impressed with the quality. Very good.
Bought this because I like the beach but not the sun. Although I`ve yet to use it on a beach its been standing in the garden for over a week in all weathers. It`s big enough to accommodate two deck chairs and even a small table the ground sheet zips up making it secure to leave The blinds covering the mesh windows are not very strong the slightest gust of wind unhooks them ,but apart from that its well made easy to put up and take down. Money well spent and it even stops you getting we

Absolutely superb beach tent/shader. Really simple to put up and really sturdy,the sand bags are a fantastic addition and the light weight pegs hold everything in place fantastically. We’ve had beach tents before but this is by far the best, the carry case is also brilliant allowing plenty of room to pack the tent away once you are done. Overall really pleased and would absolutely recommend. I five stars.

Bought after a few cheap “fold in a bag ” type beach shelters. This one is really well made with a lot of thought going into the design.it only takes a minute to remove from its bag and to have fully erected.Really good sun protection , and the front zips up so you can get changed without embarrassment.It has useful sand pockets, which can easily be filled, to tie down the tent in windy conditions. These are easily emptied by releasing the Velcro sides. To fold the tent away is really easy and again only takes a minute. Overall a really good buy which will give years of service.
I needn’t have worried – it was easy to put up (handy instructions in the carry case) and was more robust in the wind than I thought it would be.
Whilst others were struggling with their wind breaks or other tents we were all set up and could enjoy the beach.
The shelter from the wind and some reprieve from the sun was welcome and is a mainstay for our beach trips.
The ability to close the door fully was great allowing the kids to get out of their swimsuits and dried and changed was a real plus. They were nice and warm in it and the space allowed all three children to be in their at the same time.
I did think that people would be sniggering as we took the tent down (or be blown down the beach) but it was so simple. We were all packed away and ready to go in no time.
The only disappointment with this product is the handle on the carry case which is coming away from the material. I have contacted them about it but heard nothing as yet – which is a shame. You don’t expect that after a weeks use when you are only using it as it was designed.
I was concerned about some earlier comments that it was difficult to put up. It was so easy and quick and I love the idea of sand pockets on the outside to weight it down on windy days.
Very easy to pitch and collapse. Compact to carry definitely a recommended purchase!

Excellent product! I was actually looking at another brand and did some research on YouTube about putting beach tents up and found this brand. I am only 5ft tall and was worried about having enough height on me and strength to pull the strings to errect it. No problems at all! Went up with ease and it’s such a good size. Perfect for me and my daughter and we can’t wait to use it! Love it!

A definite must have! Perfect shade whilst allowing air flow. Fit all our stuff and three of us with ample room left over during a brief rain shower at the beach. Heard everyone else run to seek shelter while we zipped up the front, had a snack and reopened when the rain passed!
Great for napping, having lunch, shade, rain protect. Wouldn’t go beach without it!

A summer day full of fun. In the back garden or at the beach. This has been a blessing over the summer. A shad for my kids to play in the sun.
Couldn’t be quicker/easier to assemble/dismantle. Easily the best beach shelter on the shoreline last week. Worth absolutely every penny & sister in law eager to purchase one also after witnessing how spectacular this shelter really is. So useful being able to zip the porch up to enable family to get changed into beach wear privately & easy to transport with a lovely roomy bag to put back into once finished using. Cannot praise this item enough, made our beach vacation much easier. Lots of lovely pockets to safely keep essentials, great shade for the pets to lay in.

This tent is so easy to put up and takes no time at all! Also easy to dismantle and pack away and very lightweight to carry which is handy. I was hesitant about spending 70 on this tent, but it is definitely worth the money and would recommend!
Not had it on the beach yet but popped it up in the kitchen. It’s big, but not too big. Love the pockets for pebbles or sand to keep the tent down. Plenty of space for changing in or just keeping out of the wind/rain (UK weather…)
The popping up/popping down is very, very easy – quicker than the instructions say.

This thing is great! It’s easy to put up (literally one person a few minutes), the anchor points are well thought out. Material seems high quality, the bag is a loose fit. Folds away just as quick as it goes up. I can almost hear the gasps of amazement from all the people who watch on the beach hoping for some comedy.
Basically someone took all the bad design points of other tents, fixed them, then made it.

Delivery was excellent. We owned a beach tent previously ( fabulously versatile product for sure) with the same erection mechanics & it was constantly awful to erect & pack away. It’s such a great item for garden, beach or countryside picnic etc, which made us look at the latest beach shelter products. Took the risk with the same mechanics which have been simplified. This one is larger than our last one & yet is lighter & smaller when packed. This will go everywhere we go. Get this if you can ~ you’l not regret it …. Stuart P.
Fantastic product, provides great u.v protection, ideal for young children especially. Really quick & easy to setup, folds up nice & compact into bag provided, would highly recommend for day @ the beech/ park picnic etc….

Larger than I thought and surprisingly stable given the pop-up nature, but the additional guy ropes help. Very roomy and perfect for our family of 3 to pitch on the beach for a few hours. The light blue colour also helps with the heat in the summer, and it has opening windows for added ventilation. We love it!
If anyone is looking for a beach shelter you can’t go wrong with this, spf50 protection, sand pockets to weigh it down, goes up in 60 seconds, can have the front zippered up for a changing area, recommended muchly! No more windbreakers and mallets and bashing stuff into sand
This compact small and easy to carry tent is a nice tent for the beach camping gardens etc, it can fit about 4-5 people and has windows for privacy, small elastic pockets for you to put your keys, phones, snacks etc, all around this tent is a good and an okishly priced tent, the only complaint is that it is to small…
We had been looking for a decent sized and easy to assemble beach tent for a while. After a lot of research we found the easthills large instant shade. This is the perfect size for my family of 5 and has been fantastic for the hot weather. I cannot stress how easy it is to put up. Would definitely recommend and will be sticking to this brand in future.
Very easy to put up and take down. The front zips up well and the sand pockets are good with the velcro to let the sand out. However I wish I had bought the silver lined one as the material is very thin and it feels hot when sun shining on it. The windows are ok but the covers don’t fasten flush with mesh so when it rains it just comes through mesh behind covers and wets inside.
Tent arrived quickly. The carrying bag was very thin and the strap was not sewn on properly. Contacted the seller who responded very promptly and despatched a new bag which is more suitable. The size of the carrying bag means that the tent fits in easily, you don’t have to be an origami expert to get the tent back in.
The tent itself feels well built and the velcro release sand pockets work well. Will have to see how the velcro stands up to repeated use over time. But at the moment is much easier than having to dig the sand out of the pockets.
So far happy days.

Perfect for beach day with the kids. We have a baby and this is ideal to protect him from the sun while still enjoying the landscape and the breeze. We also use it on the garden on BBQ days, but it is actually pretty big so it takes a lot of space.
Cheap and cheerful but not cheap quality.. its not high end quality either but its functional and does the job its supposed to do. I like it. I rate it good.
Absolutely fab! We struggled to find something big enough and this is perfect, only put up in the garden so far but going to the beach tomorrow and can’t wait to try it out!!
We’ve only tried this in the back garden so far but it was just as easy to put up as it was to get back into the bag but do yourself a (common sense) favour and note how it’s folded in the first place when you first get it out of the bag then just do the same when putting it back in again – it’s not rocket science.
This is a great size and the build quality looks decent for the money although the zips are more medium duty than heavy duty which I would very much prefer so take care with them IMO and don’t let kids mess with them.
For under 100 this looks to be a very good buy indeed but it’s not made of metal of course so you’ll likely need to look after it to get long-term enjoyment out of it.
We did lots of research as this is quite pricey for a beach tent but after our first outing to the beach with this tent I can honestly say it’s worth every penny! So easy to put up & down by one person, great space to get changed in privacy with plenty of space inside
Used this product today, it was easy to put up and fold away. Like others have said look at the way it comes out. When you come to put it back in the bag it’s so much easier. We used this at a social distancing picnic and we had lots of positive reviews on how good it was and they were thinking of buying one.
Beautifully simple to use, a very well designed product delivered with sturdy construction.
Used for a picnic with two adults and three children, everybody was impressed with how much space their was.

I was worried about the tent on the sea front as it was very very windy. Need not have worried this tent stood fast!!.. did not buckle once ..kept the wind off us and kept us nice and warm. The size is great inside..plenty of room for 2 adults and a couple of children. I have a large family sp am seriously considering getting another for visitors and a big big day out on the beach. Dont hesitate with this product…its brillia
Haven’t used this yet, but it is very simple to put up and take down – which is the reason we bought it (since the last one we owned was a difficult ‘pop up’ tent) Looks very nice & a reasonable size for baby to play in whilst protected from the sun.
To be honest I have only had it up in the garden. It has plenty of room inside, easy to put up, all in all a great little shelter.

Absolutely brilliant. Only thing stopping me giving 5 stars is that the fabric and stitching doesn’t look as strong as it could be but I could be wrong, only time will tell. Very easy to put up and spacious.
Good for the beach, with sand pockets to weight it down and pockets inside to hold your phone, keys, etc.
In heavy winds this would be difficult (as with all tents) and the fold up size is much bigger than an equivalent carbon fibre pole type tent, but you make up for that in convenience.
This product is very easy to erect and is fantastic for the beach or on a picnic. I did have a small problem with it and contacted Easthills and their response and assistance was first class. Sometimes things do go wrong but if everyone had the same level of customer support that they do then those companies would benefit greatly

Good for beach use with 2 adults and 2 children. Easy to put up. More tricky to put down in a wind. Bag seam parted very quickly due to fabric not lined up on said seam.
I would reccomend it with no hesitation. Comes with everything you will need for use on the beach.
Used a few times on holiday in France. Big enough for 2 young kids and 2 adults to sit on camping chairs inside. Not too big tho so it takes up half the beach. Easy to put up after you get the hang of it. Seems pretty robust so all good after 3 weeks ownership.
Awesome beach tent, super fast and easy to put up and pack down. Size is good for two adults and a child to sit in comfortably. I’m 6’2″ and fairly overweight and it fits me fine. Great to be able to open up the sides for a nice breeze. Zip up porch does the job so you can change inside, just watch that you unzip the corners fully when using it as a front mat otherwise there’s a good chance you could strain and break the zip there. The bag is not as pictured, it’s a drawstring bag which is fine, just a little harder to get the tent into, but that’s no bother. Only given it 4 stars purely because the bag handle broke on the first time we took it to the beach. It might be because I was trying to wear it over my shoulder and I put too much strain on it but it wasn’t very securely stitched in. We usually take a parasol and a wind break to the beach anyway so I’ve found just lashing all 3 together with a piece of rope at both ends and using the excess in the middle for a strap works really well. Apart from the bag strap, this is an excellent purchase and I can highly recommend it, worth the cost and you certainly won’t regret it.

Just did a quick practice set up before going away later in the month. Very impressed with the beach shelter, very easy to setup; can’t wait to use it on the beach.
Excellent product – using it now for the first time on a slightly windy day on a UK beach, it was up and pegged down securely using the attached sand pockets and pegs in under 5 minutes, and is very stable. Loads of space inside and seems very well made. Couldn’t be happier with it. Hope it lasts as well as it performs!
Like everything about it, it is just what I needed.
I wanted a tall shelter to put reclining chairs in and this is just right for that.

Great beach shelter- very easy to put up and down. Plenty of room, but I think you’d struggle to get 2 people sitting on beach chairs inside. Great that you can zip up the door for privacy and to keep things out of view, overall a good shelter.
I was surprised by the length of the package and the tent carry bag did seem a fair amount longer than I had expected it to be.
I was a little bit disappointed that it wasn’t in the zip up bag as was shown on the ad picture, but was in a looser, drawstring instead, but I wasn’t overly bothered by it & it seemed to match the tent better.
Oddly though, upon opening the tent it gave off a rather weird smell, which unfortunately I can only describe as being a bit of a moldy kind of smell. But the tent itself looked brand new and was wrapped up as so too, so I’m not exactly sure why this would be the case. Maybe where it was stored had something to do with that.
The tent itself, I am so over the moon with!! So much so that the couple of unexpected things really do not matter in comparison to how I feel about tgis tent! I’ve left the tent open to air, and will be wiping the insides to freshen it a bit. It’s definately NOT a deal breaker.
The tent it spacious, it didn’t take me long to put it up, and it’s easy to take down again.
And it’s I find it light to carry!
Most of all I LOVE how it looks. Very Impressed with this tent! And CAN’T WAIT to take it out to the park on a sunny day with the kiddos!!

It is perfect for the garden and the beach on a sunny day. The children will love playing in it. It only takes a couple of minutes to put it up. It is very simple. It folds away very neatly as well. It comes with a storage/carrier bag which makes it easy to pack and store.
