FAQ:

1. Why can’t charge my laptop correctly?

-Check the power battery level before use -Make sure your laptop works and USB C port charging is enabled -Make sure that the power cable works and are fully inserted

-Try another cable, make sure the cable will support fast charging technology as your laptop requires -Reduce laptop resource usage

-Avoid extremely hot or cold temperatures. -In addition, this power bank is designed for devices with USB C standard protocol, compatible with most USB C laptops and devices, but not compatible with non-standard USB C protocol devices, especially old models.

2. Why can’t charge the power bank correctly?

-Make sure that the power cable is fully inserted -Please use the charger and charging cable of PD standard protocol

-Try using a different power cable, make sure the cable will support fast charging technology as the power bank requires

-Charging the power bank with a PD charger(45W recommend). or it will need more than 16 hours -Internal circuits have failed, suffered a hard shock like a fall

3. Why can’t get advertised 100W?

-Check your laptop power consumption before use, for example, when your laptop power consumption is 65W, the output will be 65W max, it can’t reach 100W, and the charging speed will also fluctuate during the full charging process, it’s all decided by the device’s needs, it is smartly set to protect your laptop. -Make sure to use PD100W USB C to USB C cable with E-Marker

-The power management system of your device will gradually reduce the charging power rate as the power of the device continues to increase, so that the working power rate tends to be 0 when the device is fully charged. -keep your power bank at a high battery level -Try not use multiple outputs together when low battery level

4. How many times it can charge my laptop when fully recharged? Why not 26800mAh?

-Find the capacity of your laptop battery and the power bank -Since there will be energy loss during device charging, the degree of power that can be charged to the device is directly related to the capacity of the battery built in the device, and also has a certain relationship with the working condition of the laptop or devices under charging. For example , the MacBook Pro 13″ can be charged more than once while the MacBook Pro 14″can be charged only once when device power off. The energy released by the power bank = energy (Wh) of the power bank * conversion efficiency (the greater the charging power rate, the energy loss more, the lower the efficiency)

-Conversion efficiency will also vary from cable length, high charging voltages/currents, heat and the battery health of the laptop.

Although I gave the first rating of the defective product one star… but after Seller contacted me and offered a replacement and this time i tested it. I can only say that I am satisfied with everything (quality, capacity, practicality…everything)
Because of the excellent product but also because of Seller Customer Support (David) I can only give 5 stars

    Old Review

    (
It doesn’t show well how much capacity the battery has… I didn’t measure the capacity, but in my opinion it’s not even a third of the 26800mAh…
I don’t think it’s false advertising, but simply defective.

I didn’t notice the problem quickly because I didn’t use it often at the beginning and now it’s too late to return it.)

I’ve tried charging mobile once and afterwards it stopped charging.
The seller kindly reached out to me to ask for more detail and came with a good proposal, hence updating the review.
Thank you for the exceptional customer service.

Really good charger, is able to charge my laptop twice over and is quick charging. Size of charger is not too bad and easy to fit in my bag. Also backup for phone which I can charge at the same time.

Working as described, very useful to keep e.g in the car( safe space). However, too heavy (for me ) to carry in the handbag.

Informative display saying how much charge is going in or going out. I find this particularly useful if using a solar panel to charge it, as it allows optimal positioning to give the most power input. Useful to know EXACTLY how much charge is left as a percentage of the total.
Can carry two of these in a carry on bag when flying, so will probably order another because they are so good!

    Easylonger 26800mah power bank.

    The good stuff:

    Can be charged with,
Huawei P40 lite 5g charger (they talk to each other to limit the charge rate just fine), a small 25 watt portable solar panel via USB, a 5 Volt adapter plugged into the 12 volt out in my car (1.6 amps!).

In return the Easylonger can charge,
My Hauwei phone, a Hauwei matepad 10.4, Internet Radio, ear buds, mini drill, … in fact anything I have with usb and a internal battery.

    The not so good,
dopey way of describing capacity as 26800mah, in reality its about 80watt, solid but super slippy case (I dropped it twice..), no bag, no light.

In summary its a well put together and versatile Powerbank that I think is well worth the money.

This is power bank. If you have a drone like me and can’t get spare batteries, this is a cheap fix solution. This delivers at least 3 full charges for my Dji mini 3 pro and as fast a fast charging wall plug. Around 45 mins for a completely dead drone battery. So now I’m not limited when out on a hike.
    Love i

    Great power bank

I have a Samsung Galaxy 8 Edge mobile phone. I can get 5 full charges from this power bank, and have a around 6% left for a small booster. The power bank has an intelligent charge system built-in, so it will charge your device in the quickest possible manner, this is dependant on your device & the cable used to charge it with.
The power bank takes quite a long time to charge from a standard 5v 2.1A USB charger, somewhere between 8 and 10 hours. It is worthwhile as you get so many charges out of the power bank once it is charged. If you have an intelligent charger for your mobile phone or device then the power bank will charge faster. I found that when charging the power bank using the intelligent USB charger that I have in my car, the charge time is greatly reduced, as the intelligent USB charger will automatically adapt to the maximum charge rate that the power bank is capable of receiving – which is 12v at 1.5A I believe.
Well worth the money I paid for it, and has already proved its worth on several occasions.

So just recive powerbank. It does charge my Samsung decently (I don’t think I can charge S10 any faster) but I’m quiet surprised that it does charge OnePlus fast (dash charge) which is a big surprise for me. Don’t bad at all I only wish I charge itself faster with my OnePlus charger bit that would be to good to be true still everything as described nice surprise of working with OnePlus and also extra input for lighting cable that I didn’t know so I can charge with iPhone cable also. Nice!

About capacity I’ll wait and see but I know that stayed capacity its capacity of cells which are from 3.7-4.1 so capacity of 5v output its lower that that for sure as it’s physics so don’t expect stated capacity with 5v plus there are also power loses whenever you charge so also minus that. I’m happy with purchase.

Happy suprise it works with fast charge on OnePlus (dash not vooc)

Great service and arrived in time. The power bank is robust and fast charging indeed. I knew in advance that it is slightly heavy and bulky as per the provided specifications, but it’s a compromise I’m willing to make towards endurance, capacity and performance

Very happy with this. It doesn’t overheat and can supply an iPhone X and iPad with over 3 amps and a steady 5volts. It charges both up fully in just over an hour. I’d like the case to have been more solid but for the price, it’s good value and very large. This is not a bad thing, it’s just not going to fit in your shirt pocket!

Golden Review Award: 35 From Our UsersGreat battery pack will happily run most laptops and all smaller devices not a problem.
I have even had this working on my asus gaming laptop as a power pack, from 60 percent I will add but it powers it no problems .
Charge lasts well, I do recommend a good USB C charger to charge it minimum of 45w PD and it’s worth buying some better USB c cables. the ones it ships with will work fine but if you want to run a more power-hungry divice I recommend some better cables.
All in all very good battery pack. My new go to travel kit.

Edit This review no longer links to the model i describe thus please examine your requirements and the product as i don’t know how the different model performs –This does both normal and fast charging on galaxy phones
Takes a while to fully charge but also to discharge so reasonable.
The charger can accept 5/9/12 volts DC if the psu supplies it. It can switch to any of those voltages both in or out if the attached equipment can accept it. This would be negotiated automatically between chips/signaling in the charger and your device.

The percentage display alerts you to the capacity and current/voltage.
It is not small and light but the advantages are it will last a long time between charges.
    Build quality is excelle

Golden Review Award: 35 From Our UsersPurchased this to keep my MacBook Pro topped up on a long flight to the USA, in the end i never had to use it for that but have used it for not being constricted to a wall socket around the house.

It does take a while to charge, but that’s what i’d expect from such a large capacity.

The only downside is that although it states 100w power delivery, this is only achieved if you buy a 100w capable USB C cable. So it does work, just with extra items.

    Other than that, perfect!

Golden Review Award: 35 From Our UsersThis charged my laptop from 11% -> 80% in the space of an hour or 2 while I was still using my laptop for video analysis which I know drains a lot of battery power.

Although I haven’t tried it, I think the pack would easily give me a full re-charged with some remaining so would highly recommend this

I love the fact with having a 45W charger it also chargers in a few hours rather than days. What a great power bank. I loved it so much that I got a second one for my colleague.
The main reason i bought it was for my laptop and it works amazing at charging my laptop too.
Great product. especially for the price.

Golden Review Award: 89 From Our UsersFirst thing I would like to point out about most power banks is that the stated capacity is never shown correctly for the output voltage that most people draw from the bank ie: 5.2volts.
The stated capacity is that of the internal battery which is normally 3.7volts.
To work out the true expected capacity you have to use the following formula (True Expected Capacity = Internal battery Volts x Stated Capacity / Output Voltage x Usb Cable Efficiency) (Usb cable efficiency is normally around 0.8 to 0.9) I found this out on the web.
    Using above for this Power Bank: True Expected Capacity = 3.7v x 26800 / 5.2v x 0.85 (0.85 for ave. usb cable) = 16208 mAh
I have tested this Power Bank several times now using an inline meter and I’m only getting between 12000 mAh and 14000 mAh.
I also used the meter inline when charging the Power Bank from 0% to 100% using the included very short usb cable (I used 0.9 as the cable efficiency) 4.6v was average volts from charger and 18275mAh was shown on meter. Using the same formula
    This shows the True Capacity to equal 14549mAh (True Capacity = 4.6 x 18275 /5.2v x 0.9)
So to sum up I expected the True Capacity to be around 16200mAh but only got between 12000mAh to 14000mAh. When Charging it seems to be around 14549mAh.
All the above figures are approximate because most usb cable makers do not give the figure for efficiency of their cables.
I would of given 5* for this Power Bank if the True Capacity was around my expected 16200mAh.
Another thing I would like to point out is this Power bank cuts out if the load switches on & off even quickly. I found this problem when I connected a camera lens dew heater to it, the dew heater quickly switches on & off to control it’s temperature. I also connected my camera to the power bank & the supply to the dew heater still cut out, I got over this problem by using a USB splitter cable (one plug to two sockets) so both the camera & dew heater used the same outlet on the power bank (just make sure you do not over load outlet).
I like the display mainly for showing % remaining in power bank & giving you an idea of load being drawn.
The weight & size is fair for it’s capacity plus it looks & feels good.

Golden Review Award: 137 From Our UsersNot the cheapest on the market, but I’ve tested and measured and it really does put out the 100W it claims – something a lot of others don’t do.

You’ll need a device which can take it, and the right cable though. Don’t blame the device if you don’t have the right stuff.

Golden Review Award: 136 From Our UsersBought this for my work and personal laptop to charge on train journeys.

Sadly, my dell XPS-15 doesn’t pull more than 60W from the USB-C, when I know it can pull 130W via a dell dock (USB-C has a max of 100W but Dell Docks can push 130W with the right kit). Now what I’ve discovered is that both HP and Dell can detect if the charger is an OEM source and if it’s not, it’ll limit to only 60W!

This defeats the point of buying a 100W battery but I’ve found a work around, it’s not ideal, but I’ve picked up a USB-C to 3.5mm DC barrel adapter and can confirm that my laptop will take 90W via this, and some forums do confirm it to be a firmware limitation put in by the OEM. I would buy an OEM 100W USB-C battery charger but no one really makes them over 60W.

So, if you’re buying this for your laptop, do a bit of research online to confirm if there is a 60W limitation for your laptop. If there is, you might have to go down the route of finding an adapter to trick your laptop in pulling more power.

    I’ve attached

Will charge at 90W but only for some laptops, others limited to 60W
